Hi Sir / Madam,
We have sent a courier from Tirunelveli on 12th sep 2011 (Monday) which is a working day.
Today the date is 16th Sep 2011 ( Friday), till now the courier has not been delivered to the receiver / to the destinated place ( college hostel).
Its just 360 kms between the origin and destination well connected by railways and roadways and that too the delivery needs to be done in a famous college.
For a simple delivery like this it has taken almost 5 days and till now the courier has not been received.
Request the concerned to take immediate action on the same and deliver it atleast within the next 2 days.

.This is not right way to say like... its very important courier, my Booking date is 8 MAY, Still I am Not received .

    First Flight Service is a worst Service among all service i know...

    Today wanted to Recieve my Corrier which had Delivered from Indian Plaza,
    but it Failed to Reach at me...the Men who was Delivering the Courrier he only Informed me that my Courier has came and told to come at some Point ,but when i reached that point he was not avilable there , then I called him to and Told him to Deliver my Courrier then he told me that he has some work so he will Not Deliver the Courrier and also he told me to come their Office then i Contacted the Courrier Office they too told the same,then i asked them to give the Mobile no. of head Person of the Courrier Office then he Reject to give that no......

    I am Really Feedoff this Service...this is Worst among all Courier Services........

    I had ordered for a parcel from Home Shop 18 and it was supposed to reach me through First Flight Courier.On 28/2/12 home shop 18 sent me msg that it was already shipped.On 02/03/12 first flight sent me a msg that it would reach me within 2-3 days and my C/N is LD 2983199. Today is 14/03/12 and it has not reached meas yet. I reside in Ranchi and when I contacted the local office of first flight they told me that the parcel had returned back. I fail to understand that how could a parcel go back when it had not reached my doorstep. The local office at Hinoo in Ranchi is very much un-cooperative and its manager by the name of KUNAL SINGH is not ready to give me a valid answer.Please see to the matter that the parcel is re-send to me.

      I sent my courier from Pune to Jodhpur and after confirming 5 times that if i send on monday then it would be delievered on tuesday I paid the extra charges as well..

      Despite its thursday today and still the courier is not delievered and no proper response is there from Courier office nor from the agency.

      i had booked a transit document of my company M/S. MYJA TRANSPORT, Hosur, on[protected], the manager of the FIRST FLIGHT COURIER explained that the parcel have been lost and they will issue a FIR from the company.

      till today there is no proper response.

        I HAVE PURCHASED THE PENDRIVE WITH HOME SHOP 18 ON 4 TH SEPTEMBER.
        THEY HAVE DESPATCH THE PRODUCT WITH FIRST FLIGHT COURIER ON 9TH SEPTEMBER
        MY CONSIGNMENT NO IS LD2275344, WHENEVER I GIVE THE CALL TO THE COURIER COMPANY THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO MY CALL.
        THEY BEHAVE VERY RUDELY WITH ME ON THE PHONE.
        THEY HAVE KEPT MY CONSIGNMENT WITH THEM FROM 2 TO 3 DAYS,WITHOUT ANY REASON.
        I REQUEST THE MANAGEMENT TO TAKE THE PROPER ACTION AGAINST THE FIRST FLIGHT COURIER OF VASAI EAST BRANCH.

          i had purchased a Titan Raga Aqua watch online from eBay which was shipped for Barout, Distt. Bagpat, Uttar pardesh on[protected] through FIRST FLIGHT COURIER. The consignment no. is B24291052. But the item has not been delivered till now. i called the meerut branch of First Flight courier a number of times but they didnt respond properly. they asked me to call some person named Ajeyndra in Barout at his number: [protected]. When contacted, at first he said that he was going to meerut to get that parcel. later on he refused. i have also contacted mumbai branch with disappointing response. please guide me what to do.

            I used the services of FIRST FLIGHT to send 'Rakhi' items, from Bangalore to Beawar (305901). The Consignment Number for which is F16694081 Dated 4/8/11. I had sent the items in a small carton box. This box was received by the addressee and signed the delivery note. Later, on opening the carton box, they called us saying the box had been previously opened, and then we found out that many Rakhi were missing and the plastic in which they were packed was open.

            There was no response from the Customer Service number[protected] of First Flight. I emailed them regarding the incident and they replied back (after a week) that the parcel at the time of delivery was received and signed for. And no remarks were written on the delivery note.

            Why would we open the carton box in front of the delivery personnel?

            First Flight as a company is cheating us customers by not giving proper service. We have NO CONFIDENCE in using any courier at all. And to make matters worst, the First FLight people are not even bothered to apologise for their mistake.

              Dear Sir,
              I applied for a PAN card in New Delhi. I gave my home address for delivery of PAN card. I checked my status after a week & it showed that PAN card has been despatched via First Flight Courier. I checked my status at the courier service. It showed that address was insufficient & has been returned to Mumbai. They even didn't contact me.
              When I called the head office, they talked rudely & said mail us & then we will consider. I offered them that my dad or friend is ready to pick up the PAN card from the office in Mumbai itself. But they refused. What shall I do?

                Sir, On[protected] I sent a courier from Tinsukia to Gwalior through First Flight courier service a box of gift items (docket no. N[protected] which contained 1/ one piece of sony mp3 player cost Rs.3999 2/ four piece of makeup kit cost Rs.600 approx 3/ one packet of friendship belts cost Rs. 100 approx. which was delivered on[protected] at a torn off stage of the box.when my consignee asked as why the box is torn off they replied that it always comes like that.But I was more surprised to know when my consignee told me about the content inside the box. It contained only 1/ three piece of makeup kit 2/ one packet of friendship belts. The sony mp3 which cost Rs. 3999 was missing and also one piece of makeup kit which cost Rs.150 . I sent more then 3-4 email to gwalior customer care and to the registered office and also to a few other but none of them felt it important to reply to my question.So it if an extreme negligence of First Flight courier service.I have lost approximately Rs.4150 so sir I need your help.

                  Till today it is not received to the concerned person. Then we called Mr.Kamalesh Mobile no [protected]. He asked for address, we made sms to him. Also we tried to call him number of times to get the Indore office phone no. He is picking the call and disconnects it, but not ready to talk. Personally we went to Pithampur office and he says that it is my mobile, I can do as I like. This is not the way of cooperating with the customer.

                  Also we talked with Mr.Eshwar mobile no - [protected] the incharge of Pithampur office. But he is also not cooperating with us. He tells
                  his persons to send us outside the office in wrough language. (Inko bahar kar tho, nai tho mai kuch bolunga inko mirchi lagega).

                  Please look into the matter and take necessary disciplinary actions to maintain first flight courier prestige.

                  First Flight — unacceptable behavior...

                  They never tried to deliver the package and they said that there was no one to receive the package....they even don't have correct address...usually those lazy guys of Noida office don't pick up the phone and if they do, they talk in very rude fashion specially that guy named "Somnath" in NOIDA office.
                  first flight courier service is very good service but i m not agree for your charges. your first flight agent (bhika ji gama place in south delhi) charge wrong 436 gram courier charged 120/- it is totaly wrong when that 500grms charge 80/- rupee only maintion on your site plz take action against your agent
                  They deliver your product to a wrong address, they don't even call to confirm the address.

                    Many times i used courier service like Blue Dirt and Speed post from Mumbai to Aizawl ( door to door service). At that time i get my goods During Seven day. Due to urgent delivery requirement i used your courier service bearing consignment no of... ( not mention here ).... with 2.5 kg only, with a high courier charges of INR.533 compare to other, which will cost me Only INR. 200 and getting my goods within 7days if i go for blue dirt or speed post.
                    Collection date was 19 Aug, till today I did not received my goods and if i call and send email to Guwahati branch in this address:- Piali Phukan Road, Rehabari, Guwahati
                    Ph :[protected] / 2516152 ,Email : [protected]@firstflight.net, they never pick up the phone call and never reply my email, most of the time number busy. I go for courier tracking and all, status show ' FAR OFF Area'. I know that your courier service link with Yoga Yog courier service, Ground floor HDFC bank, Near Hotel Ritzs, Aizawl, Mizoram and i did not accept the status and it does not convince me at all.
                    To my best Knowledge I am so sure pending of my goods is due to poor service and i want my compensation for what happen to me that till today i did not received my goods, if i used blue dirt or speed post, surely my goods 2.5kgs will reach my place within seven days, only with a small charges of around INR. 200.
                    Lastly, if i did not get my goods in this 26th Aug 2011 and compensation for the late delivery due to poor service i will go to consumer forum or higher.

                      my consignment no. is ZB4607170..it was dispatched from mumbai on 12th of august and reached Delhi hub on 14th august..it was dispatched from delhi on 14th august..it has not delieverd to me til now..i'v called in noida branch..they gave me delhi brach's no..delhi branch gave ghzb. branch's no..gzb. branch again gave me noida branch's no and when i again called noida branch they told me that it has been misrouted to gzb and again tried to give me gzb. branch no..
                      they lack professionalism and were unable to give me exact location of my courier's status..i'v lost Rs.20 of my balance in the process..i want them to deliever it as soon as possible..

First Flight Courier Surat Head Office Land Line no.[protected] . Sir I was go the the courier office three to four time. The courire man said your courier reached at your home. But After one day I was go the office the courier man said your courire was return beacuse your address not found. I was put my cell number in pancard application Form. The Courier man was not called me. The couier man said our service not provide in your area and i am not responsible for your courier.The courier man use bad language.

                          my company had sent me a courier contains an executive bag on 01.08.11 by first flight courier but yet local staffs (Gwalior branch head Mr solanki) are not delivering. my consignment no. is f[protected],many times i have tried to talk him regarding this problem but they all are not keeping proper behavior and having been requested many times they are not delivering ,if they are having any problem to deliver the courier they could have called me any time buy they didnot do it,please do needful because such first flight gwalior's employees are putting down the first flight image

                            Hello Sir,

                            Just wanted to bring a complaint regarding FIRST FLIGHT COURIER company. In hyderabad they have setup call center and provided their Phone number which is Ph:[protected], and this phone number is always busy. Kindly try dialing that number. This type of customer service is pathetic and I am not sure how are they doing their business without a proper contact line. Also their website does not reflect proper tracking status. India is progressing towards 21st century but due to such companies and their ineffecient services, we are unable to move ahead.

                            I request you to send them a notice to either correct their services or STOP their courier services in hyderabad, if they cannot function in Hyderabad.

                            Looking forward for a proper response.

                              I used First Flight services to deliver my stuff containing "Saree and Medicine (tube for external application)" to Dehradun from Pune. My consignment no is M19222326 and date of delivery was 10/8/ 2011.
                              When this consignment reached the destination to Dehradun on 12/8/2011, it was recieved open crumpled and the Medicine inside was missing. The worth of the medicine is Rs 2800 appx. they just recieved the cover of the medicine and the tube inside was missing. They asked the courier delivering man about it but he said that due to moisture and mishandling it was tore.
                              I registered my complaints to First flight services through mails which they never cared to answer. Phone numbers given are never answered and once they did that was of no help. they just gave assurance that will look into the matter but refused to shoulder the responsibility and so never returned back to me. I contacted the Courier person from where I booked this courier also didn't reply me satisfactorily, I want to know now that how can I hang their neck and get the medicine or money back for my content.
                              I dont want to let go all of them just like that and

                                I have booked sweets & namkeen from UNCHAHAR to MODINAGAR (GHAZIABAD) on Dt. 10.08.2011 vide consignment no. J56821608. The same reached at its destination i.e MODINAGAR on Dt. 12.08.2011.When the packet was opened 500gram kaju & a packet of Eclai toffee found short. But till date the letter has not been received by me. On query to the NSDL, they said it has not been returned to them also.                                   flight despatch couriers pvt.ltd. — Lost valuable document

                                  I couriered my two document from this courier on 3rd august, after 10 days when my document didnt reach at their destination, i ask reason they said that they deliver my courier on wrong address. I want my document back else i will get a huge lose.

                                    consignment no.J01548536 send from KANPUR TO FARIDABAD on dated 18/07/2011 but same is not delivered upto 27/07/2011.many reminders/phone/mail
                                    send to Kanpur office ,Faridabad office & corporate office but no result found.
                                    VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.NOW THE CONSUMER FORUM IS ONLY THE WAY.

                                      I booked a courier on 19th of july 2011, i was told that it will reach on 21st july 2011, its 22nd today n the delivery is not done till date, instead on calling on the no's mentioned to check the status, the lady replies that SIR, my office timings are over so i can't tell you the status mow, after requesting her a lot she had given a stupid excuse that she has mailed it to someone about the query and that person will give me a cal back......since few hours m waiting for that person to call me, on the mean time i again have tried the cal center no's again n again but nobody is picking up the call. The bottom line is the courier walas don't even care for the urgency of customer....And herein i have not mentioned the consignment no. and name of the telecallers, but still if i will not get any response then i'll reveal al the names of even the telecallers

                                        This is Bhupesh Nehete. I want to make complaint about First Flight Courier.

                                        On 27 June I received one parcel from Pune. That p[parcel was containing a bluetooth headset. But I received that envelope empty. The parcel was taken out already. It was received by my mother on 27/06/11.

                                        In the evening I went to courier office that time those people were saying that it was not their fault. I showed the booking receipt but still no response.

                                        I have contacted their Mumbai as well Pune office but no response. they are saying that they are not concerned with the same. They have courier entry as document though its mentioned as parcel on booking receipt.....

                                        Till date I have not received my parcel or any updates from company....


                                        please help....
