Dear All,

Eureka Forbes has become the worst in customer commitment. There Customer care executives are useless chaps, they take customer complaints & sit on it for months. Whenver you call them they say that they are working on it. Even there mumbai office Head dosen't reply to any of the customer complaints. they are sleep on the customer problems. They have Zero value for the customers

I am Arjun Singh, purchased EUROCLEAN WET & DRY vacuum cleaner on date 16 Feb 2014. Transaction id is : 77655074 Customer id: [protected] Till now I have not received Warranty card, Bill and Eurodiya till now Arjun Singh [protected].

Eureka Forbes — breakdown

our RO System broke down some ten days back and our complaint is pending with your Dehradun centre since March5,and umpteen reminders ever since to customer care executive Mr. Mishra and also the escalation to Mr. Rawat,your Head here ,twice over.No response till now!!!! Plan filing a Police report on this as to cheating under garb of warranty.Till then,take care. my complaint number is 188.

We are using WD vacuum cleaner of your company for last two years. Recently it has become unserviceable and needs repair. I checked the contact no. of local service center Thane city from your web site and had given vacuum cleaner for repair as on 10/03/2010 but till date they could, nt found any problem OR not going to contact to us.
Eureka forbes has become a worst company. Not adhering its commitments. I had compliant for service of my water purifier machine but no one has turned up.
i have brought water purifier 15 days ago and now its not funtioning no water is coming though water supply is properly connected and complaint has been logged but no response is coming . so please
Reading these complaints is quite a revelation. Did't know the situation is so bad. If this state of affairs regarding after sales service continues it won't be long before your monopoly in water purifiers is challanged.

I regret to bring your notice about your service people lethargic response.

I purchased a RO unit from your Chennai region at Pallavaram depot-Chennai 600 043. just one month back.

Your person came and explian about your products and all things.

And they refer one model for me and I gave full amount immediately and they install the unit next day.

Then next day the problem was started auto input cutting is not working and also I fund some dust in side of the water.

I compliant your office immediately they came after two days only.

They verified the unit and they told me they want check the water in your lab.

they took the water also it's more then 20 days till date I'm not getting any feed back
from your side.

I never expect this kind service form your company.

Actually I'm planning to suggest your product to some of my good friends.

Now I'm ????????????????


Still I have confident about company kindly solve my problem immediately.

And also I'm not received original invoice from your company.

They gave for me one order receipt Number only.

I am having Aqua Flow water purifier, every year I spend for AMC, but frenchies of Lucknow city never deal complaint even changing of carbon after six month. Every times on the visit to their office they always gives a new contact no. old no. which was mentioned in receipt always changes. Presently they are saying that carbon is not available in Whole Eureka Company. I am unable to understand this? Company officials are requested to solve the problem

I brought a Eureka Forbes water purifier (Classic) in January 2009. I was told that I will be getting two free services in a year. I had been frantically calling their customer care in Hyderabad for the servicing but no one came till date. It has been more than a year and no one came to do the servicing.

In March 2010, after so many calls, one of the technicians visisted the place and demanded service charges and refused to honor the service credits promised to us. This has been the worst experience that we ever had. EUREKA FORBES has the worst customer service. Their employees are the worst and most rude people we ever dealth with.

DONT EVER BUY A EUREKA FORBES PRODUCT !!

Eureka Forbes, RO Reviva — Very Poor Service

I bought RO from Eureka Forbes and I had very bad experience. After taking full payment its marketing executive absconded. After calling to the customer care many times they installed it even without stand and it is not working properly. If Eureka Forbes can’t give service only for installing its product then how we can think about after installation service. My experience is that no need to purchase any Eureka Forbes products and we can look for other alternative companies product.
CHEATS! FRAUDS!...They say "EUREKA FORBES-- Your friends for life" ... but unfortunately its a life time agony buying any product of EF. There is NO Customer service and response. fIRST OF ALL THEIR HELPLINES NEVER PICK UP AND IF AT ALL THEY PICK UP THEY WILL MAKE FALSE PROMISES BUT NEVER DELIVER. My aqua guard under an AMC contract is lying unservicieable since last 15 days, but despite repeated daily complaints no one has come to repair it despite the AMC. This is not the first time it has always happened since last so many years ever since I brought EF products. Last time the company tech came only when HE TOOK AN ASSURANCE THAT I AM GOING TO TAKE THE AMC CONTRACT. AS PER THE AMC CONTRACT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO MAKE TWO PERIODICAL VISITS TO CHECK THE SERVICEABILITY BUT THEY NEVER BOTHER.

NEVER BUY EF PRODUCTS
COMPANY PLEASE WAKE UP AND DO SOMETHING TO SOLVE THE CUSTOMER PROBLEMS

This is shameless informing you to the Executive of Eureka Forbes (Aquasure), Jabalpur(MP) Like- Mr. Rama Shanker Tiwari is a very same full person, Worng Attidue, Bad Behavior, Way of talking is very raaf, Mony defolater, Cheater, any time any day he is come in my Home, all the activity is very worst, His charecter is not good & he is a very shame less person, I am not define mush more, I think you understood...!

I m purchase of eureka forbes Ro system (model of reveva) on dated 20th of march 2009 but my purifyer is not purify the water and company said with me the bottel of purify the water is lost. R u purchase new bottel.
My complain is 6th march 2010 this date is waranty period but comapany manager told me u purchase the contract & i replace ur filter.
But first think why u not replace the purify? just i m on waranty period?
Company manager said me u read the memorandm. i dont know?
Company person sell the products of Ro plant not any coment of the Ro is not worked properly is company folt.

Pls help me?

Eureka Forbes has become the worst in customer commitment. There Customer care executives are useless chaps, they take customer complaints & sit on it for weeks. Whenever you call them, to lift the phone, they take approx.5-10 minutes(revenue to telephone exchange and customer to pay additionally to this). They least bother about the problem, they say technician will visit after 2 working days. This is latest technology to attend the problem. Even their Mumbai office Head dosen't reply to any of the customer complaints. they are sleep on the customer problems. They have Zero value for the customers. I had purchased a water purifier in August 2009 and within 4 months, problem started and so far three complaints made. Within 6 months, the unit started giving problem 4 times, This company is cheating consumer and making easy money. My hard earned money, they think is a waste . My problem has not been fully solved. I need replacement or my money be refunded with interest @ 18%.

I had registered my complaint on 17 Mar 2010 vide docekt no. 8263 1647 for replacement of the existing RO Purifier because of its poor performance right from the date of purchase on 25 Oct 2009. Numerous service calls were given and these were attended to but not to our entire satisfaction. The membrane of the purifier had to be replaced twice which itself indicates the faulty nature of the equipment. The water coming out of the outlet is quite warm which indicates the defect in the motor.
It was agreed to by MS Bhagabati that the equipment would be replaced. But nothing has happened as yet.
If my complaint is not redressed within a period of two weeks, I shall be constrained to resort to appropriate legal action for redressal of my grievances.
I also face the same problem about ur service for my water filter.

Eureka Forbes / Ivory (Water Purifier) — manufacturing defect

Dear Sir,

I have purchased the above mentioned machine from Prakash glassware- Rajkot, machine serial No. is 2006373 purchased made on 15.07.2009

The machine wasn’t running smoothly for one month since my purchased, every month it does have problem either with electric circuit or other related instruments

Also, I would like to bring your notice that we got service only after when we made lots of call to company service centre Rajkot & Ahmedabad service centre, there was not continue working for one month without any failure, it seems the machine having manufacturing defect

I have repaired the machine from 7 to 8 times within seven month time, it shows the poor performance of machine

Even last repaired was done on 28th Jan’ 2010 but the machine was running for three days after repairing and till date I haven’t got any support from your service centre

I also would like to inform you that in my residence there have been installed all required safety electrical gadgets

I have mad lots of request to company to repair it properly, but every time after repair its does run only three to four days only, it seems the machine have some serious manufacturing defect

I have followed-up with company service centre or compnay branch to replace the unit as it is having manufacturing defect

I am looking for your support
