I had ordered a Sony VAIO Laptop on my wife’s name at Bhilai via Flipkart.com online on 18th September, 2012. The order ID is OD[protected]. After 10 days (on 28th September, 2012) after I enquired about the non-delivery at Bhilai, I got a regretful mail from Flipkart. They specifically told me that the amount of Rs. 30,500/- would be refunded in my account by 11th October,[protected] working days). Then after the amount was not deposited till 11th October, 2012, I enquired with them again regarding the status of the deposition. Then again, I got a regret mail, stating there was some “error” from “sivakumar”, a customer support personnel at Flipkart.
My grievances are as follows:
1) Why the company was not able to deliver the product, when it showed on their website that it was available within 6-7 working days ?
2) I’ve lost the savings account interest on Rs. 30,500/- for approximately one month, which I paid for the desired laptop.
Kindly settle the issue at the earliest !!! Thanks a lot.

Naaptol.com — damaged shipment
This refers to order no 1686110 vide which blackberry was ordered on portal Naaptol.com against COD and payment of Rs 11,198 was made to the courier company.On opening the package , To our horror, we found the following:a) A used second hand phone.
b) Damaged screen.
c) damaged battery.
d) No CHARGER.
e) phone has a wallcomm cdma sticker which clearly shows that it is a smuggled unlocked phone and not a new black berry.
This nseems to be an open fraud by Naaptol.com being carried out openly and demanding strict legal action
