[Resolved] Godrej — after sales service | |||
Dear Sir we have a Godrej 1.5ton ac in our office there is some problem with the cooling .the com pressure is tripped automatically in every 5 to 10 minutes . please give the perfect help ASAP. Its almost 2 months gone but no technician is visit our site & when we call at your customer care the executive tell that the call has already closed we are shocked how ??????????????? so once again we are requesting to for a early response please do the needful. 2. AIR CONDITIONER ( AC )
AC ( Model GSC 18 FS 3 WIH ) is purchased from Godrej (application No. 1258883) on 11.07.2010 with one year warranty.
(i) Company sent two packages for above AC on 19.07.10 and told to wait for its installation within 3 days.
(ii) Company sent his technicians for installation on 23.07.10 . They fixed the AC but could not make it operative. They told us that the AC was defective and asked me to contact the company.
(iii) Company was contacted. They told us to give the installation charges to the technicians and they were sending other technicians for repairing the new AC .
(iv) Two technicians came but they also failed to make the AC operative. They asked to sign the Photostat copy for attending the service. The signed copy was given with not satisfactory report.
(v) The company was informed about it telephonically also.
(vi) The company did not care even after so many reminders to the officers (Mr. Atul , Mr. Rashid Khan) of the company on telephone . They tried to misguide us by saying to contact other telephone numbers. The numbers they suggested were always switched off.
(vii) Ultimately a private technician was called to set the AC operative. He charged Rs. 2500/- and set the AC operative.

Godrej / Air Conditioner — Post Sales Servicing
Dear Sir(s),It seems that Godrej Appliances is much interested to sell the product and do not have a bit of interest in maintaining after sales services. When Last year I purchased Godrej AC, i myself have to follow a lot for an engineer to visit my place and make me understand my Godrej AC for proper usage.
Now I have been following again and again with godrejr to arrange for an engineer for servicing of my AC.
My service call No. is 231774, which was generated on 21st March 2010 and i was assured engineer visit within 24 Hours. After this i have followed couple of times quoting my call no, but nothing positive has happened till date, only falls commitments of time-frame from helpline team.
Its been summer and i am unable to use my AC.
Please suggest me what is the way to raise voice against such complaints in consumer forum, or if you can then please file a complaint against Godrej on my behalf.
