I have order a T-shirt from TSHIRTS.IN, package has been sent through FIRST_FLIGHT_COD couriers vide Docket # LT0070486 which was supposed to reach my address in 2 working days time.

While tracking the product it was found that the product is returned due to unavailability anyone. But that was not correct becase we never used to leave our address unmaned.
So this is total lapses of their duty on their part.
And a great loss for the Company as well

      AND AFTER BOOKING THEY ALLOTTED cARGO REF NO : [protected] . But till date that consignment has not deliver to Surat,

      Last ten days am repeatedly make a call to Both Nagercoil and Surat OFFICE, But they are unable give proper response .

      You are requested to kindly do the needful and take proper action against them for Smooth delivery of cargo .

        My consignment no is : LD2091004 and was due to be delivered on 28th May 2011. Its almost been near to 2 weeks yet the delivery is not done. I am seeing the updates on the webtracker and i am very amazed to find that the reason for non delivery is payment not ready; this status is completely a sham. Initially we received calls from the First Flight team for the delivery and we have communicated our consent for the delivery of the consignment.

          This the worst and most unprofessional courier service there is. I would personally never use this courier service. But some of the companies and banks are using them as contract partners so I have to deal with it. For the third time I have not received my courier on time, and incidentally both the times the reason given is, no consignee at the given address and the mail sent back to origin. The first two times I got my mail after a lot of hassle and the mail finally being sent through speed post. They don't answer their phones or reply to the mails.

          This is really pathetic and it's shame to say that a private company is performing worse than the post office, which is a government owned company. All the companies should do away with their contracts with the courier service as this causes a lot of hassles as most of the times it's important documents that we are trying to get through.

          they dnt attend ur phone calls
          i was not available at home for 1 day and they have put the same status for conscutive 6 days and i was at home

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            Kindly take into note that a consignment despatched (No C[protected] on 7/6/11 has been recorded in tracking deleivered on 8th June, 2011 at 11:30 am but we got it delivered only on 10/06/2011 at 12:45 pm.

            Why this kind of false informations? and inordinate delays? this is not the first time with first flight always we confront this problem in Nellore. Such a wrong misleading information displayed in tracking is conveniently sends a message to the despatching office that receiver is at fault.

            Requested your immediate attention to rectify the malafide practice.
            I agree .. Firstflight guys are totally un professional and they dont deliver things. I have ordered some items onlien on snapfish.com and they seem to have sent it to me through firstflight. I have not received the courier as of today, its been 2 weeks and when I check the tracking number on firstflight site - it shows as "Delivered". This is a direct way of robing people. When I reached out to them by mails - I am not geetting any response.
            Also when I try calling them on their phone numbers - no one picks up the calls.

            Not sure how to deal with these guys ! dont see any escelation options as well with these guys.

              Dear Sir,

              I had booked a parcel containing expensive pediatric food packed in good condition to Chennai K.K. Nagar address from Hosur, near Bangalore through First Flight Courier vide their docket no: F53114523 dated 31/05/011. The same was not delivered the next day as assured by the booking branch near Dharga in Hosur. I was told that the parcel had gone to Royapettah Branch and it would be delivered latest by evening.Instead the same was handed over to the addressee third day in a damaged condition. The pediatric food item was fully spoiled and was presumed that the First Flight staff tried to steal the content and later realising that it was not worthy, they sealed it again with their tape.

              Now I want the management of FF to take suitable action against their staff for this act and compensate me for the loss incurred. Otherwise appropriate forum will be approached for the immediate redressal of the grievance.

                I called to all the no's available in there site and also called the number in the receipt...why not responsibility first flight service...

                  I purchased a tee shirt from this site called 24hoursloot.com on 14th may 2011, its 25th may 2011 and I still have not received it. I tried searching the rep of the company before shopping but did not find any bad reviews and so shopped from them but I am really disappointed because they charged Rs 45 /- for shipping from pune and still the courier service they choose sucks.

                  I reported this to them when I saw on the courier company's tracking service that the product is in my city since 21st may and the status remains "satellite station scheduled for next day delivery" I don't know what that means now my home is in prime location in the center of city and when I called the courier company as suggested by 24hoursloot support team which should have not been my concern obviously they tell me if it is urgent then I should collect it myself or they will deliver it in a day or two.

                  This is really disappointing so I would suggest all to consider all these things before buying from 24hoursloot or using first flight couriers. And I hope 24hoursloot people consider joining another courier service as I have not received their product so I cannot comment on that as yet.

                  This is sad to know your case but I must have bought at least 10 t-shirts so far from 24hoursloot and generally I get my stuff within 2 to 3 days, once it took more than 5 days when huge sale was going on but 24hoursloot informed all customers about little late delivery.

                  I like their collection and products are truly worth of money. I would suggest you to talk to their customer care as they are very pro-active, I'm sure your money won't go waste if you are dealing with 24hoursloot.

                  Thanks for your opinion but its been 12 days and I haven't yet received the product, I don't have anything personal against the 24hours people and I took like their products I just don't understand why they are not doing anything about my problem with their courier service.

                  I did get a reply from them and they said when anything like this happens after a week they send a new t shirt I really don't want a new t shirt for the sake of causing trouble.

                  Just want them to make the one deliver.

                    I am extremely sorry to say that the first flight courier,a very reputed courier company's staff is not able to handle the delivery of the consignment on time.My SBI card was sent to me on 22 April,2011 from Delhi and also reached to Hyd on April,27th(Woh 5 days to Hyd from Delhi).Arrival of the consignemnt was confirmed by the official but not delivered yet.All their Begumpet telephpone numbers in Hyderabad are either busy or no one lifts the phone.I would request the concerned offical in First flight to look into it and do the needful to save their reputation.(serving better then govt parcel services).
                    My consignemnt no is CC7877557.

                    Couier web site shows the different version about the delivery ie address is not sufficient,consignor is not available and consignment has been returned whereas no one has delivered the consignment?

                        This is regarding Consignment No W16855079. The Packet left Delhi on 18th April, 2011, and as shown in the link:

                        that there has been an "internal misroute" on 19th April.

                        1. First of all nobody informed me about the mishap. A customer should be informed that due to whatever reasons, his/her consignment has not reached in scheduled time (48 hours).
                        2. I tried to speak to the Kolkata Customer Care[protected], but the phone is either busy throughout the day, or nobody is interested in picking up the call. I then called at the Delhi Customer Care, and asked what "internal misroute" means. The Kolkata Customer Care is really hopeless.
                        3. I mailed [protected]@firstflight.net (Kolkata Centre mail-id) twice, but there was no response.

                        Still, its the same status.

                          This is my second worst experience with them and I suggest and request to stop using their services.
                          1. When my cousin sent me a courier from Bangalore they dispatched to wrong address and person.I foolowed up and finally no response from them.
                          2.Recently , on 28th Feb,2011 vide AWBNo;c06952670 again they repeated their negligence and till now i haven't received it and they least bother about your concerns and they don't have customer care number. I am not sure where my emails are going and this was from SBI credit card rewards gifts and they also least bothered about it.For getting POD copy they took 45 days and still investigation is going.

                          God only knows the delivery date of my gift again to me...both SBI cards and Firstflight are taking their own sweet time.

                          Firstflight Couriers — Delivered to wrong address

                          A courier containing my bank ipin and atm pin has been delivered to a wrong address. When asked for the details they took more than 2 days to track the delivery boy. Very poor service... He never called me during the first wrong delivery or during the second delivery to the correct address (that too was handed over to my roommate without any confirmation from me) after the complaint has been launched...

                            I got a call from [protected] & [protected] i mid night at : 01.51 with abusing language which words cannot be described.

                            We cross checked in morning we got response from that number that it belong to FIRST FLIGHT COURIER COMPNAY MADHAPUR & GACHIBOWLI BRANCH

                            But they are refusing to give the person name and straight away telling us that day no one has worked in night hours.

                            If they have not worked in night hours does " any ghost called from that number"

                            We personally met Mr.Adarsh Sanghi of Operationa Manager who lead hyderabad team.

                            He told us to not to give any legal complaint and it spoils the company image and name he will cross check and inform us the person name. But till time we have not got any response from Mr. Adrash Sanghi too

                            Bening in service industry they should speak to any customer in polite manner.

                            What they are doing in late night.....? are they drinking and tease the person from there office land line number....>

                              i sent an email, asking for an explaination, thrice on the addressess provided on their website but nobody responded.the ph no.s provided on the website are never answered.
                              i really agree that the concerned forum should be reported against their disgusting services as well as behaviour.the first flight management should literaly be screwed for taking its customers n their couriers for granted...

                                i have courierd a envolep on dated 14 march from gorakhpur to gurgaon after few days when my courier was not delievered to the destination i visited to firstflight office on 17 march they that your courier has been reached to gurgaon office due to rail problem it was little late by evening it will delieverd to the destination. but my courier stiil not reached i again visited to the firstflight office for asking about the same they are saying due to insufficient address your courier was not delievered so come in the evening and collect the same.

                                  I have send on courier from first flight under priority cetegory, which suppose to deliver in 2 days. But now one week has over but still there is no delivery has been done. If I try to contach any office there were no response from the branch. They just say that we can not do anything.
                                  I also have asked for manager no. I got one no but that is always busy.

                                  Also the biggest problem is that if I check the status online it showing "Branch Misroute" which shows that how First Flight Service capability, they even do not know that courier has to send on which branch even though in address Pincode, Area and city mentioned.

                                  I had booked a courier from Delhi to Shimla vide dockect no D27712557 on dated 19.08.2011. Till date it not reached. Neither the booking point nor the delivery point is able to track where the parcel is. we are loosing our business with our customer due to poor service or non response from First Flight Couriers.                                     We have received courior of cons. no: B14388748 booked from JB nagar,Andheri- Kurlaroad, Andheri(E) Mumbai to be deliverd at Ahmedabad. After opening we notice that Sodex coupon of worth Rs. 2500/- is missing & other papers also damaged. Then after proper investigation, we found that envelope once opened for taken out of coupon of Rs.2500/- & then reclosed resulting in damage of other paper also.

                                    Then, I have contacted at JB nagar branch[protected] number where courior booked but the man at branch present at around 7.30 PM on 16th. March is not ready to listen & loudly abusing me over phone & told that we have removed yr coupon & you do what ever you want to do. I am not kowing his name.

                                    I am realy depressed with the way their branch men have replied , abused & stollen the coupon. After that i have contacted all their[protected] &[protected] ,[protected] Mumbai HO, Ahmedabad HO, satelite ahd branch from where courior finaly delieverd) but they have told that they are unable to help anything.

                                    So, sir, I request you to inquire this matter & find out the thief in their branch .

                                      Courier not delivered to the correct person and wrong information is posted on the Website about the delivery.
                                      Consignment Detail - C06882346.
                                      ONE PARCEL (BINOCULAR)HAS BEEN BOOKED FROM CHENNAI TO (my home address) NEW PANVEL,MAHARASHTRA THROUGH FIRST FLIGHT COURIER SERVICES .
                                      I HAVE NOT RECEIVED YET and wrong information about the delivery is mentioned that, the track also said it had been delivered to “psingh on 05th feb ,2010.
                                      Infact i have not received any parcel as of now.
                                      on the Website (FirstFlight) that the item is delivered to me(Mr. p.singh).

                                      what i have to do now. or how i will complaint to consumer court in new panvel , raigarh , maharashtra.

                                        Hi,

                                        I have send courier through your courier services vide consignment no : J71144912 Date: 12/03/11

                                        This courier has still not delivered, meanwhile I have tried Corporate Office and Reginal Office numbers repeatedly since Monday (13/03/2011) onwards but nobody even pick up the phone. Is this a customer service or just playing with the time without any service? This is leading a very bad image about the well known and renouned courier services.

                                        If no action will be taken today, I will bound to start flashing this message around the India via channelised network which will definetly bring the right picture of the First Flight among the potential customers.
