Dear Sir ,

Air Way Bill No. ZB1424618It is here by stated that My Client New Pan Card was reached in Ludhiana in dated 24.11.2012.
but the Ludhiana Branch of First flight did not deliver my Client Pan Card. He did not call to my Client that your courier is in our hand. With out any intimation through Phone or reach , he sent the Pan Card to Mumbai. in 29.11.2012. I call the Ludhiana Branch in 30.11.2012, he said to me It is not our duty to call a client . Tell me If you not call then how will be deliver the consignment. Tell me this is your Service.
And tell me what will I Do or My client. Your Ludhiana branch is Miller Ganj and the Consignment was Deliver in Only 10 to 15 Min. in my client Address,if he call my Client then the Consignment is deliver. Please Solve my Problem.

sir,
my cover not delivery ur francies in namakkal ,very worst fellows in working in francies in namakkal,many times my cover not door delivery in my address ,homeshop18 shopping cover in my address, that fellow in francies in namakkal cover a vachikittu tharamatennu sollran,i have case on ur courier
I haven't received my courier of ICICI bank, which was departed to my permanent address on 25th march, 2014.
When I tracked the status of first flight, it is showing that on 1st march it was send back to origin i.e Mumbai.
I have provided my address as well as my contact no., but they haven't called.
So, please take some strict action and try to send it to my address.

    the courier service provider First Flight at chandrashekharpur, Bhubaneswar , Odisha sent a staffer who misbehaved with my wife and demanded to note down her pan no. pan cards are seen as document proof, but numbers are not noted. secondly, it does not prove she is my wife as it has her parents name as we all know. she offered him Adhaar card which are accepted for international flights too. but he refused to listen, did not deliver & instead harassed her who is not well. the customer care no of fiest flight corporate office is unreachable. a saha

      Recently, ICICI Bank has send my replaced credit card by First Flight Courier (AWB CC9325912). I tried tracking the order on their website but nothing was available. than I called them on their Kolkata Registered Office Number, but it is as usual always busy. Fortunately, I had the number of the local courier person at Barasat. I called him up on his number, he said, he has the card with him and it would be delivered today itself (i.e. 29/11/12, Thursday). But, I never received it. So, I called the person again on 30/11/12, Friday to check, some other person received the call and said it will be sent to my address which again was never sent. Than I called him again on 01/12/12 Saturday, and this time to my surprise I received a reply that took me out of my mind. He said he had it sent to my address, but I wasn't available and none of my neighbour recognizes me with that name, I don't even live in that house. What the heck, I was there in my house for last two days, I have been living here for past 10 Years. And the bank wouldn't have given given me the card without verification. I have every ID Proof, Address proof and he is refusing to give the card to me?

      Than I remembered about the incidence where the delivery boy who got me a Debit Card or the PIN of HDFC Bank from the same courier service, asked me for a tip and I refused him as I didn't had change had made the difference.

      Frustrated, I called up their regional office again and as usual I was busy. I had to call the Mumbai Head Office, a lady received the call and said, she can't help me as everyone is on lunch break and told me to call in half an hour. I did so, but there was no one to receive the call and after trying many times, they placed my call on hold without uttering a word.

      I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHY GOOD BANKS AND OTHER INSTITUTIONS USE THIS WORST, 3RD GRADE, ROTTEN COURIER SERVICE.

          Hi,

          I would like to file a complaint against FirstFlight courier and request to cancel their license as they don't deserve to work in services industry (I would say they dont work, they dont like to work).
          I have a courier to be delivered at my home in Asansol and I have been waiting for a long time now to receive it (Cons. No. LD3904039). The consignment reached Asansol on 23rd Nov and it has been lying there since then. These guys don't replay to calls/mails, no status update, so pathetic shameless guys that they say that because their systems have a problem they can't serve for long long time. The local delivery boy said he cant deliver more than 4 couriers on any given day so we might have to wait for ages to get our courier. This is hardcore unprofessionalism and I request you to take care of such guys so that others dont face similar problems in future because of such shameless lethargic unprofessional hopeless human beings.

            Order No : 6464591 from 100bestbuys.com through on line mode

            and the shipment no is F11920257 from First courier. I have contacted supplier 100bestbuys and they have informed that they have shipped the material through First courier.I have contacted the First courier and there is no proper response.

            Postage & Courier — Not getting response from vendor

            I have couriered some very important documents from Professional Couriers Ltd on 3rd March 2012 via LR no DEL[protected] from Delhi Munirka to Gurgaon. But the receiver yet not received the consignment. We are doing daily follow up for the courier status with courier people but they never gave any positive response to us ever.
            I have booked the following one month back on 13/10/2012

              First flight courier service gives the poorest quality of service. My consignment LD3904039 is lying at the Asansol office since 23rd.Nov but I still have not received the courier. moreover whenever i try to contact them i get no response which shows that the staff is least bothered about the complains and the problems that the customers are having.

              They should be heavily penalized for not only late delivery but also for the callous attitude of the staff.

                I placed an order through www. Majorbrands.in on the 9th of November. Yesterday when I received the shipment I was asked to pay 2977 instead of 2799 for one of the couriers. I am not authorised to pay a single rupee extra according to my agreement with majorbrands. Yesterday evening and today morning they have been responding very harshly to my queries. I would like to lodge a complaint against firstflight services on ground of poor client servicing and bad behaviour and over charging customers unnecessarily.

                  First Flight Courier a bad service. Don't ever use this service. At any cost, you will not able to trace it. Even their office is not able to trace it. They have online tracking, but it not updated promptly.
                  I have ordered one product through Sulekha Deals and they shipped my product through first flight courier. It is expected on 4th Nov. I clearly write the emails to first flight courier corporate office as well as Pune office. I hardly get any reply. whatever reply I got, they said "Delivery is arranged for tomorrow". Today is 9th Nov. Still I am waiting. After repetitive emails, they are even not sharing the office address from which this parcel is handled. Very Very BAD First Flight courier.....

                    I was sent a package from hydrebad to chennai on 29 th of October . Till today i haven't received the package and everytime i call the customercare, they say that the package is taken for delivery and it will be delivered the same day. I have been hearind this from them since 6th of november. Til 9th no improvement and my package is not delivered. The number of the delivery office they have given[protected] No one picks up this and the mobile number [protected] is always switched off. Please help me in getting my package.

                      Hi, I have booked my consignment thru First Flight courier service. They have delivered somewhere to Bangaluru in stead of Odisha. After so many follow ups also they are not delivering to the actual location. Still I am following with them for their mistakes and never got any feedback from them.

                      I am very dissatisfied with their service. Matter still pending, after almost 10 days.

                        NON RECEIPT OF CERTIFICATE

                        I Monica Singh ID- 59976 have done Summer Training Programme STP 2012 from HPES India. The course certificate was dispatched to my address on 24 Sep 12 through First Flight Courier, from Kanpur and the same was delivered on 25 Sep 12 at 1030 hrs to some Rajesh without checking any ID and confirming the relationship. The certificate is not received by me till date. I approached to HP India about the dispatch of the certificate, then I got the First Flight Courier mobile No. and confirmed about the certificate, I had spoken to them lot many times but they are not able to give the correct reply nor able to deliver the certificate.                           I am supposed to get a packet delivered on 17th Oct 2012 and till 27th it has not been delivered. None of their website number is ever picked up. Many of their email ids does not deliver email. Their corporate office phone also is non-responsive. I am trying all channels to contact them but not possible. These sort of company should be labelled fraudulent and should be banned.

                            I purchased a product from Tradus.in, the product was dispatched from Gurgaon on 15/10/2012 through First Flight Courier to Trichy. The address mentioned was in the prime locality of Trichy and 2 phone numbers were mentioned on the cover. The courier guys recevied the product on 17/10/2012 and have sent it back to Gurgaon on 18/10/2012 citing as "ADDRESS INSUFFICIENT".
                            Inspite of giving a clear address, the product was not delivered and has been returned.
                            This is the first time a courier company has done like this. Worst service and worst people are working in this company.
                            I have requested Tradus.in to black list First Flight Courier Ltd from thier courier list.

                              A letter was booked on 23/10/2012 from new delhi to cuttack through first flight courier ltd. bearing doc no- MD0243989.
                              i was promised to get delivered on 25/10/2012 and i paid rs 150 instead of paying normal courier charges(rs 20) for a single letter delivery because that letter was v.v urgent for me.
                              now my problem is that on 25/10/2012 when i called up on cuttack office for letter delivery they said that letter has been despatched from new delhi and we can't trace where it is right now and the same answer i got on 26/10/2012.
                              If someone pays rs 150 instead of rs 20..what does that mean?
                              I[censored] people can't deliver letter in 2 days why the hell u commit and claim to be best courier service?
                              Till now i haven't received the letter and im suffering a great loss coz of that undelivered letter..
                              This is the worst courier service in india and these courier peoples take unnessary charges for letter delivery and the letter which they deliver can easily and quickly delivered by any other courier service and that too in rs 20 only...

                                Hi ,
                                I sent a courier containing a big box of chocolates from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 18th Oct,2012.
                                It was scheduled to be delivered on 19th at Banagalore.
                                But the recepeient did not receive it.
                                Thinking it might have been late I waited for the next working day to come, but on Sunday I relaized that the courier tracking was showing that it was delivered to someone else instead of the recepient.
                                I tried calling First flight people but no one picked up.
                                On Moday 22nd Oct ,2012 ,I called many people in Hyderabad and Banagalore office and sent multiple emails and talked about escalating the things to hiher management.
                                I waited the whole day.
                                In the evening the chocolate box was delivered with half of the content already missing from it and the packet completely torn.
                                Still I did not get any reply on the mai l, telling me about the delivery of the consignment,


                                I am really irritated by the services from the courier company and want a complete explanation about the issue and proper reimbursements of my claim.
                                Alsi I need an assurance that this should not happen with any customer in future because when a customer is sending through a courier service they trust it for aproper delivery of the content.

                                  A courier was supposed to be delivered at our place. They called today saying that your house is in a No service area, come and collect your document today or we will send it back. Well first, they refused to deliver it at our house with an excuse that it's outside the service area. Well you guys charge it to deliver at house but you were not doing so. Ok point taken that it's no service area but don't just call the customer and threaten the cust that if you don't come today we will send the thing back. Atleast givehim a days time.. I told him that I'l collect that tomorrow, he said can't you make it tomorrow. We might send it back otherwise.. You need to give atleast a day to the customer if you are not delivering it at house.                                     First Flight Courier--- Think million times before using this service! Highly Irresponsible

                                    I booked 2 parcels from Bangalore to Srinagar (J&K) with First Flight courier under AWB# F14390489, F14390488 on October 10, 21012. Both parcels packed properly with address clearly written in bold letters. Anybody could read it without any problem but our one the top courier service provider was not able to read it. AWB clearly mentioning Bangalore to Srinagar. When I tried to track it online next day I was surprised as well as shocked to see destination Jaipur. Firstly I thought AWB# is wrong but verified 2-3 times and it was correct but had to believe that one of the leading courier service on India has done a big mess-up. I am still not able to understand how come they were not able to read the address clearly or was it that dispatcher wished to send it to Jaipur just like that. I called customer care and one lady on phone said “Sir this is dispatched Jaipur” when I said why her answer “Sir I can’t help you need to contact booking centre” she was not even apologetic for the mistake they had done. Had to escalate it further and was initially promised delivery on Saturday, I kept following up on Saturday as well morning I was given a name of executive who will be handling this issue, I spoke to her and she promised delivery will be done by 3PM Today (Saturday) and she will update me. Didn’t get any update and called again, now the statement changed, “It’s not possible to deliver today, we have diverted it from Jaipur to Delhi, and it will be delivered on Monday”. And this time different lady on call and she says previous lady is new and doesn’t know. So my question why was person who doesn’t know put in-charge of a big mess-up. Regretting for having used this service. I don’t think there can be any service provider with this level of Irresponsible & Unprofessional. I thinking of taking them to consumer court, to get the compensation.

                                    My suggestion please keep away from this service provider.

                                      I am Sameer Sahgal and i sent a courier from Allahabad to Muzaffarpur through first flight couriers with consignment number J[protected].The consignment was having a wrist watch and a diamond ring of my engagement.But your company is so much customer centric that from the consignment they took out the ring and only watch was delivered.The consignment was packed in front of 4-5 people of my office in Allahabad itself.The courier wala was not told about the ring as it was a costly item.I have been using First Flight for the last 7-8 years and this has happened first time with me.

                                      The purpose of my mail is not at all about claiming the item that was stolen.Its about the creadibility that your company lost and a result of which you lost almost 100 customers.

                                      Is it the way your people should act?If you will do like this,there is no difference between you and a thief.Because what i will say is FIRST FLIGHT has stolen the ring.

                                      So,it is my request to you to pls enquire about the same and try to return back my ring to me.

                                      I am going to consumer court for the same and will file a case there also.

                                        sir, i m anupama singh resident of varanasi. i applied for PAN CARD. pan card was dispatched by income tax pan service unit on 28 of sep2012 and they messaged me on mobile about the name of courier service- first flight and consignment no ZB9110270. i tracked the consignment on 04 oct 12 on first flight site which shows that delivery is pending due to insufficient address later on i searched on internet about contact no.of first flight courier office at varanasi and called them and they told me that the courier is with them but i have to collect it from them. i told them to deliver it at my address but they refused to do so and told me that they will return the courier at income tax department if you would not collect.i went at their office on 4 oct and collected... it was very painful for me.i m attaching the photograph of address written by income tax department.. address is complete. when i went to their office there was many people came to collect their consignment...it shows that first flight is charging for delivery but not their duties properly... i have documents to proove.. so it is my humble request to you that please see the matter and give me justice.thank you.

                                        Firstflight courier services — Not dispatching

                                        On 01/06/2011 the courier boy came for delivery of Credit card that was sent to me by SBI. He asked regarding the Id card and my mother showed him the Postpaid mobile bill. He made a call from the no#[protected] and contacted me when i was in office. I asked him to come by 10:30am on 07/01/2011. I called him and he replied " You do what ever you want" and he will provide me the parcel when he will revisit that place and also "We are not attending that line today".
                                        This is very serious issue dealing with the money i.e. credit card and i am in tension if anything goes wrong. I am not responsible. I will complain this to the SBI also.
