Hi,

I am extremely disappointed with first flight service.
I asked them what is the adress attached for the airway bill number (w[protected], then their answer was
they donot know the adress, but it is delivered at somewhere else.

I have ordered a product( Nokia BH-103 Bluetooth Wireless Headset ) worth 1100 Rupees on Ebay.in which is delivered through first flight on 20-May-2013.

The courier/ item was hand-overed to SWAPNA. Who is SWAPNA ? How can it be handovered my courier to SWAPNA.
I have enquired all my office courier desk there is no one by name SWAPNA

I request court to keep a fine of 1 lakh rupees for torturing the customers with their bad service.

I have complaint , I had send one Doc cotaining cheque from singapore to india (noida) . But this courier never reached to destination and my cheque missed by first flight guy's. Some one withdrawn my cheque and trasffered to another account. Now i m fighting with Axis bank and RBI.
At the mean time. I want compensation of this missing and my mental harrasment. Firstflight not provdingany update and compensation. Please help me to get the compensation first flight.
My cheque amount is 354000/- . the whole amount is encashed by unknown person after alteration.
This is really very bad service provided by first flight.

dear sir ,,,,, as i send the courier on 4/6/13 to Bangalore for the corresponding address, when i contact to first flight customer office , they replied that the courier was delivered on 5/6/13 evening at 4 "o" clk, please help me to find where the mistake happened . if the mistake from my company side means please provide me the proof that who recevied from my company side .please do the needful.

Airway Bill no. ZB 7440670 dt. 24.04.2013 containing Pan Card delivered after 1.5 months. And for delivery of the same I was told that it will be returned if you don't pay Rs. 20/-. This is ridiculous, first of all a delay of 1.5 months & then demanding for bribe by First Flight.

First flight collected the parcel docket number W16287636 from HBD packaginfg noida on 31st May and was supposed to deliver at
Tower 3/Flat 504 Malibu towne Sohna road Gurgaon.

Till date the packet has not been delivered and on follow up they say it has been delivered to a company which they can not trace.

Please help me as First flight is not responding properly.

this is the worst courier service in bangaloe. My courier containing some important documents got dispatched from delhi on 22 may and after 12 days i have not received it yet. And their customer care service is horrible .They will keep on telling you to call at some other number . And above all some of them even told me to go to thei branch office and collect the courier. I would not at all recommend anyone to use this courier service.

My password for the new applied debit card is sent by the Mumbai Axis branch to the address Savoy PG, Opposite thubrahalli bus stop, Bangalore, through first filght couries which was my previous residence, as this is a password of the debit card this is highly confidential mail.
The tracking number of this consignment is ZB7598355 in the records of first flight courier.
I searched for this number and came to know that someone named ALI has recieved this and there is a column where first flight courier tracks the conatact numbe rof teh person who receives it, but it is blank.
Now my complaint is how can the courier person deliver such a crucial doscument to teh person who did not know me and that too without collecting his contact number.

ICICI Bank Ltd. has sent me a Credit Card by FIRST FLIGHT COURIER under AWB No.CC0193270 on
23.05.2013. While tracking the consignment on 27.05.2013, the delivery status the following remarks were noticed.

25-May-2013 Howrah No Such Consignee At Given Address.

No one came to contact me a my address and I am not leaving the residence at any time. I am residing at this residential address since long time and my voter Id as well as Passport are at this address. I contacted the Howrah Branch of the Courier and got a reply to contact a mobile no. [protected]. On ringing the number a lady answered first and gave the phone to another man. This man blabbered something that I could not follow and told the name is short. The card was returned by them on 18.04.2013 earlier by the same courier. This particular courier man demanded tips for the delivery 2 times earlier. 2 years back when this card was originally issued to me the same thing happened. I do not understand his problem. Again when I opened the tracking page the following entry was made.

A year back some items costing Rs. 400.00 were sent to me by my niece from Trichy through First Flight Courier and the article never reached me. Neither it was returned to the sender. Now I am sure of the Pilferage by the company as they do not have any control over the delivery. It is also mentionable that the monthly statements being sent by ICICI Bank reaches me after a month of the due date through some other people.

Very poor service. Item not received in more than 7 days. Item was sent from delhi to kolkata. When I track the package on their website I find that the item is delivered to a wrong person. They never answered my call or replied my email. Worst service I have ever received. I will never use their services, neither I will recommend anyone to do it.

I received a parcel which had my books.The books were wrapped in white sheets when sent for courier.when I received the courier it was packed in polythene of First Flight Couriers in which there was some red powder which was completely spotted on my books.The wrapping which was done by the sender ,was also tempered and repacked in this polythene .I just want to know who did this and what action should I take against the company?
I called the customer support but they said they said they can't do anything about it.

This is the second time iam facing this same issue with these worst useless company.The Worst courier company is First flight.

I have been sent a DD from a bank. As I have not received the DD, i got AWB no. and followed, that time they told that the same day they will deliver. But they didn't. I asked that delivery person about this and he simply said that "its already 1pm, very hot, not able to deliver". The next day they simply returned back the courier, by saying "Address Insufficient".

Now, the same Bank has sent a credit card, these worthless courier service has not even called me nor asked me a guidance for my address but have put a delivery status in their web tracking that "Part not available".

Worst courier service is FIRST FLIGHT and the worst courier delivery man is ALAXANDER, who is working in Oragadam branch. First flight has to take necessary steps against these kind of delivery persons and also to deliver the documents properly.

The courier origin is Kolkata & destination is Bangalore.(Courier No - ME0270280)
As i booked their premium service i supposed to get nxt business delivery.
whereas i have no info that where the parcel is on 3rd Day.

There website is reflecting that delivery pending due to house locked & as per there customer care its reached bangalore on 3rd day morning.

I would link to complain against ther as this parcel is urgent for me , they should inform that they are not able to deliver before 3rd day.
there normal charges of courier is just half of premium service, where as they took the same delivery time. Pls do something so that other people is not going to suffer through this poor service.

This is after I had follow ups with First Flight Courier service I utter my problem I am facing now. I am yet to receive one shipment from the above mentioned courier service.
I stay in Andhra Pradesh and my shipment is from Noida i.e Consignment Number # BW0854983. As per shipment date it started from Noida on 26th of March, 2013 and today is 01st of May, 2013. I have not received my packet.

I tried to call to Hyderabad call center at different no, even cell phone but I have never seen such a worst pvt call center. They will not respond to your call or they will disconnect your call. So this is an issue, you will not get any help from Noida &Hyderabad call center.

I tried to contact the Noida office, some ViNOD used to answer my calls some times
and his telling some stories. He is unanswerable why it is delayed.
I request all customer and companies who send their packets through these couriers please do not rely on them as well as their customer service.

I bought one mobile and the merchant used First Flight courier service to deliver my good. I was expec ting deliver today. I searched Noida's number in your site but that number was not working so I called
at delhi's number and Customer Care Executive updated me that shipment is received at Noida and than gave me two numbers [protected] and [protected]. I called at [protected]b as another number was switched off.
The person who picked the phone told me that my shipment is out of delivery and gave me following number to get the exact status [protected]. This person told me that since the delivery address is of Indrapuram so
shipment will go to Ghaziabad and gave me another number. I called at given number [protected] and I was told that they have not recieved my courier. He gave me another number [protected] and when I asked about
the status of my shipment than he told me that they have not recieved any courier . Now I want to say that different people gave me different informations. No one tried to give me exact status of my shipment instead
they all were giving another number. On website it was clearly mentioned that shipment is recieved at destination (Noida). All of them who are employed in First Courier they themselves are not aware of the shipments.
My Shipment ID was B11463862 . I would say that there was Misguidance and non-cooperation from First Flight.

very very poor service I have been waiting for my credit card from PNB 03/04/2013. The bank has sent the credit card through first flight courier to my address which is F-124 street 10 Khajoori Khas ND-94, on this address i have been staying for last 13 years. But your courier could not find my address. even if they cant find my address they should have called my mobile which was written on the envelop. and they sent back the courier to the bank saying that addresse could not be found. then I enquired the bank regarding the bank about my card they said that it has come back because address could not be found. then again they sent the card and again the first flight people could not find my address. and after enquiring first flight and calling their office morning to evening they did not give the address and unfortunately I have to go personally and to collect the card. even going there they did not give me the card after showing all the relevant ID's. then i had to threaten them that i will file case against the courier. if this kind service you want to give it is better to shut down your company, in this way the customers will not harassed.

Hi,

My office has sent me an official document through First Flight Couriers Ltd on April 12th 2013. But it is not delivered to my native and in the shipment tracking it is mentioned as FAR OFF area. Couriers through other services is being delivered to this every single day. I dont know how this place is far off. There is no intimation reg this to me also. Previously i had a bad experience where i was asked to go and collect the courier from their office. This is the worst courier service ever. I recommend not to ship any item through this service.

They have misplaced my couriered envelop and they are saying that they have lost the parcel and can't deliver, It contains some important receipts which cannot be obtained again. If i tried to say them that i will sue them to court they saying go to supreme court you can't do anything.

I wanted to know is our law so week so these companies just don't care when they misplace important couriers, I only went to them because they promise to deliver next day at 2pm.

I am realy confused,angry and also worried Because i have barred a loss of 30,000 now

consignment number MP0236951. booked dated 19/03/2013 from bhilai to Noida. Its website is unable to track status of document, moreover while followups on telephonic they are giving round robin irresponsible answers.
Please help to track the document which means a lot for my career.

Ref to the order no. OD[protected], I have received the consignment through M/s First flight courier.(shipment no.: E99140801, dtd 13.03.2013)

But after opening the consignment at 2.30 pm on 19.03.2013 at M/s First Flight courier, Namrup (Assam), it is observed that ordered TAB with accessories is missing, only I have received is the Mono handset.

Please look into the matter on urgent basis and act accordingly.
