we baught a battery from G.M.Trading Company 265;A East Mohan Nagar Amritsar
in the name Shori Lal Chemicals bill no-202 dateed-18/05/2009
we have 4 invaters with us but this abave detailed battery is not working like other it is totally down not give any light to even one fan and delaer is not responding since 4 days we had loged our compalent
ther is some mr Kalsee and mr Jaspender they are qute rood to us after have a long discution they had repalce our battery for cheeking with some dead battery

Exide — replacing problem

I have purchased EXIDE INVA TUBULAR BATTERY IT 500 ON[protected] .Its just 23 months, my battery backup reduced to only 1 hr.I have complained to dealer from where i purchased it but, there is no responce from them.i have tired to call them to solve my problem but they never try to solve my problem, sometimes they disconect my cal, so i have posted my problem here because i think only u people can solve my problem.i want to give the full details of my battery details:-

Exide — After sales service

Despite of several reminder MrTuhin Brahma ([protected]) of Exide service manager don't bother to send some service person to my house.

Exide — Battery not received after replacement even after about 1 month.

I have buyed a bullet motorcycle and its fitted with exide battery which is faulty. So i have sent the battery for replacement and even the battery was passed for replacement and its over an month but still i havent recieved my battery. The company personels say that they dont have this battery in stock and my bike standing still from over 45days.

I suggest all the readers not to purchase exide battery as there service is too bad. And if the battery is faulty then you have to wait for around 1-2months to get your battery replaced. So buy only if you can afford your vehicle to stand still for 1-2months.

Exide — warranty

sir i submit my defected battery to exide service at berhampur .....after 5 days i called him and he told me that my battery's dispatched to company and i get new one from that company then after 3 days i called him again and he told me that my battery was rejected by company ...so i want to put a consumer case so pls sugest me.....

once you purchase exide battery you will not get it replacement because exide do not give replacement to dealers.90% of exide battery is rejected by the company in any condition its ok or faulty.when you go to dealer you say we want exide so he sold you. so its your responsibility to take replacement from company .what the dealer will do if exide reject him
