I have purchased aExide Inva Tubular battery in April 2008 from Hardoi but within 10 month battery back reduced by 70% which is worst than a local battery then what is the purpose to buy a original battery of brands like EXIDE and investing 12000 rs. as i am transferred from Hardoi to sitapur then plz inform with the detail from where and how i can get the problem served in sitapur as battery is under warranty

I had used an exide invertor battery which exploded and the company refuses to replace the same nor is it willing to give it in writing. The battery was less than 3 months old. I wish to connect with persons who have had the same fate as me to take the matter to its logical conclusion collectively. He kindly accepted my request took away my battery for servicing. On 7th August 2007, I had purchased an Exide tubular battery IT 500 from ROYAL BATTERY HOUSE IRINJALAKUDA, KERALA state for Rs. 10500. The dealer has given 30 months replacement guarantee. sir,
i purchased inverter and battery on 14th jan 2008 fm motor agencies corporation at gree park new delhi.after some time i faced problem with my battery regarding back-up.
he then collected the batterry from my place and now he is charging 500 rs as service charge, although my warranty period is not expired.
pls help me out as soon as possible....

I am driving a Kinetic -4S. Last fortnight; I had replaced my battery since it was old. After replacement the vehicle is not self starting as it should be. According to the dealer there might be some problem in my vehicle. So subsequently; I checked my vehicle through authorized kinetic showroom in Pune----No faults with the vehicle; battery unable to take load, discharges frequently.
Now the dealer is refusing to either re-charge...

We would like to inform you that we had purchased a Exide Battery from Energy System, 34, Sher Singh Complex, Naya Bans, Sec - 15, Noida vide their Invoice No.984 Dt.09.09.2008 but just after 15 days of purchase, it was not working, when I try to lodge a complaint to the concerned supplier, they misbehaved and said that when I will be sufficient time I will rectify it, and cannot replace it. hai i bought exide freedom 9 amps battery for my bullet with in 3days of purchase the battery showed its scarface by not charging and dimming head lamps an horns an when i went dealer with warranty card he dint replace the battery neither he said contact him after 2 days to get the repalcement do i need to wait so investing money and running vehicle with out battery

I was purchased new Battery of exide model mhd 700 (hitachi)Powersafe Battery on 17/10/2008 from sri kalpana battery works, trichy, tamilnadu .But after 3 days it was not working totally. it is a Company Manufacturiing defect .
exide Dealer was not
giving the replacement of that battrey .so, I would like to appeal this problem in cosumer court .
