Purchased aquagaurd water purifier(Reviva) RO in 2006 since then on few delay servicing problem was there but it was minor but later on since 2008 service provider people are very careless. Now these days very frequently one of the parts get unfunctional and even after calling service provider Mr. Ajay Roy has the frenchisee of eureka in our area takes two to three days in attending and making it work for few days or month and again either the same problem occurs or some new but if we have to keep on purchasing mineral water from the shops then it is better to replace this water purifier with another company's like KENT. I am fed up with this man Mr. Ajay Roy he is very careless and inefficient because of him I am replacing my water purifier.

    Hi,

    I am Vimal Vijayan residing in 1003, Fiona building, Hiranandani Estate, Godhbunder road, Thane (W) - 400607. Last year I had purchased a Water Purifier from Eureka Forbes for which a representative from the company (Mr. Shrikant) had visited to test the water content and advise us the model of the water purifier which could make the water healthy.

    Upon inspection and tests Mr. Shrikant recommended us the NFRO model and upon his recommendation we purchased the NFRO filter and cheque payment of Rs. 13500/- was made on 03/11/2009. The filter was delivered to us the next day however it took them 1 month to do the fitment. With in the period of 1 month numerous phone call were made to the company service centres and false promises were made to us regarding the fitment. In this due course I have been buying 15 ltrs of mineral water every days and has cost me a very good amount.

    Atlast after repeated phone calls and pressure to complaint the service team send us the service representative. The service representative did the fitment and then tests were made to ensure the water quality. The water quality found was more poor than the normal and hence further tests were made. Finally the service representative recommended us the RO filter model. We approved them for the RO model and again false promises were made that it would be delivered the next day however it took them 2 weeks to install and fit the filter so that we could get a pure good quality drinking water.

    During this whole messed up period we have been buying 15 to 20 ltrs of mineral water per days and the it had cost me more than Rs 5000 for the bottled mineral water.

    Now after a period of 11 months, I have been having problems with my filter again. It has stopped working for the past 2-3 weeks. A complaint was registered at the Thane office and nobody took any initiative to get it rectified. An in-experienced service representative had once visited and changed the filter and he was unable to solve the issue and left us with a malfunctioning filter saying that he would inform his superiors.

    I have been consistently calling Eureka Forbes office in Thane every day but nobody has ever taken note of the complaint. In the due course I have to again buy bottled mineral water for which I have spent another Rs 3000.

    About 2 days ago I had spoken to Mr. Sanjay Shimpi from Thane office and he too had promised me to send the representative the same day. Yet nobody has called or no representative has visited.

    My question to Eureka Forbes is if you cannot provide the service to the customers then why sell inefficient product that creates more stress for the customers. When a customers invests such huge money for a basic requirement like drinking water,which Eureka Forbes promises to deliver, one atleast expects it to function.

    My sincere request to the consumer forum commissioner is to help us regarding the above issues and help us get atleast the basic essential drinking water.

    I also have similar issues with Eureka Forbes. Their rep contracted for annual maintanance and the next time they showed their face was only after the contract expired and this time for renewal again! I have stopped using them and using only bottled water now.
    Do not join Wirkle Technologies situated in Gurgaon, Haryana. It is run by 3 fraud people who have malicious intention to corrupt the future of young people. They will take you as trainee and will change you for the offer letter and will tell that you have stolen company's property like laptop and mobile devices. They do not give the salary promised and then make excuses by saying that customer is not happy so why should company pay.

    BEWARE!!! AND TELL YOUR FRIENDS ABOUT IT

      I purchased one AG Royal Nova Water Filter cum Purifier few years back. The same is covered under AMC which is valid till[protected].

      Off late, it is noticed that the problems are not resolved in a timely manner, even though the item is covered under AMC.

      My water purifier developed a small problem during Sept end 2010, that the water does not come out even though the inlet water is available. The service engineer visited and diagnosed that the push button switch needs replacement. I lodged a complaint (No. 21) on[protected] at the local service centre of Eureka Forbes, Panchkula (Phone[protected] for this.

      Initially I was told that the switch is not in the stock.

      On 15-10-10, it was told that the switch has been received now and the water purifier will be repaired today, which did not happen.

      On contacting again on 18-10-10 it was told that the switch has not yet been received, but your purifier will be repaired today itself, by taking out switch from a new purifier already available with Eureka Forbes, which also did not happen.

      On contacting again on 19-10-10 it was told (10.15 AM) that the switch has been handed over to the service engineer (Mr Manoj) and he will be coming to you within next 1 hr for replacement. This is around 4.00 PM, but the problem is unresolved.

      Since[protected], I have called up at least 20 times to get the water purifier repaired, but to no avail except that a new promise is made every day, but the item is not repaired. We are forced to consume unsafe drinking water, even after having a water purifier covered under AMC. Eureka Forbes is simply making a fool of consumers.

        I V Mahajan had purchased Aquaflo water purifier Model-FA, Unit no Sl No. 021230 on 040300. The complaint is regarding the AMC for the period[protected]. The Service franchisee of Eureka Forbes has not approached for service during this period inspite of repeated calls to the agency.
        This time also, I called their helpline on 170910 for servicing & also extension of service contract.I was given request ID For extension as well as for servicing.
        On 200910 A technician visited my place, but refused to do any servicing as my service contract card was not traceable by them.He told me that he would visit the next day, but he did not come.I tried to call that service agency but some small children were playing pranks.
        I sent a letter to Customer Care Manager of Eureka Forbes on 240910 stating all the details.On 041010, another technician visited for servicing. He had also brought the card which clearly shows the servicing dates , accrding to that the service contract should be extended for a period of 2 years. During the process of service the technician who as he said was appointed 3 months back, broke the outlet nozzle & one of the screws, & again promise me that he would come the next day, which till today has not turned up.
        I had asked Eureka Forbes helpline to send some responsible executive from Eureka Forbes to look into the matter, but after assuring also, Eureka Forbes has not given any attention to my complaint.
        Kindly look into the matter as there should be punishment for such acts for taking the customers for granted.

        Eureka Forbes Limited — maintenance

        I purchased an Aquaguard Compact Water Filter cum Purifier September 2005 for home use. It has been quite useful healthwise. But a filter needs regular service and change of candles, etc. The comany seems to have outsourced service work to unreliable small companies who have neither given regular service nor have they bothered to come and renew the service contract on its expiry

        I have purchased an RO (Protect +). The tab got damaged and water is continuously leaking from filter since 27.10.2010. The Req. number I got is [protected], cust no. [protected]. Since then we are calling customer service center (Mr. Dharmesh [protected], [protected]) and every time customer support say they will send the service person on the next day. Till now the complaint is not attended. RO is in guarantee period.

        Eureka Forbes Complaints — Annual Maintenance Contract

        I am using your Classic water purifier model since 10 years with regular AMC. Now the connector which you provide since installation malfunctioning now and your service franchisee is asking price for it. But this is your sold property to us & in your AMC nothing shown exclusions over free replacement. Please look into the matter and let me answer at your earliest.

          I purchased a Eureka Forbes water purifier on the 3rd of March 2010 through one of their direct sales executive. The Machine failed to work in less than a months time after installation. So had a complaint lodged and so it was fixed in couple of days time. Its been 3 months since then and again the machine refuses to operate. I lodged a complaint on the 29th of September 2010 (complain no.[protected] and after repetative phone calls to the customer care a technician was sent to my place on the 11th of October 2010. Thats, almost 13 /14 days after the complaint was registered. The technician pulled out the adaptor from the machine and said it needs to be replaced. When asked, when it can be done, he said whenever the company gets a stock of adaptors. I relodged a complain on the same day (complain no.[protected] requesting them to fix my machine at the earliest as I had no drinking water in the house. However, till date (17th of October 2010) the machine is not yet fixed and they dont have a solution to provide.
          Its pathetic that they are dealing in Water Purifiers and fail to understand the importance of clean drinking water.
          The machine costs Rs. 10000/- but in less than 3 months its a scrap worth nothing at all. So, I have a Eureka Forbes 'branded' scrap in my house.

          Aquaguard total-REVIVA — Not giving results

          sir, I m from osmanabad . In last weak Dt 02/0702009 i buy Eureka Forbes warer purifier of Aquaguard Total - RO model - REVIVA But it is not working well.             We purchased Aquaguard Classic for purification of water and we made service contract with Eureka Forbes, the company which produce Aquaguard water purifier. But whenever we call the service centre at Tiruchi or Thanjavur no response from the other side. When we approached the authorised Service contract person for Aquaguard at Thanjavur M/S Ultra Services, Franchise of Eureka Forbes Ltd situated at 15, Sundari Complex, I Floor, Balaji Nagar, MG Road, Thanjavur 613 007, one service person came , attended service and asked service charge Rs. 200/. When we showed the service contract (AMC) to that person which is live upto[protected], he was not ready accept and was demanding Rs. 200/- and finally got Rs. 100/- and went out. Why should we pay when the AMC is live and the Eureka Forbes service centre is never responding to a service call from a customer. I think they might have changed their number and the false number is given to the customers.

            Water purifyer Classic — Poor Service

            Dear Sir/Madam

            My water purifier machine is not working from morning 20th August 2008. I made a complain in the local office Guwahati, Assam for repairing on the same time and date. It may be noted that I have done Annual Maintenance Contract. 20th August may be considered for not coming any service engineer because of Bharat Bandh. On 21st August also, no body has come though I took half-day CL from my office for the same purpose. After making several calls, one service engineer named Mr. Karma Das came and told me that the machine needs one sparts to repair and he will come in the afternoon. I made a ring call to the concerned person when he said he is coming shortly since he is nearby to our destination. But he has not come in time and again I made ring call to know why he is not coming, he replied the sparts is not available. My question is if parts are not available, he told me he is coming when I called him first time on 22th August. If the Company can not give service in time why we should make AMC? This is not the case happend only once. It happens each and every time when service is required. Even in the last year when I refuse to make AMC for financial crisis, they tool money from my colleque and made the contract. This year also they bound me to do AMC instead of financial shortage. They come at home again and again and force us to do the same. It seems they need only money, they want to extort money from customers but when require, they do not give service.
            Now, my questions are:-
            1. Why I should not publish this type of events in the newspapers?
            2. Why you should not take any legal action against those of people who force us to make AMC but do not give proper service.

            the aquaguard was repaired, the repaire was not attend from the tirunelveli service centre.

              Hi.. this pertains to my service request to Eureka Forbes for the aquaguard we have installed in our house... we would like to have it serviced. as per their website (which lists no phone no.'s for service centers) i filled in their form for service request.. its been 5 days since then and i still haven't heard from them. i reside in Pune. upon searching for a telephone no. i stumbled upon many complaints that people had regarding the servicing of their Eureka products. i guess they only believe in selling their pieces and spending most of their money on advertising rather than customer care. anyway.. hope to get this resolved.

                I have recently shifted to Mumbai from Delhi.. Got my Aquaguard RO system along and wanted to get it reinstalled here.. We called up @ euro helpline # 39883333 and requested for the same.. Someone did turn up and instead of reinstalling the same, also sold us AMC @ Rs.4000/- We paid him the amount and got the AMC done as well... now when we started facing problem with the same, we discovered that the AMC was not registered with eureka forbes and their person did a fraud by involving some third party agent and made money out of the deal... The same has been reported to eureka forbes but no action/response....

                have written to some of their service head as well but again no response.. i was promised a revert but no one bothered to take any action against their corrupt employee.. All of them seem to be involved in this..

                  We are having Aqua Guard Model: SE 1000 since 1992. We & so many others like us are having the same & we are all renewing regularly service contracts with Eureka Forbes. I have seen in news paper & in TV that Aluminum metal is not allowed to be used for process of any food or water item since very long time. Now the said Model Aluminum is used. When I informed Dr. Kashyap of Aqua Guard about this he told me that they anodizing the Aluminum Container. Now this anodizing gets spoiled any time and their Engineers so many times do not disclose that anodizing is spoiled & replace the containers unless we personally supervise & force them to replace. I suggested Dr. Kashyap to replace the Aluminum containers by Stainless Steel 304 containers & charge the customers for the difference since more than 10 years but they are not implementing & playing with the health of public. Look in to the matter & do the needful & reply immediately.

                    One aqua sure filter costing Rs.9999/- has been installed in varanasi in late sept.'10 & that meet to fault om 17th oct.'10. and that very time that is off. one engineer name mr mahesh came one day and told that he is unable to work on this model.
                    It is deeply regreted for a reputed company. pl do needfull early and replace such type of careless persons.

                      i had purchased an vijay water purifier on 15.06.10 it went off in month of july. i made a complaint which was attended after more than 10 days and that to after giving frequent reminders. now the thing has again gone off for which i have registered a complaint on 27.09.10. which is still pending. i am calling eureka forbes service centre almost every day and every time i am just getting fales assurance that my complaint will be attended imediatly,but nothing is done.
                      i request you to help me in this matter and get me replacement as this faulty product is giving frequent problems and complaint take days to attend.

                      Useless product and useless service , company person came 2 our house nd taken 1400 re on the name of replacing the filter but never come back to replce or install it even after complanning plenty of times, very pathetic responce from call center and s

                      Respected Sir,
                      I have been following up for my new Forbes Vijay Water Purifier 2L/Min Water Flow- Eureka Forbes Water Purifier Installation [protected] which I purchased on dated 21/3/2012 & invoice no 164974 from dealer & dealer details as under:

                      Dealer told us that for the installation you have to call to the customer care & company people will come & do the installation job, after launching the installation request a boy had come from the company & he just hanged the machine on the wall & connected to pipe connection to the tap & was unable to start the machine & get purified water through machine. He gave the excuse that there is no proper water pressure.

                      I called plumber to check the water pressure & after checking he said that the water pressure is completely ok. After that I again launched a new complaint for the service. After 3 days again a person came & checked the machine & gave the same excuse.

                      After that I again called to the customer care & told them that water pressure is ok so please send a senior technician to solve the problem. After that he gave a no of the service franchisee & the no is [protected], I called on this no & after launching the complaint 4 to 6 times, on 5th June, 2012 he sent a technician. He opened the machine & checked it properly & told us that water pressure is absolutely ok but coil is damaged so just replace the machine.

                      I went to the dealer & told him that there is a fault in machine’s coil & technician told to replace the machine but the dealer is denying to replace the machine & wants to talk to the customer centre’s person, I just passed dealers contact no to franchisee person & he is not talking to the dealer.

                      Sir after buying a new product I have not used it for a single day & neither dealer nor service centre is solving my problem & I am just calling & launching complaints to dealer & service centre person. I hereby kindly request you to please solve my problem at the earliest because rainy season has come & we are suffering for purified water.

                        I bought a Eureka Forbes water purifier - Aquasure Elegant RO from PAI Electronics koramangala. First i thought it was a good buy to get an RO purified for less than 10k... story began next day itself...
                        I had to make repeated phone calls to the shop to send the Eureka technician for fixing.. it nearly took 10 days for the technician to arrive.
                        He came to home, tested the water quality and replaced the original filter with some lesser quality filter. When sampled the water, it was tasting exactly the same as tap water. No change in the taste of the water. Registereed complaint with Eureka forbes service.. no replies. I must say the local RO i bought in my small town is doing far better than this Eureka forbes product.

                        Light came end of the tunnel when a Eureka sales personal visited my aptmt checking for any water purifier need. I complained to him. He checked the water quality with a device before and after water purification. He said had the original membrane was kept intact, it could have worked well. But to replace it back to original membrane, he said is not free and have to pay around 4k for it. I asked him to get lost.
                        For no fault of mine, they on their own changed the original membrane and now asking me to pay money to put the original back.. Big time fraud.

                        I will be better off paying 7k in my small town and get the RO to bangalore then paying to these so called
                        big brand and big name..

                        I will never buy a Eureka brand ... ever again...

                          I had purchased the Aquaguard Star LX online water filter and purifier in the month of January 2010 and since then i have been following up with the company call centre and dealer CROMA for their support. CROMA has been very supportive but are unable to have a permanent solution in this matter since EUREKA has certain bureaucratic process laid down wherein it is taking immense time for calling a faulty product faulty and replacing it. ideally they seem to wear out the customer in the warranty so they dont have to replace product

                          The machine is constantly showing no water or uv lamp fault and out of this 10 month we have hardly been able to use it for 4 to 5 months and rest of the time there has been one or the other indicated issue. One of the company service person has confirmed that the Electronic Panel is faulty and needs replacement but the same is not done. At one other instance, the company person had come and told us that faulty machines are sold thru dealers and if you want good product and service, please buy from us only - this was also brought to the attention of CROMA. The offer given to us by the company person was to buy back the RS.10,000 machine for RS.1000

                            This is Chitra Marian and I am frustrated and have posted my complaint here hoping some ears and eyes will open and this email not to be treated as just another email.

                            I am surprised and ashamed to have purchased Aquaguard water purifier. The service and quality of people is the worse i have ever come across. I fail to understand the kind of people the Aquaguard management recruits, they simply dont understand the language.

                            After continuous follow ups and complaint regiter calls, they do not lodge the complaint. The next you call, the complaint is not registered. One will go mad with repeating every single detail, everytime you call.

                            All those staff who sit in the name of customer service team are part timers. Not worried or bothered about the reputation of the organization or neither responsible nor take ownership. Neither bothered about the money invested, since it is not from their pocket.

                            I had to speak to the customer service lady by name JHANSI for almost 20 to 25 mins waiting for her to escalate my call to her superior, but she just did not do so. Finally, she convinced saying that her person will call back within 1 hour and will speak with me. It is more than 24 hours now, neither has she called back, nor as promised her superior has called back, nor the service engineer has called.

                            ALL THE ADVERTISEMENT MADE BY AQUAGUARD IS & DAYLIGHT ROBBERY FROM THE CUSTOMER PROMISING ALL POSSIBLE. IN REALITY, THEY ARE THE WORSE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. THEIR PEOPLE ARE FIT ENOUGH TO TAKE COMPLAINTS ON ROADSIDE.

Sir, from the day i purchased this set there is problem after every 1 or 2 months the aquaguard stops filtering the water . I register a complaint and the service engineer cames and say now it works and no problem came in future but the problem came again and again I also request them to please change the piece or repair the same well . Sir , I have to suffer from many problems have to purchase drinking water from market .....

                                We brought a Aquagaurd iNova from a Sales man who visited from Eureka Forbes. It is almost more than 18 months that we bought this and now it is the time for get it serviced. The good thing about it is they did not provide us the Invoice for the product that we purchased. I am not sure how Eureka Forbes are advertising about trust and reliability when they cannot even meet the basic customer requirements

                                Now we called Eureka Forbes 7 months ago on their Euro Helpline and also on Customer Confidence Centre with complaint number 82608035 with so many people and now I dont even remember their name and with every one that I speak they all are taught to appologize and assure as much as you can and the Customer Service Representatives adhere to it and appologize and assure you in Wholesale

                                I have called innumerable times, but in vain.

                                Why do I, as a customer, need to follow-up so vigorously ? Why do the sales people or their respective seniors give false promises which cannot be adhered to ?

                                Till the time the sale was made, I received several calls from the Sales team. What about the after-sales promises ? Who is responsible for that ? Why can't the company be clear about what can be delivered and what cannot be ? Why keep the customer in the dark ? How can I have my issues redressed ?

                                Eureka Forbes — no after sales service

                                purchased vaccum cleaner model futuro 3 yrs. back now co.s customer care representative refuses to give service by saying that this model is discontinued by them. so no spare parts even dust bag is available. kindly help.

                                We purchased Eureka Forbes Extra water purifier.

                                The quality of purified water through this appliance is very bad as it doesnot remove the bad odour or taste as promised in their claims and advertisements.

                                Their customer care number is always busy and if after many attempts one gets to speak with them, they are rude and unhelpful. I have written numerous mails to them but that has not yielded any results. There are no replies to my reminder emails sent to their email id.

                                They promise a lot in their advertisements but all these promises are false. After sales service does not exist at all.

                                I had purchased a Eureka Forbes Infinity Water Purifier system. the system stopped working with in 7 months of purchase. though the Product is still under warranty, I have lodged numerous complaints at the call center, but no Service staff has ever come to my rescue.                                 nothing has been done so far and i am calling the call center daily.

                                is their no means of protection for the consumers of india from such fraud companies like Eureka Forbes???

                                  I am very upset with EurekaForbes service standards. I had brought home the purifier on the 30th of August from Vijay Sales (Santacruz West) and had issues for someone to come for installation,however he came after a week and fixed the same. I had hardly started using the product and it stopped working twice.....after constant calls to the service center since 18th September the executive came last evening after almost 10days to get the same rectified but failed to do so. Request you to kindly replace the entire unit as there seems to be a major fault with the existing unit.

                                  Looking forward to get this sorted asap.

                                    Eureka Forbes salesman Satish Pandey visited me on the 20th of August and recommended upgradation of my existing Aquaguard. He was insisting that Aquaguard Total Infiniti was the ideal product that I should buy. I was hesitant as I was not sure on what basis he was insisting that Aquaguard Total Infiniti was the product that I should purchase. I insisted that I wanted to meet his senior so that I could take his opinion, too. Satish Pandey came the same night accompanied by his senior Harikant Sharma. Mr Sharma felt that Aquaguard Total Reviva was the product that I should consider. They made me speak to Mr. Firoze Siddiqui, who also endorsed the Aquaguard Total Reviva. So I confirmed my booking vide Order no.[protected] dated 20-08-10 and a issued a cheque for Rs. 8999.00 (Rs. 1000.00 being the buy-back value of my existing Aquaguard).

                                    Satish Pandey promised next day delivery and installation the following day, which was not to be.

                                    He also promised that once installed, he would bring TDS meter to check the TDS level and also take the water sample to your laboratory to confirm that the filtered water was potable. I had to call innumerable times to get him check my water using the TDS meter. The other promise of getting the water sample checked at their laboratory was duly declined.

                                    He also promised to refund me the amount I had paid towards AMC of my existing Aquaguard within 3 days. Its over a month and a half, I have still not received my refund. I have called innumerable times, but in vain.

                                    Why do I, as a customer, need to follow-up so vigorously ? Why do the sales people or their respective seniors give false promises which cannot be adhered to ?

                                    I think you are absolutely right that the company's representatives are very negligent in service after the sales has been made. I have an AMC for an Aquaguard and they have sent me a reminder for renewal without giving even one service visit in the entire year.

                                        I purchased an aquagaurd RO water purifire on12.12.2009 and my customer ID is [protected] from Company's sales office at civic centre Jabalpur .
                                        There were four free service coupans ,each worth Rs 250/-against which the company had to give free services at regular intervals. Even after repeated requests the company failed to give free service at regular intervals .Now after 9 months on repeated complaints service team inspected the purifier and informed that the membrane costing Rs.2350/-, has been damaged and requires replacement. Since this item is consumable therefore not covered under warantee and has to be purchased as a fresh.
                                        My complaint is that the defects/damage developed in the membrane are due to the failuare of the company to regulary attend the purifire for free services during the above period. But the company is not entertaning my claim.
                                        I conclude that this is intentionaly done by company (not to attend customer for free services) just to increase sell of Memrane casting Rs.2350/- and if it is not so, then they should proportionately reduce the cost comensating for the free services not offered to me in the past.

I called the service number repeatedly severly, but there is no response from them for past 2 months.
