I ordered a Laptop Lenovo Ideapad U310 on 24th Sept.2012 with Cash On Delivery Option.After 15-20 Minutes i got call from Flipkart executive Ashwini to confirm my order and i confirm this.Exectly after 5 min she called me again and told me that this product is out of stock and she has to cancel the order.I said it was in stock when i ordered but she again told me that this is not possible.I told her that i want my item and did not cencel my order.I also got a mail from flipkart that it is not in stock and they have to cancel the order but i again reply to complete my order.
When i again check the status of the product it was showing out of stock.I was completely surprised But on the next day when i check again it was showing in stock with Different price and also it is in my Flipkart account showing as processing.But till now i am fighting with them to get my product and they are forcing me to cancel the order or saying that i have canceled the order.I am having all the proof that are showing that i did nor cancel the order.I am regular buyer of flipkart and i was in strong impression of flipkart that it is the only online store that Rockssss. but now i have to change my mind and also suggest to all please do not buy any product from flipkart.They are lier.

    I have ordered two 8 gb memory card for the cost of 260 each. And the order was successfully done, but after two days i found that my order is cancelled without any prior indication and when i called customer service executive they told me that they called me for three times instead i never get any of the call from flipkart...
    At last i went to flipkart site for the new order then i came to know that the price of the 8 gb memory card is raised to 285. Then i came to know the real fact of cancellation..why they cheating customers and giving wrong information?
    Note: The customer executive told me that they called me for three times on 21 but my order cancelled on 20 th itself....

    i had bought a gamepad which was faulty. it had replaced thrice and then the flipkart people told me that the money willl be refunded. I had filled the form online and i didn't get anything. They have simply fooled me by taking the gamepad and money as well. As a result i don't even have a photo proof to support my complaint.
    I have purchased many products from Flipkart. I want to know latest i had purchased Philips shaver (OD[protected] with 3 years warranty but in invoice it is not mentioned at all. Please help.

      Failed to deliver the product.

      I had ordered for Acer AOD 270-268bb Laptop (2nd Gen Atom Dual Core/ 2GB/ 320GB/ Win7 Starter) (LU.SGD08.008) in flipkart it was showing available and will be delivered in 6-8 days. even after 10 days I didn't get the product .
      when I called the customer care they are telling out of stock asking me to cancel.
      Is it new way of cheating the people. ?
      If it is out of stock why it was still showing available.. ?? very much disappointed.

        I have purchased a samsung tablet from flipkart by seeing at the offer of 16 Gb memory card along with a web redemption offer . The order has been confirmed but they have denied the 16 Gb memory card. I have informed the issue to their call center and also lodged an complain to their site but they did not regarded my complain yet. The order number is OD[protected]. The order was made on 10th september for which i had received a confirmation mail also from flipkart, today when i called them to check the status, i was told that the order wasnt confirmed due to a system glitchfrom their end and i will have to place an order again which will not have the memory card included. After this i had a series of discussions with their call centre execs one of whom promised me that once i place another order i can call the call centre and ask them to include the same since the order summary will not have the memory card mentioned due to the pffer being discontinued.
        Then i got a call from someone named gopal who outrightly denied of any such promisses made by thier exes and has denied of providing me with the memory card. I request help since it is the conpany's fault here and not mine.

            I ordered a Seagate Expansion Portable 1 TB USB 3.0 Hard Drive from www.flipkart.com (FLIPKART ) on 23rd August 2012, 10:42 AM. It was supposed to be dispatched at my address in 3-4 bushiness days. But i have not received my order till today.

            I called FLIPKART customer care , they again said that it will be delivered in 2-3 days , but still it has not been delivered to my address.

            Flipkart promises to deliever the products in 4-5 business days, that was why i ordered the product. I had to leave dhanbad and collect some important data from my professor, but i failed to do so as FLIPKART has not still delivered it to me. This has already cost me a lot as i have already lost the opportunity to collect that data, please help me in getting my product.

            Even i get the hard disk in the coming weeks, the need for putting money for urgency failed. I was supposed to get it on 26th september 2012, but i have not got it till today.

            Seagate / Portable Hard Disk — Bad Product

            Sir,
            I had Purchase Segate Portable Hard Disk on August, 2010 for Rs 3900/- and its Warranty is 5Yrs. This Product Become Bad, and then i submitted this HDD to company then they given me another Repaired HDD, and then i used this for 1 Month and it again got Bad. Then same again i submitted that HDD to Company and they given me again Repaired HDD, my problem is i m Lossing my Critical Data every time, and segate company just fulfiling the Warranty.
            Now i m Requesting to you that please tell company to Give me Box pack new HDD, or Refund my money.

              I have ordered the product micomax funbook. They confirmed my order via Phone, via Email, Via SMS that product will be deliver with 3-4 days and after wait 2-3 days they call me again and said product is out of stock. If this is out of stock why they keep confirmed via email / SMS/ call many times. If every product is out of stock then please make site offline and stock the product and then reopen the site. I am really frustrated with this every time get order they make mad. I would like to advise all to go to shop directly and purchase instead of order via website and wait and after few days got cancelled. Very frustrating

                  I tried to purchase a Motorola Xoom tablet online through letsbuy.com on 15th January 2012 for Rs 22999, however the payment gateway had an error and despite entering my credit card details (Citibank Mastercard), I did not get order confirmation. However I got an alert from Citibank that my card had been charged. I called letsbuy.com the very next day and I was told no order had been registered and the amount charged would be reverted to my account. Having been satisfied with the issue, I forgot about the issue. Since I have a busy schedule and frequent travel I did not check my credit card details before payment.In July 2012, I happened to discover that my card was debited 22999 (paid to letsbuy) in 6 EMIs. I sent multiple emails to lets buy.com and tried to call their customer service but there is no answer. Letsbuy.com has since sold out to Flipkart.com. I do not have an order number as no number was generated however I have email alert from citibank and credit card statements to back my claim. This is daylight robbery and there is no way to elicit response from letsbuy. Please help me in this regard.

                    I have received a defected mobile Moto G2 from your company and filed a return the same day I recieved the product. I was informed that the product will be here until 22nd October and I am still waiting to hear anything from you. The delay is really testing my patience.                     product delivery time is very poor takes 6-7 days for delivery and supply defective piece &amp;amp; no early assistance.
                    i ordered asus zenfone 5 (16gb) in flipkart on 06 jan 15. it was delivered to my neighbour on 9th jan as i was unavailable during office hours. i got product in my hand on 10th jan. i started using the phone on 10th jan evening. i raised the his complaint on 11th jan. yes not even used the mobile even for 24 hours

                    i have raised the query with flipkart. Incident:[protected]. no response yet

                    this faulty product has serious problems

                    1) it heats up extremely fast. i cannot use it for even for 5 mins. it is like holding a warm plate on the hand all the time. what is the use of phone if one cannot use it for songs / browsing even for 1 hour in a day. the mobile definitely cannot be used for more than 1 hour in a stretch. i am afraid that it may explode if it is used for long hours

                    2) the battery life is pathetic. it drains so fast that it does not last even for 2 hours. i have not played any games. not used it for playing videos. just used for sms, 2g browsing, 1 call. this happens when i have enabled ultra saving mode. i needed to charge the battery for 3 times

                    Hello Sir/Madam. I recently purchased a mobile phone from flipkart OD[protected]. Yesterday I was using the phone and all of a sudden the display started showing rainbow coloured lines and then it went blank. Now the display is dead. It did not fall or any other physical damage. I take good care of my phone.
                    Also I read reviews by other users who purchased the same phone from flipkart and recently there have been a lot of complaints about customers receiving defective products.
                    I have requested a return but I&#039;m worried that it will be replaced by another defective product.
                    Please do something because 13, 000 is a big deal to me and is even more than my monthly salary. I hope to get a proper functioning product in return and if not I&#039;ll feel very disappointed about myself and your company.

                    I bought JBL Flip 2 few months back. And it stopped getting charged after sometime! I got it checked and then got to know the batter was already bad. So disappointed!

                    I have purchased Xiaomi Redmi2 from Flipkart on 8th April2015 and it got delivered on 9th April 2015. After usage of 40 days mobile is getting heating up like hell and battery is draining very fast. I have contacted Flipkart on the same and they said to visit a service center. I have been to service center and they updated the software and said it will work fine, but the next day my mobile is completely dead and is not switching on. I again visited service center on 28th May 2015 and Service center guy after quick check of the mobile informed that there is problem with Mother Board and that need to be replaced and need to submit my mobile and wait for 7 days, I have asked for a back up mobile as i am not having one with me, Service center guy said there is no such facility, even though i accepted and waited for 7 days and called back the service center about the status of the Mobile. They informed me that i need to wait for more time. I have waited till 15th June 2015 and collected mobile on that day, Service center guy informed me that problem is not with Mother Board and it is with Battery and so replaced the battery. Today 16th June 2015 i have visited Service center again as mobile is heating up like hell again and battery is draining very fast. Think a person without a mobile for two weeks and again in the same situation after two weeks. Is this what a customer expects.

                      I purchased SPCinternet mp4 player through flipkart (http://www.flipkart.com/spcinternet-822-4-gb-mp4-player/p/itmd6ss7yzf4bjqx?pid=... The page shows that there is 1 year Indian warranty. Flipkart has 30 day replacement guarantee policy. I had a problem in the screen with dead pixels. I registered a complaint with flipkart through a mail on [protected]:31:40 which was well before 30 days . Without a proper inquiry they termed the problem was man made. So i requested them to send the address and phone number of the service center . They gave me these numbers([protected],[protected],[protected] punit.s).When i called these numbers,they said they do only distribution and not in service center. I reported this to flipkart.com . They said they'll sort out the issue in 24 hours but nothing has been sorted out yet . So i checked the website which says there are no service centers in india (http://www.spcinternet.co.in/soporte-categorias).i even called the phone number that was given in the product box but no answered any of my calls. i even mailed to spc.[protected]@spctelecom.com but didn't get any reply . I have made several calls to flipkart and requested the customer service phone number . They say the same thing. I've waited for 4 months now still not found a solution . So i request the consumer forum to take this issue as soon as possible and find a solution through re-payment or replacement of the product. The customer care when i call says ' all information will be recorded ' ,so all my calls and reports should have been recorded. I also have the mails i have sent. These all i think will be enough evidence.

                        I bought a product from letsbuy. But after a month it stopped working. I called them and told them about the problem. They said that, since the product is within the warranty period and the product doesn't have any service center in India, they would refund the amount. So I send them the product with the details they have asked for, but its been more than a month -- NO MONEY or NO PRODUCT. Please help me.

                          This is to bring to your notice that out of order no. LSB-966735 I am still waiting for the HDMI cable to be delivered. I had contacted customer support earlier only to be told that I would be getting a gift voucher instead of HDMI cable within 24-48 hours. That was approximately 3 weeks ago. I have not received any official communication regarding this since then, neither I have been contacted by anyone from lets buy. This has left me wondering about the low level of customer service you guys are offering. This incident has caused me to lose confidence in your firm. I hate to admit this, but I would not be doing business with you guys ever again.

                          Letsbuy.com — Not keeping their word on Shipment

                          I ordered micromax andro A60 from letsbuy.com and they promised to ship the item in a span of 4 to 7 days. I called the customer care after 5 days and the reply i got is that there is a delay from the micromax and i need to wait another 15 to 20 days. I asked them to cancel my order immediately and their receptionist asked me to give her sometime. She called me back within 5 minutes and said that she got confirmation that they will get the item that day itself and will be shipped the next day. I called them by evening to get the confirmation whether my product has arrived. But the reply i got from them is shocking. They again said that there will be a delay of 15-20 days. letsbuy.com is cheating people. If they can't deliver products on time, they should stop this business.

                          Letsbuy.com — Amount not credited back into the account since cancelling the order.!!

                          I had ordered for a Philips Trimmer amounting to Rs.1049 on Sep 3rd 2011. A representative from LetsBuy called up on Sep 8th and said that the product could not be delivered to the address that I had mentioned. So I cancelled the order on the same day. Since Sep 8th, it has been 23 days and still the amount is not credit back into my account. I repeatedly called the representatives to know about the delay, but they couldn't give me a prompt reply. I'm fed with up with the fraudulent game being played by LetsBuy officials. And to end this note, this is the worst & crap site that I have done an online transaction with.

                          I strongly urge you to look into this matter seriously and do the needful.

                            I made one order in flipkart.com with Order no OD[protected].This was delivered in two parts by a courior named overnite express.For the entire order I gave address of West Bengal with PIN Code 711103.In the notification mail they have mentioned the same address.However, when I checked the order status for the second part of the order in the courior website ,it shows courior has been sent to BARODA instead of HOWRAH.The AWB for the courior is [protected].
                            Now,
                            I called up Flipkart and informed customer care about the issue.The customer care guy comfortably told me that this is the operational way of that courior and I shall get it on time.Kolkata to Howrah takes 1 hour then which courior will send it to baroda and again from there to howrah!!!
                            Then I checked with the courior kolkata team and he confirmed that it's delivered to baroda by mistake but supposed to be delivered to howrah.Now they cannot confirm when I shall receive this!!!

                            This is disgusting that Flipkart doesn't care post delivery.I have paid in advance still they are sending by low profile courior service and customer care is reluctant to solve the issue.
                            Please refund my money for this order I don't want this anymore.

                                I had ordered philips qt4019 trimmer from flipkart.com and they delivered me the used one because it has hair on it like. I think they will deliver you products that are rejected and used by people who had buy it from them and rejected under the 30 day replacement guarantee. And when I complaint them they did not respond. My suggestion is never buy from them and pass this answer as many people as you can.

                                  I have had bad experience with flipkart. I ordered a brand new laptop for 56.8k and payment successfully happened. I placed this order on July 18th and expected delivery date is July 27th,2012. Well, the time I placed the order is in available status and on July 20th, it went to "Out of Stock". I called them and asked whether my delivery got any problem with that? They said that everything was alright and product going to be delivered on-time. Now, on 23rd July, they get back to me stating that there is no product available in their stock. So, either they gonna cancel the order or put my money in e-wallet.
                                  I have a question here. Why the hell they can't tell the same thing by calling me on the same day product goes "Out of Stock".

                                    DO NOT BUY FROM FLIPKART IF YOU ARE CONFUSED ON THE PRODUCT coz they do not have a return/replacement/exchange/refund policy.

                                    I bought a Sony Digital frame for 10K from them as a gift to my mother but she wished to have a Tablet so i asked them to replace it with a 20k tablet which they refused stating that they only take returns if the product is damaged in transit.

                                    There are so many other online shopping sites selling similar items with a bit cheaper price and with 'no question asked' return policy but still i choose to buy from flipkart ended up with a BIG MISTAKE.

                                    Adding to it their customer care sucks.Their customer support sounded rude on phone saying that 'we have send what you have bought and if you dont like it than that is not their concern' ???

                                        I ordered Dell Inspiron 5050 laptop from flipkart. The laptop which was delivered is defective shows some permanent lines on screen. Flipkart is making us run from pillar to post for past one week on pretext of one requirement or another.
                                        Now they say their technician will visit our house and repair the laptop.
                                        Flipkart has a 30day replacement guarantee with no questions asked even terms & conditions of 30day replacement does not specify requirements for repair.
                                        Request you to resolve this issue.

                                        Dell Inspiron Laptop 14R — defective new laptop

                                        Inpiron 14R N4010 delivered on 29th July, starting troubling after few days now crashed totally on 6th, tried calling customer support not reachable, finally got the no on 12th and complaint, the service man came on 19th and now finds the hard disk not working . 4 hours we talked on phone and had send mails to your technical support , but they insisted for repairs, I am scared after repairs it can crash again.I have to send it outstation It is my new piece so why repair , just change the laptop as early as possible. my presentation work is already suffering . Now there is no proper reply till evening, I will put this complaint now in consumer department and the see you in the court, Order no[protected] complaint no 4256293 dt 12/7/10
                                        dear customer i just want to complaint about my laptop(DELL Inspiron 14 Dualcore):
                                        a) first my disk drive is not working well.
                                        b) second my battery is not chargable.
                                        As i have my one year warrenty and i also tried alots to call dell customer care but they always try to ignore my views and pass their call one person to another and till now i didnt get any response so if possible please try to repair my laptop and i buyed this laptop from R J Computers G-7, bajaj house 97, nehru place, NEW DELHI 26416985. I shall be very thanfull to you if you can do so.

                                        Dell Inspiron laptop — Defective

                                        I just bought a dell inspiron 14r laptop five months back and since then i have been facing a lot of problems regarding the laptop. First the hard Disk drive became bad then in another months time the motherboard was damaged.after the motherboard was replaced there are still some issues with my laptop i tried to ask the company to replace my laptop as i am facing so much of problems but to no avail. they say we can change the part but we cannot completely replace the laptop.I feel this is very wrong as i cant go on for a very long time with this laptop as after the warranty period is over i have to pay a lot of money for the parts to be replaced all the time.
                                        You should have never bought it from flipkart. Instead order it directly from dell.com, and it is much more cheaper. I'm saying this from my experience in ordering laptop from dell.
