Its a shame

I had parcel to courier and my bad luck I choose First Flight Courier. On 14the Feb I submitted my parcel in one of the First flight office in Airoli. Today its 20 Feb and still my courier has not been delivered.

I tried to track my courier calling Call center, but thee call center guys had no idea where thee courier is and thee way theey talked was ridiculous.
They were very very rude and stupid.

FIRST FLIGHT COURIERS: This is not the first time its happening to me and my friends.. they will update the tracking status with a fake statement like Pending-PARTY NOT AVAILABLE. But everytime we are available since the address given is my office and more or less security will be available 24/7 to collect couriers also. Finally they will close the statement with Pending-WEEKLY OFF. Its a horrible courier service....

Non Delivery of items

My article with consignment number O20555626 was dispatched from Gurgaon to Pune on 28th January 2013. Its 1st now and even after 5 days, the status of the article in your website still shows "In Transit". Delivery done to wrong consignee twice
