[Resolved] First Flight Courier — Non delivery of My order of India today Book Club | |
I have ordered something on INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB. They have couriered my order on 3rd August with First Flight Courier Co.. While i am checking on First Flight website on tracking page, i was amazed to see the progress details of my courier. Very first day, It is written that house was closed means they have found the house address. Next day, i found that Insufficient address mentioned on tracking page. How come it is possible that they found the house on 1st day but next the house was not there. I have also requested to INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB but as usual no response from their side also. I am very upset the way First Flight and India Today book club behaving. This is not sign of good customer care. I am out of India and can not visit to their office personnally. I am totally stuck and don't know what to do. This courier company looks to me a fraud company. Don't deal with First Flight Courier company Was this information helpful? | |

I GOT A CALL 4RM ITBC... AND I ORDERED A REEBOK STYLE KIT WORTH RS 2498 THORUGH TELE SALES BY MY CREDIT CARD.. BUT TIL DATE I HAVNT RECEIVED MY ORDER YET.. I HAVE COMPLAINED SO MANY TIMES 2 D CUSTOMER CARE, SPOKE 2 SO MANY SUPERVISORS, & EVRY TIME I"M TOLD DAT UR COMPLAINT IS FORWADED 2 D DEPARTMENT, U WIL SOON GET UR PARCEL REDISPATCHED, AS ITS A CASE OF LOST IN TRANSIT, AS BLUE DART HAVE MISPLACED MY ORDER... I WANT D JUSTICE, AS ITS GOIN 2 BE COMPLETE 1YEAR ON DIS 20TH JULY... PLZ SOLVE MY PROBLEM, I"M VERY MUCH FRUSTRATED & MENTALLY TORTURED BY ITBC I have similar story. regarding consignment not delivred
Consignment no Ba1675650 is not deliver on till date. Pls give me details of consignment bcoz 4 days already taken. When I am going for consignment he said two working days for delivery is maximumnot received courier timely last 3 month

they are not giving service properly for our office located in aminjikarai,
Sr.Bussiness Executive officer mr. Thalapathi Prabhakaran is responsible for that branch,
but he is not sending the person to receive the couriers in time,
we are facing many problems with this so plz look at this and solve it,
othwer wise we have to change the service,
