May 9th...My AC was leaking and the cooling effect was extremely less. I called up Just Dial who supplied me with a list of agencies. Mr. Ganesh called up, set an appointment and then sent Mr. Anand to check. He said the gas for the compressor was less, filled it up for 1800 rupees, did a 5 minute cleaning session but never bothered to check where the leak was/fix it. He told me that there is a 3 month warranty, if anything happens - they will replace the gas.
Before paying the bill, Mr. Anand said I forgot to bring the receipt book - please pay me, tomorrow I will bring it. I paid him 1800 and even included a 50 rupees tip. He also told me, if there is any problem with the AC call me and I will come. The next day nobody turned up with the receipt book and when I called saying the AC is still leaking and the cooling is less - Mr. Anand said it will be like that for one day, then everything will be okay.
The next day I called Mr. Ganesh, he said he will come and check and bring the receipt book himself. Nobody turned up - till date, I have made more than 20 calls to Mr. Ganesh and he switches off his phone, does not reply or makes someone else answer it and say he is not there.
I phoned Mr. Anand and he says Mr. Ganesh has the bike and I have no conveyance to come. In short - these guys do not keep promises or their guarantees - my 1800 rupees is gone, my ac is still leaking and the cooling effect is worse than before.
Globe 2 Cool will make you Globe 2 Fool...and for the record I am not a competitor trying to malign their name....it is better to call the service mechanic from the company than take these type of agencies...
