There is an courier of pan card they got on 13/12/2008 but till 24/12/2008 they don't have answare where is the courier? Whene I asked where is my corior she Aruna at cont no.[protected] said it miss root. I asked whose fault i am giving you follow up frm 16/12/2008. again she told me it happens. I asked who will suffer she told me no one. It is not possible because i am calling you from 16/12/2008 I am telling you same thing then you don't know it is miss root? She answared me it happens. I asked her revert me back within 1/2 an hour she told me when i find time wii revert you back else do wt so ever you want.

First Flight Courier co. — Irresponsible company I have ever seen

We have received a 80 Kg parcel by phisically handicapped person at our parking area. My house is on 3rd floor and no lift is available. That courier person told that he could not lift it, you take it yourself by any way....

So my husband carry it on his back, because of huge weight he could not walk, He walk on his hands.

This is worst experience we get from a courier company. Service should be door to door. They should provide atleast 2 persons to deliver such a huge parcel.

Also we have received this parcel from Mumbai to Pune in 30 days.

Worst courrier service. my consignment was despatched from Gurgaon and reached the base (Bhilai) day after but it was not delivered to me. When enquired with local office they said the delivery boy was not coming hence couldn't be delivered. They also did loose talk over phone. I got the consignment after four days. During this period they were showing pending status and reason "INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS' which is misleading information. They also pressed me to collect the consignment personally from their local office. I lodged complaint with their website but no response. They are completely unprofessional.

Its funny to look at their Mission...a precise, prompt and couteous service to customer..ha..

Mr. Saboo...Wake Up...it's business and customer...

I find the number from customer care[protected] but it is not responding, the mobile number [protected] and [protected] of Mr.Narayan and office.
There are more than 1000 couriers in office having Pan Card to deliver the customer .The office is not capable to deliver the courier .The customer has to attend the office to collect the courier.

very poor service and ill-responsible person. who attend call after more than 20-30 call.and promise to send my courier after 2 days again and again...but they not send my courier...till 10 days

i told your nandini road branch and request any complaint no...against First Flight Courier office of Power House BHILAI ( C . G)...but she saying I've no any no...

please update u'r staff for responsible person.
