Dear Sir,
I Dr. Shrikant Patil, placed an online order of nokia lumia 720 on 18 oct 2013 on FLIPKART.COM paid by standard chartred bank on same day, which was going to be delivered on 22nd oct 2013. Even after my repeated follow up FLIPKART.COM only assured me to wait till 23 oct 2013. But on 23oct 2013 they messaged me that your order has been cancelled. when i asked FLIPKART.COM regarding same they told me that it was cancelled by your end but they had no proof of order cancellation by me.
I requested them to dont give my money back but rearrange my same shipment, but they were not ready for it.
Also FLIPKART.COM dont have any reason for cancellation,
FLIPKART.COM harrash me mentaly very much by assuring me and reassuring me with failure to delivered the shipment.

I have all details emails and ordered messages by flipcart

    Items missing from the order - I want a refund

    Hi I ordered a Panasonic SR-Y22FHS 5.4 L Multicooking Cooker (Silver) on flipkart on 27th Oct 2013, the order id is OD[protected]. Flipkart delivered the product today around 1 hour back. The flipkart site neither mentioned how many pans will be given with the cooker. So I checked with panasonic showroom, the panasonic showroom is giving two pans with the cooker, so I thought the flipkart will give me two pans as they will get two from panasonic, and placed the order. After opening the order I found that the cooker came with only one cooking pan. I checked flipkart site if they are selling the pan separately so that I can buy another pan, but they are not selling pan separately. I called flipkart and asked them to either take the cooker back or to let me to exchange the cooker with some other product. But flipkart simply saying "the cooker is as mentioned in pictures on their site, the flipkart site don't have pictures of two pans so they won't take the cooker back". Their site has only one picture of the cooker, it neither has picture of pan or any accessories comes along with the cooker, and the site hasn't mentioned number of pans they will give. I asked flipkart the same, But the flipkart not answering that, and just says cooker is as per picture. Now the cooker has become useless for me, very tough to get another pan of the same size and same type separately in outside outlets near my house. The product was delivered just an hour back, I haven't used it, it is as new as delivered, still flipkart not accepting to take the product back or to exchange with other product and simply showing picture on their site, which has only picture of the cooker. I thought of helping out atleast other customers and posted a review about the product on flipkart site, but flipkart not posting my review, they post only positive reviews and fake reviews cheating customers.       Sir i have purchased dell laptop on 15/3/2013. they have told it has a warranty period of 1 year.. but recently in dell site, its showing my laptop warranty ended on 15/10/2013... please Solve this problem. i callled flipkart customer more then 10 times from the time i purshaced laptop, they telling will solve, wait 1 days, 2 days .. but yet now, my complaint not solved...         Order ID: OD[protected] Return ID: 3176179(init) Ordered a Enter Gamepad on 11th October & when received, the item was in a damaged situation. mailed them regarding the matter & they reply-ed back saying i should ship the item back to them & they would refund the expenses in my account. i shipped them back the item through bludart couriers.they charged me 340 rs. Bluedart Tracing # : [protected] i informed them the order id of the shipment & they said they would ship me the replacement item as soon as they receive my shipment. the item was delivered to them 4 days before,[protected] & still no response from them. i have given away 570 rs as of now in total for the item & still haven't received any response from them.

          i called a lot of time in costumer care center, but nobody given me confirmation of my order.

          I am Manoj Dubey i booked Huawei Honor Holly of Rs. 6999/- on dated-16/10/2014 Order no. OD[protected] and it was expected to reached on 27/10/2014 but i have not yet received the same delivery. i have complained to flipkart customer care but they are not replying any satisfactory answers.
          meanwhile i enquired with Ekart no. [protected] but they are also not responding. they said your delivery reached on 26/10/2014 in mumbai only but not showing exact delivery date. i am very disappointing about your service this.

            Dear sir, i have place the order on 18th oct, 2013 in flipkart for samsung s3 mobile with my credit card. very next day i call the customer care and ask the formality for cancellation process and informed the customer care ext mr manoj that i am not giving cancellation, just asking for formality. today morning i have received the email and sms from flipkart that they have canceled my order. when i asked the customer card one person said you have given cancellation request on 19th oct, 2013 at 5.40pm, after that i have spoke the team leader mr aridham. what answer i heard from that is shocking for me. He told verification department has tried to call u for me but they unable to cont me so they cancelled my order, but i didn't get any call from there. then he said that out agent has informed that customer ask for cancellation please arrange the call back. and the big lie they told that they tried to call me on 20th oct 2013, at 11.12 am for verification, and i have not received the call. but i have received the cancellation sms at 11.11am and i call them same time, and was talking with them till 12pm.               sir/mam. i have purchased fila shoes from flipcart about 2 months ago, but i feel bit short so i contact flipcart about this matter, so they said me to send it back through courier as they didnt have reverse pick up facility in my town (porbandar). so i sent through courier but it returned back as flipcart's warehouse is some where in remote place. so after many requests they have agreed to collect the parcel, and after many days they send first flight courier man to collect the parcel, real problem begins now after almost 15days no reply from flipcart regarding my parcel or returning shoes.. so i again contact flipcart regarding this matter so they keep saying me to keep patience and telling me that he yet not received parcel. but few days back i got call from first flight courier like flipcart warehouse staff are not accepting parcel and not agrees to paying courier charges... i was shoked !! because flipcart send first flight courier to reverse pick up the parcel and now they only not accepting and not agrees to pay charges.. and first flight courier person saying me like if flipcart will not accept and if you want it back you have to pay return courier charges which is very heavy. and if i will not pay it they(first flight) will keep the parcel. so please look in to this matter and help me to get my shoes back. its woth Rs1079. plz take some action against flipcart.

                Dear consumercomplaints.
                I have made a order with Flipkart.com, A apple iphone 5, cost 41315 on 3rd of Octber 2013. they didnot delivered my order on time by making excuses that shipment order is been seized due to sale tax issue on 11th Oct-2013 (how can a original billed goods can be sized by Sale Tax means they are playing with the quality) and then they cancelled my order without my permission taken. (My quarry mail is in trailing mail)
                Now Flipkart`s representative are making fool by writing me mail that they will contact me in 24 hours (this is happening since last 6 days)


                There for i request consumercomplaints to take legal action against Flipkart.com for cheating with the costumer and get refund my money includes compensation amount by which i can purchase the same product from market. because i am not very much interested to make any deal with this Flipkart.com in future.

                Issue stands resolved.
                Filpkart offered me token amount in their Flipkart wallet, condition to purchase goods from same retailer, till i not get the good condition, authentic goods from flipkart after reimbursement of token amount. it is open.

                  Beware of flipkart - young or old don’t trust for their advertisement Flipkart cheats and worst customer service; my problem has not be resolved since 35 days. I had placed an order OD[protected] for Prestige PIC 2.0 V2 Induction Cook Top with Special Bundle: Omega Deluxe Three Piece Build Your Kitchen Set worth 2420/- as shown in the snapshot. The order was delivered without the (Special Bundle: Omega Deluxe Three Piece Build Your Kitchen Set worth 2420/- ) even after repeated follow-ups and reminders the company has not bothered to resolve the issue and has stooped responding to my emails for the status. Please beware of this after sales support from flipkart they are worse than the footpath vendors.

                    I ordered(ordered no-OD[protected]) a sanata ocean series analog and digital watch on 2nd October 2013 which mrp is 1106 rs, I paid amount advanced by my credit card, i received said ordered on 07/10/13.I shocked when i opened the same, i seen different sonata watch which i never ordered with mrp tag of rs 325. Suddenly i called to customer care and tell them whole ensident, they commit within 72hours we resolve your problem, stil i m not getting any call from your side, i m totally disoppointed by your slow response, plz will arrange my actual product which i ordered.
                    Issue stands resolved as the pickup of the product is completed and amt refunded already.

                      I have purchased Nabaiji KC Towel Wrap Bath Towel, Vide order id-OD[protected], Dated-18th Sep 2013 amount of Rupees 599/= only including all taxes through Flipkart Online Shopping. But when I got the above product I am not satisfied and talk to flipkart customer care services where Customer Care Executives create returned id of this product then I returned the above product vide return id-3015730 through Authorised "Blue Dart Express Ltd" on dated 26th Sep 2013 which track id-[protected], with bear Courier Charges of Rupees 120/= only. But no any needful action taken by Flipkart Online Shopping for giving my refuned my money with courier charges still now.                         It is outrageus . I had done 2 Orders with Flipkart : OD[protected] and OD[protected]. I recieved 15-20 Calls next day, i thought it is an efficient ECommerce Website and I was happy about it . But when I picked up one of the phones and requested that both my Orders should be delivered after 3 pm, as there is nobody at home before that . It was a hell brike loose for them . I am not sure how a Website with base on Deliveries is able to sustain . I suggest they should shut there shop instead . If the deliveries cannot happen late evenings etc because users will who order Online are short of time, then it makes no sense for them to continue in Market Regards, Asheesh

Now my cell completely stop working and only 1month 18 days have gone. NO one is ready to help me nither NOKIA CARE nor FLIPCART CUSTOMER CARE When i call to flipcart customer care mr jishan told me that they have only a 30 day policy of replacing the product now i have to go to NOKIA care. and when i told him that i alredy gone their and they are saying that we do not touch or check the cell of flipcart . Then mr jishan told me that you have to bring a written thing from the nokia care that they are not checking my phone. NOW NOKIA CARE MANAGER is not ready to give me in written . and flipcart is not ready to work on this topic without a application from nokia care manager that he is not ready to care my phone. When contacted Flipkart CS 28th Oct Ms.Minu, had advised me to go for a refund, before even i could inform the refund to be back to source she had raised in the system as refund to wallet. when asked she is cooly saying that she had already done it and she cant change and asked me to call once the item is picked(i have a recording done on this conversation) I have been told that the pick up would be done on sept 30th but no body turned but received an sms end of the day that i was not available hence no pick up done and will reattempt on Oct 1st...On oct 1st also the same story and on Oct 3rd also the same story. Finally i called up Flipkart on Oct 3rd night and told them if you cant refund atleast replace without putting me in further pain. Till today NOBODY is taking any response on my refund but only saying they have some technical issue. The worst nightmare i had with FLIPKART. Note: I have all the conversations recorded which can prove the inefficiency of the CS personnel in FLipkart and the way they deal with consumers payment.

                                I ordered four books to Flipkart.com on 13 sept 2013, It ensures me to ordered delivery in 4-5 days. But it gets delayed so much after calling to customer care 2-3 times they replaced my order with new order on 23 sept 2013 and said that we will dispatch it on 25 sept 2013 and promise me to delivery it till 28 sept 2013. But the item was dispatch on 28 sept 2013 and i receive it on 1 oct 2013. My flipkart order no is - OD[protected] date of order - 13 sept 2013 date of delivery to me - 1 oct 2013 The article tracking no is - Speed Post : ED[protected]IN

                                  Hi Sir, I have purchased the GE 30041 corded landline phone from website of Flipcart the device is not performing in the bigning month only, then I have put a complaint on written at there website complaint portal post that i had call to there toll free number [protected] but every time i have been given wrong information about the servicess of the products . total written complaint done - 2 nos total call center call done - 5 numbers complaint number given on call center[protected] then again[protected] still my complaint is open . regards Prabhakar [protected]

                                    i just buy one game from flipkart and gifted to my relative now it is faulted and my relative inform me late . ii mailed to flip cart as per below , this all take almost one month only , they inform me that they can not replace any product after 10 days .actually it was faulted just you can see this mail ,game ordered by me with this mail has started creating trouble , few of the digit are not working properly within two months i need replacement on this game without any shipping charge otherwise i will contact to consumer court.                                       I ordered some products worth Rs. 1070/-. It showed that my order was cancelled but my debit card was charged 1070. I emailed the customer care of flipkart and they replied that the order didnot went through their portal and hence it will automatically be refunded in 7 days per the norms. I ordered the products using COD. This was on 1st Aug 2013. I have not heard since. I tried to contact HDFC bank and they informed that the order was successfully made as per the merchant(Flipkart). I have tried to contact them several times but have not got any response. They keep on saying that it will revert in 5 working days. order number:- OD[protected] Below are the details provided by HDFC bank.
