i have purchased a ro water purifier system from your direct sale office on 17th november 2009 for rs.9,990/- and had a one year warrenty period with free service. but within the warranty period i got problem with AC-DC Adapter and it was replaced by the service department. again i got the same problem on 6th december 2010 which is a great headach for me . when i contact the service people , they said you have to purchase a new one for rs.1250/- which made me more sad and irritation. my question is that i have spend around rs.10,000/-for a branded product and within few months again i was forced in a position to spend another 1250/- which is aburden for me.whether they should solve the problem by changing free of cost or they should repair it and put. i was verymuch worried of this problem past one month without any solution.

I think the aquaguard servicepeople are not very genuine. The same machine I bought on Feb 2009. Till last week it was working fine. One service person from aquaguard came home and he told its free service and cleaned the purifier. afterwards it stopped working. yesterday I called that guy again and now he wants to charge me 1800 rs for the ac-dc adapter and 250 as fitting charge for the same.I didnt had any other go so I agreed to them and then they tried to fit an old adapter and told me it doesnt carry any warranty and if it goes next week also again I have to shed another 1800+250rs. Horrible. So I told them not to change the adapter and threw the product in the thrash.

U r lucky that they charged u only 1200rs !!!

    The Aquaguard Reviva was purchased in the month of November 2010 and installed in the third week of November 2010. Since installation, water leakage was observed from the unit body and it was also witnessed by the Service Engineer of Eureka Forbes. Since then, no one from the company has visited and arrested the leakage. We have lodged a complaint with the customer care but no result was obtained.

    Again in the month of Dec.2010, the unit was tripping on short circuit. Complaint was put up with the customer care. No response from the company. Finally after 10 days, crew has come to check the problem and found out that stabilizer/transformer failed. They immediately left the place saying they will come in the next day and replace. The next day, no one has turned up. At last after five days, the crew landed to replace the failed transformer. It was immediately brought to the notice of the Sales Manager and it was very surprising to hear from his mouth that this is common factor with the unit.

    The unit is still suffering with water leakage from the body.

    Eureka Forbes — delay of 2 months in refund of money on cancellation of booked aquaguard

    I had ordered for an aquaguard [water purifier] from Eureka forbes for my mother assuming that her aquaguard has become old. But it was quite new and so she said I don't need it. So, within an hour I had cancelled the order. While, ordering I had paid a cheque of rupees 8950/- to the sales person. Today its been one and half month, but I have not got my money back.
    Everyday Eureka forbes employees are giving me different reasons for the delay. Please tell me what do I do?

      I have bought RO model Aquaguard. Within less than 7 months, the filter process got slow. It was damaged during the last service when a technician came and intentionally damaged the product. Since then, the water filter process of my machine went down. When we complained after several calls, a service engineer came and said it would cost Rs 2500/ to repair the damage. I talked to supervisor Mr Srinivasan Rao - [protected] and he gave a diktat of 'terms & conditions'. It shows that the company while selling the product hides information. Nothing is covered under warranty. He said consumer parts are not covered under warrant clause. He was fearlessly and arrogantly said to me to complain wherever I want. This is pathetic. The government of India should ban such company for cheating on customers. I'm not a legal extert who understands all the clauses covered under warranty document. I'm sure many consumers feel the same. Its time to raise alarm towards such product and discourage users from buying products.

      I want to bring this matter to consumer court. Will you please tell me where I can register complaints. This time. I'm serious and will fight the case come what may!

        1. I Had taken AMC for 3 years from 06 Feb2008 to 05 Feb 2011 vide RR Enterprise, 14/911, Indira Nagar, Lucknow- 226016 Contract Receipt No[protected] for Rs 2,550/-.
        2. I was told that the carbon tube will be now replaced Once a Year and normal servicing Twice a Year.
        3. The Carbon tube has been replaced only TWICE , once in 2008 at the time of AMC renewal and thereafter in Dec 2009.
        4. I asked RR Enterprise on the 24t Dec 2010 to change the Carbon Tube as the third replacement is due, but have REFUSED saying that it will be replaced only after renewing the AMC in Jan 2011.
        5. This is NOT right as in 3 years contract the tube must be logically replaced TRICE.
        6. Please instruct the RR Enterprise to replace my Carbon Tube.

          Dear Sir,

          I have bought Aqua Guard Sensa SMP+ (Rs. 17,900) by March 2010. Within 10 months, the device stopped working frequently and i have made more than 20 calls to the customer service.

          The problem started happening by the first month of purchase. If it is faulty device, they should replaced with proper working device.

          But though numerous requests, they simply service it every time and to get the service, i need to make follow-up calls to get the service engineer to take a look at the device.

          Recently, i found out while having conversation with local service manager that the consumer should require service for the device at least once in every three months one way or another.

          This again increased the untrustiness on Aqua Guard device. During the warrantly period itself, i got to make numerous frequent service requests because the device stopped working. I am risking my entire family's health in terms of beliving Aqua Guard to supply purified water through the device.

          Since, it requires frequent services & repairs and mandatory service request for once three months, it makes me sincerly concerned about the device, my family's health and the period of warranty.

          I would like to make a request here to get the proper device or my money back. I am affraid of putting my family's health at risk due to Aqua Guard Sensa's malfunctioning.

          Please help me and my family.

            I requested Eureka Forbes, the company which makes Aquaguard Water Filter, thousand times to provide me with analysis report of the water filtered by aquaguard, but they did not bother to send me the report. Aquaguard calls itself 'The Doctor of Water (Paani ka doctor)' , but it can not provide with a water analysis report. What a pity !!

            We have two aquagard units under your CMC in our Blood bank of Govt.Medical College & Hamidia Hospital, Bhopal (M.P.).One of the units is out of order since last one month.Inspite of repeated telephonic requests, your agency had failed to get the unit working.Please take necessary steps to get it repaired or otherwise advise that whether I should approach the consumer forum.

              I have already launched a complain against this company through this website on the first week of Dec 2010.....but still those people do not have minimum amount of courtesy to listen customer carefully.

              This is really a pathetic condition. Even the people who are seating at kolkata office they dont want to talk with customers, I have mailed them 4 times and called more than 5 times, but always they replyed " ok we will see, what can I do for you".

              Now this is last reminders from my side and after that I have to take legal step.

Before purchasing he had promised me to come as possible as early for demonstration but till today afternoon he has not come . the dealer is of indore (krishna Bisandhar), I phoned him several times ,inetially he had talked to me on mobile after that he did not lift my mobile. what should i do ?                   I had purchased a Eureka Forbes Aquasure Nano RO water purifier from Sarvanna Bhavan Tambaram.Within 6 months the purifier stopped working.After registering a complaint and after 7 followups the engineer turned up.He said the adaptor was not working,but as the warranty period was on he changed the adaptor.But the adaptor that is normally used for this model was out of stock(as per his info) he fitted an adpator used for some other model.He said he will change it to the original in 2 days.Even after repetetive complaints and calls he is not changing it.Its been almost a month now.Pls someone let me know what action i should take.There is no contact number(other than[protected] of higher authorities where i can register my complaint.Please someone assist me.My email id is [protected]@gmail.com

                  Eureka Forbes / Aquasure Water Purifier — Bad Service

                  Recently I purchased one Aqua Sure Water Purifier from a DSA of Eureka Forbes. On installation, I realised that one of the part is faulty, when I contacted the DSA, they simply ignored my complaint. I suggest all readers, not to buy any products from any DSA, until and unless you are very sure about after sales service from them, because in such cases, OEM may also trun reluctant.

                  Eureka Forbes - Aquasure Water Filter — Useless product by Eureka Forbes!

                  I have bought an Aquasure Water Purifier 10 months back. Till date we were unable to use it as it does not filter the water as they promise. After cleaning of catridge, each and every time it becomes a headache for me. I have been requesting Eureka Forbes dealer many times. But no response.
                  I have purchased Aqua sure Water filter in July 2008 from M/s Uneversal solution, since the begining the filter is giving so many problems. Few days back we got new problem i.e.water is leaking from the top container and the same is informed & compalint lodged with universal solutions. So far they have not taken any steps.

                  Eureka Forbes RO Water Purifier — Pathetic Service

                  Hi,

                  I have Purchased a Eureka Forbes RO system, worth Rs. 10, 000 on 28th of Jan 09, The system stopped functioning on th 15th of Arpil 09 and there after I made several calls to the Customer Care, service Center, Service Engineer as well as the Sales Guy but without any effect.
                  I have once logged a call with the complaint number of 81253992 on 25th of April so that some one hears me this time but all the effors made are in Vain.

                  Is there any away I can get acrross to some management person and understand why I customer is harrased like this?

                  I had submitted a Complain to you on Aqua Sure ( Aqua Guard ) non-electric product, dated 16th May 2009 evening around 4:00 PM .
                  The product was purchased on 17/04/2009 my complaint no. is 172 it is with chandigarh head office of auqa gard, Its not even a month the it started giving problem 4 times, This company is cheating consumer and making easy money, And they only concern about there money and they think that consumer money is a waste . I did not get any reply on this. Neither my problem has been solved . Please look into this and help in resolving .

                  Eureka Forbes RO Water Purifier — RO Water Purifier is very bad product

                  Hi,

                  We have drinking water problem in our locality due to very high TDS o[censored]nder ground water. We have to buy water for drinking, cooking and all that.

                  Last month a sales boy named Palash Das from Eureka Forbes came to our home and suggested to buy Total RO purifier from Eureka Forbes. I was reluctant to buy the product as I was not sure about the ability of purifier. He convinced me to buy the product in one condition that if the purifier fails then he will take away the purifier and also said the he will take the money only if I am satisfied with the product. He installed the product on 9th August and did not show us the quality of purified water with TDS meter. Just installing the product he ran away saying that he has another product to install in remote place. After that I tested the water, it was not worth of drink as test was very salted. I informed him, he came on next week with a TDS meter. I saw that TDS of purified water is high, hence I refused to take the purifier. He said that this problem will be solved by a Technical Expert. After that long time passed, neither we could see a Technical Expert nor him. In the mean time, on 16th August the purifier stopped functioning. Previously it was at least giving satled water, after 16th August no water is coming from the purifier. At last on 6th September Palash came with a Technical Person and then did some war with the purifier and were able to start that. They also replaced the RO membrane, after which taste of the purified water slightly changed. On that day itself, after 1 hour of their departure, purifier stopped working.

                  I am very distressingly saying that I am not at all happy with the product. Please get that defective item removed from my home.

                  Eureka Forbes RO Water Purifier — delivered an used machine instead of new one

                  Eureka forbes ltd is trying to cheat us by giving an used RO water purifier instead of a new one. There was no proper seal for the package and the machine was wet inside and dusty outside. After paying the full amount by cash advance and post dated cheques why customers like me have to face such cheap tricks played by the people working for Eureka forbes?

                    I have AMC done for aquaguard on 20Nov2010 from premier sales corporation ,chikhli ,pune. This people charged me Rs.950/- and gave me receipt on a Xeroxed paper. When I objected they told me that they will be giving receipt of proper AMC within 3 days. Thereafter they are not attending my call at all.I feel thay dont do proper AMC and syphon money in between. My aquaguard is not working and I can not get it repaired from any other service centre as they have not provided with proper AMC documents.

Though I have returned my old aquaguard and maintainence contract, they told me that I would have to pay the full amount and the a refund of Rs 2000 would be paid back to me for the old aquaguard and maintainence contract in 2 weeks time.                         I bought an Aquaguard RO Total Reviva water purifier 6 month ago. Since last one month system is not working properly on November 1st i gave compliant([protected]) they told will send engineer for doing the service, after no responce on Nov 15th i called again and asked the status they told issue got escalated and they will send the service engineer soon (complinant no [protected]) after no responce again i called on 6th Dec and checked the status (complaint no [protected]) they are telling the same thing.I am really fed up of this product.

                        I bought an Aquaguard RO Total Reviva water purifier one year ago. From the very first day the purifier started giving problem. When it was installed by the mechanic he checked and told it is working satisfactorily. The truth is that he bluffed me. He was knowing that the machine he installed is defective. The reason is simple as an RO purifier is supposed to drain the waste water when the tank gets filled up with the purified water. This in my case was not at all happening. I had no idea of this and so I could not insist on the point that he is wrong. After repeated complaints when the mechanic came and attended the fault he simply removed the RO filter and replaced it with a substandard TDS filter. After lot of struggle I called the eureka Forbes engineer again. He then damaged the flash knob and finally installed the right RO filter. I asked the engineer that since that knob is an integral part of the purifier you can not change the knob. So please replace this faulty machine. He said that he can not do that. Since then I tried a lot to report this matter to the higher authorities but at last I got fed up and my purifier now has become useless. Now at the end of one year Mr RK Ganguly VIce President Customer Service has written a letter to me asking for Annual Service Contract. He is not aware of the fact the staffs working under him are not in his control. He is not aware of the fact that once a Eureka Forbes product is sold, a customer is forced to think of disposing it. He is not aware of the fact that Eureka Forbes have employed the most incompetent engineers and technicians. In this regard I want to say Mr Ganguly that I am sorry from the bottom of my heart. The reason is if I respond to him positively definitely I will be taken for a ride by his staffs. He is not aware how I suffered for one year with the water purifier. At present it can only be used as a dustbin the cost of which is Rs 10000/-. Now if he ask me to spend Rs 1000/- more and get that dustbin repaired by his hopeless staffs, I do not have any valid reason to believe him. Eureka Forbes has lost faith of Indians.
                        I am really fed off with the service given by Eureka Forbes. It is totally not working . when I am trying to contact service person (Deepak) who is in Bangalore, he is clearly telling me to go for Consumer court we will finally not give any service . So i[censored] people are not responding for this complaint then we will put case in a consumer court and we will put same in news paper also.

                          I had purchased a RO of eureka forbes last year. I got an AMC(of Rs. 3700)done last month by your engineer mr. joginder singh. He is a non compitent person employed by your company as after he has opend the machine , he left it in a non workable condition. As there is one or the other problem arising again and again. It's been more than one month that we are forced to drink boiled water as no ones turned up to my constant complaints.
                          First of all he didn't turn up to service the machine. Then he put the candle of high potency which made the water undrinkable. After costant calls he came to change the candle. Then the tap broke down and we were left with no option to call him again. Again he came to our place after several calls. This time the tap got repaired but the machine started leaking and there is a strange sound coming when ever the filteation starts.
                          In nutshell i would request you to please rectify my problem or else i will be forced to go to the consumer court for all the harassment me and my family are facing because of the indifferent behaviour of your employees.

                          Eureka forbes Water Purifier — misrepresentation of facts; false promises

                          my aqua guard stopped functioning on 13.2.08. I complained to their helpline. they promised to send their mechanic the next day but he came 3 days later and left after dismantling it. a call to their head office brought 2 gentlemen who insisted that i would have to upgrade my machine @Rs 4000, which was no use as the model will no longer be manufactured after 2 years, so I should buy a new model @Rs6500. I gave them the cheque. The next day, the original mechanic came with the spare part which he would have installed free in my old machine, which these 2 gentlemen had taken away, saying it was worthless. Worse still, though they had promised to start the new machine on 19.2.08, they did not turn up at all. when i called them, they said it was a holiday. Till then they had been saying that it was not a holiday.
                          The salesman's name is Rahul Singh.
                          Whom should I take up the matter with?

                          I have purchase Eureka Forbes Water Purifier on 01.02.2010 vide receipt No.
                          041930, dated 01.02.2010 for Rs. 9590/-. After 20 days it is giving some problem. I made complaint to helpline No.39883333 vide my complaint No.82567385. Nobody responding since 15 days.Please look into the matter please.

                            aquaguard nova model — water is leaking after change of filter

                            Dear Sir,
                            AMC is given to your representative on May 08 for 2 yrs. By terms and conditions, your person should come to check the product within 6 months and should change the filter after 1 yr. But no one has come. After repeted calls to Mr Rakesh at Nagpur he has send one person to change the filters. The person basically not knowing how to handle and also not able to close the aquagurd shutter. The water is leaking, he has left it before 15 days. After repeated complaints once again the same person has come to my home and saying some part is damaged. No feedback has been given by him or Mr Rakesh. After repeted complaints by me no satifactory answer has come and my problem also not solved. Kindly solve the problem as early as possible.

                            closing the tab water is leaking from the knob replaced carben plate by your agent and told about the complaint but it was not arrended I had paid the
                            a.m.c on 19/05/2009 but only one service was done on just fourdays back but the problem is not attended look in the matter

                              Dear,
                              I am having AMC vide contract receipt number;51 dated october 29, 2010 done
                              by your service engineer named after Mr Jonginder Singh.
                              Regretfully , I have to point out that despite of our several telephonic complaints
                              nobody is listening .
                              Please get it repaired immediately by some another engineer or we will be forced
                              to go to consumer court.

                                i am a BP of eureka forbes from last 2 year but without any reason company had send notice to me & close BP and after one year still not sattel my account after so many follow up with local office no any solution given by mr pranshant & also mr.sumit & mr rajeev arror so i request to u please help me any senior authority.

                                  Eureka Forbes - No service providers

                                  Bought the water purifier machine a month ago and it was not working properly. Raised the complaint in the customer care but till now none has turned Up. My sincere advice please do not buy any product of Eureka Forbes.

                                  i, pramod kumar, R/O 33E, Gandhi gram, Kanpur, mob. no. [protected] purchased a RO aquagaurd ENHANCE B Code No. 12252, Sl. No. D[protected], from your company agent Mr. Sumit, mob no. [protected]. he agreed to sell the unit with Rs. 13000/-. i paid the same amount through credit card. he supplied the unit but he didn't provide service related documents and gift. the gift, offering the co. is not precious for me. i rung up the agent several time but he is not responding. therefore, this is my request to provide the docs. related to service at least.

                                    I bought Aqua sure storage water purifer of Eureka forbes in Sep'09 which eas the latest model of storage water purifier that time. It had warranty of one year. Exactly after one year, in Nov'10, it stopped working. I loged complaint at Eureka Forbes customer care no. 39883333 on 11.11.2010. A service engineer came and told that adapter needs to be changed. He told that he will change it next day but he advised not to buy the new adapter instead buy a new purifier. But next day when again contacted him to change the adapter again he advised to change the purifier itself. Like this one week passed and adapter was not changed. I again loged the complaint on[protected] on 19.11.2010 to change the adapter. I used to remind on this number 2 or 3 times daily after then after loging the complaint, but every time same reply was given that engineer will be coming soon. When asked their supervisor's number, they gave telephone number[protected] of Ms. Anu. This number used to be switch on only after 12:30 AM and she attended my call only once and replied that she will call me back. After then whenever I used to call her, she didn't reply and then she used to switch off her phone. This is the behaviour of Eureka Forbes customer care supervisor for which she has got this job.

                                    After repeated calls to eureka forbes number 39883333, ultimately on 26.11.2010, they replied that adapter is not in stock and will be received in 3 or 4 days. It took them 15 days to know that adapter is not in stock. I know this is also a false excuse just to harass the customer. Their service engineer is well trained to not to rectify the complaint so that customer may buy a new purifier from them.

                                    SO. if you are buying any product from Eureka forbes, just think over it because once it gets faulty, it will not be rectified, the company will harass you so that you buy a new product instead of rectifying it.

                                      Ever since I purchased ( January 2010) the so-called advanced Aquagaurd water purifier, it has been a constant struggle with the company representatives with respect to the TDS issue. When the equipment was sold to us, we were promised by the sales executive that the sensor technology would ensure that we get water with an optimum TDS of around 100, irrespective of the input water. But it is vexatious that even after 8 months and countless services, yesterday the TDS measured by technician Mr Pazhani ( [protected]) was a mere15. This kind of TDS is attained even in the most basic of RO models! Why do we need such an expensive sensor technology for this low TDS? One can't help but feel cheated by this company especially when the equipment cost is prohibitively high (17000 Rs)! I am sure that this problem of TDS is not an isolated occurence with respect to only our equipment. Since not many customers are knowledgable enough to know the significance of TDS they may not even be getting the readings every time from the technician and so most of them might be completely ignorant of the existing TDS problem. In short I can state that this model is a complete failure and the company should stop marketing this model with immediate effect and provide the existing customers adequate compensation at the earliest.

                                        We have purchased Eureka Forbas Water Purifier Aquagard RO Total NF Reviva in month of March or April 2010. Within 6 months product started malfunctuning and water circulation was very very low. We kept on complaining, Complain Details : Compalin Dts.:6-11-10, 11-11-10, 12-11-10, 22-11-10, 24-11-10, Complain Nos.: 83824718, 83852519,[protected], 83900973, 60224058 respectively. After making so many daily phone calls Technician visited and changed the filter and same day evening again its stopped working. Again making so many phone calls, registering complaints till today i.e. 26-11-10 nobody is least bothered to solve the problem. False promises are made daily.

                                        Please help us to fight with them, we want to return the product and want refund of the total money we paid.
