[Resolved]  Fashion And You — Not Credit Refer a Friend Coupon

FashionAndYou — Not received coupon from fashionandyou

i am facing issue with fashionandyou. if you see on fashionandyou website there is option if you invite friend from you account and when your invited friend make online shopping you will get one coupon of 1000 rupees.

I have invite one of my friend from my account , they have made shopping from their account but i did not received any coupon.
i have called fashionandyou customer care regarding this they told me that your friend have register with my mobile number so they cant provide coupon. But if you see on website there are no such type of information mention.

I have made around 3-4call with your executive every time you are giving different excuses.
Finally when you have nothing to justify we have put above statement that terms condition are changed .
At that time when i have made this order i have confirmed this thing with your executive will i got coupon or not after your confirmation i have made this order with my friend.

You can check your record on date 12/02/2012 when i have made this order you terms condition was not changed. you policy will changed from that not for those order which was made from previously.

Stopped to making multiple statement for hiding you fault. feel guilty .
