I got this mail from first flait courriour service this msg is shown below but they not sending any parcel to me but i have paid money to this service amount of 30, 087.00/-INR but they not send any parcel to me pls check it immediatly now they demand to me pay 1, 40, 000.00/-INR he was calling from this number:[protected] now he was in dehli airport,

Firstflight Couriers — product not delivered

On 29/12/2012 i ordered huggies jeans diapers in firstcry.com. on 30/12/2012 they shipped my product in firstflight couriers. but till now i haven't received the parcel. after lots of phone calls and enquiries to firstflight couriers, they said parcel returned to them as door locked. but we were in the house and no one came here. moreover i received some other parcels from other couriers for the last 3 days.

there is no proper responses from their side. they haven't deliver the parcel in time. kindly take steps to deliver my parcel

Today 12/03/2013, time 3:10pm, I got the call from ebay guaranty department and I talked with Mr Yogesh, he told me that the seller has provided him the proof of order dispatch, I told him to have a conference call with the seller, he made the conference call with the seller, here at this time the seller's phone is working and after buying the product, his phone stopped responding. The seller was saying that he had send the courier on 18th February 2013. If he had shipped it on 18th feb, then why he told me in the emails of date after 18th feb, that he has not shipped the product and finally in the last email he told me that he will not ship the product.?? You can check the snap shots attached with this email. Also initially the seller was afraid of ebay that if ebay will not pay him the amount, now since long time passed he has not got his payment then even not a single time the seller is contacting me for the same, comparing to that I am trying to contact him constantly, each and every time his phone was not responding. I have ordered many many things from ebay as soon as I receive the product and seller comes to know that I have received the product, they immediately call me and ask me to confirm the receipt of the product as they want to claim their money as soon as possible and here in this case nor the seller's mobile phone is responding nor he is calling me, nor he is worried to claim the money as how initially he was afraid of ebay, to ship the order.

After the conference call with the seller and Mr Yogesh (ebay guaranty dpt.), mr yogesh told me to give the proof that I have not received the product and he told me the procedure, that I have to go to the first flight courier office and request them to get a written statement from them that where they have delivered the product and I asked him to give the number of that seller with whom he had made the conference call, as when ever I call that seller, every time his phone was not responding. Seller's number was [protected]. at the time of buying the product on 17th feb 2013 the seller provided was [protected] which was not responding now again the new which he gave, after the conference call, later I tried to call that new number again that new is not responding.

Now according to Mr yogesh instructions, I went to first flight courier, there again I came to know something very shocking and the fraud of that seller. The seller has ship with the AWB no. A89279545, but the shipping was not a parcel but a document, which I had not received but some SHRAVAN who is out of my contact. I request the higher authority of that courier company, whose name is RAKESH CHARKHAWALA, contact no. [protected], he gave just delivery slip of that particular day and I told him to give a written statement with his sign and stamp, but that person was so shameless that he keep on denying that he can not give in written on the company letter head. I called ebay cust. care and some mr Sahil talked with him for the same but he refused to that person also. That shameless person was clearly telling me that what ever action I want to take on him, I can take, but he will not give it in written, even if I do a police complain on him, he wont care. In bad manner in he told me this words " jo ukhaad na hai vo ukhaad lo, police complain karni hai to kardo, mai kuch likh ke nai dene vala"

Later again I called ebay explained the executive all the details from he beginning, then the call got disconnected abruptly again called explained everything, told the executive to transfer the call to mr sahil but he didn't transferred and I explained him everything from the beginning and generated a conversation reference number 1/[protected].

chocoloates missing

Today evening i received this consignment #M991M0355841 which had 320gms of chocolates as mentioned on the consignment but alas, the chocolates were missing! The courier name is first flight couriers ltd

Didnt recived the parcel yet

Air bill no M991Z2945668 i didnt recived my parcle it has been nearly 15 days when my ordered shipped .but here the courier service agent in adilabad is telling to call other centre.nizambad but when iam tarcking my order its showing pending at the warangal dist .the parcel should b reciv3d by 17 of this month but still i didnt recived yet.

Product fully damaged

I received a gift box but gift is fully damage and as packing is some loose.courier boy say first sing in receiving than you will open the box and than he got his receiving he move fast. I am totaly disappointed. this is my marrige anniversary gift.

First Flight Couriers Ltd — Delay in Delivery

This courier service should be named Last Flight Couriers.

They have not delivered my document despatched from Hyderabad to Pune on 28 Mar 2011 to pune even on 01 Apr 2011.

The customer service which I got after 20 calls it is an operational error and happens often.

So if anyone have a document to be delivered urgently don't sent through First flight paying Rs 100 instead of Rs 25/- through Speed post.

Legal option costs time and money!

Poor customer care should ultimately result in closure of inefficient companies like first flight couriers.

maine 21/09/2012 ko kuch important papers mumbai ke liye courier kiya tha. Par ye aaj 25/09/2012 time 6:35pm tak nahi pahucha. Isse mera bahut loss ho sakta hai. Please meri complaint par koi action liya jaye.

Delivery of Courier after 2 months & bribe taken

Airway Bill No. ZB7440670 containing PAN CARD dt.24/4/2013 delivered after 1.5 months. And for delivering the same First Flight has asked for bribe and said they will return the Pan Card if not given any bribe.

D991B0270807 Still not delivered

Sent very important (mediacal document) courier (D991B0270807) on 7th Feb'13 from Delhi Dwarka sec-12 to Bokaro Steel City, but still they have not delivered and they have no idea about it.

I am velu in Salem(Narikaradu, Ulipuram.pin-636118).Sunday delivered to FFCL courirer.Still not have receive my home( PAN card).But receive PAN card in FFCL office.Please kindly enquired FFCL office and please sent my PAN card details.Courier number B991QQ1549962 and my PAN card number is ANSPV7140H.
