One of flipkart's representative gave me wrong information about their policy and now again they are not giving me my refund.
this is very wrong on their part and strict action must be taken against the representative.
on asking for a refund i was told that i should wait for the replacement and see if it is up to the mark and again it wasn't
so i again called to get a refund but i was told that they have a policy if they give a replacement they don't refund then
so completely against the representatives word
they told me that i can't get a refund now
also one of them hung my call and eventually cut it without completing the talk.
so please take serious action against the company in the favour of online shoppers.

As per the complain raised the replacement is been processed to customer, Hence closing the case

Closing the case as the product has been picked up from customer and the amount has been transferred to wallet.

    I have purchased RED Moto X and when the product was delivered it was no where near Red. The product is PINK in color and when I called and asked for a change in product color (I requested for BLACK instead of RED) the customer care was very specific that they wont do that. I am very much disappointed with services provided. Showing one color and giving some other color and claiming it to be the display color is actually cheating. It doesn't suit flipkart being a completely customer driven company. The kind of complacency from the customer service executives is totally intolerable

    Check the photos. The user has clearly mentioned that its pink or rasperry.its no where mentioned its red. And this is the color which is shown as red in Flip kart Website.
    And I didn't have any kind of response from flipkart even after 24hrs of complaint registration
    Customer say's that he want's to exchange the product with black colour, Informed customer as per the policy we don't have a exchange for the mobile asked customer whether this case can be closed customer agreed.

      Dear we was purchase 6 month before karboon A50 mobile may be 3200 for our Flipkart services. 31 day replacement warranty. 1 year manufacturing warranty & 6 month in box accessary . but some issue in my mobile automatically switch off & on . i was going in vashi gallary with bill and also flipkart bill but they people not accepting my complient. they people told me we are not accepting mobile without cover box . i have not mobile box . but i have bill and flipkart bill also so please suggest me what i do for this issue

      I have bought a asus zenfone 5 phone from Flipkart. but the handset i got has so many problems in it. Very first day the phone is getting hanged & i have to reboot the phone so many times. It has heating issue & network problem also. Flipkart is making so many promises for this phone but the the brand is not worth to sale.

        I got a MOTO G from Flipkart (OD[protected]) on 15th March, 2014. Since last few days it has been hanging frequently. I have called the Flipkart team 4 times and each time they assure me about the resolution within 24 hours.

        Presently, I have not received any call and my problem is still persisting.

          I have ordered a mobile of samsung and it has to receive by me at 6th april 2014 . But I talk to yours employees they have given the reason of holiday purpose... but we want the mobile on that day only because we have taken the ticket of my travelling it should to come today I have ordered on purpose of 24hr delivery for this delivery I have paid 90 Rs... So it had to come in one day... I think you accept my complaint and take some action against them...

          I have bought New Asus Zedphone from Flip cart on 6th October 2014 & they have assured to deliver on 11th October 2014 just based on this confirmation i have ordered the product. I got sms also & i have track the status also it shows me to deliver the product on 11th October 2014 but now suddenly it shows that the delivery can be able to get by 15th October 2014. It's really a cheat becasue we get the same product in same price from Local mobile store also, now i want to cancel the order but they are not ready to do so

            My name is vishal & registered number is [protected] .I have purchase a moto g phone from flipkart firstly the the phone was promise to deliver on 2nd April before 7 pm, but it got delivered on next day .and worst the phone stop working i had called on customer care on 4th April and executive told me to wait for 24 hr there will be call from technical team & in 3 days your phone will be replace .i waited there was no call .i called again on 5th April and again executive told me to wait for 24 hr.am in deeply trouble feel wasted money, my work is affecting badly feel to go to consumer court.kindly do the needful.

              Sir,
              This is to inform that trackin id wsrc [protected] (Ref. Mob. # [protected]) against booking for moto g delivered without bill. The delivery man also checked the same & did not found the bill.He assure that by mistake it is fault of company. I tried more than 10 times to several no for providing the bill including your customer care centre. But no response / bill received till now.
              Delivery of any goods/products without bill is illegally.

              Pl. Provide the same as i have made full payment against the order.

                I ordered WD My Passport Ultra 2.5 inch 1 TB External Hard Drive (Order ID - OD[protected]) on 17th March 2014 for 4170/- but next day this product was available for 3879/- so I cancelled my order on 19th march so that I can reorder the same item again at new price. I had paid for this product through Flipkart gift card (2000/-) and my ICICI credit card (2170/-). When I cancelled this order I got a message that I will get the refund in 2 days after FlipKart will get the confirmation. After two days (21st March 2014) I called to FlipKart customer care to know about my refund status, then they told me that I will get refund in Flipkart wallet as soon as they will receive the product, and then I can call them to transfer it to my bank account through NEFT. I specifically told them I had paid through GV and CC, but they confirmed me that it doesn't matter, how you have paid, Once you have money in your wallet you can ask us to transfer the same in your bank account. So based upon this conversation I reorder the same item at lower price with order id-OD[protected], which I received on 22nd March. On 29th March I got the refund of my first order in my flipkart wallet, then I called Flipkart customer care to transfer this amount to my bank account via NEFT. Today when I checked the status then I found that 2170/- is reverted back to my ICICI CC and 2000/- are still there in my Flipkart wallet. Now, Flipkart CC is saying that this amount cannot be transffer to your bank account because you have paid it using GV. If this is the case then Why did Flipkart customer care executive confirmed me on 21st March that I can transfer this money to my bank account, on basis of which I placed a new order using my ICICI CC.                   I had placed an order for ipad mini with flipkart.it was supposed to be delivered today.Delivery person spoke to me and he said he will deliver it tomorrow but I never got my delivery. I just got a mail from flipkart that my order has been cancelled.without my knowledge or permission flipkart cancelled my order. Customer care of flipkart was pathetic. They asked me to place new order. And unfortunately the offer is not available now on flipkart. I'm very disappointed and appealed by flipkart service. Will never again use it. And will tell my friends never to use it

But as it is an online store hence should be available to everyone from every corner of the world. I want to think it as a mistake despite as negligence.                           My order with Reference number WSRP[protected] was for Nikon 50mm 1.8g lens but the lens in the consignment was Nikon 50mm 1.8D lens . My order was for Nikon 50mm 1.8g but due to issues in your website I was redirected to the page where it had Displayed Nikon 50mm 1.8D . i failed to notice it . I had called customer care twice and raised complaint regarding the same where i was told that i will be getting a call soon and today i received the call at around 1.20 Pm from one of your executives name Harshini who spoke very rudely and failed to help me... i had very bad experience with flipkart i would not prefer flipkart in future. I request you to take back the consignment which i received and kindly revert the amount to my account . Thank you

                            I had ordered a laptop Acer E1-572G from Flipkart.com, order ID OD[protected]. I received the order on 13/03/2014. Its been 18 days since I have received this order and I have been trying to refund it ever since due to discrepancies in the specifications of the product. The screen resolution specified online was 1920X1080, but the laptop is1366X768. I have called everyday since then, I have sent snapshots of the discrepancies, I have registered several complaints but there has been no progress in resolving them. The customer care repeat the same lie every day, 'someone will call you back within 24-48 hours', but nobody does. They even lie about calling me and I not picking up. I feel ignored and cheated. I have my call logs and there has been no such event. I am eligible for a refund, but the Flipkart people are lying and stalling. I am attaching a screen shot of the discrepancies.

                              Flipkart delivered a defective Shoe. Upon my complaint they took back the product but not refunded my amount. After the product reached back to the seller they included the same in their stock to sell it to some other customer. When I posted a review on their website regarding the same they deleted my review. They deleted my second and third reviews too for which i took the screenshots and posted the same on their Facebook page. They called me up and apologised and agreed that they will add my review on their website and send me a apology email and mention on their facebook page about the action discussed and taken but to my surprise they have now deleted the facebook post too and barred me from posting anything on the website. https://www.facebook.com/kamal.sachdevaa

                                  I have ordered a mobile for my brother and the order ID is OD[protected]. There is a fault in the mobile and when I asked to return, they said its minor issue and they will not return it. They said that it can be fixed by taking certain steps. Even the steps they said is not working and they bluntly refused to return it. Don't know how to act on this. How can I take a legal action against it. They say they have a 30 day return policy but now they are not exchanging. Can you please help.

                                    I had ordered three items from Flipkart - two vests and one shirt. Two of the three items were delivered in wrong color. The pink vest of the order was delivered in ferozi color. The paddy green vest was delivered in light blue. When I called the customer service they told me they deliver whatever color is available irrespective of the order and refused to entertain my request for exchange.

If you can see the specification there is mention 2 Year Manufacturing Warranty, 2 Year Extended Warranty by Fadka, but i got only 1 year limited warranty card with the box, and also box was found opened and there was so many dust on box.                                         od[protected] courier guy decides when he wants to send a courier. bought a ram(2gig). item out for delivery on 24th march. no call as such from courier guy or service. check my status on ekart services at the end of the day and see that "no response from customer". i contact customer service on flipkart for this incident. get another notification that the item will be again. again no calls as such. So decided to call the courier guy myself, he refused and told will deliver the courier tomorrow. i pleaded him to deliver it the same day, but no response. called customer service(AGAIN), they said that i had instructed courier guy to deliver tomorrow. AM FURIOUS. HENCE COMPLAINING
