ON 9TH SEPTEMBER I HAVE ORDERED Order ID: OD[protected] Item: Fossil Analog Watch - For Men (Silver) Rs 7645, Received product on 12th sep. the watch was packed in a very old box , find invoice from different person , watch looks like old one , inspected and came to an conclusion i was cheated by flipkart by delivering me duplicate watch with with duplicate bill, mailed immediately initially responded that they take back the product after that not replying for my mail, don't know what to do, my friend suggested me to give court notice to flipkart , going to do that.

Also cust requested to send confirmation email so sent an email.
We have purchased two Apple Watches vide order No.OD[protected] dt8.7.2023. One is Apple Watch 7 series and another one is 8 series. How ever they send a duplicate Apple Watch of 7 series. When I went to Apple Authorised Centre to pair my Apple with my iPhone they told me it is a duplicate Apple Watch as the serial number on the invoice and the serial number of the watch are different. What shall I do.
After going through all the complaints I have come to the conclusion that never place any order with FLIPKART. The Byers as seen from the complaints paid lot of amounts and my son has paid Rs. 55000/- for the duplicate Apple 7 series Watch. I don’t know what they gain by cheating the customers. What about their reputation. Any way we planning to go legally against FLIPKART.

    i want to lodge complaint against Flipkart , because company didn't refund my money of order No. OD[protected]. i Purchase an item on 23 Aug 2013, but i was not satisfied with the item so i refunded that item on 28 Aug 2013. and they promised me to refund my amount within 7-10 days... even I contacted to the flipkart customer care more than 5 times till now but thay didn't take any action.

    Spoke to cust and informed her that we have refunded Rs 780 /- on Aug 28, 2013. However, still the amount status is pending so we will update with an ARN number cust agreed.
    ARN number provided and issue stands resolved.

      we bought webcam last night from your site flipkart.com ,and it is not working properly, we paid- Rs363 amount for this and the order no. is OD[protected].. It is a default webcam and I want to raise a complaint for this.I want u to take this and either give my amount back or change this webcam asap.
      Flipkart.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Spoke to cust and informed cust that the replacement is arranged and the same is shipped on Sept 26, 2013.

        Order cancelled from flipkart but money not refunded to credit card account

        Hi, As the complaint has been raised from the very next day of the delivery regarding the absence of screen guard on the handset screen and about the scratch with proper screenshot mailed also. After exchanging so many emails and also we provided all the proofs and also several times i had spoken to the customer care executive and each time i have told that someone will get back to me within 48 hours which didn't happened anytime but a dispute has been raised as the seller denied about it.         Our team is unable to find any details of the product. We request you to contact our customer support team in our toll free number :[protected] with registered mobile number.
        Tried calling customer no response mail sent asking for alternate contact number.
        The mail has been responded back with an alternate number.
        We got in touch with your family member and informed that pick up of the product has been arranged and once d same is received at warehouse will initiate the refund back to source.

        After initiation it takes 10 days to reflect in your account.
        Thanks for the update, handset has been picked up and given the acknowledgement.

        Hope the refund process will be smooth.

          I have purchased Samsung Galaxy S4 mobile phone from flipkart.com. The phone was delivered on time to me but without bill, whereas company claim that it has 1 year warranty. When I call customer care and ask them about the bill they told me that I will get the same in another 72 hours, but it has been more then 20 days now, and I have still not got the bill from company. Even after number of reminders I got a response that you will get the bill please wait for 1-2 days, but after that never get any reply from the company. It seems that either company had sold Gaffar market piece which does not have any bill or its seems to be a theft peace. I don’t know what to do if something goes wrong to my phone, then Samsung customer care will never consider my phone as a part of warranty.

            I Had purchased a Samsung Note 2 online from Flipkart, there was this scheme going on for 15% cash back on purchase Via Debit or Credit card. I purchased the phone Via my HDFC debit card after confirming the same from their support staff. following which I got the phone but never received the cash Back. after a series of mails from my side I get a reply from them that this scheme was only going on, on credit cards & so they cannot process my cash back, clear case of cheating as it was very clearly mentioned on the web page that Debit cards of HDFC bank can be accepted, even I had confirmed with bank, they also said that this scheme was available to HDFC Debit card holders.

              I ordered a mobile Micromax Bolt X101 Red way back on August 2nd. The parcel was received in on time however, when it was opened it was found to be empty and we immediately informed flipkart about it. They advised us to return the empty parcel and that on receipt of the same they would send us the replacement. The empty parcel was received by their warehouse on august 31st at 2.45pm. The same was advised to them via email....However, till date (september 7th 13.04pm) they have not bothered to send us the replacement. On the contrary instead of checking with the warehouse they keep writing the same story that they have not yet received confirmation from their warehouse about the receipt.....

                  A Letter to Flipkart about their Customer Service Supervisor Harassed Me Verbally

                  Designation: Supervisor in Customer Service (as the girl told who converse at beginning)

                  CALL DETAILS : Call Time: 09:19 a.m to 10:28 a.m. approx Call duration: 1 hour 9 minutes

                  Called number: [protected] (initially a girl attended and then the call was transfer to
                  Supervisor Santhosh)
                  My number: [protected]
                  My Order ID: OD[protected]
                  Language of Conversation : English and Tamil(he spoke with broken tamil) and he show himself
                  as Tamil after confirming that i am from Chennai,but i dont think so.

                  What are the words he used to me?

                  1.)No Common sense to me. (I replied that ur using a Harsh words but he not considered and He
                  acted like what i can do against him)

                  2.) Majority of Tamil People are not thinking. (told in regional language, he assaulted entire
                  tamils)

                  3.)I dont like to speak with you.

                  4.)During the coversation that, I told i am preparing for civil service(IAS exam).. for this
                  Santhosh,Supervisor, responded as "You not behaving like a educated person.. ("படிச்சி என்ன
                  பிரயோஜனம்?")

                  5.) Go and buy in snapdeal.com or infibeam.com or go and take legal action in Consumer court.

                  6.)He verbally harassed me that, "My aim is to buy the books in Free-of-Cost."

                  7.)When ever i try to spoke, he use to tell, "dont interrupt while i am speaking with you"

                  ..but he only spoke, i got very least chance(however i managed). Thing is he(a customer care

                  executive) should to listen politely about our grief but he not like that.

                  8.) He told to cut the conversation but i didn't..again he told that by the phone manners..who

                  the person called should to cut.. but i replied as in, point 3, "You only not like to speak

                  with me,so u cut the call, becoz my problem is not resolved, instead you assaulted me

                  verbally"

                  9.)Lastly,He cut the call aggressively.(No words like "thanks for calling"..etc.,) and told

                  indirectly that my english knowledge is not good.(rest are direct attack)



                  What is the issue?

                  1.)I am preparing for an Exam by September 15 ,so i made order some books in Flipkart.com.

                  Being it is temporal contingent i relied on Flipkart.com due to their fast Delivery process.


                  2.) I order 4 books in flipkart.com in August 22,2013.

                  3.) Among four books, the book "Bank Po Reasoning Chapterwise Solved Papers 1999 Till Date

                  5950 + Objective Questions For IBPS, Nationalised Bank, Gramin Bank ,SBI ,RBI Grade B

                  ,Insurance AAO ,AO" which is a pre-order book which cost Rs.220 which dated August 29,2013

                  (but now the date was removed from the website,the persons who order can know this)


                  4.)Later only, i came to know it is available in www.snapdeal.com and www.infibeam.com(now
                  stock sold). So it is not pre-order.


                  Note: Pre-order means making an advance order before publisher going to launch the product.And

                  flipkart assure that within 2-3 days the product of pre-order will deliver to customer point.

                  But in this case Kiran Pulisher launch the book Mid-August itself.

                  4.) Adding, I ordered for 873 rupees, so i think i will be eligible for Free Delivery and also

                  I relied on Flipkart.com's Speed Delivery.

                  5.)I waited till August 30, but after that, the Date removed from webpage and after no mail

                  communication or information about the product which displayed in their site.

                  6.) I mailed twice to [protected]@flipkart.com along with the availability link of snapdeal and

                  infibeam but i got a irrelevant reply as


                  "I would like to inform you that, the book is not yet released in India. It is decided by the
                  publishers."


                  7.) I said, Kiran publisher already released and it is available in snapdeal.com and

                  infibeam.com.


                  8.) Moreover, i demand to deliver the product as it displays on august 29 or say when it will

                  be available.


                  9.)But www.flipkart.com's supervisor Mr.Santhosh without checking any just said instantly that

                  "we not give such a display pls check." (yes, it is removed now, but it is in their site till

                  August 30,2013) the customers who made order can know about this.

                  10.) On course of this discussion only he abused me like above manner & also he call for a

                  challenge that if the book is available now in the market means flipkart.com will give this

                  book in free-of-cost.. I ready to accept the call of his challenge then he abused me that my

                  aim is to get a free book from flipkart.com.


                  11.)Now I ordered the book from snapdeal.com as per the advice of Flipkart.com's Customer

                  Service Supervisor ,which is going to despatch within 48 hours(while texting this mail,i

                  received sms from snapdeal.com). So, I cancelled your order.

                    I bought a Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830i. I ordered it on 30th July and got it on 2ns August. Oreder numer OD[protected]. Its got hanged on 29th August.                       i brought Lava Iris 504Q (Grey) on {28/08/2013} from 'flipkart.com' after reading the specifications given below it. I was in need of a smartphone with longer talktime which was shown equal to 15 hours on their site ,so i brought it,; soon i found that its battery was draining very quickly,, later i checked on the official LAVA site the battery talktime given was just 5.3 hours ,.after 1 day of delivery, i requested for replacement of mobile and refund of my money so that i can bought a different mobile but they did not replied even after sending them several mails. i am really frustrated ,wat to do now?

                        I had ordered a HP 2000-2D28TU laptop from Flipkart.com on 15 Aug 2013 and with a offer of a coupon of Rs 2000 which could be redeemed on HP website by 21s August and as per the mail from Flipkart, the laptop was to be delivered by 20th August but it was not delivered by 20th and after a numerous calls to their customer care I was told that it would be delivered on 21st but again it was not delivered and when I called the customer care after the delivery which was on 23rd they told me that they would get the redemption done and will give a call back within 24 hours but even after 2 days I did not get a call back and therefore I had to bear a loss of Rs. 2000.                           Before ordering this product I read the reviews on the website and it didn't state good with delivery, hence I called the customer support of Flipkart and spoke to the sales supervisor on the floor Mr. Deepak on Saturday August 17, 2013. He assured me that those reviews are of past and now I would get the delivery right on time. This assurance of the sales team expert lead me, to order the product (OD[protected] & OD[protected]) but after 9 days of ordering it was still in a "ready to be shipped" state. Shame of Flipkart !!! Hence I cancelled them. Flipkart does not provide the seller's information to confirm the stock availability nor does take any complaints. I needed this to record my work and now I'm suffering all due to flipkart false promises. While deducting the amount it didn't take much time and deducted immediately from my credit card but while refunding it needs 12-15 business days as stated to me by the customer support representative. This is not fair, Flipkart take people's money and then doesnot deliver the product on time and then delay in refunding. What is the use of online shopping then ??? Purnendu GhoshBiswas

                            Hi There, This is regarding an Order that i placed on 19/08 for Nokia Lumia 520 cell phone (Order ID:OD[protected]) and made the payment through my Citibank Credit Card (Reference no. for the payment: [protected]) and selected the option for 6 month EMI with no processing fee or interest as that was the offer available at the time of placing the order. But now when my Credit Card bill is generated, it shows the whole actual amount billed on to it and the amount is not converted to EMI as it was supposed to be according the offer and option I selected. I called in to Customer care several time and reported this issue to them but each time they are telling me that I made the payment through Debit card and didn't selected any option for EMI which is completely incorrect. I cannot make the whole payment of my credit card statement just because of Flipkart system issue.                               I had purchased 8 tshirts out of which 4 i returned by july end eligible for refund of rs 1020.. but its 25 days and still i havent been refunded the amount .. evry time i call customer care they say its credited to your bank account but my bank told me theres no such credit done yet .. moreover its 6 to 7 times i requested them and they are taking it for granted and not returning my money .. its causing a lot of harrasement to me and i request you to look into the matter and please help me out as soon as possible Website- Flipkart.com Order id - OD[protected]

                                I have placed an order for Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9500 in flipkart, order ID: OD[protected] on Date: 21 August, 2013 2:33 PM by seeing their offer for very less price. This has been offered by the seller "Onlydeals". I got the confirmation message and e-mail. Then after sometime I got the confirmation call from Flipkart and told that the consignment will reach you within 7working days and after 2hrs I got a message and mail that "We are pleased to inform you that following items in your Order OD[protected] have been packed by the seller and are ready to be shipped. Once the item(s) are shipped, you will receive an email with the Courier Tracking ID and the link where you can track your order." Then on the very next day morning I got a mail that the order has been cancelled: "We would like to inform you that due to some issues, seller has cancelled the following items in the Order OD[protected] : We sincerely apologize for inconvenience caused to you. To get the items, we humbly request you to place a new order on our website." In the tracking of their website it is showing the below steps: 1. Order Placed 2. Item Confirmed 3. Item Packed 4. Seller dispatched the item from their warehouse 5. Courier Transported the shipment 6. Shipment reached the hub nearest you 7.Item Returned. Thu, 22nd Aug10:35 am. "Onlydeals" is a fake seller who gives fake offers and cheat people. Flipkart has to ban them their website. By promoting this kind of fake offers from sellers, flipkart is also doing Fraudulent activity. Authorities has to take control over this kind of sellers and remove their registration.

                                  We placed an order on 1st August OD [protected] which was committed to be delieverd within 3 days the order was placed but its been more than 15 days and after twice interaction with the customer care its been not solved with a positive response I believe that this is not the right way of treating a customer and this has been the worst service and not acceptable by any customer.

                                    luxembourg — fraud transaction

                                    I have got SMS stating that I have done transaction for Rs 7181.0500 atluxembourg.

                                    But no such transaction has been made from my card.It seems this type of deductions have been happening for most of the hdfc credit card customers.Even in the complaints forum these kind of fraud transaction complaints can be observed.

                                    Requesting HDFC authorities to do needful to avoid this type tractions.

                                      I recently ordered books from flipkart. Com.. The books were on name of : yash kshatriya.. Mob: [protected].....my order id: OD[protected]...I had ordered three books named as "comprehensive chemistry jee advance 2014...nd other two books of maths and physics respectively by tata macgraw publisher "... I received my books on 13/08/2013..The books which I received are same as the books titled"complete course in chemistry 2013.. Other books of maths and physics respectively by same publisher tata macgraw...".... I had already purchased those books from flipkart itself last year
                                      . order id : OD[protected]..date:14/12/2013.....The only difference between the new books which I received day before yesterday and which I purchased last year Is the cover and the name.. Rest all content inside the book is the same... I approached flipkart regarding this but the not ready to take back the books and refund my amount.. It is totally a cheating affair... Why should I keep two copies of the same book... I requested flipkart to refund my amount..... Need help because the amount is not small.. It costed me 1558/-...
                                      The complaint stands resolved by arranging the reverse pickup of the books and refund was initiated on 20th August, 2013 and customer already used the flipkart wallet balance to place a fresh order.

                                      Hence closing the case.
