I have ordered a bunk bed from Furniture Bazaar at Big Bazaar, Kathriguppe Bangalore. The item is supposed to be delivered in 6 days but it is three weeks now and it is still not delivered. I have made several calls to the customer service but they make blind promises to deliver "by tomorrow!". They will never call you back updating the status of your order. For the mistake of buying from there I am hoping their tomorrow comes soon. Their customer service and handling complaints is pathetic to say the least. So beware of buying anything from Furniture Bazaar, you end up calling them daily to remind them of your order. There are many better places where you can buy the furnitures or any of the items available in Big Bazaar.
Same case here, I recently purchased a dining table worth Rs 5000 (cash memo # T39/22363, Chalan # 2171) on 25th Jan and at the time of purchase I was told that since the volumes are high delivery will be madew on 27th Jan which was pretty fine with me. Delivery not done to 30th JAN. I am determined to cancell the order.

Same here. My bed was to be delivered in 3 weeks and now it is 5 weeks, no sign of delivery. Very Pathetic Customer Service. Heard a lot of lies as reasons for the delay. I wanted my money back and the Customer Service guy hung the phone up on me. STAY AWAY

Big Bazaar/Furniture — Worst Product and Customer Care

I got a cot from BigBazzar -T.Nagar branch, Chennai and within a month it get damaged. I complaint to concerned department in Bigbazzar and they responded nearly after a month. They informed me that the problem is due to initial fitment of the same and this will not get repeated. And again within a month the same problem occured and after repeated walking to the branch, still they have not responded. And if call them they will inform me that a person will come to my home within an hour but they will not and if call them to their Mobile number they will not pick up if its from my mobile or from my house number. But if call them from different Phone they will and if they hear my voice they will cut the call. I physically went to the Big bazzar and made a complaint about this to the customer care over there about the person Mr.Hari (Furniture section) and the great customer care people forwarded the complaint to same person to take action against him. How ingenious the custmer care!!!.

I am very unhappy that you have put so many rude people in the baggage counters of BIG-BAZAAR as well as sales people in your electronics department. As a matter of fact I am very unhappy for the fact that the counter guys of the baggage section doesnot know how to respond to any querries. I do think that due to the buying habits of customers only BIG-B is thriving well in Guwahati also. I am just asking some question and those are:
1. Does BIG Bazaar give etiquette training to all the persons employed? And if yes why is the behaviour of the baggage counter guys very rude?
2. If Big-Bazaar doesnot intend to keep certain luggages then why dont you put up a board in the counter writing down the details?
3.Electronics department of Big Bazaar ..Why dont they have co-ordination with the sales. I recently bought a Koryo Microwave and the warranty card was missing from the brochure? Is this what selling is all about?
I know the complaints I wrote will be hardly replies to me. But if you dont reply I will definitely personally write it down to higher up of BIG-Bazaar.

I agree sir..their staff really needs training in each and all departments.
They cant even guide customer if asked where to find a particular product.

big bazaar (home bazaar) — poor and pathetic serive on furniture purchased

i had purchased dinning table and centre table on 13/08/09, invoice number
[protected] and got the iteam delivered on 15/08/09 at 5.30pm and promised
to send the guy to assemble the unit the next day. but till today no one turned up to fix the furniture. every time i try to call 40907318 number either its continously busy or they will put your call on hold. by chance if i happen to speak either to pradeep or some other guy there they promise sending someone by evening, but till today no one turned up.

i really regret buying product from big bazar. it made me to take a strong decison never to do any purchase with big bazar.
i hope you will take some action after seeing this mail, if not then i will
write to news paper about the service given by you. the email u have given does not work at all. [protected]@homehappens.co.in.

Dear All, please be careful from Big Bazaar furniture department. We bought one bookshelf on January 26, 2010 in a condition that they have to deliver it on the same day and time according to our choice to Rajarhat as we are not staying there wholetime. Rajarhat is quite far from Garia. We were waiting there on Feb 14 from morning 10 till 8 pm , called two guys of big bazar- ganguly bagan named Sourav and Partha, they are telling that they have the email with them also that the furniture will be positively delivered today, they did not send it finally. Again we contacted them and tell them to deliver it on Feb 19, 2010 between 3 to 4 pm and called Debraj-[protected] at 11 am regarding the same, but at 4:15 pm they told us it is not possible to deliver today will try tomorrow. As we are telling them 1000 times that we are not staying there and only for their delivery purpose we are going there. Let me know what should be the proper punishment for all these troubles. Please, please never buy any furniture product from them if you really don't want to loose your peace of mind.

big bazaar/furniture bazaar — lack of service;not up to commitment

they are highly unproffessional,lack of service,ask us to make full payment before the order is issued and then make us run for their supply,never in time as per commitment...and evn the higher authorities involved are the same --careless..
unfortunately, i purchased modular kitchen and gave them this whole contract of setting up my kithen ..spending more than a lakh! (which they said shud b paid before the work startsand so we did) and then they made all their false promises and we were in their trap!!!!!! from feb till june still they havent finished their job and my house is a mess!! and they are not even feeling guilty .
and to my surprise they dont evn have the track of what goods they have ordered!!they have the order for kithen cabinets and then later they fine tht they hv not received the door for the same!!!and tht too they found this error after the a week when the goods were just lying idle in my house with not a single person to visit an check!!!after calling them again after a week then finally sent one carpenter..who went out for lunch at 1 and returned at 5pm to leave at 6pm!!

and for tht missing door we had to wait for another month or so(which they said will receive within a week or two) and to our another shock we received another wrong item which doesnt match with our decor!!!! and they are not at all paying any heed to this .nor did anyone bother from their end to ask abt the work!!

and when i contacted salim who happen to b manager(wonder wht he manages) he is just cool and said he was not aware and did not look much into our matter..and also said if i want i can go to higher authroties like reginonal mgr and evn said tht evn he wont do much abt this!!!
so wht an i going to do now...
can anybody spend lakhs of rupees and expect this type of behaviour???
i request to pls take action against this system and save peoples hard earned money..
This issue is from Pune-kothrud branch....home bazaar section. I suggest to be very careful while dealing with them..esp with Mahesh Erande,Bhimcharan and their manager Saleem...who are highly unprofessional and they dont hv their proper co-ordination,just push away their responsibilites to one another..

and their work is also not upto the mark..
i am still waiting for their carpenter to fix up their incomplete jobs..

I bought one queen size bed from Big Bazaar with mattress. I payed the amount on 25th July and they told me that it will be delivered by 3rd August. But I didn't get the delivery till date. I called them couple of times, but every time it is told that it will be delivered within two days.

I purchased it from Koramangala Big Bazaar. Cash Memo No is T18/4746 and Sl No is 2458.

So guys please don't buy any furniture from Big Bazaar.

Same case with me.

On 15-Aug-2010, I have paid the full amount for a Toshiba LCD TV (Cash Memo No: T[protected], which was supposed to be delivered on 21-Aug.

But everytime I call them they say 2 days - 3 days. Now they are telling it will be delivered on 30-Aug-2010. Dont know it will be delivered or not.

This is really unprofessional which big bazaar is doing it to its customer.

Its because we have paid the full amount on the sopt they are hardly bothered about the service to its customers.

Is there any procedure to cancel this order according to the law, I'm not at all satisfied with the service of Big Bazaar.

I had purchased some Furniture from 'Big Bazaar = Nagpur'during their 'Independance day' sale event but out of the three item which I paid for they have only delivered one of them saying that they cannot give the other two items as they don't have any stock left with them. They are not ready to refund my money instead they want me to buy something else.I have no trust left in them and just want to finsih this matter soon. Please tell em what should I do? Thanks.

big bazaar dining table — not delivered the goods

Please note that I have purchased a Dining Table Item Code [protected] from Big Bazar VIP Road on 13th March 2011.I was told that due to heavy rush the dining table .Even after several enquiries and false promises the furniture is yet not delevered.Even today which is more than 1 month i have not been delevered the Furniture and no one can commit when it ill be delevered.
Please can anyone help in this regard?
First, the furnitures are all imported chinese stuffs and the street price is cheaper than BB's discounted rate.
they make huge profits by all those sales gimmicks. One furniture bought will take at least 7 to 10 days to deliver, just imagine the huge volume of sales they are making... and also the delay is also because they might be keeping operating cost down by not employing too many staff, thus affecting operations... Customer satisfaction will only come after they have met their profitability targets.

Dear Ms. Priya,

I have purchased a Star Bedroom Set comprising of a Queen size Bed, An almira, 2 storage and a side table from Furniture Bazaar at Big Bazaar, Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi paying full amount of Rs. 18998/- through Bill number T-8/35512 Ad-460 DATED 20/01/13.

The items were supposed to be delivered in 3 days as told by the sales person and in return I got delivered the Queen size bed, An Almira only after 2 days of purchase telling that the side table and 2 storage will be delivered in next 3 days due to some internal indent problems but today it is 07/02/13 now and it is still not delivered even after repeated reminders from my side; every time I am being told that the delivery shall be made in couple of days. Now, I have to relocate to Ahmedabad as I changed my Job and supposed to join there by 10.02.13, I expect to get my goods delivered at any cost.

I have made several calls to the customer service but they make blind promises to deliver "by tomorrow!". They never called me back updating the status of my order. For the mistake of buying from there I am hoping their tomorrow comes soon. This customer service and handling complaints is pathetic to say the least.

A big giant like big bazaar should not trouble customer like this. I want my goods to be delivered tomorrow itself. A single day delay in delivery should compensate me for breach of trust and commitments to the customer which may lead to file a formal complain to consumer forum.

Hope you will understand my problem and help me to resolve the issue ASAP.

    Hi,

    There is some Great Indian Shopping estival going on in Future Group outlets. Each purchase of Rs 500 gets you 1 point. There are different gifts availble on different points. We bought a Sony Erricsson T700 mobile from Kakare Mall Staples Outlet. We got 23 points on that. In the offer there was one Foce Watches pair available as gift on 25 points. So we made an additional purchase of Rs 1000 from Pune Central to make 25 points and get the watch. We were told that the gifts can be collected on 4th jan. We went to Central for collecting our watched pair on 4th and were told that it is out of stock and the date of collecting the gifts has been extended till 11th Jan and we will be informed whenever the watch pair comes in stock. We kept on calling them but no response. Then we went to Big Bazaar and were told that we can collect the watches on 10th Jan morning but again we went there and did not get the watch and were told that the date has been extended till 18th Jan. In the meanwhile we visited PuneCentral also and were told that the watches will come within 2-3 days but again it did not come. Now we called Big Bazaar and they told us that hte watches will not come in stock and we should collect some other gift for the given points. We have been mislead by the staff and wasted so much time, energy and money on that. Please look into this urgently

    I agree that this is the biggest sham from the Future group yet.

    I had collected 114 points since I purchased an LCD and some other items from Hometown Hyderabad. When I went for redemption on 6th Jan, I was told that they did not have the stocks. I gave them my redemption requirement of TV games and Vacuum cleaner. They took my phone no. with a promise to call back. That never happened.

    I went there again on 11th and was again told that they only have some items. I redeemed 60 points for a Vacuum cleaner. The only other items available there were bottles(??) etc and the costlier items like camera etc. I am still holding on to the balance 54 points and have visited them twice after 11th but they have still not got the stocks.

    Having spent Rs 200 on parking for the 4 visits, no clarity from customer care on what will happen to my balance 54 points, rude behavior of the customer care desk staff, I guess that is what the GREAT Indian shopping festival was supposed to be about !!

    I expect them to either get the things I had asked them for, or redeem my points against the next available item which is more that 54 points. Hope Mr Biyani gets to see some of these mails and corrects this before his brand image takes a huge dent !!

      To Dear CONSUMERS - here is a small OBVIOUS MESSAGE that you can expect from me now in the form of ATTRACTIVE GIFT - "PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DON'T SHOP AT ANY OF THESE FRAUD FUTURE GROUP OUTLETS TO AVOID GETTING CHEATED AND SPENDING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY", and please do help me raise voice for all the cheating the Organization does by reading below and posting your comments.

      I had been to Big Bazaar outlet in Double Road, Bangalore for general monthly shopping this sunday, after a purchase of Rs. 3412.25 (Cash Memo # T13/32316), the Customer Service Department offered me a booklet(Sr No. S 146154) mentioning "THE GREAT INDIAN SHOPPING FESTIVAL" with 6 stickers of Rs500 and suggested to redeem them for ATTRACTIVE GIFTS(mentioned in the very same booklet) at Future Group store in Brand Factory outlet in Hosur Road(near Lakkasandra area). I reached there with my redeeming booklet happily to collect my so called - ATTRACTIVE GIFT to 3rd floor Cash counter(there are just 2 lifts which were jam packed with little kids, old people waiting to get into the lifts, so for the courtesy of the infants and old ones i went walking up the stairs to 3rd floor), there was a huge crowd lining up, sweating and frustrated CUSTOMERS due to terrible response by the representatives at the cash counter in 3rd floor. Right next to the cash counter, there was a 2 ft x 6 ft HUGE BANNER mentioning that there are various other Future Group Redeeming outlets(i don't remember all the outlet names) where the GIFTS can be collected which also mentioned EZONE RAJAJINAGAR. Due to above mentioned sad experience at this Brand Factory outlet, i dragged myself out walking down the stairs, planning to redeem my STILL ATTRACTIVE GIFT at EZone Rajajinagar as it is close to my house.

      After dropping family at my home, i reached E Zone Rajajinagar to collect my GIFT - HERE IS WHERE I SAW SOME MORE FUTURE GROUP EXCITEMENT... the cash counter rep mentioned that EZONE Rajajinagar is NOT A REDEEMING CENTER...[by this time i realized that its NO MORE MY ATTRACTIVE GIFT.. :-( ] as an argument started between me and the rep there, i decided to raise a complaint where in i was redirected to Customer Care division out there. Even the Customer care rep started arguing that EZone is not a redeeming center as i mentioned all my above story of where i shopped and tried to redeem. Since the guys there were still not ready to accept my see of EZone mention in the 2FT x 6FT HUGE BANNERS as a redeeming center, i decided to talk to the manager of EZone, they asked me to wait for him, after blunt sitting in front of a orange colored wall, in JUST 15 MINUTES arrived the great Manager Mr. Masood Ahamed NR - Dept Manager - Experience Zone (in fact thought, its to be renamed as BAD EXPERIENCE ZONE by now). I politely introduced myself to this guy and explained all the FUSS that has been happening with FUTURE GROUP's "THE GREAT INDIAN SHOPPING FESTIVAL" with my (not yet) ATTRACTIVE GIFT. After a long discussion, annoyingly, He was DAMN CONFIDENT to say that E ZONE- R'nagar is NOT AT ALL A REDEEMING CENTER. I was honest enough to accept it and requested for a written statement of the same, he was shaken up and mentioned that the being a Manager, he DOES NOT have RIGHTS give written statement(by now i realized that he and all this FUTURE GROUP SALE GIMICS is CHEAT, FRAUD, CRAP.. in fact ), then I asked him to call up the Future Group store in Brand Factory outlet in Hosur Road and ask if there was a mention of it or NOT... i just needed a YES/NO answer, he called up Customer Care spoke to him and connected me to Mr. Ankur(Emp ID - 61408) to confirm the same. Here is THE BRAND EXCITING statement he made - Dear Sir, due to Lorry strikes there is no stock of the GIFTS and we would like you to redeem it tomorrow morning. I re-iterated my question, Mr. Ankur - my interest on YOUR ATTRACTIVE GIFT is LOST by now, can you please tell me and the Manager of EZone that there is a mention of Ezone - R'nagar as a REDEEMING CENTE in your 3rd floor cash counter 2FT x 6FT HUGE BANNER.. guess what's his answer, YES SIR IT IS!!! but THE BANNER HAS BEEN REMOVED NOW because we have decided EZone is no more a redeeming Center NOW... i was like.. "from when???" - he said from TODAY NOON sir... (I was taken away by knowing that my availability at now EZONE made it be DE-LISTED from the Redeeming Center's List).

      Now just before that I DECIDED TO WALK OUT after seeing HUGE DRAMA at FUTURE GROUP outlets, i took a deep breath and THANKED Mr. Manager of EZone and customer care guys for there their WONDERFUL "CUSTOMER CARELESS" behavior about "FUTURE-LESS GROUP's" - "THE GREAT INDIAN SHOPPING FESTIVAL OFFER"

      Last hard feeling about the name Future Group used for the sale gimic "the great INDIAN festival offer"... PLEASE don't ruin Indian shopping offers psychologically - its nothing to do with my/our country India, its all to DO WITH "THE GREAT FUTURE-LESS GROUP FESTIVAL OFFER with CRAP CUSTOMER CARELESS EXPERIENCE" - DO RENAME IT.

      Note: To the OFFICIAL COMPLAINT INCHARGE - Please take action against this group and save all Indian consumers from harassed. Please mail me for any more information/details that can help you GO TAKE LEGAL ACTION.

      Ezone , 100 ft Road ,Bangalore — Not delivering products after months

      I booked my LG 250 Lt Ref. last months. I have not received it till today.
      They took all money in advance..
      Big cheaters... Dont puerchase anything from Ezone.
      They operate on customers money.
      you people do just cheat the people...
      I agree with you that the word "INDIAN" must not be used by any company for it's sales promotion.
      I use to purchase every month from big bazzar, surat and averytime i have to go to customer care department due to some or some problems of refunding money or credit notes and best thing we have to check bills everytime because you people cheat your customer. I think big bazzar management team need to learn how to manage store from pantaloon management team beacause they never cheat us and i know they both come fome future group and last thing Big Bazzar is the biggest cheater
      I too agree, their main aim is to collect the collect the customers contact details to send the sms to improve their business.
      I agree with your all.. i has one computer from bigbazaar spending my 38000/- (I know how much i have cut down on my food exp even to buy that laptop...) but my laptop was hardly with me and most of the time it was for repairing... how bigbazazar can keep a damage piece with them and even sell it without shame to the customers... pls understand tht we dont have black money to loose in our life... now in todays date my laptop is not working and brother has to go to his friend place to complete his assignements... do bigbazaar have any kind of answer to this ... i have lost the trust on u guys... and i will make sure that i will circulate this amongst my circle tht ... u guys are cheaters !!! so how many people are in list to cheat on today Big Bazaar ?????
      yes... I fully agree.. They received money from me and told that they will give the goods in 3 days time. It has been a month and they are still playing saying that stock is not availble. Still money is also not returned.
      I have purchased the Maharaja food processor and they told the person will visit for demo.
      Till date no body visit my house for demo. given all my address and phone no.

      hii...i totally disagree wtih u all...cox i myself has taken a laptop from ezone emall branch, the service they given me is execellent, i hve never got the service like this from any other place, cox i purchase before buying from emall ezone...i hve bought in januray 24th, , , the guy called Mr Aziz he is Sr c.s.a was there in laptop section ...guided to take very good laptop ...after taking that model ...he has promised whenver u need any help from us...they will there to help me...so from his word i bought a laptop finally hp model...and the very next day...suddenly my lapotp screen becomes blackout...and i was shocked ...so on that day only go there...and told him about my problem...so he taken laptop and told me...that sir u can at the evening and colllected...ill try to solve this problem...so around.4, olclock was time he cllled me up, and siad sir u laptop perfectly done now there is no problem at all...so asked what was the problem he told me...may be it was due to unexpected or hibernate there for a long time ...thts y it got problem so i finally thanked him...and i went there and collected my laptop happily ...from that day onwards i dint have problem at all...and after that incident after a month i again wnt there and bought music system for my home...
      this guys are really amazing...excellent service they are providing to the customer ..so i always tel the people i[censored] r really planning to buy any electronic gadgets u can go to ezone ..emall kolkata they have got a very good service structure for the customer
      I am also agree with the careless nature of big bazaar and its future group because i have also suffered a lot it was my greatest mistake ordered digital thermmometer from their online shopping future bazaar 2 years back i ordered it still i am waiting for that and i have already paid the amount through credit card.

      E-Zone - Oberoi Mall — Product Not delivered for almost a month

      I have purchased a chimney (Glen 6014) from e-zone on the 15th of May 2008, after receiving an assurance from the sales staff that the same would be delivered to me in 8 days.

      Today its been over 25 days from the day I first placed the order and in this period Mr. Allwyn has guaranteed me twice the chimney will be delivered to me on a certain date.

      What is even more frustrating is that I have to call Allwyn and tell him that the committed deadline is over, then he gives me some crap as to some one was to call and inform and its getting delayed further. Any person with half a brain would have done a better job of following up and having a damn chimney delivered to my place.

      As it is there is a lot of competition in the market, providing the customer with such lethargic and pathetic customer service, you will have to ‘shut shop’ soon!!!

      Allwyn keeps talking about some Kamlesh Mishra. Am sure he has been tucked in his bed and is deep into hibernation.

      still there are many people and company cheating us without our knowledge..
      plz do not encourage them and keep informing others about it so that we will come to know.

      eZone — Not giving my Gifts ....

      i bought a HTC mobile from them on 24/10/09 ... and they told me that their is a gift like Dinner set, one return Air ticket, 5days vacation in a 5* hotel ... when i purchased they told me that dinner set is out of stock and the Air ticket can be booked after 21 days . But they are not attending my phone calls.

      I did my biggest mistake by buying anything from EZONE stores. Trust me this was my first and last one.

      I bought one Transcend Pen Drive 8 GB on 31/12/2009 Cash Memo # T22/4250

      Since I bought this pen drive I was facing problems like slow data transfer, not able to copy ever 6 GB data in this pen drive and when I called EZone Rajajinagar [protected] I talked to some Mr. Yogesh and he assured me that he will replace it if any problem.

      When I went to shop and met with him he confirmed the existence of problem, but now he said you told me it’s not detecting and it is detecting so there is no problem.

      When I talked about this to the branch manager Mr. Sunil, he was unnecessarily making me to wait and then telling I need to go to service center and started abusing that I don’t know what it is and how to use it.

      I know it very well that if I go to service center they will replace it. Why they made me to spend to and fro auto charges and they ask me to approach service center. They could have told me to directly deal with service center. This would had avoided me of pain and experience of your store. And you see now where it leads to.

      I purchased one set of SOFA on 25.12.09 from Big Bazar - Vijayawada, A.P amounting to Rs.26000.00 vide Bill No.T51/3612. While delivery it is found damaged and I inform to Big Bazar Authority at Vijayawada. Next day they taken back the said damaged sofa set and assured me that the amount will be returned back to me. But till date they have not returned the amount to me.

      I have purchased a mobile phone (Samsung S5233) at eZone T-Nager Chennai on 03-Jan-2010 they promised me to deliver the same on 07-Jan-2010 due to stock unavailability at their warehouse. When i contacted them on 7th Jan they repeated the same answer of stock un-available and asked me to come on 9th Jan. I got the reply on 9th too with new contact date of 19th Jan. But still i have not received the product or call from eZone T-Nager Chennai.
      I too agree with these remarks. I had purchased a wrought iron Bed from Ahmedabad (S G highway) store on 31 Jan 2010, and was promised the delivery within 4 days, but till date there is no response from the store, customer care and manager (furniture section). God knows when and of what quality the delivery will be done. Pls dont buy costly stuff from Big Bazaar. They are mean, selfish and unprofessional fellows.

      Yes I agree with you all.I had a very bad experience with the service & delivery for the e-ZONE products, not once but thrice.
      So eventually I decided to completely boycott the unit & urge you all to do same.
      Go to Consumer court, you will get 100% money back. And further make sure that don't purchase any thing from E-Zone, pass this message to all your friends, so that at least they will be safe from this kind of cheating. Even some time they will increase the MRP and give discount on MRP (Wrong MRP).

      My experience: I went to BigBazaar hebbal today (06May2010). After little shoping in the ground floor I steped into lift to go to 2nd floor to continue my shoping. Nightmare, lift got stuck and no one to help! To the hight o[censored]nfortunity I took my family also with me that day. My wife and a 8month old daughter were with me.

      Once I realized that lift is stuck, I pressed the alarm button in panic hoping someone will rescue me. I kept on pressing alarm for about 15mins without any answer from any side.

      I tried to open the lift door myself, It got opened a little, this is the time BigBazaar employees could see us. I was making noise from inside. But, no once seemed cared about. I kept on shouting and felt like I am shouting in the midst of thick forest.

      Fortunately another customer listened to me and he opened from outside so that we could come out. After I came out I wanted to see the floor manager, so that I can complain about this and ask him to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.

      Initially no one was even listening what I was experiencing. after a long and loud shoutings, Mr.Sahan Hegde came introducing as the floor manager. Instead of sorry, he was trying to explain his problem.

      Boss, I am not there to solve his problems. I am there to shop for my convenience. And BigBazaar should take care of their customers in their premises. Its their responsibility.

      He is not ready to take this as a complaint. There is no procedure of taking customer complaint.

      This inconvenience meant nothing to all employees in the floor and were looking at me as if I am making unnecessory noise.

      Feature Group is futureless group as some one said it right. This group does'n even have customer feedback process in place. They are not running business as a corporate. Better buy from your next door store than going to these careless people.

      I bought a Wall unit from Chinchwad (Pune) brach with a commitment that if anything goes wrong we will replace it in 15 - 20 days... After 1 -2 months I noticed that one of the panel of the wallunit started bending... I made compliant to Chinchwad (Pune) brach on 02nd Oct 2010 and till date whenever I drop a mail to them I get same reply saying that we are working on it and will be replacing it soon...

      I went to ezone, Perungudi, Chennai to by a laptop. I was impressed by the hp laptop on display and wanted them to get me a piece. After some search here and there they said that the piece is available only in the warehouse and it will take around 2 hours. I said I will wait and requested them to double check in the warehouse. They told that they have sent people to get it from warehouse.

      After around 15 minutes of waiting, the guy came and asked me to finish the billing procedure before the piece arrives. I got alerted and argued with them on the purpose of paying bill before even seeing the product which I should take home. They say that it is as per their procedure to first pay the bill and get the piece from warehouse.

      I strongly doubt that those cheats were trying to get the money and make me wait for few days. So I will mark these ezone guys as non ethical and liers who will do any thing to get money from customers.

Even after waiting for 4 days nobody came from Philips to demonstrate it. We are afraid of opening the product, since if any damage is there then there will be a problem.       After reading all the above comments, i feel fortunate to have been spared with the frauds of the organisation.

      I was looking for a Laptop and i came across an advertisement of Ezone in Mumbai Mirror (last page) on 22nd April 2011. I was interested in the HP laptop (MRP 22990) advertised in it. On Saturday i visited the Ezone website to check other available options.I found the HP G42-458TU Notebook PC + Philips Spa 3210/10 2.0 Speaker - product meeting my requirements.The same was priced at Rs.33990/- with Free Shipping.

      Yesterday i visited Ezone outlet at Oberoi Mall (Goregaon E), Mumbai. I was surpised to see the MRP of the same product (HP G42-458TU Notebook PC) being displayed as Rs.35490. I enquired about the advertised product and their your executive Mr. Gauri Shankar confirmed that the same was not yet available at the stores. I then enquired about the "HP G42-458TU Notebook PC", initially the executive refused to agree that there can't be any price difference between online and showroom prices. I asked him to check online the price for the same. He was surpised to see the price difference. He initally agree to match the online offer and asked me to wait. He cam back after 15 mins to tell me that Ezone charges Rs1000/- for shipping. I told him that the concerned product qualifies for Free Shipping. He checked online and asked me to wait. Again after 15 mins he came to confirm that the best price he can offer is Rs.35000/-

      I opted not to buy the product and i felt cheated by the Ezone team.

      My concerns :
      Misleading advertisements in Leading newpapers,
      Why is an advertisement is placed in Leading newpapers when the product itself is not available at stores.
      Why is there a price difference of same product online and stores. ( infact at stores the price should be less, as delivery is at customers hand)
      Poor product knowledge of staff at ezone stores
      Very Poor customer treatment at the stores.

      This a clear case of misleading advertisement through electronic and print media. Please guide/suggest me for further course of action.

Even though I installed my Technician one days back but I found that in Indoor Box there are certain things are missing i.e. Main Cord wire, Holding Panel, Warrant papers & manuals, 2 Battery for Remote all these things written on the box but vain.       I have been an old Big Bazaar customer since the days you just had started the EDM & Gurgaon stores. We used to look forward to visit the stores in the buying cycle week to purchase our household items. Over a period of time you kept expanding the stores and the customer footfall kept increasing and i still remember the 26th Jan wherein we were struck up inside your EDM store as the crowds outside went on rampage.It was a horrific site but somehow it did not deter us to visit Big Bazaar. Though we stopped buying from EDM store because of the unfriendly customer experience and the indifferent attitude of your staff and managers there. We have been to almost all your stores in the last 5 years from your Rithala FB to the latest Vasant Kunj Ambience store, where we shifted after buying regularly from Ambience Gurgaon store, for 3 years as the store somehow seems to be in a mess with a totally unprofessional staff in all sections. The staff apart from being rude on being asked to help are usually seen shouting and abusing each other in the customer areas.

      In spite of all these experiences i and my family are regular buyers of your BB stuff, with having bought 3 AC’S, 4 LCD’s, 2 Wooden Almirahs from your Vasant Kunj store. Somehow all these products are MNC branded products and the ration we buy is also branded stuff. I would like to share my anguish at the falling quality standards of your premium apparel brands such as Shyla, NYX. Last year during my brothers visit from USA during Christmas, we had gone to your Gurgaon Sahara BB and he bought some woollens and 3 Jackets of Shyla, Nyx. I just happened to use one of the jackets on a couple of occasions and would have worn it not more than 6-7 times. All the jackets were kept hanging inside the Coat Cover and kept safely inside the almirah. Last week on opening the cover to my horror i found that the two unused jackets had developed small cracks on the shoulder and collar and the used jacket was in a tattered condition from the shoulders and collar area.

      The jackets are totally unused and appear absolutely fine from the inside as well as front, which you may see in the attached snaps.I called up your store and conveyed them the condition of the jackets and asked them for replacing this defective stuff to which they flatly refused by saying that first we are not responsible for such quality issues after one year secondly they asked me to produce the bill and leave the jackets for them to speak to their seniors to see if something could be done and the lady sounded as if she was doing a great favour to me. Mr.Biyani my brother never retained the bill as we never thought we were buying some roadside product which could have quality issues in the premium range. Secondly if you talk about the bills the cash memo of my electronic gadgets bought from your store on thermal paper are all blank after few months. Since it was a gift to me i anyway did not have the bill but what about your staff sensitivity to such quality issues, are they under so much pressure from the management that they do not even feel it important to address such quality issues promptly. You may see that the attached snap of Shyal Jacket front, is hung on a Almirah bought from your Home town for Rs. 45k two years ago, i somehow do not have the bill for that also as i lost it the same day before i could reach home. Does that mean that its not your product and had i faced a quality issue in that your company would not have addressed it.

      I’m sure with the competition’s presence increasing at a rapid pace your organisation might be under pressure to have changed its replacement policies but believe me day is not far when such unfriendly customer policies and insensitive staff behaviour would hit you hard in terms of shifting of loyal customers like me to explore other available options and not keep sticking to Naye India Ka Naya Bazaar. My intention of writing to you is nowhere to plead you for having the jackets replaced as i have assumed it was a wrong buying decision and written off that amount. But having spent 25 precious minutes of mine on a weekend which i could have traded off with my kids is just to highlight the messy affairs at your BB stores and the poor quality of products which are passing out to customers which call in for stringent QC exercise at your end.

        There are schemes at outlet of Big Bazaar which provides you a membership card. These people say that it is a future group and ICICI bank offer through you get few % cash back.Then they collect your data and says that they will provide you a card with in 15 days.
        I have applied it twice but have yet not received a card.
        I think they just collects the data and sells it.

        Kindly never ever provide your details.

          We bought a mattress of dreamline company the first time vide receipt no 7575. The size was 75 x 60 finding this to be good we bought the second mattress and asked for the same quality as the first, we were supplied a second mettress. This was much thinner and had a white thick cloth around it, preventing the drawer in the bed (captain bed bought from hometown pune) from closing . We have been waiting for a replacement for more than 3 months now. Today the replacement that arrived was very similar to the one we had earlier. Please refrain from buying things from Hometown.             Vide Cash Memo No: T43/40299 dated 1st Jan'09 time 17.48.53 PM
            The chat ordered was having a stone of the size of 8mm to 1cm. The matter was brought to the kithen chef who said only sorry for the same. A stone of the size had damaged my tooth and the taste of the evening.

            There is no quality check it seems. Such incidences will only berate the joints and make them most unpopular even for recommendations.

            The matter was registered in CSR of the Big Bazar under the guidance of Mr.Rajeev Kumar (Chef Manager)

                Hi,

                Big Cheats at Big Bazaar. These people have made it their standard practise to charge an extra percent or two towards all electronic purchases counsumers make using their bank cards whether debit cards or credit cards. Banks issue these cards to consumers as an added benifit for conducting business with them. If Big Bazaar can't realise adequate profits by dealing with consumers who make purchases of electronic items using cards, they they better increase their MRPs or reduce the ddiscount they offer. Better still, they could have arrangements with the banks concerned to speed up their payments if the reason they provide for charging more is delay in transfer of funds due to the time taken by banks in processing transactions made through bank cards. It can't be the fault of the consumer that he/she chooses to use the card provided by the banks.
                I have bought Samsung microwave from Big Bazar collage road on 01/3/2010 but the prices were of MRP 10999, billing prize they charged was 9999. I have checked that the pricing on that day was 8999 for same item.
                I feel cheated.

                  My father Sh. David Kerketta resident of "Meena Niwas"Lalpur Peace Road Bye Lane, Behind Holy Cross School, Ranchi had booked 02 Nos. Wardrobe and 02 Nos. Dressing Table, total items costing Rs.33, 600/- only, by paying a booking amount as advance of Rs. 15, 000/- on 27/10/08 from Big Bazaar, Home section, Ranchi. The date of delivery given for the above products was 15/11/08 vide Advance Receipt No. [protected] dated 27/10/08.
                  The product was not delivered on the above committed date (i.e.15/11/08). Post the failure, on the part of the organisation to deliver the said items on the committed date, there was not even a courtsey call made by Big Bazaar, Home section to the said customer.
                  Once, the committed date for delivery had passed & there was no reverts from Big Bazaar, Ranchi, my father visited the store to enquire, about the delivery status, to his amazement, he was given assurance, that within the next few days, the booked items would be delivered to him. Since then, he being a retired person, had repeatedly followed on the status of the delivery over the phone, as well as many a times personally vsiting the Big Bazaar, Home section to followup his case. Every time, he was turned back, with assurance & further committment of delivery.The situation holds now that, he has yet to recieve his delivery from the said organisation. It is almost a delay of 37 days from the committed date by the said company.
                  It has been a shere physical & mental harassment for Mr. David Kerkatta because of lack of professionalism/promised committments & last but not the least taking customers for granted on part of Big Bazaar, Ranchi.

Nearly two months is going to pass. I have made several enquiries at the (Ranchi) store and follow ups over phone. Every time ten to fifteen days time is given to me but not for any use.

                  I am facing the same problem with BigBazaar, Indirapuram - Gazhiabad, UP.

                  I had booked the Recliner chair on August 29th 2009 with full amount Paid, they told me that they will deliver by Septermber 11, 2009 and today its september 16th I call daily and they say will call you back in 30 mins with status and take my number on each call :). I m wondering after seeing so many complaints if i have to go through this agony for months .. years ??

                    I bought a bunk bed from BB Banashankari . The product was delivered after 2 days but the carpenter who was supposed to come and assemble did not turn up even after 2 weeks. I am still struggling to get hold of carpenter but the response is quite poor.

                    The sales man who sold the product keeps on promising dates but only god knows when they will come and assemble my cot.
                    As far as furniture are concerned, as someone said correctly, the Big Bazaar prices are same as in traditional shops (like Shivajinagar in Bangalore). For furniture it is better to avaoid Big Bazaar

                      I bought a Sony GZR8D vide receipt no. 8677 from Home town Pune, I was promised delivery on 17.12.2008. I kept calling them from 17th and was told I will get delivery today everytime. I kept calling them everyday with the same effect. One section manager Mr. Amit Tiwari was never answering the phone and somebody else always took his cell phone and said he was in a meeting. Extremely upset with Hometown service and suggest all my friends and acquantainces not to buy anything from HomeTown at all.
                      I bought on Bed and a mattress (challan no. 2855 )from Hometown on 6 december. They promised me delivery on 13th december. Even after calling many time till now ( 2 Jan 2009) they could deliver the bed only not the mattress. They took one more week to fit the bed after delivery after calling many times. They are highly irresponsible people and don't know how to do business.
                      I am still waiting for my stuff to be delivered. Buying things like this not at all a pleasure, small road side
                      shops are far more better and good in terms of business.

                      I am also facing the same problem. I have got a coffee table from home town which got damaged during their transportation. Now every time when I call them for the service, they always say that the person will come today but that person never comes. It is a pathetic example of carelessness and very poor customer service. The persons with whom I am dealing were Yasin and Abhinandan Joshi.
                      They don't have capacity to give delivery in time. Home town people are just wasting time and money of the people. I brought one sofa with Bed and cup board. Amount is Rs. 39, 999. They told me delivery after 20 days. I got only sofa after 25 days. They told you have to wait more 20 days for rest of the delivery. They are not working for people but they want people to be work for them. They are taking money advanced and for delivery people needs to suffer. Please don't believe on Home town people.

                      Everybody please keep on writing your complaints here so other will not suffer.

                          I Booked a COT in BIG BAZAAR VASHI vide Bill dt T19/22316 dt 15th November 2008, Product code : [protected] for Rs 4999/-. Today is Dec 8th and there is no sign of it.

                          On purchase they promised delivery in weeks time. When I called them on 29th Nov they said they will get back. Later I get a call and ws told that on 3rd Dec (wed) it will delivered positively. On 3rd Dec I reached home at 7PM and while on the way called them to check if they are delivering, they ask me of I got a call from Bhiwandi! How the heck I know if they have called me from Bhiwandi or Bhatinda!!! They don’t have the practice of identifying. On 3rd Dec, I spent at least 90 mins talking to several people and I said I want the product today, there is enough delay and unkept promises. They couldn’t even tell me if the material has been taken from Bhiwandi to be delivered.

                          Finally the same guy calls me and has the guts to say” we don’t know when it will be delivered from bhiwandi, but before delivery they will call you. Hopefully it will in a couple of days” This person is Mr Purshottam supposed be customer support for Furbniture. I simply lost my cool….because what I cant stand is the open loop case is still left in! I asked him if it will be delivered in this year at all as you have no clue when it will be delivered.

                          And today is 8th and no one wither from Bhiwandi or Bhatinda have called me.

                          Completely agree with the review. My bed was promised to be delivered in 3 weeks and till today absolutely no sign of it and it is already 5 weeks since I ordered it. I called on the expected delivery date to find out and the person had no clue to where it was. Within a minute, I was told it would be delivered in 5 days and 7 days later, after I call i'm told that the furniture got damaged in transportation and now will be delivered in another 7 days as it has to come from Mumbai. I asked the lady if they needed 3 weeks to order and deliver it in the first place, how will she be able to deliver the same in 7 days and as usual, another lie that it would be given preferred status. My friend had the same experience with Hometown where he ordered furniture for his entire house for 2 lakhs and they delivered in 2 months, when they promised in a month.

                          You are better off going to a local shop and paying a higher price than to deal with these people and the multiple phone calls. No more Hometown or Big Bazaar furniture for me...

                          YES..fully agree. Same situation and BAD service number T17/27524, poor response, even after double their promised delivery time. They have no value for customer's time. They only use the word please and say wait "only for 1 hour". This is BIG BAZAAR whitefield.

                          Even after an hour neither their technician nor their customer support update the delay. When you call back the time is given like after 11.30 ...AFTER 11.30 but when exactly ...no idea at all.

                          i bought 2 sofa set and 2 central tablkes from big bazaar allahabad on 26 jan 2009 and firstly got delivery too late though i paid 5800/- then after long wait and complaints got it and they delivered central table which damaged soon and they have no option regarding this complaint it was booked in the name of nikhat 41 mirza ghalib road allahabad
                          kindly help me to get another table from big bazaar.

                          Sir, Don't expect any replacement from BIG Bazaar and never rely on their furniture section or their furniture. We bought a Ria diwan (as it is mentioned in the bill) and a study table on[protected]. An important Knob for the writing desk to open and close is yet to be delivered. Today date is 7th may 2012. Then the great diwan broke down within a month and immediately I complained. A person from there came at last on 1st of Jan 2012 after so many phone calls and took some photos of the diwan. Actually the reaper was broken. They might have replaced it. But they put holes in the main body piece of wood and put some nails telling that it is a temporary adjustment for you to use now ( before it was not in usable condition) and will be replaced soon. When I asked when? I was told by pongal when new sets will arrive and we will call you back. Till now I am calling them and I was regularly promised that they will come tomorrow. At last today I was told that they don't give any grantee and no repair or replacement could be done. When I asked for the knob they told OK and disconnected my call. This is my experience from Big Bazaar at Express Avenue, Rayapet, Chennai!!!
                          same here.. i purchased a metal bed and had to wait for 1 and a half months for it to be delivered! that too aftr calling them a hundred times. they delivered it, but being a metal bed, it had to be assembled.. wat use of it is to us if its not assembled.!! big bazaar has very poor managers and sales people.

                            I am jasreen Singh a lawyer/social worker and a professor by profession.I have been a regular customer of Big Bazaar for the past many years.Every month i do all the grosery shopping from Big Bazaar itself.In delhi my family live in greater kailash but we still go to shop for the household products all the way from GK1 to Sahara Mall gurgaon.presently i'm in Pune and wokring here for an NGO.yesterday was my worst experience at Pune outlet and i am sure i would never return back to Big Bazaar .

                            It was a sunday morning and i had a day off so i thought of buying some household goods.while shopping when i take the trolley i always put my hand bag in that trolley itself because i carry cash and mobile in my pocket.least bothered where my trolley was while i was shopping i came to the billing counter, there as the cash was in my pocket i didn't had to open my purse further after my billing was done when i came to the exit something beeped and to my surprise it was some cream worth 300 kept in my purse.as the product was in my purse i requested your staff to kindly find out whose act it was while i was away from the trolley .i was surrounded by adamant and misbehaved staff of Big Bazaar.i tried to explain them the entire incident but i was not given a chance of being heard and was forced to the back office where i was made to sign a form which stated that i was caught stealing .i was also harrassed by the secuity guards.

                            i would like to ask the autoirities being a post graduate in law do u think i am that dumb when i know the shop is under electroic survelleince still i'll keep something in my purse to hear the beep sound i guess ur staff is that dumb to think so. it is not the question of rs 300 or 500 but a question of self respect.The authorities need to take a note of this that today the consumer is aware of his rights.
                            i must say that the staff at big bazaar needs to be taught about basic ettiquetes and customer care skill.along with being charged with the offence of shop lifting i had to undergo a lot of mental harrasment.some appropriate measures need to be take else i'm left with no other option except to approach the court of law

                              We had purchased Imperia Shoe rack from big bazaar, highland Park, Kolkata. They took 5 days to deliver and another few days to do fitting. On fitting we saw that the product was damaged, so we immediately called the manager there Parimal Shah, who promised to replace it by 28th Oct. Thereafter it has been just a harrowing experience. No response from Mr. Parimal Shah, phone is always off!!! and if we call from some other phone he promptly cuts it off by saying either he is in a meeting or in the bus!!!Till date the piece lies in the house (6th nov). Dont think anyone is responsible for customer care at Big bazaar. They are absolutly useless, never try to burn your fingers with them.

                              As a shopper, I frequent Big Bazar, Beliaghata, Kolkata 700010. On 15-Dec-2008 evening I purchased an Old SPice After Shave Lotion (Musk), Bar Code[protected]. On returning home when I checked the bill noticed that in-spite of a MRP of Rs 135/, the bill displayed a price of Rs 195/.(Ref T18/24036, dated 15-Dec-2008)

                              I went back to the store the next morning and customer services apprised me that error in pricing at the POS is due to recent SAP implementation at the Head Office in Mumbai, causing pricing errors. I left behind my business card and requested that this feedback of incorrect pricing be communicated to the HO and actions taken on this feedback may be communicated to me.

                              Though I got a return of the difference in price, I donot know who will pay for the time and chargesincurred, to come to the store a second time, just for an error which is entirely beyond my control. If it was abroad, the policy is to give away the item free to the customer, because of the incorrect pricing is the fault of the system of the store. But can I expect that in India?

                              I look forward to hear what corrective and preventive actions have the HO taken in response to this feedback of incorrect pricing.

                              I had bought a computer table from Big Bazaar Beliaghata on May 10, 2009 for Rs. 2199 cash memo no. T13/3500 dated 10/05/2009. After making the payment they tell me that the product is not available in the outlet and will deliver it to my house aftre two days though there was a product for display. Then after two days they tell me that due to teh Elections they cannot deliver and I have to wait for another 2-3 days. Then on May 15, 2009 I speak to their manager Mr. Utkarsh Roy who said the product is available in their godown but due to conveyance problems it canot be sent before Monday. When on Monday 18, 2009 I call them up, they inform me that I have to wait for another week as the product is not available in the godown also and it will be coming from out of state and also could not confirm that the product which I have paid for will be the same product that is going to be delivered. I am really frustrated with the customer care of BigBazaar and would seek help regarding this matter. I do not know whom to contact. At least this is the last time I am buying a product from Big Bazaar.

                              last sunday i went to purchase in big bazaar there is an offer that i[censored] purchase upto 999 u will get a hair dyrer @RS 219 when we purchase and went to the couner they told us that hair dyrer is out of stoke i want to say that if the stoke is not available why they offer to the consumer why they cheat us

                              I really wish I had checked for feedback before buying furniture from Bigbazar Hiland Park. I bought a 3 door wardrobe and a Bookshelf oh the 15th og Aug '09. The bookshelf is yet to be delivered! - 05th of Oct '09. The wardrobe came on a week and the fitter a week after that. After the fitting i realized that they are certainly not professional fitters coz it was terribly ill fitted. the drawer stuck scratched the door everytime we opened it and the doors weren't alligned and didnt shut properly. I've been calling them to no avail. They either don't call back or the customer care people don't answer the call or they disconnect. After shouting and threatening for so long I've been asked to look at another product wich is more expensive but they are willing to give it to me at the same rate. But seeing the standard of their furniture and service I will certainly never recommend anybody to them nor will i purchase from them. I'm totally disillusioned about Mr ashok Biyani's pride and joy Big Bazar.

I personally tell you that not anybody should buy a single product from big bazaar. because They are cheater. I am working for 3 months in big bazaar(Highland Park) as a casual staff because then my exam is over and nothing had to do so I worked there for three months for knowing their strategy Now I am doing MCA After my BSC from one of reputed college in kolkata. I saw that every employee of big bazaar are under educated except some employee and they do not have proper education in management and customer handling. I saw their strategy of selling and I noticed that they only sell product for achieve their weekly target. They do not have to intend to give customer support and all of these products are of very poor qualities. I personally know every employees of highland park big bazaar like one says parimal. They all time cheat customer like one I say

                              one time they give a offer that if you buy two shirts then you will get 1 free. Then I also attend in this department as employee. These all shirts are of price Rupees 125/- each but they sold one of these shirts for Rupees 500/- each so think that if you buy this shirts from outside you can get 3 shirts at rupees 375/- instead of 1000. and not only that all of these shirts are dispute quality which are sold those time. All of their furniture are dispute qualities so they do not give after sale support to customers. They always told that they sale product at cheap rate but if you look to outside market you can see that they sale product at high rate than market. and all of these products are from bombay cheap market from which they import.

                              So you should think 100 times before purchase a single product from big bazzar.

                                I ordered for a matress along with a writing table on 04 Oct 08 vide dc no 1453 with delivery date as 16th oct 08. afte a lot of calls on 19th oct writing tables were delivered but yet to be installed. The mattress has not arrived todate and every time the concerned at warehouse and mysore road branch Mr Henry give wrong inputs and as a result I have all these days before filing this complaint.

                                I bought a DTS 4 Lili MB + GT dining table on 28 January 2012, Bill No 1833, Receipt No. 40316.
                                It was told that the goods will be delivered within 15 days. On the 15th day i.e 12 January I called the number given in the bill and after getting the line transferred to couple of number Kaushik told me that the goods will be delivered on 14th Feb. I took a leave and made myself available for the receiving of the goods. When called them in the evening they told that they will positively deliver it on 16th. I again made myself available and then when called in the afternoon to Big Bazaar they behaved roughly and told that they don't know when they can deliver the same. If the product is not delivered by tomorrow then request you to refund my money back with interest.

                                  I have purchased a 2 door wardrobe (walnut colour) from Home Solutions store at City Centre, Orchid mall, Mumbai central on 7th Aug 2008. The product was bought under clearance sale and a no warranty stamp was put on the invoice (T5/858). I was not informed of any defect in the product and the reason for sale was said that they were renovating the shop, hence the goods are completely free from any defect.
                                  After the product was installed at my place The person from the company noticed a manufacturing defect in the drawer channel and pointed out the same.
                                  I have since then followed up with the store umpteen times to get the same resolved. Now the store person is saying since the product is not in warranty they will not address my complaint and I will have to get the defect rectified on my own expense.
                                  Also in the invoice they have mentioned the wrong amount to avoid payment of VAT.

                                  I have faced similar situation by purchasing a wardrobe form your kankurgachi retail shop
                                  I bought two 0.8 ton Koryo split AC on 26.4.09 from e-zone which was installed on 29.4.09 by company personnel but one of the AC is not working at all. I have made complaints the umpteeth time since then and each time the service network people say they will address the problem "today". The AC is still not attended to. I want to know the meaning of "today"(Is it this year?)
                                  I had purchased a number of products from Home town, Somajiguda, Hyderabad. On delivery it was found that the dining table chairs were shaky and were damaged and the glass on the dining table was chipped, there were some parts missing from the bed we had purchased. At the time of the delivery these defects were clearly mentioned in the challan.

                                  It has been 1 month now and we have absolutely no solution in sight. Either they say that the dining table was on the floor therefore we should accept it with the damage or they say they are sending someone to repair the product and no one turns up. It has been the most harrowing and stressful experience. When they took our hard earned money they did not tell us that we were going to get damaged goods and we were expected to take it and keep quite.

                                  Now that all the people have stopped taking our call I asked for the head office number and I was told there is no number and only Hyderabad needs to be contacted. These people think we customers are fools that they can take us for a ride?

                                  I am so fed up that if I do not get a solution soon i will need to go to the consumer court and file a complaint. This is my last try to get a solution to the problem.

                                  I have purchased One RO System (Kent Excel Mineral RO) from E Zone-Delhi (Vikas Marg) on 03.06.2009 after making full payment with schedule delivery date on 04.06.2009. The RO was delivered on 14.06.2009 in packed conditions on Sunday after great follow-up. It was informed to the seller that on 15.06.2009 evening I will be going outstation for official work. And hence the installation must be done on 15.06.2009 itself. The RO was not installed on 15.06.2009. I returned on 22.06.2009 and informed to installed the RO on 22.06.2009 but on 23.06.2009 when the packed box was open by the company representative, it was found that one part was broken. I requested to change the RO system but the seller refused to change the RO system and informed that the part will be replaced. Still nither part was replaced nor the RO system has been changed by the seller.

                                  I am suffering loss as I am buying daily mineral water from the market .

                                  You are requested to kindly look into the matter and do the needful so that the RO system can be changed and I am suitably compensated by payment of compensation of Rs. 5, 000/-

                                  we purchase d a dining table recently from collectin i, hyderabad.

                                  complaint:They delivered the product on 29th may.On 30th may one chair got broke so I called them up and asked for a replacement, next day one more chair was a in breaking condition so i asked them to relpace whole set of chairs.Till now they have not done anything regading this(one chair got repaired) though I have made repeated phone calls to them.
                                  I request you to take some action on this .That dining table worth 25, 000/-

                                  While going through various complaints listed, it seems that people are suffering because they are asked to make payment in advance and delivery is made after some time at their home. If the company puts a serial number like the one marked on electronic goods, and the same item be delivered to the customers, these types of problems could be sorted to a greater extent.

                                  I have had a recent experience with this company to share with all concerned. On 8th September 2009, I booked an order for 1 Nos wall unit and paid the money in advance at their Kharghar outlet in Navi Mumbai. The delivery date committed was 10th Sept 09.

                                  The delivery could not be made as scheduled. I took up the matter with the stores in-charge who assured me that the same will be delivered the very next day i.e. on 11.09.2009 and the delay shall be compensated suitable. Today the material was delivered and within an hours time, the technician came for the assembly of the furniture alongwith a glass telephone stand as a free gift against his commitment of compensation.
                                  I totally agree with everyone. But my issue is with the quality of the Cot that i got from Home Town, Bangalore.
                                  I got this Cot in March 2009 and its hardly 5 months old and this has already started with full of noises. Even the fitter from Hometown came and checked it and has told that nothing can be done except replacement. But when i asked in person they say that the approval has to come from their head office and they have rejected the request sent by them for replacement.
                                  Dont know whether any replacement would be made for this.
                                  We had purchased 15 nos LED and given 100% advance payment. The LED's were scheduled to be delivered within 15 days from the date of PO.

                                  It has already been 20 days since we have released the PO. The LED's are yet to be delivered.

                                  Still awaiting information.
                                  I fully agree with the complainant as both are sailing in the same boat. it is rubbish to buy any costly item from future group as there is no satisfactory performance is given by the product which we buy with great enthusiasm and expectation to eases the life.no after sales service is found satisfactorily, no e mail address is found to make a complaint.no proper demo of the product is given even after repeated requests to the dealer or to the company.i am fully dissatisfied with all kishore biyani's retail products and after sales service, rather frustrated.

                                  It is to inform you that an order for buying split AC (LG model) was placed on you on 27.01.2010 and a sum of Rs. 18, 500.00 ( Rupees eighteen thousand five hundred ) only was paid immediately vide Cashier ID no SURAJ179 on the day . It was told that the product will be delivered within a short period of ten days. But that schedule was failed. The authority not even expressed the situation to me. It was my headache to enquire the matter and it was further said that material would be delivered within 5th of March 2010 without fail. Again that schedule was failed and the authority assured to deliver the material on 9th. March, 2010 positively.
                                  Today is 10th of March 2010 having a series of failure on the part of you in delivering the material inspite of making payment long time back causing a great inconvenience in this summer season while my ailing mother is bed ridden and requires proper temperature for her health.

                                  This company is BIG cheater and I have experienced the same at Big Bazaar outlet, Chinchwad, Pune.
                                  I booked for 5 office chairs in firstweek of March and I got the commitment that it will be delivered after 7 days. They delivered 3 chairs after 12 days and then balance 2 chairs after 15 days after continuous follow up their store manager ( Mr. Vishal / Mr. Rajesh) . Their technician who came to fit the 5 chairs declared all defective and rejected. I asked them to replace all 5 chairs and answer I got is that it will take another 2 weeks. I am fed up after dealing this cheater / bluff company.

                                  The Product offered by Home Solution Retail is not of standard make. I bought one Chopstick dinning set and the glass top of this table suddenly broke into pieces and fall on floor. This was like life threat to any one who was having lunch on this. I am going to claim compensation for this.
                                  I purchased 13 Office Chairs and when I complained re; quality of Chairs, the way I was treated was appalling.Home Soln specialises in giving Shelf Space under their Brand Name in their stores to low quality goods/manufacturers.Once Home Soln sale is complete, it is consumer who has to break head with manufacturer who also cares too hoots leaving customer in lurch.
                                  Action must be initiated by Consumer Associations if any worth their name against such giant stores retailing substandard goods

                                    Double Diwali Cash Back Offer - Please do not fall for those banners (or similar banners for new year). read the fine print, it says only for Hometown brands and not for company brands. It is displayed on all floors even where there is Offer, now, this is classic case of Customer fooling.

                                    Fine print - This is the smallest font size I have ever seen for any promotion.

                                    Please do not fall for any offers from Hometown.

                                      On 24th October, I spent 3 hours selecting tiles for my bathrooms. Post my 3 hours, the concerned folks tell me it is out-of-stock. Now, this is called "WASTING CUSTOMER's TIME".

                                      All they have to do is to remove the items that is OUT-OF-STOCK or Let customers know immediately whether items are OUT-OF-STOCK.

                                      When contacted the concerned manager, as expected, Supported their staff only and did not want to hear what customer had to say. In fact he wanted me to speak to Custmer Care department.

                                      Looks like hometown has lowest priority for Customer Service.

                                      Hope someone reviews this from Hometown to atleast talk to these folks, who in future, will not waste customer's valuable time.

                                        I bought a bed with mattress from bigbazaar on 4th of Oct, at the time of payment they told me that it's not in stock and can be deliverd to me on 24th of Oct, when i asked why they require so many days, then got answer that it will come from Bombay, belived on them and placed the order. on 24 th Oct, was very exited to get the bed and mattress as waited for them for almost 20 days. but no luck so called the furniture department on 25th. first of all no one was picking the phone at last after trying for almost 20 times someone picked the attend the call and told me that it didn't come from Bombay so u will not get it. when i asked when i will get it, that fellow simply dissconnected the call. called on 27 th and thretend them to go in customer care then they delivered the bed and told me that mattress will be delivered on 28 th of Oct. but didn't deliver it on 28 th . still calling them like mad person for the delivery of mattress. don't know whan they will deliver it.
                                        I completly agree with this one, same thing also happened with me at bigbazaar store at sahara mall.
