VERY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, i logged a service complaint for semi automatic washing machine on[protected] it is under AMC. They came on 19th and said motor problem and promised me to replace. But without rectifying the problem i received the SMS on 21st from service center that the call has completed. i called on the same day for that, and registered a new complaint for the same problem. No response from service center. on 28th i received SMS that your call [protected] is completed. Again i called for customer care they said they logged a new complaint. As of now my problem is not rectified. No proper response regarding the service complaints. where will i complaint about service centers. Very bad service response.

    Sir,
    On 31st march 2011 we had purchased a REf (model GFE2205FF metalic blue3 penta cool) from Bismi appliances kottayam branch,at ruppes 11,750.
    After 7 months 18/08/2011 there was a problem with the cooling and REF function had stopped,and we had given a complaint to the agency regarding the same. The had rectified the complaint and returned it(complaint was compressor failure). After 10 months dated 11/06/2012 the above same defect happend. Again we had raised a complaint to the area manager Mr.Rajeev (mob.no-[protected]) and one of the techincion came today 12/06/2012
    after checking the ref. he told that the comperssor should be changed and expence is 1600 should be taken by us. sir why should i pay due to the less qualityness that you have assured.
    Please let us know how many compressor should we hire for next 2 years we had already used godrej Goldcold for about 16 years and thats why we purchased a same product of yours.

      The issue with my Fully Automatic Washing Machine started from 1st week of May when i raised a call for servicing(drier not working) and due to lack of communication from the service man from kolkata the helpdesk had closed the call stating the reason that the service man had visited my place which he never did, then i raised another call in the 3rd week (for the same issue) and one of the service man visited my place stating that the V-Belt and Pully are loose and are not functioning efficiently but can still make the machine work for few more days, so we should raise a call again once it stops working,
      I raised another call which was closed on 28th May (Service Call no. [protected]) with my machine opened and the problem being in worser condition and we were not able to use in any case, leave alone the drier portion, In this whole case i had a chat with the guys sitting in helpdesk from Vineet to Ershad, who all promised me and cajoled me that the work will be solved and i shall not worry anymore but every time i was dissapointed, not only they didn't fulfill their promise of solving the issue but it was not notified to senior management,
      Today morning i had a discussion with Mr.Ashwin, he stated that he is the Team Lead and he assured me that the service man will be visiting my place today but then i get a call from the number [protected], when Mr Debashish and Mr Pramod told me(service call number:[protected]) that the service man cannot visit my place since it is too hot and the service man is not well,
      From a good working condition my Washing Machine has gone from bad to worse condition and if this is a condition of one of the pioneers brand of India, I feel very dissapointed to have been a part of the consumers since my machine was bought in 2007 , I am definitely not going to re-new my contract which is going to get over in july 2012 and hope to disconnect all the ties with GODREJ if the issue is not dealt with severely.

        On 20.05.2012 i call to godrej cutomer care and on 21.05.2012 one person came from godrej service and taken Rs.500 and assured me that within 24 hours he will come again with gas and do the needful but till now 05.06.2012 i called number of time in customer care and that particular agency but no body want to talk on this issue,in my house my parents are suffering from high sugar so i am confronting with problem where to keep their injection etc,please help me. .

            Respectfully I inform you that my AC purchased on 27/11/10 become defected. Being informed the service center came & took away P CC Board,Transformer, Disp Board & service charge.My complain was register on 09/05/12 in Toll free No & they gave complain No [protected] CSN is 702.Since then I frequently tried to communicate but in vain.

            I humbly pray to you to take necessary action so that I get rid of this unwanted situation.

            i purchased godrej split ac on 6/4/2009 but got non-ops on 24/5/2009, i lodged a complaint on25/5/2009 no. 275412 not been attended till 10/6/2009 visit by company rep on 10/6 stated gas will be filled tomorrow no body came after that. given reminder on other complaint no given 210565 on 27/6/2009 visited by company rep gas filled on 28/6/2009. But again ac got not ops on 29/6/2009

              I complaint 21 may 2012 in the Godrej company, but companies are not hearing today, and I'm tired of making phone calls to company, they just give the same answer - "We are sending a mechanic in the evening or morning . " We was purchased the freeze for the heat but are unable to use it.

              The freeze purchase date is July 13, 2011. In the guarantee period.

              I am requesting you to please don't ignore my complain and take appropriate action regarding this.

                Hi,
                I am really had a very bad experience of Godreg Customer Service so far. From last one and a half month i am trying to get my A/C repaired by the company but haven't got any satisfactory response from their side. My complaint no is [protected]. Can anybody provide me the No's of National Service Managers no so I'll talk to him directly as the people at the service station are only giving time or excuses.

                If my problem is not resolved in next few days than i have no other option than to take legal action against the company, Service Station or the Service engineers as well.

                Waiting for a positive reply from the company !

                    I have bought a Godrej 5 star rated Air conditioner from Vasanth & Co, Mylapore about 2 months back. There is a free Electric Oven Offer. After paying the bill amount, I was told that the Oven is not available and will be given later. I said this need to be told even before my paying the bill, still OK.
                    The AC unit was installed at my home by the technicians. When they left, I found that temperature control was not functioning. Also I found that the installation was not done properly. A cap used for fixing to the wall where the tube goes out of the wall to the fan was not fixed. The insulation tape work was half done. I informed the concerned the next day.
                    The technician who came the next day was another person. He rectified the temperature problem. When asked the reason, he informed that connection was wrongly given. (The previous day after installation, the technicians were testing for half an hour after installation. My doubt is that, "Did they go away knowing that there is a fault?") About the insulation tape, he said that he has not brought and will attend to it later, though we told him on phone before starting.

                    We went on calling the technician requesting him to fix the tape. Till date, no action is taken. We finally stopped calling him.
                    We also went on calling Vasanth & Co to check whether Oven has come. Their only reply is " No". We have also asked them to refund the money for the Oven. They are not in a position to do that.

                    Added to this, I got a call from the Service Centre today morning. They asked whether they can send some one for the first service. I told them about the tape fixing which is not done. Their reply was, "You Pay and the service man fixes it". My head went spinning. It is not about the small amount. It is about some thing which is not done at all, when the item was delivered and installed. The installation charges were already paid, but work not completed.

                    Can some one tell me what I need to do?

                        my complaint no. with godrej is 802511, more than one month old.service center for noida is not giving any support rather there attitude is also very bad.the first service engineer who visited my house G-10 sector-27 noida has broken the front load lock as he was not aware how to open it. He also done something in front o[censored]s that some part was short circuited. after making so many complaint they are simply saying part is coming wait.We have spoken to mr shailender giri head of the service workshop but all gone in vain.Now I have decided to go to the consumer court

                          I placed order for Tia Dining Chairs from Godrej and paid full advance a week ago, chairs were delivered within 3 days but installation person hasn't turned up even after the said 48 hours period. Did not expect such a poor service from a reputed brand like Godrej. For dining chairs also they are not able to send a person. Now we are without chairs, house full of guests, and such poor response from the service team.
                          i purchase dinning table from godrej and made payment in advance, after 17 days i received delivery but 3 days have passed no body has come for installation.please let me know what should i do?

                            I have purchased refrigerator of godrej company and the compressor of same is failed within one year and the guaranty period of this product is about five year. I have lost my bill & guaranty card. I had asked for duplicate bill at dealer shop(Shakti Electronics, A'bad) but he told me that we have not maintain record before one year. Also the manufacturing year of same product is 2010. I have discussed about same with customer care of godrej but not giving satisfied answer.

                              I Got Fridge on apr 24th 2012, i found damage under the bottom of fridge, ie., le bush damaged. so unable to shift the fridge to the correct place.
                              on 25th 2012 technician came given demo & gone. But they given order for leg bush on 28th 2012 to coimbatore.

                              am writing this on may 7th 2012, still now we didnt get the leg bush, & those days we really srtuggled a lot without the use of fridge, menawhile we already sold the old fridge on Apr 24th 2012. really a bad situation for me, even i called to[protected] , but they said "this is not the correct location for TN region cust.care..

                              when i keep contacted the local service cntre, "its on pipilne"...Normally when we courier a stuff from Coimbatore TO Palayamkottai it will take minimum 2 days to maximum 4 days.

                              Problem IS : Can you imagine how it is manageable without fridge nowadays ??

                              really a crap thing.... !!!!!

                              dont know when am gonna get that stuff ????? :(

                                I have been a customer of Godrej since the past 24 years …

                                The first refrigerator that my parents purchased was of godrej and only after looking at the

                                Product we purchased a new refrigerator of godrej again …



                                But since Sept 07 the refrigerator has been faced with some issues …



                                Even after repeated complaints ( Ref number 640135 and 642099) there has been no progress



                                From the customer service end it was Mr Rakesh tat I got in touch with

                                And one of your Vashi Area engineer Mr Ram ( cell number [protected]) were the people I got in touch …



                                The Worst disappointment was from Mr Ram.. that after repeated calls to him as well he has simply turned me down..



                                Its been since sept 07 (3 months so far) and I am thoroughly disappointed from the customer service that is termed as SMART CARE



                                I hope that this mail brings to light the issues that I am facing

                                I sincerely don’t intent to take any steps such that your competitors will be benefited by my disappointed

                                we bought the godrej eon refrigeraotor after repeated calls from their customer care(the name is a joke), they exchanged our old godrej ref with a eon.Th problems started from day one

                                The service man who came to install the fridge insisted that we buy a stand, where as the manual clearly says don't place the fridge on anything except the floor.. He insisted and sold us a stand which made the fridge shake a lot and we were later told by another godrej personnle that the stand is not required and wa ssold to meet targets. After 3 long months, phone calls, fights they accepted that their mechanic was at fault and refunded our money.

                                within 4 months the handle broke, (this is their premium range mind you).It took them 2 months to find a replacement which broke within 10 days. this time they replaced in a quick 15 days.At this time we also started getting calls asking us if they are happy with our service and if they would like to renew their service contract.

                                10 days ago the super premium ref stopped working, The first visit was to inform us that the gas has leaked, the great techie repaired it but the ref was still not cooling. a hundred calls later Godrej promised to send a senior technician, the same guy came 2 days later (he had got magically got promoted and become a senior technician in 2 days). He now declared that the ref is not cooling cause the compressor has crashed. it s been 3 days and we are still waiting to hear from the great company to get the compressor fixed.

                                If this is their service in big cities i wonder what is it like to suffer a godrej service experience in smaller towns.

                                do anything but don't buy a godrej product. they have no service and adi godrej is too old to do anything now.
                                How to replace thermostat
                                SIR I MADE COMPLAIN TO GODREJ VIDE NBR 325202 FOR MY FREEZER WHERE COOLING IS NOT PROPER. THEIR ENGINEER CAME SAYS GAS IS NOT PROPER WE HAVE TO PAY RS 350 AND REQUIRES ELECTRICAL POWER SAVER COSTING RS. 650/- WE PAID AND FOUND FREEZE STILL NOT WORKING PROPERLY WE TRIED CALLING THEIR NUMBER BUT OTHER END ALWAYS DISCONNECT THE LINE. WE ASKED FOR PROPER BILL AND THEY SAYS STATIONERY OUT OF STOCK. GAVE US A HAND RECEIPT FOR RS. 1000/- AS CHALLAN PLS DO SOMETHING TO GET OUR FREEZE COMPLAIN HEARED BY GODREJ.
                                I have purchased a Godrej Refrigerator Model V2 GDP-195 on 3.10.2008 from your dealer "Video Plaza", Muchipara, Durgapur - 713212. There was a gift offer of 3 pcs Non-stick cookware on that purchase. But your Dealer unable to give me the aforesaid gift at that time. I have requested your dealer in several times to give me that gift. After one month they have given a gift pack which was not packed properly and partly open. Whenever I opened the pack I found that instead of three pcs of cookware, there was only one piece. I refused the gift instantly. Till now the dealer saying that they could not do anything in this regard because the problem is from Godrej's end. Please verify and reply as soon as possible.

                                I think this type of problem will hamper the Godrej's goodwill and loss of business in long run.

                                IT NEEDS A GAS REFILL EVERY SIX MONTHS AFTER THE INITIAL WARRANTY OF 1 YEAR.
                                AFTER EVERY REFILL THE EFFICIENCY (COOLING) FALLS BY 20%.
                                IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AMC YOU WLL LOSE ONE MONTH SALARY FOR EVERY REFILL.
                                EVEN TO REFILL THE GODREJ TECHNICIAN WANTS GAS CYLINDER AND EVERY THING ELSE (LIKE COFFEE ETC) READY. HE EVEN WANTS A PHOTOCOPY OF THE WARRANTY CERTIFICATE. (DOES GODREJ MANAGERS HAVE A PHOTOCOPY M/C AT THEIR HOMES???).

                                SO DO THE MATHS . THE FRIDGE IS GONE IN 5-6 YEARS.

                                I had registered a complaint regarding my Godrej ion Refrigerator on 12 Jun 2010 vide Ref No 928570 at Toll free .The same was attended by Service centre executives at Nashik . But within one hour of service, the same problem continued. I had immediately called up the Customer care centre at Nashik , and despite repeated reminders everyday ,till date (* days) no one has turned up . This is utter carelessness and unprofessional approach on the part of such a reputed concern. I really feel that the service engineer should take moral responsibility for a problem that re-occurs within one hour.Kindly take some steps to curtail such lackadaisical attitude towards a customer n get professional.

                                In June 2007 I purchased one double-door pentacool Godrej Refrigerator from CAPITOL ELECTRONICS, Behala, Kolkata. The fridge is giving troble from the begining. Now I am having service contract too! In the mean-time its timer was changed twice. Both the doors were replaced. Some other smaller parts were also changed to keep the refrigerator running.
                                For the last few days, the refrigerator is generating quite high pitch sound and it causing sound pollution in the house. we can not sleep even for this sound.
                                As the refrigerator is giving trouble from the begining, I feel the organization should replace it.
                                Or, I have to forget my facination for purchasing Godrej products and need to switch over to other brands.

                                My name is Kumaran Surendranath.I bought a godrej refrigerator on 17th Sep 2010, in last 5 months service people had to visit 4 times regarding several complaints,once it was cooling problem,then iceing problem,last time my fridge was not getting on.The service people came they opened some boards and made it start again.I approached the seller,The Das Agencies,Palakkad,they told me there is no option for any kind of replacement.They can only get it repaired,so Iam wondering how long I should go on with this process,till I buy another brand and dump this godrej refrigerator?

                                  My parents had bought Godrej Interio study table dated 30th June 2008 from Godrej Lifespace, Govind Marg, Rajapark, Jaipur. The support of the table has got damaged & the partition between various compartments in the table has got bent. After repeated complaint requests to their customer care no. [protected] they had registered my complaint (complaint id: 244050) promising that the technician would reach within 48 hours but it has been 10 days and there has been no response from the company whatsoever. Their customer cell is extremely incompetent, most of the executives don't know the procedures & keep you on hold for most of the time. I would recommend future furniture buyers to refrain from buying Godrej Interio Furniture as its after sale service is extremely horrible.

                                    These Godrej bunch of crooks don't have sense how much to charge on what.. They charged me 1800 Rs for dismentalling my 2 Almirahs along with over head cabinet. They do send me an engineer who is charging 1000 Rs an hour. A man came with hammer and screw drivers and broke all rivets in 15 20 mins and bill was 1800 Rs. You are kidding me!!!.

                                    Whole reason to buy these costly almirahs was ease of dismentalling and moving...

                                    We are being continuously harassed by the un courteousness of the Kolkata customer service people. With a scratch developing on the product, which was installed by the company people we have been mislead and misrepresented and our cause have remain unheard only to be delayed to such an extent that the warranty period was over. They 'closed' the case without actually bothering to know what is the status of the work ( and that has happened today).

                                    They have been citing that there is a change of address , but that remains untenebale given the fact the installation was done by the company people. It is really unfortunate that these noncom pups are managing the office of a company called Godrej. We have purchased another slimline , I don't know what will happen to that.
