    I AM PURCHASING THE GODREJ FRONT LOADING WASHING MACHINE ( 5511 RES ) AS ON 23/12/2010 PRICE : RS.23000. ON 08/03/2013 I SAW A PROBLEM THAT SOME SPARKS FROM MOTOR BUT MOTOR IS RUNNING. I MAKE THE COMPLAINT TO SERVICE CENTER. TECHNICIAN VISITED AND HE NOT CHECK THE MOTOR. HE TAKE A PHOTO OF BOTTOM OF THE WASHING MACHINE, IN HIS MOBILE PHONE HE TOLD THE MOTOR WAS FAILED. HE GIVE A NUMBER OF OTHER SERVICE ENGINEER, HE ASK RS.15,800 FOR REPLACING THE MOTOR. DONT BUY GODREJ PRODUCTS THEY ARE CHEATING IN PRICE OF HIS SPARE PARTS AND NOT GIVE A SATISFIED SERVICE AND NOT READY TO RECOVER THE PROBLEMS EASILY.

    Godrej after sales service has become pathetic. I have an split air conditioner and looking for the remote and franchisee service centres are asking for Rs 3000. This is absurd as remotes for TV etc are available in local market for Rs 200/400. No wonder Godrej is losing market share to Samsung and LG

      I'm an employee of ITC at its Jaipur sales office and we wanted the interiors of our office redone by Godrej. We have been trying to contact their dealer here by the name of 'Rajasthan Central Stores Pvt. Ltd.' SINCE THE LAST 2 MONTHS but have FAILED TO GET ANY RESPONSE. They came to our office once to have a look at our requirements but have not reverted with the costings since the last 2 months. A very pathetic state of affairs!

      Godrej Interio — SERVICE BY GODREJ INTERIO

      My complaint was registered vide no. 653658 dated[protected]to repair the godrej chair .Service fellow came on[protected].
      He took Rs. 1250/- that he needs some parts from the company saying he will get the bill for that from the company.He gave the time of[protected] between 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. to fix it.
      no one has come. Company is taking the calls and gives some time or the other but no one has returned despite various complaints in this regards.
      Chair which costs around Rs. 15000/- each formed trouble in less than 2 years.
      Another fault occured during his repair for which he said if not now , this fault would have occured lateron.This is no logic .I bought Godrej chairs for quality so that it would last and expected prompt after sales .Both are not there.
      It is kindly requested that the repair shall be done at the earliest and needful probe done by higher service official.

        Dear Sir,

        Inspite of our several requests we are yet to receive a firm reply from you.

        Just to brief you , we had purchased an GODREJ microwave oven from RELIANCE DEPT STORE , a so called Multinational retail outlet in Trichirapalli. Tamil nadu.

        After having used for an year we came across problem of oven not working , when contacted RELIANCE we were asked to contact GODREJ service operator in the name o[censored]LTIMA SERVICES . TRICHIRAPPALLI. Since then our life has become miserable the person incharge of that outlet made us run around for a month keeping our oven in his custody coming out with various reasons of not repairing after having undergone mental trauma for 45 days when we want to take it back , he refused to even do so ..the person name is Mr.Siva and his number is[protected] finally we had to literally pull it back without repairing.

        He has misbehaved with my family members by using abusive languages and giving mental trauma.. i am attaching a copy of his delivery note where in he has mentioned DOES NOT COVER WARRANTY.

        I would appreciate your immediate response in this regard.

        Its been long time we have been mailing and calling your customer service but in vain , so i am forced to elevate this to the consumer court hoping atleast they shall help us.

          I have purchased a Computer Table from Godrej Interio In Hyderabad. I have paid the money at the Branch and after two weeks they have sent me a table which had manufacturing problems like the table doesn't roll or move as the wheels haven't been welded properly. It costed me 6,500rs.

          I have reported to customer Care so many times and always they say the technician will call me and it has been more than 5months now and no has fixed the table. They also gave me the Complaint number(552850) but what's the point, no one has fixed it yet. Please take this in to notice and I hope no one face this problem like me.

            I had purchased godrej fridge on 16 April 2012 ( ddealer name & address:- RIDH SIDH Enterprises st. teresa raod, Bettiah) last year about 10 months back ( Model no. GDE23DX4 and SN. [protected] ) but the door of fridge are not working properly and getting gap between door and fridge walls day by day. till now the gap increased around 2 and 1/2 inch. I thought that godrej is one of the best companies & that''''s why only I buy all the fridge from godrej only.

            Many times I called at your customer care to make them aware of the problem, every time they assured me that the engineer will come to look out the problem. But I never found any of them at my door.

              I have never seen such bad custer service......i visited the audugodi godrej interio store on sunday....Mr.A with ph no:[protected].....shows me the kitchen and wardrobes...we were told that we will get a call on monday ie 28 jan for site visit,,,,,,no one calls to fix appointment....now i call again [protected], asking what happ, he tells me he is sorry, will ask the eng to call, the site vist guy [protected] calls at 1130 ...tells me will vistit site at 5pm.....i tell him to give me a call by 430 so that i can reach site........now from 430 when i call [protected]....he never picks call.......
              the BEST part ...when i call [protected], he tells me he is in a meeting.....will call after 10min .....after 45 min i call him....he says he was in a meeting,,,,
              the site vist guys vehichle broke....so he had mobile he cud tell me.....or tell his collegue
              HOORIBLE.......UNPROFESSIONAL IS THE WORD

              best part godrej call center does not deal with bangalore
              call up diff godrej dealers and franchise.....everyone will give u a diff amt they charge for site visit

                I placedmy order on 7th December 2012 for the Zurian 3 door with mirror, Receipt No. 75252 from Godrej Interio , Malad west , Link road Branch .As per the order confirmation, the delivery was to happen within 3 - 4 weeks. I am having a terrible experience and I have been put to considerable inconvenience through the long delay.

                In midst of my wedding mayhem I had to regularly follow up only to receive negative response from Godrej. In the 1st week of January, when I wanted to cancel my order because they failed to deliver on time I was told that the money is not refunded. I have to buy something of the same value and they do not have options for a 3 door with mirror.

                Finally after much awaiting on 20th January 2013 , I received the cupboard, only to my disappointment that the mirror has been chipped at the bottom and the finish of the cupboard is very poor. There white marks on cupboard which are not going after trying to wipe it off. I have attached photograph your reference.My entire shifting process to my in laws has been a total mess due to the delay from your end.

                I have received the replacement wardrobe on 25th January at around 11.00pm. After being assured that the piece is checked and sent to me. To my disappointment the 2nd wardrobe sent too is damaged. When I cancelled my order, they are taking time to refund my money now I have been told it will take 7 -10days to refund my money. With my recent experience with Godrej I do not trust they will keep their word. I am going through a lot of stress and feel totally harassed trying to co ordinate with them.
                I am hoping I receive what I am due with your help.

                  I bought a sofa model name Jinerio from godrej interio showroom in Vikhroli wihtin the godrej plant.

                  complain number is B[protected].

                  The sofa started making squeaking sound in a weeks time.

                  I complained for the same and asked for a replacement or refund.

                  I had a technicain vist in 10 days time after my complain on 26th dec 2012.

                  Since then i have not heard bak from them and everytime i call the call centre i get a reply that u will get a call back from us and no one calls.

                  Also they mention the replacement is not in stock so they will make one and deliver.

                  The quality of furniture is not good despite of the high price.

                    Hi,

                    I had purchased a Godrej 3 Door almirah from VIP Road Showroom (Godrej Interio) on 29th December, 2012. I paid the amount of Rs 24,500/- in full.

                    I was told that the product would be delivered on 5th January, it was not delivered. I called up on 4th and I was told that it would be delivered on 7th January. On 7th January I called and I was told it would be delivered on 8th or 9th. On 8th I had sent an email to Godrej Team, I got a call wherein I was confirmed a delivery date on January 10th.

                    Today 9th January I again get a call that it would not be delivered on 10th and it would be delivered next week.

                    I would want a compensation for the inconvenience caused. I had shifted to a new flat and on 6th and had booked the Almirah well in advance to ensure it is delivered by the time I shift.

                    Today the entire flat is in a mess because of the problem of keeping my clothes.

                    This is simply ridiculous, I myself work in the Service Industry and this is not the way to treat customers.

                        I had recently bought a Godrej 3 door Almirah which was ordered on 3rd Nov from kirti nagar, delhi.The dealer promised to deliver the product within one month of order but after any phone calls and visits to the shop finally the product was delivered AFTER 1.6 months. More to this when we checked the almirah its wheels were twisted while the almirah was still completely empty.We called up customer care and they registered the complaint and promised to send the technician in within 1 day.It has been 1 week and no technician has came moreover when we call customer care for complaint they brutally hung up the phone.

                        We also contacted the dealer in kirti nagar and his words were "We are not responsible for any damage and its your fault you have damaged the almirah". After much argument he said , he will send technician next day..it has been 4 days neither he is picking up phone nor sending any technician.

                        Godrej has become very bad company and its dealers , customer care are worst. please let me know if anyone can guide me or help me in this regard on how to get money back or replace the almirah bought.


                        Never ever will buy any product of godrej and will never recommend for it also.

                          I have bought Godrej EON fridge(SMT3N) on 12th Dec 2012,since that day its making very big noise ,.I logged call for the same on customer care no-[protected] two times still no technician visited to look the complaint, even I followed the customer support in Hyderabad(suyojana[protected],they are not entertaining and nobody came till date.I have got call from the customer support & he said that 100/- will be the charge for visit. I also called the shop-Adishwar at bowinpally & talked to Mr. Narendra store manager still no one came down to see. Need immediate replacement Or money back for the same.

                            Dear Sir/Madam,

                            I Venkataramana Setti the resident of Hyderabad city. I purchased a Twee2Mini bed from Godrej interio including the mattress worth of me INR 18000 on 1st of December 2012. They promised us to deliver the product within 10 days and they did too. However when the technician visited our place on 10th of Dec'2012 and found that a component called 'brackets' are missing. He gave us a call number/purchase call number which can be used as a reference. He promised us that concerned person will get back to us within 2 or 3 days and fix the bed. But no one cared to respond us back about the status. We called customer care multiple times to check the status but no good came out of it. When we contacted the show room manager from where we purchased the item, he simply confirmed that it is out of his scope and hence gave us a contact number of Mr Sanyal who is in charge of service center of Godrej Interio. Surprisingly he is not aware of the status of our complaint and he quickly pulled some information with our call number and told us by 16th Dec'2012 the bed will be fixed. According to him, the missing component has to come from Mumbai ware house he asked us to wait till Monday 17th Dec 2012. Since then I kept on calling him everyday and he kept on promising that the technician would visit us but nothing happened till now.

                            My concern is, I paid the whole amount on 1st Dec 2012 and till now my purpose of purchase didn't got fulfilled. The purchased item is lying in my house without any usage and there is no value to the money that I paid.

                            Please let me know if I need to provide any details further.

                              We had purchased Double door refrigerator on 12/11/2012 and we need to call customer care because door was damaged and Ice Tray Problem (When you twist the Ice tray ice should fall into the container).
                              After 20 to 22 days door was replaced after we called so many times for the update and executive had changed the tray saying that it was the problem in the tray so he is replacing it. But still it is the same problem in the ice tray. Called again cust care and lodge a complaint. again executive had come was not able to rectify it because due to frequent power cuts ice did not form (We had used it) and went back saying that he will come next day to chk it. And called him in the morning said he will come and again in the noon said he will come, but called again the evening cause he did not turn up, and he says it is the problem in the fridge and he cannot come to chk and if i need i can go to the showrooms and chk there itself, am i fool to buy your product by paying 25k and take the fridge to the showroom for chk up.. and he has closed the complaint also by not solving it nor informing it (i came to know only after i called cust care to complaint again. Executive Name (Manju).
                              (complaint Num: N[protected]). Is this the way they serve their customers. Am i mad to spend 25k for the fridge and stand there and take the ice cubes manually by hitting something on it. And i had send an email also to [protected]@godrej.com, but no reply.

                                I have purchased a almirah from CHANDAN BROTHERS.NEAR PRIVATE BUSSTAND,BARGARH TIN-[protected] on dtd[protected] vide bill no-2271. but the have sold us a damage almirah.we have complain many times for this to the dealer chandan brothers,also complain to customer care of godrej interio. complain service complain no is-W[protected].ANOTHER COMPLAIN service no is W[protected]. But till date they have not attend our complain.

We sent mails to the company along with the photos for which they never replied. Then we sent a legal notice to them and only they agreed to replace the refrigerator.                                   We purchased a Godrej Eon 230 ltr fridge at Viveks Tambaram on 01/01/2012. After delievery when we open the box we found heavy damage on the side panel. Immediately we informed to Viveks and asked to replace the refrigerator. But, they were not ready to do so and escalated to Godrej customer care. From Godrej care a rep came and inserted some additional side panel over damae area and thereafter we are facing too much problems with the refrigerators almost called 5 times within 11 months. Completely we are fed up with the Godrej.

                                    Our Godrej refrigerator started giving us trouble since may this year. The model we have purchased is Godrej" Pentacool". Once a technician came and changed a part connected with the compressor and charged 650 INR. For the next two three months it worked and again started giving trouble. The fridge runs but doesn't cool.
                                    We have contacted on toll free no. [protected] on date[protected] and the person sent two SMS on my mobile that the complaint will be attended but two days have passed and no one came. I have also registered on Godrej smart care via sms on no 53636 but the "smart" people chose to remain aloof.

                                    Godrej — non attending of complaint

                                    I launched a complaint in Godrej on 8th of august,2010 regarding air conditioner.the complaint was attending after two days and i was told that it will be repaired within 48 hrs,my ac is in warranty period and in in spite of calling then 20 times nobody has attended this problem.now today is 24th of august and still my complaint is unattended and they person to whom is spoke abused me and misbehaved with me,so in this i want to launch a complaint..please help me in anyway.

                                      i bought an almarah from pragathi galleria, Bangalore on[protected]. they delivered the product on[protected].but the left hand door was damaged. i raised a complaint (complaint no 501152) at the customer support. they informed me that a new door will be delivered in a couple of days.after continuously contacting the costumer center, almost every day i have to call them and ask for the update and they will tell that it will be delivered next day and after a month on[protected] a new door has been delivered. but they have delivered the right hand side door.

                                      its been more than 1 month i bought this product and till now i couldnt use the product. what should i have to do now

                                      godrej interio complaint — worst customer service

                                      sir,

                                      my name is sommya singh and my husband named surendra verma bought godrej interion wardrobe double door , of deep blue color, from godrej instacy store , alkapuri, vadodara. we bought it on nov 2010. since then we have been complaining bought the disbalance of the almirah and now even locker is not locking and all our belongings and valuble stuf[censored]nsafe but we have not had even a single person visiting our house. my husband has been constantly complaining about the almirah but there customer service is so worst that they even lie that we were not at home instead we have small baby so we mostly stay home and my husband goes on job.
                                      i wud like to make others aware that plz do not buy any godrej item from godrej estacy store in alkapuri, vadodara otherwise you vl literally cry out i[censored] r in need of some customer support.
