    My order Id in flipkart.com is OD[protected]

    The picture is not updated. I bought this, but the one that I received is different and doesn't look as smart as in the picture. The one I received has 2 side pockets. The belt shown here is a detachable one with a '?' shaped hook. The one I received doesn't have that, the belt is attached to a semi-circular hook and cannot be detached.

    The worst part is when I called up the Customer care to complain and ask for a refund, they were arguing with me, stating reasons,
    1. the Skybags company has changed the look of this bag recently.
    2. I get 2 side pockets extra as an advantage
    and many more.

    After much argument and harsh verbal exchange, they agreed to pick this bag and give me the refund.

    They were about to pick up the bag from my address within 48 hrs. After receiving the bag, they will start processing the refund.

    I complained on Monday 12th August 2013. I received a SMS on Tuesday 13th August that it would be picked up, but no one came. On 14th August morning, I received an SMS, that I was not available on Tuesday, so it would be picked up today, yet no one came till evening. I called up the Customer care to complain, they are asking me to wait till 8PM evening. The address from where they will pick up is my office address, which is quite a remote area and they are asking me to wait till 8PM here. And this is no surity, that it will be picked up.

    When I asked for the reason of the delay and the reason for the false SMS, they say, they are sorry. Are they really sorry or are they actually trying to delay the refund of my money?

    I will make a consumer complaint for this.

      I have placed an order for Jabra headset worth 5500. before placing the order i have confirmed with customer care ( cs) for the delivery time, they confirmed it will 2 to 5 days which is listed in the order page. i have placed order on jul 31st Jul 2013. Flipkart has placed the order for shipment with thier courier partner EKART on 2nd Aug 2013. since then order tracking page of FLIPKART is always showing intransit to Hub.i have started calling the CS since 8th of Aug. when ever i call they say it is in intransit and we are working. when ever i call EKART they give negligent answer saying " Order is missed some where, call flipkart to place a replacement order". i have been calling them daily twice but all ways they say "we owe you our deepest apologies for the inconvenience caused.We at Flipkart, are very serious about our customer’s satisfaction and we work hard to get to the bottom of any customer complaints. This missed opportunity to give you an enjoyable experience with us is something that we could never abide by. To ensure that this will never happen again, we are taking special measures." but never acted upon my Order.

        I have registered for exchange for my order (#OD[protected]) on Monday (5th Aug), since Monday I have been receiving sms everyday saying that it will be picked by ..this person but as of today NO one came to collect it. Several time I called to customer care but all time got same typical answer. Sent several mails to CS but all the time same reply that it will be collected by today before 7PM (every time they gave me false commitments). Flipkart promised that item will be picked before 08th Aug. I am not able to place another order until they are not picking the item and updating my wallet.

        Letsbuy.com — NON DELIVERY OF EXCHANGED MATERIAL

        My Order no is LSB-370483.11th oct,2011 my pickup has been done with waybill no [protected] by Bluedart and I have tracked that this material has been received by letsbuy people.I am waiting for a long time for this material.my complaint has been registered with refrence no CC[protected] on 14th september,2011.Still waiting to get my product back.I have sent many emails but ultimately leads to nothing.dont know whether I will get this material back or not.I have to send this material as gift to someone and I have told these peoples that but they dont bother of my emotions and all.Dont think it is a customer centric company.I will never go for buying from them.

          Its been 3 months and the issue has not been resolved yet . My credit card is still not reflecting
          the EMI's and its still showing the complete amount of the purchase . I
          want this to be resolved now and i don't want this to be reflecting in my
          next credit card statement. There is a limit to everything you cannot take
          your customer so lightly you should have some shame at least if its your
          system problem then why haven't you resolved till and why i have to follow
          up so many times with you people . So please resolve this issue asap.

              Booked an order on 5th August, vide order No. OD[protected], where i bought products with displayed price of Rs. 74-00 each. i am surprised and confused about flipKart shopping. They displayed a price with heavy discount, after that their system and page shows about confirmation, availability and even packing of the same bought product and later whole order is step by step cancelled.??pathetic!!!

              These people are trying to play with customers. How can they make me sure that next time i buy something from their website and that order got realized!!! later, at any stage or point of time they can simply get that order cancelled by saying about the mistake and original price.

              Is this is online shopping services, where after displaying a product for cheaper price they got attraction of customers, make them fool to buy and later cancel it???

              I would prefer to warn all my friends and family, associates to stay safely blessed by flipkart's amazing shopping experience, and will also escalate this case of cheating and harassment.

              They Just "flip the kart"......

              Issue was resolved from your end, the time you cancelled my order and refunded the amount. The point is why??.. How you can make sure your loyal customers, who pay you in advance to buy products online from your website portal, that their any purchase online, would be honored or not.

              Flipkart has always an excuse to cancel any purchase at any point of time, by just mentioning Sorry and/or Wrong Price Displayed!!

              Is this all ONLINE SHOPPING about?

              This issue stands UNRESOLVED, until I get the products I ordered for!!.. How!!.. that's your problem!!..

              I think, that's what customer retention is all about!!.. If there is any mistake in your system, you should have honor that!!

                I bought one HP Omni desktop 120-2111 by order Id : OD [protected] from Flipkart on 31st Oct 2012. Product was received in good condition and working fine till May 2013. In the m/o May 2013 I was facing problem with the dongle of cordless key board and mouse, I contacted HP for warranty replacement of my faulty dongle, at that time I came to know from HP (thru mail) that warranty for my PC is only for 1 year and not for 3 year which was confirmed by Flipkart at the time of sale to me. I forwarded that mail to Flipkart and asked for the clarification, flipkart again claimed (thru mail) that warranty is for 3 years.

                This dispute is pending since last 3- 4 months, now few days back I start getting calls from WS Retail (channel partner of Flipkart) for warranty issue. One Mr. Anurag of WS Retail advised me to use the PC with one year warranty, when I asked him, why they are writing 3 years warranty on website, he said these are all marketing fundas to sell the product. Actually the warranty is for 1 year only, when I inquired about the mail which I got from flipkart which is stating 3 years warranty, he said flipkart is just a platform to sell the product, and we are the actual seller of this product. He also advised me to not to bother flipkart by writing unnecessary mails on this issue as nobody will entertain you. I told him that I am not going to spare WS/Flipkart on this issue and will file a case in consumer court, he said I am free to go anywhere and plenty of cases are pending in consumer court on their name, their lawyers are capable enough to handle thousands of more cases like this.

                Customer support executive of Flipkart always listen my story and promise for callback from their seniors but nobody is responding neither on mails nor on phone.

                I am feel like cheated. Companies like WS Retail and Flipkart are looting people openly.

                Flipkart is selling goods by

                1. Misleading advertisements and false representation.
                2. Cheating by giving false promises.
                3. Deficiency in after sale service or not abiding by warranty clause.
                4. Harrasing customers thru channel partners.

                How we can stop this??? kindly advice how can I get the warranty support or else I need my money back which I have paid for this pc i.e. Rs. 31743/-

                  I ordered a Helix watch from flipkart.com and the seller was WS Retail.. when delivered, i discovered that the strap length was thrice that of a normal starp- 17.5 INCHES!

                  This information was not provided on the webpage of watch and when i intimated as such to WS Retail, i was told they dont "have an exchange policy for watches!".

                  I have been cheated and i dont understand why they would have an option such as "item not as described" in their complaint section when they never clearly intend to cheat customers.. I wont shop from flipkart after this incident and i want this particular item exchanged ASAP

                    I placed an order yesterday with flipkart for beauty items.
                    The payment was approved, and the products were packed by the seller.

                    Suddenly i got to know that the item got cancelled by the seller.
                    There was no justification also given for the same.

                    Please do not order in flipkart! Jabong is the best !!!

                      I Ms Tapaswini Pathy, permanent residence of Berhampur, Orissa residing in Bangalore since more then 1 year. I have syndicate bank Visa debit card from Berhampur branch.

                      I did not do any transaction with Flip cart but found online shopping with my Visa card with Flip cart done on May 5th, 6th and 7th without my knowledge. After enquirer I came to know transaction is done with Flipcart.

                      Please find the attachment for reference. I know flipcart never try to harrash any customer. Please do the needful and credit my money to my account ASAP. Also provide me details for the reason of this deduction from my account.

                        I have bought one mobile from Flipkart.com on 31st July 2013, they have given me the Blue Dart
                        Courier tracking id on next day. But till now that tracking id is not activated. They are not cooperating with me. Flipkart is not delivering the product on time, and also not cancelling my order.

                        I urge to everybody not to buy from Flipkart. It is totally worst site, which changes its offers and discounts very frequently. And also not delivering the product on time. They are totally cheaters.

                        Flipkart is just harrasing the consumers. A call came from their Head office saying we are refunding your amount. But I told them I don't want the money I want my mobile phone only. Now they are saying it is not in stock you have to wait till 30 days. Flipkart is doing all that because they have increased the price of that particular mobile, and now they don't want to give it to me on old price. They are totally cheaters. I urge all of you not to buy from flipkart.com It is totally waste of time and money. They are doing things like 'DADA' Please take my advice personally and anybody wants to talk to me can call at [protected].

                          I bought a wireless router on July 27, 2013 and got it delivered on Monday,July 29, 2013 Order ID: OD[protected]. Only when I started setting up the router I realized that my Internet service provider(ISP) does not support the router that I had bought(The router supports ADSL technology, my ISP is supporting only DSL technology). There is a 30 day return back policy from flipkart, but when I called their call center, they are not ready to take it back. I even told them I will buy a new product from them because the one I got is of no use to me. They didn’t agree to that as well. The only reason that I used flipkart was because I had got a flipkart e-voucher from my organization. Had I bought this from a shop, they would have taken it back if I tell them my ISP is not supporting this router, given the fact that I was ready to take a new one. Forget the 30 day return back policy,I was not even asking for a refund, any other shop would have shown a basic minimum courtesy for this.

                          I placed an order a 20 litre microwave oven on 17-aug-09 and i have paid RS.4450 before dilivery of the product on 21-aug-09 company promised to send a product with in 10 or 15 days from the date of payment but i have not recived the product yet and they are not giving any information even i have been calling to homeshop18 for a month.i think the company if doing froud with its customer .according to the customer rights, i want my money back and goverment should take serious action against this froud company

                            I have bought a Nikon D7000.Order Id is OD[protected].Placed the order on 15th July.
                            1st of all got the delivery after 8 days(On 27th July) of schedule date(19th July) and the product delivered was defective.I've raise a request for replacement in Flipkart,regarding this incident number is[protected],on last Sunday.They told me within 2-3 business days valuable inputs will be given to me but no one is contacting with me.I'm calling Customer Care everyday and everyday the are saying wait for 24 hours.!
                            They made joke of the whole thing.Bought a camera for 54k and now the picture coming from it is totally dark and after taking the pic it's showing "ERR" in the display of the camera.Camera is useless to me.I'm requesting them for replacement and they are delaying everyday by one 1day for giving inputs from their side,they not even started the process of replacement.I'm Attaching the snapshot of :

As per our records, we see that you have placed order for the above mentioned items and the same has been delivered to you. Hence, we will not be able to replace the same. Also, we would like to inform you that the seller WS Retail has a 30 Day Replacement Guarantee. If you come across any damage or manufacturing defect in the product at the time of delivery or within 30 days from the date of delivery, kindly notify us and we will ensure the seller is contacted and a correct resolution is found. As of now we do not have a buy back or exchange policy for the above mentioned items.                                 Does you people always do the same with each and every customer as you have done with me. I booked a Samsung Music duos S6012 phone over flipkart with WS Retail with showed the costing as Rs 5299/-.

                                1. First of all wanted to know the valid reason for cancellation of Order.
                                2. If your company cannt provide the phone at the price shown and booked then why the hell you people book the phones or any other product.
                                3. this is a pure case of cheating by FLIPKART and WS RETAIL.
                                4. I am Ready to Wait for some more time for the phone, so you can deliver the same by 5th August 2013.
                                5. I dont think so that this letter will reach you at all.

                                6. Flipkart CEO has Questioned the Forbes India for their comment, but Mr. Sachin should see the things going on in his organization first of all, then poke his nose in others opininion.
                                7. Flipkart has written in mail, i can buy the same product with other vendors as well, but let me tell you Flipkart People/ Employees that for Loyalty you should provide the same product and at same cost booked earlier.

                                PLease i request Mr. Rajiv and Mr. Sachin to resolve the issue, and if you cannt provide the Product then its your wish to do so. but you will loose out the Customers.

                                I too experienced the same thing with the Flipkart.com. But the product is different. I'm really fed up with their services n customer care from past 1 month, so i'm already in a process of filing a case against them in the consumer court to pay the compensation for the inconvenience caused to me.

                                I think its waste of requesting them, the issued happened to me & you. Its better to file case from ur end also.

                                  I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 from Flipkart on May 30th. The offer mentioned in the website was for 15% cashback on Note 2 on using your HDFC debit card or ICICI credit card. The cashback will be done on or before july 25th.
                                  I paid through HDFC debit card in full. I am an educated person so I made the purchase after reading their cashback terms several time. When I did not receive the cashback until today I called on their no. And they told me the you paid through axis bank card. I replied that I made the payment myself and I know which card I used. He accepted that the payment was made through HDFC debit card but the offer was only on ICICI credit cards and he can't do anything about it. He also said that if you had not received the cashback then why didn't you called earlier. I replied that the cashback was to be done on or before 25th july that is the reason I waited until now.
                                  Flipkart is clearly doing a fraud with their customers. Please help me get my cash back.

                                  Even I am facing the same issue.I also purchased through HDFC debit card.
                                  I called [protected] and mailed [protected]@flipkart but they saying the same thing. I have sent screenshots showing 15% cash back is for hdfc debit card.

                                    I'm Niladri.I have placed an order for Nikon D7000 on 15th July and it Should have been delivered within 2-3 days,i.e within 18th July.Today is 26th July yet I haven't got the delivery.Everyday since last seven Days I called Customer Care and the representative told me that it'll be delivered within next 24hours or 48 hours.But it's not delivered yet!!They made a fun of it!
                                    They are not telling the reason of delay and not giving any correct date of delivery!!I have paid for it yet I'm not getting minimum required service!!
                                    Please take necessary step about it.

                                      I bought two memory cards from Flipkart which were delivered to me on the 12th June 2013 and I started using these only after the 03rd June 2013. Since then it always hanged my phone and I had to continiously switch off and switch on the phone. Later I noticed that images in my memory card were not displayed in the Gallery and I was not able to save anything on the memory card. To my surprise there was not read/write access on the card. I tried to format the same however it did not allow me. I could have understood it if it was only for one of the cards. However, it is the same for both.
                                      I then decided to call Flipkart to report the issue on 15th July 2013 and the executive post collecting host of information said that he will be arranging the replacements in the next two days. I waited until today and called them up again. This time the executive informed that the earlier information was incorrectly provided and Flipkart is not going to provide the replacements and hanged on me. I later called up again and it was Pasha where the call disconnected again post me describing the issue. In vain I had to again to speak to Chetan who hanged again on me. Later I got Rakesh and immediately asked for a supervisor. After a long 20 mins wait I got through to Bhavya, who was literally not interested in actually knowing what I want to say. However had loads and loads of sorry and policy explanations that they will watsoever not get my cards replaced.
                                      Once there is a commitment made to the customer that has to be kept.

                                        I purchased apple iphone 4s. it delivered on 30th june i was out of station . I opened the box on 5th july. Phone did not get switch on. I report Flipkart for the same. Their Dealer had 10 Days Replacement policy . but after they are lingering the matter and it no decision is taken yet. so I wanna file a case against the Flipkart in Consuer forum.
