The Flipcart, which used to be a reliable site, now a days has become an online fraud site, many recent reviews about it in this site itself is a testimony to that. Think I should have read the latest reviews about it before dealing with them.
I ordered a kaspersky internet security software from them by paying Rs 505 through internet banking, on[protected], they promised me to deliver the thing at least by 27/02/2012,( order No:OD[protected]). they send me a mail indicating confirmation of the order and a tracking ID , with which, they claimed, I can track the shipment of the product. They claimed that it reached kottayam on 5th march, 11 days after ordering the product, but till 7th evening I didn't received the product. Ever since their proposed last date of delivery I used to call their call center, after giving the details of the order they will make you wait for 2 to 5 minutes, then will say, "sorry for the inconvenience, ur product will be delivered to u in two business days", (this will be shameless creatures's dialogue irrespective of how many days after ur order u r calling them, something like it is recorded and played back). Today after 13 days of ordering the product, after many futile phonecalls and E-mails, I called them, and asked them to cancel the order, and was told " we will cancel ur order soon and u will get the refund to ur acount within 10 to 12 working days!!!!!!!!," that is just to transfer back my money to my account!!!!
You guys as a team worked so hard to make fool of the people who actually trusted your site .As it was Big billion sale day for FLIPKART, you actually sold your credibility .
My first and last experience went worst.
I have ordered Two MOTO E for Rs.1500 each
(Order # OD[protected] and got the confirmation message with successful payment.It was in no cancellation policy ( that customer cant cancel the order ) . It was in news also, that MOTO E sold out for Rs.1500 on Flipkart.
After 7 hours it was cancelled from you side, and i got Rs.500 voucher in reimbursement.
Your cancellation policies also doesn't include any clause that says that flipkart has any right to cancel the confirmed order, or in circumstances like technical clinch and error.
Will you please explain me and show me where it is written that you have the soul right of cancelling it or your seller.
after complaining to you representative on the toll free numbers, they says it was an technical error, . if it was an technical error you should have cancelled It there and then and again you should have posted it in news that it was due to technical error that MOTO E was made available for Rs. 1500 and we are cancelling it for all the customers..But you guys didn't did this, because it will going to affect you image or you billion sale target.
I want to cancel all my orders, details of which are mentioned below and already asked your representative on 6/10/2014 to cancel it.Your representative yesterday confirmed me that my all my orders will be cancelled and i will get the confirmation mail within 24 hours (which i didn't received)
Today (7/10/2014) when i again called up to get the confirmation. I was been told that there was no cancellation request and my order cannot get cancel due to no cancellation policies.
I don't want to be bind by your contract as you being on first place breaching the same.
Yesterday it was been told that my MOTO E (Order # OD[protected] for Rs.1500 each was cancelled due to technical error and today i was been told that it was cancelled by seller.Now tell me what will be the next excuse .
With no more argument i just want you to cancel all my orders which are mentioned below. Do send me the confirmation mail
If you guys dint cancel it, i will not entertain your delivery representative in any circumstances ( same has been informed to your representative on telephonic conversation on 7/10/2014, you can verify the same as it is recorded on your end.)

1. OD[protected] MOTO E for Rs.5499
2. OD[protected] Mi5200 3 POWER BANK for Rs.1500
And You cant deny cancelling my orders as you cheated me with modifying your cancellation polices according to your convenience.
Please don't be good to me after fooling me with you Rs.500/Rs.1000 Voucher, take it back from my wallet as a Diwali gift from my side .
I want my phones back else cancel all my orders and refund my money by the same mode.
Also i have complaint against you and will file suit for the same in consumer forum.
