[Resolved]  First Flight — Customer care number

First flight courier customer care number (Bangalore[protected] if we are calling this number, each time the call will be answered by an IVR. Post that we will be kept in hold for a while stating "your call is important". After that we will get a prompt saying "All our executive are busy,kindly call back".

For each call we will be charged & out of 20 or 30 call it might connect to an executive. And finally once the call is connected the service is so pathetic you will end up on Consumer complaint site.

I wanted to get update on a courier that I submitted to First Flight pick up agent at Bangalore yesterday. As per website no such tracking No and gave a return message asking to contact customer care. Dialed[protected]. After initial IVR response stating "pls hold on our executive will assist you shortly", No one responds even after waiting for more than 15 mins on 2 counts.

First Flight — Not received the courier

First Flight is the worst courier service. Please do not recommend the same for free service even. People working there are not ready to even speak properly or they will not pick up the phone even. If you have any complaint regarding same contact - [protected].
i'm also unhappy with first flight service... even customer care also not giving proper response... i'm trying to trace my courier but i'm not getting properly... net time i never ll go with this courier... it's very bad company... very very bad...
A parcel was dispatched from pune on 22/09/12 to panchkula and when it was not reached till 25/09/12. It was very strange and shameful that parcel's status/Location is unknown to all including pune branch, customer care, corporate office and panchkula branch. I found it when I called to confirmed from mr. Sailesh corporate office, he assured me to revert back but hasn't revert till 2 hours, but in between I called customer care, pune and talked with madam sakina, firstly she asked me to wait till 6pm and assured me to call back regarding status of parcel. At 6.35pm when I call her she told me that the parcel reached to panchkula branch and a boy moved to my place for delivery. I called panchkula branch but they denied directly of parcel's reach at their place and again they say we have no information regarding parcel's current status/Location. The parcel was very urgent for me whose non delivery lost my business of approx. 5 lakhs. Who will bear the loss of 5 lakhs first flight whose service is third class and whose customer is fraud claims wrong information to customers. My contact no. Are [protected] and [protected] .

Please confirm the consignment No. P09801044 Dated 7.11.2012 (the consignment has been returned from Chennai Dated 12.11.2012), and till date we have not received the courier .

Kindly tell us the current status for the same on urgent basis.

the worst service. after 7 days the consignment is not delivered.no response from the place of booking. only forwarded with another phone no., where no body responds.tracking system faulty. customer care no. shown on the receipt will give you a computer response then a contineuos music, but no one pick up the phone. no response for the email sent to bombay office even after 4 days

i booked consignment from kanpur(u.p.) to new delhi on 02 jan 2013, having consignment no MJ1233136, which contain two items in a pack.Consignment was delivered on 05 jan 2013 but only one item was delivered out of two.Some one has removed one item from that pack.

This document was collected three days back. Both sender and addressee are local and within 10 km radius reach. Till today not delivered to the addressee.
No one attends to the phone calls- since morning I must have made about 20 calls to different numbers shown in the web-site including the one in their Corporate/Registered Office in Mumbai. None helped.

It is very bad. I will never use their service and inform all my customers not to use their service.

Extension Delhi on 08.03.2013 on Today When Contacted I was Informed by your Senior Company officer Mr B.Nath Tel No 39444444/32974433//26788855 that Courier is booked by Jet Air Evening Flight FG 2326 DELHI TO INDORE
also given me the Contact no of Indore Mr Raj Kumar Mobile [protected]/Mr Irfan [protected].if also promise to your Company that we sent
around one Ton of material to Different Destination Daily if your services were O.K. We will continue with you.
Now around 9 Pm our client inform us from Indore that all Mobiles nos are Switched off.Even I was Informed that morning flight of jet is Canceled
but when I check through Jet Airways No any Flight to Indore Was Cancelled and no any Flight FG 2326 to Indore as told by you .Exist
This is matter of great Concern. if company like you is misguding We Understand about small players
Please Look in this matter .

Dear Sir/Madam,
Really shocking to listen replies from your employees for any booked consignments. They have an excuse of saying Saturday and Sunday booking gets delayed then why don't you add in your advertisements that consignments will be booked only from Monday to Thursday and will be delivered within four days and must remove that delivery on next working days. To the best of my experience only false commitments are made from your office. Even local couriers provide better services than you.

To the best of my knowledge you can't.Because you have failed and getting deterioration due to cheap and lie behavior of your employees.Even after four days of booking of my consignment it is still in transit. It is shameful ...

very bad service of first flight till date i have not received my consignment, i have confirm my 4-apr-13 but today 7-apr-13 still wating for my product. also while checking the tracking details pending is mention on delivery detail.
so in future no need to book first flight...

Very poor service. Item not received in more than 7 days. Item ws sent from delhi to kolkata. When I track the package on their website I find that the item is delivered to a wrong person. They never answered my call or eplied my email. Worst service I have ever received. I will never use their services, neither I will recommend anyone to do it.

First Flight courier POD not given from any customer service person of docket No. M79167602 Booking date - 08.08.13, it has not happen in another courier company.
First flight courier customer support system is just a joke. They do not respond to mail in any id you can get in their site. Their site do not have transit time calculator.Most horrible is their tracking system in which you will not get anything not even expected date of delivery. I have tried more than 60 times over telephone but no one is there to pickup whether it is Corporate office, registered Office or Delhi regional Office. I think it is their corporate guideline not to entertain any customer grievance.

In this company no body is responsible all are very unresponsive.
no body reply any mail and not taken any action against the complaint.
Pune - Pimple Saudagar Branch phone never works. They told me collect the courier till 7:30 but I`m finding the office closed by 7 itself for last 3 days. The phone does not work, the office is closed before the said timings and I can not collect it before 7pm. How am I supposed to get my courier?

For how long do you keep it with you? Looks like I`m going to have to collect it on weekends. Hope it is open then.
