sir/madam,
I need your kind attention towards my problem. sir my refrigerator is not working since last 2 months when i was in bangalore,but the refrigerator is in my home place i.e. in choudwar.after i arrived home i have marked this problem & gave a complain to godrej care on 03/05/2013 & my complain no. is- W[protected]. Here is my refrigerator details- Model no.- GFE29EZ, Unit sr. no.-[protected], Date of purchase- 11/07/2012.
After giving the complain on this day one of the technician came home for checking out the problem,that day he mentioned & told that there is problem in compressor & we have to change that, but after a week when i called back then they told that no its not compressor problem but there is a problem in PCB,they told there isn't any stock now we will do it within 3 to 4 days. then i believed that they will do it. then again after 4 days i called them again,here after they said that it may take more 2 days for sure. & somehow i collected the phone no. of the area manager of godrej. i called him for this matter,he responded & promised me to make my problem done within tuesday 21st of may,i have again made a wait for that day,the day has come but on that day godrej care called me & told that the work will be done within 2 days. again after 2 days i called back to godrej care also & to the area manager also they have replied again that the work will be done within another 2 to 3 days.. and the whole week also have gone again but no steps till now..
today means 07/06/2013 again i called area manager ,now he is just avoiding me by not listening anything,he picked up the phone 2 times & just replied that oh yes madame i can recognise u & ur problem I will shut out your problem just let me to confirm first & i will make u a call within 10 minutes, i have made a wait till 3 hrs after that i made another call ,again he replied that i will tell u after half an hour,again a long wait of 2 hrs & again i called back but this time he is not picking up my phone.....
so hoping the best from your side. And suffering this problem the whole summer season & now its going to be rainy. so hope the necessary & quick action from your kind concern. Kindly shut out my problem or provide a brand new refrigetor of same model for me. I heve been waiting for a long time.

This issue is not resolved even after 5 months. Nobody has little bit sense to care for a consumer. The response from Dealer and Godrej officer are worst and joking. It is humiliating the old lady who needs that Refrigerator.

    We purchased a Godrej double door refrigerator(GF 28 SF EL) few years ago, initially there were Electronic Circuit breakdown and Gas leakage problem within an year of purchase but were attented and rectified to our satisfcation. Recently the refrigerator stopped working completely. We logged a complaint with the Service deparment (D[protected]), the engineer visited and informed that the Control unit of the refridgerator has gone for a toss.
    As per the engineer, these model are no longer manufactured and no servicable parts are avaialable in stock or special request from Godrej.

    To our utter surprise the refridgerator is now lying dead without the replacment part and OEM are helpless....
    We didnt expected this from a company like Godrej. Definately we will never recommend a Godrej appliance....

      I brought a godrej AC and after some time I found harsh sound in its functioning .
      I Called the Customer care and who provided us the Call no J[protected] and provided the CSN no 812 .Engineer was assigned by CC who will resolve the issue .
      It seems the authorities have fallen on the deaf ears and and after hundreds of call no body is bothered to entertain the request .
      In the Era of customer satisfaction I feel amazed how the company responds to the consumer plea !!!

        Sir, I am residing at Puzhuthivakkam, chennai. I had purchased 1.5 ton split Godrej AC, hardly 1year 3 months only... From the date of purchase I had faced so many problems with Installation & service. I'm facing major problems with my AC. Each and every tech. are coming and checking.. but no best result. They told, that there is gas leakage... that too also I had done. But no good result. Again Same gas leakage... Now they are saying coil has gone & replace the Indoor unit. Replacement charg. 5,000 and If go to new one of Indoor unit it costs Rs.8500/- No response from any service centre... Kindly let me know what to do?
        NOTE :
        1. At the time Installation, they had broken top metal of Indoor Unit. For that I had waited for 3 months for replacement.
        2. Water leakage at indoor Unit not properly serviced.
        3. No serv. tech. had attended my fault nearly for 3 months after given complaint also.
        4. Paid service not concentrated and done.
        5. For gas filling, tech. had checked 2 times without knowing that where the leakage is coming.
        6. Atlast they failed and told that AC coil had gone & you had replace it or buy new one of Indoor unit.

        So, we are not ready to pay that much amount.

        For paid service I had spent Nearly Rs.3000/ Pls. do the needful..

          My name is SIVAKUMAR.N from Doodbowli, Hyderabad. I have a 7 year old Godrej 300l single door fridge, which had developed a freezer box problem (Partially chilling) recently for which I launched a complaint on 17/05/2013 and my complaint Number was Y[protected]. The call was diverted from Toll-free customer support franchisee to 3rd party service provider franchisee. 3rd party service provider “SRUJANA ENTERPRISES” sent a technician the same day, the technician “RAJU” came and inspected my fridge and adjusted the thermostat from MAX position to NORMAL position and said; the problem will be solved, if not give me a call tomorrow and went away. I am using fridge from last 15 years and I have atleast minimum knowledge of a refrigerator, I did all these thermostat settings and only then I had opted for a service. Today is 25/05/2013 and in this one week 3 technicians had visited my home and no one could resolve my fridge problem, one said; Thermostat problem and 2nd said, chocking in the gas pipe, and 3rd said Compressor problem. None of them checked my fridge in detail, they just came, opened the door and felt the temperature inside the freezer box and gave their report. 3rd person “SRISAILAM” was so arrogant that he don’t even know; how to talk to a customer, he was talking to me like a roadside rowdy. When he said “COMPRESSOR PROBLEM” I said; I have a working compressor in another similar refrigerator, kindly replace it, then with his high-pitch tone he proclaimed that “YOU HAVE TO BUY A NEW COMPRESSOR FORM GODREJ” you cannot use the one you have or you cannot buy it from outside yourself and that is “THE RULE OF GODREJ” and for the compressor replacement you will be charged Rs.4200 in addition to service charge of Rs.1275. I questioned; but even the branded Compressor costs Rs.2200 outside, why are you charging Rs.4200 for your compressor? For that question, he slammed the door of my fridge and went away leaving my fridge in the middle of my kitchen. Now my Question is; what is GODREJ doing? They just manufacture their product and leave it in the market and wash their hands? Don’t they have responsibility to have a direct service team or atleast monitoring team rather than depending on useless franchisees? I have now decided not to buy any product from “GODREJ” from this experience and I would suggest others who are reading this to think twice before buying any product from GODREJ.

            i have exchanged my refrigerator with godrej company and salesman told me that the refrigerator i have chosen in exchanging scheme costs 15700 rupees than i have asked him that whether this is mrp or market price , than he replied that this is the best market price so i got agree .
            At the time of delivery i came to know that the mrp of the product is 14300 only and the salesman has cost me 15700 for that product.
            the 14300 is not the best price this is the mrp of the product.
            so i want a compensation from the company.

            godrej and other companies — fraud

            we will get the call letter from the companies like the godrej and the other companies .The call letter will be in the realistic way they will ask us to pay the money of 8450 rs they will ask us to deposit the amount in mercantile bank with the account no:[protected] under the name of jaswinder singh .they will give the necessary phone no's .But it is completely fraud don't believe this.
            i[censored] have any doubts contact the regarding company.............dont become the fool by depositing the money..............................................
            i got a mail from godrej stating that you have shortlisted for interview and before coming to interview you have to pay 8450 RS take a strict action against him and help them those are not aware of this
            A complaint was booked on 18th July, 2012 with the customer care toll free number [protected] but no visit was made till 23rd July, 2012. i again made a call at the customer care number. They provided me with the detail that your complaint has been given to M S Servive Point, Ludhiana. After checking the number of M S Service Point on internet i got a landline number[protected]. After calling on that number a visit was made next day and i was told that the compressor of my ac is not working and has to be replaced and took a copy of bill and Rs. 375/- as visiting charges and assured me of giving me a call next day. The were showing themselves to be representatives of Godrej. Next day i got a call and the person on other side told me that sir you have booked a complaint and our representative will visit you shortly. I was shocked. I told him a visit has already been made. I told them whole story and they replied that they are the old partners of the firm who are working on our name.

            Finally, all this means somebody else is working on behalf of the company and in the name of M S service Point and cheating Customers.

            All i request to the company to keep a check on this and also the loss borne by me should be compensated by asking M S Service Point people to make a visit free of cost.

              i have purchased brand new ac from "ELECTRONICS JUNCTION"(Ahmedabad) on 8 may 2013.
              just after installation the outdoor unit of my ac started making extreme loud noise, for this reason i have made complain in this service care but there was no response from them even after complaining them many times. this extreme noise pollution is affecting my mental health also students are not able to concentrate in studies, so due to this i am not able to use this ac

                I AM USING ONE DOUBLE DOOR REFRIGERATORS. ITS NOT GETTING COOLING.. WE GAVE COMPLAIN (W[protected]) ON 8/5/13 BUT THEY CLOSED THE COMPLAIN WITHOUT VERIFYING. AGAIN GAVE A COMPLAIN ON 14/5/13 ( COMPLAIN ID- W[protected]). BUT TILL NOW NOBODY HAS ATTENDED. THEY ARE NOT EVEN PICKING THE CALLS. WE HAVE 3 PRODUCT OF GODREJ. EVEN MY WATER PURIFIER IS NOT WORKING AND THEY ARE NOT ATTENDING. I WILL NEVER BUY ANY GODREJ PRODUCT FURTHER. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE. AND I ADVICE TO OTHERS TO NOT TO BUY ANY PRODUCT OF GODREJ.
                this is regular with Godrej customer care.
                I had a washing machine for which by mistake I had taken AMC.
                I had made a complaint to customer care at no[protected] on 24th April 2009 complaint no 894115. that complaint was closed in the system without rectifying the complaint. This is inspite of repeated reminder calls to the call center
                Again i had got new complaint no 896357 on 8th May, which also went through same way. when asked to talk to supervisor, i had heard from background by Mr. deepak " osko kehde thik ho jayagi kyo pareshan kar raha hai".
                Beutiful customer care and handling

                Today I had got one more complaint no as 896722 with the sweet note that complaint will be actioned within 24 hours.

                my suggestion is --- dont buy any godrej product or call local mechanic to handle the cumplaint.

                  I have purchased an Split Air Conditioner of the company Godrej on dated 28/06/12, from: Utility Engineers, SCO310, Sector 35-B Chandigarh, Phone No.[protected], 5062599, 2608855, E-mail: [protected]@rediffmail.com, Receipt No.:1047. My second service is due. They have given me a service number through text message on my mobile "Call Number is: Q[protected] and CSN is : 633 on dated 04/05/2013." But till date nobody visited. I calls every day to visit my home. They promises me to visit my home. But nobody comes. They are harassing me again and again, I had taken leaves from my office and waits a long and I can not do my personal work also.
                  Please send somebody for servicing it otherwise I'll go to consumer court.

                    I have my Godrej AC under warranty of extended AMC for 3 years.

                    I am facing problem with digital display (PCB) for last 30 days. I did complaint to Godrej call center and they referred the call to FARIDABAD-COOL POINT AC. Cool-Point sent the technician twice and they are unable to resolve the issue. They kept the PCB with them for almost 10 days.

                    The quality/knowledge of cool point technician is very-2 poor. They even able to connect the connection properly. They are very arrogant while talking if you tell them their weakness.

                    The Last massage I received from Cool point is as follows but still they didn’t turned up.

                    I request you to send your own Engineer to look at the problem and resolve it as soon as possible.

                      Dear Godrej Team,
                      We have booked a Centurion Cupboard & Urbon 3+1+1 (Yellow Fabric) on dated 04.12.2013 wide order form no 117439 & Paid full amount Rs 46654.00 & Rs. 37336.00 (Total Rs. 83990.00) wide receipt No. 95434 . The both the item delivered on 05.12.2013 at said address, the delivered Items found old, dirty & scratchy.
                      It is told to delivery man to return both the unit & provide us fresh piece of item as we have paid for new product.
                      He has communicated the mater to Godrej Depot at Lucknow & after discussion with the depot he brought back the Urbon 3+1+1 (Yellow Fabric) & for Cupboard he told to us that the product is unloaded & packing is unfolded, so the same will get scratched if he will load it again, tomorrow our engineer will come to inspect the product & after his report the product will exchange if product will not suited to you.
                      The technician Mr. Shuriil Khan came on 07.12.2013 to inspected the Centurion Cupboard & taken the report as (scratches/marks of spot welding / one side unpainted area in one shelve/one side of door is unfinished painted), the copy of the visit report is with us & told to us that he will come along senior engineer to verify as he is new joined & after the engineer repot the unit will exchanged but he did not turned up to one week. After t few days he send a SMS to us that he will come after two days but he did not turn up. Now, it is almost five month gone nobody visited form the Godrej to give the solution.
                      In the mean time the other product Urbon 3+1+1 (Yellow Fabric) is delivered & told to us that our technician will come to install the product, but nobody visited to install the unit.
                      Then I have visited to your Hazratganj show room for the solution, there they have given a toll free number of Godrej customer care & told to me to lodge a complaint for the same. I have lodged three complaints for this issue (reference no one of complaint number is [protected] dated 13/04/2013) & also lodged a complaint on web then on 16/04/2013 I have received a call from service center & fixed the date 18.04.2013 to visit but nobody has visited till date, then again on 20th April 2013 I have received a call from the service center & he asked for bill of the product.
                      I told him I do have order form & cash receipt of the Lucknow Godrej show room & we have not provided any bill. Then he told me to arrange the bill otherwise he will not attained the call.
                      Then again I have called on the toll free number for the solution there they have told to me that your case is being transferred to the Godrej Lucknow & they will soon contact you & will provide the bill.
                      After two days probably on 22.04.2013 I have received a call from Godrej Alambagh Lucknow,he inquired about the product purchase & told that he will get back soon.
                      From now to till date there is no response I have received from the Godrej.
                      I don’t understand why the following steps are not taken in time & such delay to provide the services/ solution to the customer:-

                      1. Why the Centurion Cupboard is not replaced till date it is almost five month delay in service delivery.
                      2. Why the technician is not sent to install the product Urbon 3+1+1 (Yellow Fabric) at customer place till date.
                      3. Why the bill of both the product is not provided to the customer till date while the same should be sent along with the product at the time of delivery or at the time of booking.
                      4. After loading the complaint at Godrej, why the delay in service delivery, if customer has paid full amount & has valid cash receipt along with booking slip.
                      5. Why the Godrej is only asking bill to provide the solution, while the same is not provide to the customer by Godrej till date.
                      6. I am receiving only phone calls for inquiry not for solution & nobody has visited to provide the solution.
                      This is a question mark on Brand like Godrej, that Godrej people are so careless. They only book the order kept the cash & forget.

                      Now I am request you please refund my booking money of the Centurion Cupboard as the fresh product is not delivered till date along with the market interest for the booking period.
                      So, I could go to other manufacturer to full fill my need.
                      Hoping for positive response & request you to train your people not to harass the customer like this. The Godrej is a renowned company & have good brand image & we don’t expect such customer service from Godrej people.

                        I intuted to purchase a matress for my personal use which ll b hard in nature,therfore,i decided to puchase godrej product based on service,quality etc.and i have seen many advertisement and i did reliance and i puchased sonata matress with price of Rs.4600/- from local bedding shop in february 2013.i was so happy,after work stress when i sleep i feel better.thought that good decission of having godrej product.after many days,i started feeling back pain,and i have found that,due to bending in the middle of matress.therefore,i contact with local shop about my problem in march 1st week.well they assure me i ll get replace within 10 days.i kept matress separetly because of having back pain and i started waiting for the service...whole month i did wait for service...therefore when i called in april 1st i did not get anyone,actually the shop was closed due to owner of that shop was died.therefore,they were not responding properly.suddenly someone called me and informed me that sonata ll not be replaced. I shocked after listing this,i have paid a lot for this bed.i even not used the bed a month,how can i satisfy,i was not getting my answer from anyone i called bangalore thereafter i called customer care to raise my complain and no complain no. I have received means no response yet ! i am thinking my experience..thinking every time where i have invested money!                             Hi.

                            I purchased a new 1.5 Ton split AC of Godrej on 9th March 2013 (GSC 18 FC 3 WMZ).

                            However, on 24th March I registered a complaint since the swing function of the AC was not working, for which the scheduled visit date of the technician was given as 26th March. But the technician (from Mother Cool Comforts) did not visit the same day, rather after lot of reminders, he visited on 27th March.

                            After inspection, he said that a part has to be changed, and will be done in 2-3 days. Ever since he has not turned up, nor is he picking up the calls.

                            I had called the customer care again on 1st April, on which I was told that my complaint will be put on fast track. But even today, there has been no action.

                            Again I have called the customer care today (on 6th April), where they have said part is not available, and they will put my complaint on very urgent.

                            For a product which I have purchased less than a month ago, the part has not been arranged for over 2 weeks.

                            Also, when I called up the technician from a different number, he picked up my call, and says that he has given the report to his office (Mother Cool Comforts) and I should call them for the actions to be taken.

                            Godrej - Split AC Model - GSC - 18 — AC Not Working after 8 days of Purchase

                            I have heard a lot about Godrej and thought of buying my first AC from Sales India (Ahmedabad) Godrej product... It has been the worst experience of my life... after 4 days of raising this issue no one from Godrej has turned up... for the service... at 45^ temperature here in Ahmedabad Godrej might be doing a hot business of selling AC but have the worst service stations and after sales service around...
                            Blog will be a better way of raising my voice and spread Awareness about the product & services Godrej is offering.

                            Also, I have called your call center at least 4-5 times in the last two weeks, but no proper response has been given. The complaint number registered is [protected].

                            I have been trying to pursue and follow on Facebook also.

                            Pretty embarrassed by seeing the service from Godrej.

                            Do you have any resolution? The next best thing I have is to file a formal complaint and spread this word around.

                              I, my family, friends like the godrej products, but the services made me to stop buying godrej anymore.

                              I bought doble door Refrigerator years back in kolar (karnataka) (TIN- [protected]) in Ravi Enterprises.
                              But the door was rusted. i called to customer support in the month of october 2012 Complaint no - N[protected], i dint get proper reply again i raised the complaint N[protected], the service were too bad they came and replaced damaged /dent top door door and said to my dad - sir we will replace in a week by new doors but again no reply from service people, they said to raise the complaint again. Once again i raised complaint N[protected] and again 4th complaint raised.

                              "Services are Shiv Shakthi"

                              Till now proper response not given by the service people and charges the service charges and transportation charges.

                              I request YOU to take severe action on it. one customer is also more important to gain the reputation in the market, one customer can also say to others about the services.

                              i had made an amc contract for my samsung split ac in our godrej last year 7th month . Now i had come across a cooling problem and i registered a complaint bearing no: c[protected] on 16.04.2018. They checked and saying that its a coil complaint and its not covered under our Amc because its above 5years.

                                we file complain regarding gas filling problem in our fridge. this problem was already happened before two months(December). Now the same problem occurs.We make complaint before one month(February) Service engineer came only on previous week. till now no one come for service. Hardly 15 days it works properly & they give 6 months warranty for this service. But now there is no response from the side of service provider. All the perishable items are spoiled every day.
                                Take necessary steps to provide service within 2 days.

                                        I AM PURCHASING THE GODREJ FRONT LOADING WASHING MACHINE ( 5511 RES ) AS ON 23/12/2010 PRICE : RS.23000. ON 08/03/2013 I SAW A PROBLEM THAT SOME SPARKS FROM MOTOR BUT MOTOR IS RUNNING. I MAKE THE COMPLAINT TO SERVICE CENTER. TECHNICIAN VISITED AND HE NOT CHECK THE MOTOR. HE TAKE A PHOTO OF BOTTOM OF THE WASHING MACHINE, IN HIS MOBILE PHONE HE TOLD THE MOTOR WAS FAILED. HE GIVE A NUMBER OF OTHER SERVICE ENGINEER, HE ASK RS.15,800 FOR REPLACING THE MOTOR. DONT BUY GODREJ PRODUCTS THEY ARE CHEATING IN PRICE OF HIS SPARE PARTS AND NOT GIVE A SATISFIED SERVICE AND NOT READY TO RECOVER THE PROBLEMS EASILY.

                                        Godrej after sales service has become pathetic. I have an split air conditioner and looking for the remote and franchisee service centres are asking for Rs 3000. This is absurd as remotes for TV etc are available in local market for Rs 200/400. No wonder Godrej is losing market share to Samsung and LG
