I am extremely disappointed with first flight service.
I asked them what is the adress attached for the airway bill number (w[protected], then their answer was
they donot know the adress, but it is delivered at somewhere else.

I have complaint , I had send one Doc cotaining cheque from singapore to india (noida) . But this courier never reached to destination and my cheque missed by first flight guy's. Some one withdrawn my cheque and trasffered to another account. Now i m fighting with Axis bank and RBI.

Delivery of Pan Card after 1.5 months & bribe taken

Airway Bill no. ZB 7440670 dt. 24.04.2013 containing Pan Card delivered after 1.5 months. And for delivery of the same I was told that it will be returned if you don't pay Rs. 20/-. This is ridiculous, first of all a delay of 1.5 months & then demanding for bribe by First Flight....

non delivery of document

First flight collected the parcel docket number W16287636 from HBD packaginfg noida on 31st May and was supposed to deliver at
Tower 3/Flat 504 Malibu towne Sohna road Gurgaon.

Till date the packet has not been delivered and on follow up they say it has been delivered to a company which they can not trace.

Please help me as First flight is not responding properly.

this is the worst courier service in bangaloe. My courier containing some important documents got dispatched from delhi on 22 may and after 12 days i have not received it yet. And their customer care service is horrible .They will keep on telling you to call at some other number . And above all some of them even told me to go to thei branch office and collect the courier. I would not at all recommend anyone to use this courier service....

Wrong delivery of the confidential document

Poor delivery and authenticity

Very poor service. Item not received in more than 7 days. Item was sent from delhi to kolkata. When I track the package on their website I find that the item is delivered to a wrong person. They never answered my call or replied my email. Worst service I have ever received. I will never use their services, neither I will recommend anyone to do it....

Parcel was not delivered properly

I received a parcel which had my books.The books were wrapped in white sheets when sent for courier.when I received the courier it was packed in polythene of First Flight Couriers in which there was some red powder which was completely spotted on my books.The wrapping which was done by the sender ,was also tempered and repacked in this polythene .I just want to know who did this and what action should I take against the company?

Consignment is not yet Received

This is after I had follow ups with First Flight Courier service I utter my problem I am facing now. I am yet to receive one shipment from the above mentioned courier service.
I stay in Andhra Pradesh and my shipment is from Noida i.e Consignment Number # BW0854983. As per shipment date it started from Noida on 26th of March, 2013 and today is 01st of May, 2013. I have not received my packet.

The misplaced my all important envelope

They have misplaced my couriered envelop and they are saying that they have lost the parcel and can't deliver, It contains some important receipts which cannot be obtained again. If i tried to say them that i will sue them to court they saying go to supreme court you can't do anything.

receipt of empty packaged inside the consignment

Ref to the order no. OD[protected], I have received the consignment through M/s First flight courier.(shipment no.: E99140801, dtd 13.03.2013)

But after opening the consignment at 2.30 pm on 19.03.2013 at M/s First Flight courier, Namrup (Assam), it is observed that ordered TAB with accessories is missing, only I have received is the Mono handset.

Please look into the matter on urgent basis and act accordingly....
