Futurebazaar — False Promises About My Product

Future Bazzar is providing false promises about my order for Nokia Lumia 620 (Order No: 1044424) which was placed on May 22, 2013. At that time, the delivery time mentioned in there was 5-7 working days. Most of the times when i place a shopping order with other companies, I have received the product well within the delivery time. So i contacted them two days back, to check the status of the order. As you can see, the customer care guy told me that my product will be shipped within 48 hours and i will get a confirmation email with shipment details. Since i haven't got any shipment emails from them even after 48 hours, i contacted them again to check the status of the order again. To my surprise, they told me this.

I was really surprised to hear this from them. Are you guys really running a business? How come one of your customer care representative told me that the product will be shipped in 48 hours and after 48 hours, then another guy can tell me that i have to wait 8 more days to see my order shipped from your warehouse. None of these informations sound credible to me.

Now either you can guys ship me my product shortly or grant me a full refund! I don't want wait any more longer than 48 hours. If you can't do both, then i may have to file a petition against your company with all these proofs!
