First Flight Couriers Complaints & Reviews

Dear sir,

My employer sibmited in february 2012 and it was rejected and i still has not recd the papers back to me. Again we submitted tha same on 27/08/12. It is showing still under process only. I have not recd any further information so far. Awaiting for the information since month. Please settle my claim as soon as possible.

It is reported by TIN-Info team that My PAN Card was dispatched through First Flight Courier Service in month of July'12 by TIN-Info team which is yet to be received by me. The said courier company is stating falsely that they have delivered my PAN card through following reference no.

I am urgent need of PAN Card, please help me by providing actual delivery of my PAN Card.

Non deliver of courier in a prime area in Chennai city. provider : FIRST FLIGHT Courier services. AWB No : B58251066.

The reason stated was, the area is in "Non delivery area".
My question are:

1. This is the IT hub and a prime area in India, Does First flight have such a poor service????
2. Why did they book if they do not have service?

I would like to inform you I send one material to from Noida sector 29 to Dhanbad air bil no W14420865.
I send four original Microsoft CD and some of T- flase card but i mention on upper side CD, and your person did not told me declared the value.
This parcel worth value is 50K rupees. and weight is 200 grams but when reach in dhanbad it was 45 gram only.
I loose around 45K INR .
Please see the matter and try to recover my amount ASAP. this is very bad service which i get from first flight.
I loose my confidence and money and time with First flight.

Plz help me to resolve this matter.
This is the main matter and on that i am following up with First Flight Courier Limited (FFCL) from last 6-7 Months last mail on the said matter is as below.

"Dear Mr. Baljeet Sir(RSM-UP, FFCL),



I was following you up from last 3 months but till now I didn’t get any concrete answer from your side. Every time I get a sort of assurance that this is under process plz wait for 10-15 days.



Today when I tried to contact you twice regarding my claim status you made me understand by disconnecting my phone that you and your team have no intentions to help me out that’s why today I am bound to mail all the FFCL, so that I might found any senior who have some courtesy to help me out on the below matter.



You verbally commited that I will get my claim in next 30 days of depositing of my claims. I trusted your words and submitted my claim on 12th June 2012 but now we at 17th September 2012 without any claim. Sir, you at respectable post and your commitment worth a lot to customers as well as your company if you can’t do anything you should not commit and if you commit then the same should be done in the given time line no matter what obstacle came.



Pain, Loss & betrayal(from/by your company) these are 3 mixed feeling I am suffering till yet.



Expecting at least a call from your-side(no matter if the answer is same).

Today after 30 days passed on submission of claims to you. When I didn’t hear a single word from your side so being an accused I tried to call you. After an effort of 30 mins and 39 attempts you finally answered your cell-phone. A brief of our talk is as below:



· When I asked you about my claims you said simply that it’s with your corporate office(WOW WHAT AN ANSWER FROM THE BRANCH HEAD OF FFCL). I asked you that today 30 days passed and you have only this much update that you will not get any update from corporate team.

· On that, when I asked you that did you follow up and asked them about the same you were unanswered (YOU SHOULD BE SHAMEFUL IF YOU HAVE NO PAIN FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS). You just told me that I waited 3-4 months so I could wait 15 more days(I CAN WAIT IF I GET AN SATISFACTORY REPLY FROM YOUR SIDE).

· When I asked for about how much more time I have to wait precisely. Over to that you said that corporate will decide and told me that you already showered an act of kindness by accepting our claims(I DON’T UNDERSTAND YOU WANT ME TO BOW DOWN AND THANKFUL TO THE MERCY YOU SHOWED TO ME, Please check the previous mails I already appraised you in these mails if you want more please let me know) on which when I asked you to provide me corporate person No. I will follow-up with him personally.



After the entire conversation I am very much assured that you have no intentions to solve this issue. You are just gaining time and this can only increase Agony & Dissatisfaction in me.



I am very sorry to say that I did a big mistake to rely on you & your words. I kept mum for last 1 month. I finally give you time till 17th July(I will keep you reminding daily basis). After that I will promise I will start forwarding these mails again.

Hi Nitish,

Another call received from FFCL today[protected] the guy named Mr. Nitin and giving a statement that he got mail from regional office to ask my residential address.

When I asked why they want to meet. Mr. Nitin has no idea why they want to meet. when I asked what is the basic agenda? He kept repeating that he got mail from Regional Office to take my address rest he don’t know. When I asked who want to know my address he declined and told me he had no idea who is asking my address. GUYS IS THAT POSSIBLE THAT YOU GOT A MAIL ON FROM YOUR OFFICE AND YOU DON’T EVEN WHO MAILED YOU OR WHO ASSIGNED YOU A TASK?

I denied to provide my residential address and behind refusing there are two reasons. One is I wasn’t sure why they want to meet there nothing that can’t discussed over phone? and secondly I am scared cause the company who have such Lunatic employees I don’t know what they will do with me if I meet them.

Whosoever in FFCL is watching this mail and willing to meet me please revert my three Questions:

What is the purpose behind meeting? Is this is a threat to me me? OR you actually want to resolve this matter and if you want to resolve just write down here in this mail first so that all my friends will come to know what you are doing?
How you will compensate me for the trauma I faced in last 3 Months follow-ups?
What action you are going to take against those two foster employees for NON RESPONSIVE BEHAVIOUR? If read this mail completely you will definitely come to know whom I am talking about.
After that I will decide I should meet or reply you over mail.

Please find the attached mails exchanged between me(as a accused) and FFCL. After a day of floating this mail first time we get a sort of assurance from you(as a representative of First flight) that FFCL will resolve this issue.

I feel happy to see at least the response from your side.

Mr. Binod(employee of FFCL) is still augmenting over mails(please check Re_ W14420865.eml) I came to know that over phone he is still claiming that he didn’t received any of our mail prior to I took this step. Even person like Mr. Gajendra is not even bothered to call once in the said matter. I feel sorry about your company as you have employee like Mr. Binod and Mr. Gajender.

I want a declared Resolution TAT from FFCL on this matter from you or any one who is senior to Mr. Binod and Mr. Gajender over mail. As said persons who not even bothered to take care of this matter in Last 3 month how could I expect them to stick on their words they are the guys which spoils the brand image.

I am also in Customer Service Operations and know the main KRA and KPI of the same. They didn’t deserve to be in customer services.

I had also same issue with First Flight Courier . I send some material to Dhanbad it was 200 Gram but when they received it was 44 gram.
First Flight Courier person always stolen the material and that material CD coust was 50 K .
I try to connect to Mr. Gajender([protected]) and Mr. Vinod([protected]@firstflight.net) but both not responding.

Even this person did not pick the call so in future never use First flight for person use or your official use.
IF in your office tacking service with First flight so please send this mail and brack the agreement for future.

The package was dispatched from Lucknow on 21st august 2012 and as
your website shows was arrived at the destination hub office on 23rd
august 2012, today is 31st August 2012 and I have not received the
package yet(receiver's address: F-804, Nagarjuna Maple Heights,
Mahadevpura, Bangalore-16). Neither does the customer care has any
answer to my queries as they say they are not able to contact their
own office in Bangalore(quite funny and unprofessional!!!) nor am I
able to contact the Bangalore regional head office on the number
mentioned on First Flight website[protected] as nobody is picking
up for the entire past 4 days. I have also tried sending email to them but all the email id mentioned on their website seem to be wrong as all the mails are bouncing back(Mumbai registered office:[protected]@firstflight.net, Bangaluru head office:[protected]@firstflight.net). Finally after waiting for 10 days without any information or intimation from the company about the package, I personally had to go to their South Bangalore hub office as their phone also not reachable([protected])at (108/1,MSR Layout,Opp Innovative Multiplex,Near Bajaj Showroom,Outer Ring Road,Munnekolalu Extn.,Marathalli,Bangalore) to inquire on 30th August,2012 and there I get to know that they do not have any records of this consignment number in their system but as it shows received in the website, it must have been received at a wrong office which even they do not have any information of. I am worried as the package is really important and worth Rs.6000. More over nobody in the entire company seems to care to let the customer know that their package is delayed or lost or whatever even after 10 days of delay. I have tried calling Mumbai corporate office but all they can do is give me phone numbers to call up and find out myself about the package...numbers that never are reachable.
I feel furious and helpless at the mercy of this unprofessional company and seek help.

My Consignment has been booked from Madurai to Bangalore on 22-Aug-2012 T25314267. I have informed them and get it verified that the courier will get delivered by 23rd. But if check online and with customer care, there is no record of my consignment. How good is this. I have a threat of lossing nearly 20k because of this courier delay. There is no escalation option available at courier service. The customer care executives are saying info as like pre recorded answers. Fed up with this service. Better to travel to tamilnadu and get my papers. Need some regualtions for controlling these false promises by the private service conerns.

i have posted a parsel from first flight courier. the parsel was containing a rakhi and two iball pendrives. on delivery, it ir found that the parsel is having a rakhi and only one pendrive. one pendrive is missing. the pendrive was expensive and was containing important data in it. the customer care service of first flight is not picking up calls and they are not responding to any mail. please help me out. i want my stuff back.

I have fortunately/unfortunately used your services when I was India and always found major issues with your services.

Below are one major issue which I saw when I was in India.

1) First flight courier service never delivers the courier on the given address. It is customer responsibility to call your customer care and then go to first flight office to collect the courier. I am so much surprised that in these many years there is no improvement in your service and you still run in same way.

Recently I found one more major issue and it was no surprise to me as I expected same with your services. Below is the issue I have faced and I hope you will be able to do something about it.

LIC Lucknow branch did my address verification last week and send the report to Sreenivas to LIC branch in Bangalore. "J89847840" was the tracking number for the courier. As per your company website this was delivered on 1st August and your website shows that it was delivered to Sreenivas but he never received it.

I called up customer care and they told me that it may have got delivered to wrong address. I have got 175789 as complain number from customer care and customer care person has told me that they will let me know the status in 24 hours.

I have no hope with your company but may be something workout but still trying my luck.

But still dt.04.08.2012 parcell not reached at destination.

I am a Jaipur recident and was to recieve my rakhi parcel from Guwahati through 'First Flight Courier' service. The service providers claim a delivery within 48 hrs. Parcel was dispatched on 27th of july which i havn't received till date. Its rakhi today and the negligent service has been so disheartening to me. Please confirm what all can i do in this respect.

I had sent a courier for rakhi to taraori (pin code 132116) which apparently is covered by firstflight, on 28th july 2012. Its been 5 days (as on 2 august,2012)and still the courier is not delivered to destination.The online tracking system shows that it has been delivered to some ashok in karnal
the consignment number is md0179526.
The shop from where I had got is done is now not taking any responsibility and giving me one or other number every time which are not contactable.
Karnal office contact number is coming switched off everytime, and taraori office person is saying he has not received any such courier.
The courier was for rakhi and now rakhi has also almost gone and still it has not reached.

Courier sent to Tauru still hasnt reached. its been a week now. Status- Insufficient address when address on it is correct, i have sent couriers before to the same address and the phone no. is on it. First Flight doesnt bother to look into it. None of their emails are correct on the site, complain form wont submit and they wont pick up the calls! Worst customer service ever.

I would like to make a formal complaint about a consignment that was sent across to myself. The consignment is referenced ZB6322747.

Your courier person visited my premise. On the 23rd, instead of leaving some note mentioning his contact number he simply came and left.

I got to know it only next morning, when the security of the building informed me. So I left a phone number for him to contact if he came today, the 24th. Unfortunately he was not interested in phoning myself, today on the 24th. Security informed me that he simply left without attempting to contact myself.

The security informed me that he came.. and then simply left. We have also found a torn "attempted to deliver" card on the OUTSIDE of the building compound.

Kindly ensure that there are people with common sense who are recruited into your organisation as courier boys.

I shall be lodging a complaint with Freecharge.in from where the consignment was coming to myself.

Today I got a call from one of first flight delivery boy (do not remember his name) whose mobile number is [protected] to deliver my SBI credit card.

I have shown him my company ID card, he did no accept it. He asked for government approved id card. I accepted and found his demand as valid. I have shown him my DL (driving license). That person refuse to accept my driving license and said it is not a valid driving license. I was shocked, amaze and wonder on his demand and how could he can claim validity/authenticity of driving license by his own. He did not accept my driving license and asked for PAN card. That time I do not have PAN card with me and he refuse to delivered my cards and asked to contact person at office and take card from there.

I explain him that I cannot come to office and why he is not accepting DL as valid ID proof. He said he has not seen this type of DL in his life.

I asked him what is wrong in this DL. He said DL always come in card, it is paper DL and do not have valid number or there. I have shown him DL number.

I tried to convenced him at all cost but look like he is not ready to listen any thing and did not delivered my card.

I cannot have keep different different type of ID with me at all the for different type of courier service. Infact no one keep all type of ID at a time and only one should be sufficient

Now I am feeling threat on my card and if any misused of my card has happen first flight courier service will be responsible for it.

I used my DL everywhere while traveling by bus, train and plane. Also I used in all sort bank work. I haven't received such type of stupid complain from anywhere. I have collected my other card by showing same ID proof with courier services.

It is a one of worst and very bad experience I have through out of my life.

I have booked a courier with First Flight on 13.7.2012 from Kondhwa Branch, Pune (Ref No. MM179829). It did not reach till now. Moreover, repeatedly contacting the main office, pune and branch office, Kondhwa of first flight is of no avail as they are saying they cannot trace the consignment. Both the offices are refusing to give information on the consignment.

First Impression is the best impression. It suits for them. My friends pan card has been dispatched on March 3rd through First Flight Couriers. I've mailed them using the mail-ID given in the website. But no response for the mail. Also they are not attending the calls. When i entered the consignment number it shows delivered to Vellore. But the address given was in Vandhavasi. I have explained these in detailed manner in the mail. But they have not responded. Why govt despatching PAN cards though this irresponsible service, when they have their postal service at their disposal. If something is harsh in this review, you must get how much pain in waiting for their courier. Still not received or recovered the card. If you have successfully came out of the problem before please give me a suggestion.
