Express It Courier — Non - delivery of couriers by express it

Dear Sir

I was expecting the courier from ICICI Bank which was sent thru Express IT Courier.I am not been told AWB no.All couriers sent thru the EXPRESSIT from ICICI Bank are either delivered very late or not at all delivered to me.I only came to know when they called from different branch and said we are not the delivering branch.I dont know that delivery branch had made attempts to deliver or not.I am sure they didnt turn up even a single time.I have never seen such a non professional and non-sincere courier company in my life.They deliver couriers according to their convenience.They are not at all sincere. I didnt get a single miss you intimation nor I got any SMS from them that one document could not be delivered.Some lady called me from this no[protected] and she didnt spoke properly about the delivering branch, awb no.Then I tried to contact this number more than 10 times, she never lifted the phone. Instead after the call was over becos of no answer, she put down the receiver as if she was not bothered and all at her whims she does anything and she switched off the phone.
Not even a single time they lifted the phone.Becos of these bad/worst behaviour of this, some of my couriers have been returned back to the sender and causing lot of inconvenience becos of there unprofessional attitude.

I regret to say this that non of the courier company is sincere in there work almost now and then i have brought to notice many times about this ones viz Overnite Express - Wrong numbers in SMS, nos get feeded wrongly by non skilled boys. I was assured by Mr Firoz that it will not happen again but still the same SMS having wrong feeded nos gets distributed and list is endless about Professional courier, Express It and many others. I request you to do something to these non professional persons otherwise lot of persons would keep getting affected and waste our time to dig into there .

I agree with all of you. this is the worst courier service. I was to receive the payback card wich was dispatched from banglore on 6th July 2011. Unfortunately the courier was sent through expressit. Now when I check the status of the courier the system shows it as 'delivered' on 8th July. I raised the complaint at their customer service on [protected] number. Who in turn gave me the local express it courier center number as [protected]. Now when I make a call to the local agency they literally pick up the phone and put it down. My Air way bill number is [protected]
I am still awaiting for receiving my pan card dispatched on 18.07.11 but till i am not received my pan card. This is my third complaint against the Express it courier. My Awb no. is [protected] and same has been dispatched on 18.07.11. Please do the needful. My No. is [protected]

i got a message from hdfc bank send to u vide bill no [protected] at bombay on 25th aug 2011 but till date 31st aug 2011 i did not received the letter.please check today.
Worst courier company in the world. Please don't use them. Your courier will reach reach the destination.

this courier service is very poor. my atm card dispatch date 07/10/2011 but i have not received to till date.customer service member did not get any answer.
This is the worst courier i have ever seen. please DON'T RUN IT FOR THE NAME SAKE. I really wonder why banks like CANARA BANK have contracts with such stupid couriers. Just for receiving a bank statement it is taking more than one month. Same bank statement has been sent by the bank person for the 3rd time. But still i have not received the courier.. I got a call from the courier person telling me that he would deliver it between 4.30 to 7 pm. But he didn't turn back. When i called back he didnt pick up his phone. I Even left a message to provide me the office address so that i would collect it personally, but no response from them. The worser part is that the courier office is within 2 km of my area. I really wonder whether these people have basic humanity.

Have no Doubt at all - Express IT is the worst Courier company around.
An envelope sent on the 14th Nov has not been delivered till date. My emails to them have not been responded.
These people have paid bribes and got contracts with some firms and banks and they
are not sincere in their profession. They often return the letters under some pretext without even attempting to deliver them.

Worst is not the word - If there is anything worse to explain the non- service then apply it to them.

my name is MAHESH MANOHAR SINGH . i applied for new PAN CARD our pan card make by NSDL. NSDL send our pan card our resident address by EXPRESS IT courier POD NO.[protected] on 2/11/2011.but this courier company is not delivered our PAN CARD on our resident address. courier company return our PAN CARD to NSDL . his return report is address not complete/door lock .but his delivery boy is not coming our address and not call me .

express it courier co. — delivery to another person

Dear Sir/Madam,

The Expressit ( www.expressitnet.com) courier company delivered my credit card to wrong person. it were not a single time but repeat this activity second time also. company deliveryman are unprofessional, delivered to wrong address. the details are following.
1st time awb no #[protected] delivered 3 dec 11 and 2nd time awb no #[protected] delivered 29 dec 11. company send me SMS that i have received, but it was actually delivered to other person,which i don't know.Company customer care no is[protected] that was taking much time to connect. only one time that connect & she said awb no #[protected] delivered to me, that was totally wrong. she given me one contact no of kanpur office[protected] for further contact, but that no. was also un-responded. i send 5-6 e-mail to company but he never replied. recently awb no #[protected] delivered again wrong person & same that activity repeated. Co customer care no does not connect.

Please help me.

I have never seen such a lazy/sluggish and non-sincere courier company in my life. I am working for a Bank. All couriers sent thru the EXPRESSIT either delivered very late or not at all delivered to me.
They deliver tappals according to their convenience. They are not at all sincere. When I tried to contact those numbers more than 100 times, MOST OF TIME THEY NOT LIFTED THE PHONE. Instead after the call was over becos of no answer, THEY PUT DOWN THE RECEIVER AS IS THEY WERE ATTENDING ANOTHER CALL.
Not even a single time they lifted the phone. Even anybody can check those numbers.
Becos of these bad/worst behaviour of this, some of my couriers have been returned back to the sender. Lot of inconvenience becos of them.

I request you to do something to these non-sincere/Lazy persons otherwise lot of persons would be affected.

After a long communications with three persons since last 13 days from 05.01.12 they have not deliver my ATM Card which they received from ICICI Bank on 04.01.12

This is a worst Courier company. Till now I have not received my ATM Card

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have never seen such a irresponsible and non-sincere courier company in my life. I am working for a LIC (Life Insurance Corporation Of India).

They deliver tappals according to their convenience. They are not at all sincere.
My Courier of PAN CARD Dispatched From Bombay NSDL on 23rd February 2012 but i Still not received In AHMEDABAD his All Office closed due to they can Not give salary to his staff from last 3 months When I tried to contact on their costumer care no.[protected] no one give response. i tried more than 50 times redialing but no response.

My Company Stopped My Salary Payment Since last 2 Months and Current Month Due To Xerox Copy of PAN CARD.

There after i called on BOARD LINE NO.[protected] and suddenly one lady pickup the phone but when i started to talk with her about my AIRWAYBILL No. she disconnected the phone and declined the same number from telephone company

Instead after the call was over because of no answer,
