Express It Courier — Non - delivery of couriers by express it | |
Dear Sir I was expecting the courier from ICICI Bank which was sent thru Express IT Courier.I am not been told AWB no.All couriers sent thru the EXPRESSIT from ICICI Bank are either delivered very late or not at all delivered to me.I only came to know when they called from different branch and said we are not the delivering branch.I dont know that delivery branch had made attempts to deliver or not.I am sure they didnt turn up even a single time.I have never seen such a non professional and non-sincere courier company in my life.They deliver couriers according to their convenience.They are not at all sincere. I didnt get a single miss you intimation nor I got any SMS from them that one document could not be delivered.Some lady called me from this no[protected] and she didnt spoke properly about the delivering branch, awb no.Then I tried to contact this number more than 10 times, she never lifted the phone. Instead after the call was over becos of no answer, she put down the receiver as if she was not bothered and all at her whims she does anything and she switched off the phone. Not even a single time they lifted the phone.Becos of these bad/worst behaviour of this, some of my couriers have been returned back to the sender and causing lot of inconvenience becos of there unprofessional attitude. I regret to say this that non of the courier company is sincere in there work almost now and then i have brought to notice many times about this ones viz Overnite Express - Wrong numbers in SMS, nos get feeded wrongly by non skilled boys. I was assured by Mr Firoz that it will not happen again but still the same SMS having wrong feeded nos gets distributed and list is endless about Professional courier, Express It and many others. I request you to do something to these non professional persons otherwise lot of persons would keep getting affected and waste our time to dig into there . I also faced the same issue with EXPRESS IT courier, I had been applied for SBI Credit card and it got dispatched 1week back, I was expecting to get the card on the 7th day of dispatch, person from EXPRESS IT courier came to my residence because that place is there convenient, but my availability in week days would be in office and my communication address was also office as I applied to SBI credit card form, but these non-sense ppl are looking for there convenience and trying to deliver to my residence. Person came to my room and by that time I was just about to reach my room in 2min, but courier person didn't wait for me.
SBI ppl had given me this Courier Office Number:[protected]/4, I called so many number of times but not even single evil was receiving my call for half an hour - LAZY BUGGERS.

this is really ridiculous to see that i was about to receive a parcel in the month of jan but i has not been received till date, the pacel dispatched through this courier but instead of delivering it was sent back to the originator.
making a complaint is not a solution but the hope while making it that some day they will wake up and they will work as per their name and fame

I am Mohan Kumar Adhikari from Delhi on 10th mar of this month My ATM has stucked in Yes Bank ATM machine. I call to customer care ICICI bank they have block & issue my ATM card same day & told me you will received in 10 working days but till nw i couldnot received my card.today they have told me we have sent through Express IT courier bt you was not present on their mail address & the courier has been return.they have given four to five telephone no's but no one attend my phone some phone no's were not working. I request to ICICI Bank this is the worst courier service in India.Next time don't send anything with this courier.Because they will spoil your name also.

Hi,
Even I had the same experience, I got a message mentioning Airway Bill Number [protected]. and asked to call me on [protected].
I tried calling them so many times either they didn’t pick the phone and when they picked they didn’t speak and cut the phone.
This is ridiculous and we should be compensated for our loss.

I got a same experience, i did not get any deliver. so i would like to suggest u guys if your parcel has not delivered on the given add(like address is wrong, incomplete etc) then u can contact her/his mob no.bcoz it can be some important docs.its humble request plz take it seriously...
and call me 4 my parcel on ths no.[protected], [protected].

I do agree with above comments Express IT Courier is the worst courier in this world
I don't know why Income Tax Department had tied up with this kind of poor courier service.
My Pan Card was dispatched by Income Tax Department on[protected] and on Income Tax Site it is showing same has been dispatched on[protected]
but the same is not received by me yet.
My suggestion for Income Tax Department not to send courier through Express IT.

I have had 4 situations so far with this company - where it seems that the company policy is to train the delivery boys to report "Consignee not at home". The actual truth is I was there each time, but they didn't even bother to come there or call. I think this company should be reported to the ROC immediately and their license cancelled.
Such fraudulent and unprincipled companies shouldn't be allowed to operate at all.

I have never seen such a lazy and non-sincere courier company in my life. From last 4 days they are promising me to deliver my courier which is laying with them but no progress even after 4th day.
Express IT Courier — Never Delivers A Courier
Express IT Courier Did not deliver the courier. In fact This is the same problem faced in another city where an ICICI bank account is maintained. There is no customer care , the phones are never lifted. The website is not updated. my courier from Reliance insurance co. awb no.[protected], despatched on 14th May 2011 from Mumbai, till to day I did not receive it (26/5/2011)

They do not get affected by any kind of remarks.

I Have never seen a courier who is irresponsible and doesnt even have the desency to talk to a customer and having a false net work. I was informed by HDFC that a courier send on 8th june from Chennai but till 11 there is no response and they are disconnecting the phone. I really dont understand bank like HDFC who cares on the customer keep a bullock card service which is going to spoil their customer reputations.
the courier is worst in delivering.billno[protected] to be delivered at durg in march still not .received.
Most Undependable courier. A consignment(E[protected] was sent by Indiaplaza on 17th June 2011, it is almost 7 days, it is not yet delivered. Called their customer care number[protected] few times, it greets in English and Hindi and then disconnects. Is this a genuine company or fraud?
