I have purchased Godrej Microwave 25 lit (convection) on 1st of Nov,11 , from east delhi (Hazarat) authorised stockist , When Godrej authorised service engg opened the pack for demonstration ,found Rottiseri tray was mising then he has noted down compalint in his copy and assured to deliver R -Tray within a week at our home, But unfortunetly almost two month have passed nothing was delvered to us ,In this regards already compalint their Help Line, Authorised Service station and sent mail to their corporate compalint site also but didnt work.....?????


Now kindly intervene

      My brother purchased a Microwave Oven (Model: GMX 20 GAI MIZ, Sl No: 0243) on 06/12/2010 from Great Eastern Appliances Pvt Ltd. The Microwave Oven was not working from 12/11/2011 and we have lodge a complaint through your call centre and your representative came on 14/11/2011 at 5pm and after inspecting declare that The PCB become defective which needs to be changed. The service order no is 284067. He came from your authorised service centre M/S S S Enterprise at 19 Keyatala Road. He told that as the spare parts is not with him; as soon as the parts will be available he will come back and repair the same.
      Since 14/11/2011, no one comes to our house to repair the same and we could not use the Microwave oven. Whenever we call the Call Centre, they told a standard reply the Spare is not available and when they get it, they will send for repair. We even contact Mr Chandan of M/S S S Enterprise, but we get same reply.
      I wonder, how do they claim to be a Good Company and is this their quality of service? If spares not available, it is their problem. We have paid for your product. Within the warranty period they bound to provide service in reasonable time. But they have failed to deliver.

            i have purchased one MARS DINNING TABLE with CELINA CHAIRS ON 8 MAY 2011 but chairs are broken within few months i have lodged the complaint on 3 rd nov 2011 for which one person responded on 4th nov 2011 and assure to get the job done with in 15 days but as on 3rd jan 2012 no body is coming to rectify it my complaint number was 1124 and job card number was 275086 .very sorry state .

              Godrej has the worst after sales service and fake guarantee. i have purchased a double door and pentacool refrigerator 260ltr,lusty metallic door and it reads "Rust free with zop technology"10 year warranty", i purchased it 4 years back.

              The very first instance they deliver the new one was a nightmare. the load men dropped it from the vehicle while unloading. the unit was broken so i have to go back to the dealer and it took them 15days to replace a new one.
              after some time there engineer from "smart care" showed up . he asked me to sign a service contract for 4 years at Rs.2360.i did . after 6 months the bottom of the main door started pealing off as there was some leak inside. there service man came and he sticked it using "feviquick" (poor service standards) later in 6 months the bottom door started getting rust(they guaranteed "rust free for 10years"). from them on its been 3 years i only see the rust spreading there is no one to answer this issue. every time i call there customer service , service man comes and he tell me to call the customer care . when i call the customer care they tell me to call the service centre ,after several attempts i got the reply that this model is stopped produce by the company so they cannot provide a new door.


              what is the meaning of giving 10 years warranty when company stop produce in 3 years? will they not produce spare parts for the sold units. if any problem then, is throwing the unit in the garbage is the only solution? the warranty for door is just a fake gimmick to attract buyers.
              i have even made a service contract for 4 years but all those things are just waste the money
              now i have no where to go except to blame my self for buying this product

                I purchased a refrigerator on march 2008.some cooling problem i log a complaint on godrej.but they r telling me that its not under warranty.u also check from out side,then an engineer from samsung site come to check it and he was telling me that the compressor of the fridge is faulty.after that i logged a complaint on godrej .but at the same time the service engineer from godrej(named sanjay) check the item and said that the compressor is not cover under warranty due to temper by other engineer.and also they r charging me 3000/- for the replacement of the compressor in the place of old one.

                  Godrej is a reputed company? Well even I thought the same till 2 months back, but well Godrej is no longer a reputed company. There is NO after sales service and NO customer support. Detailed information regarding myself are given below –

                  Shop Details: Madhya gram, West Bengal Booked a 3 door slim line
                  07.12.11 Salesman (Code: 901024) said –“Sorry, Your P.O. was ready on 23.011.11. I forget to inform you. Paid full money for 3 door slim line including mirror.
                  12.12.11 3 Door slim line delivered in my house (distance – 3 Km from shop).
                  17.12.11 Salesman called for assembling That day, I was out of station. I informed him to do the work on next day.
                  18.12.11, 19.12.11, 20.12.11, 21.12.11 & today 22.12.11 I phoned the salesman[protected]& technicians ( +91-[protected], +91-[protected], +91-[protected]) All harassed me a lot, especially The salesman (Code: 901024). Till date, they did none. Same was happened on other customers.

                  Therefore request to you to do the necessary action against salesman & order to assemble my 3 door slim line.

                    I purchased one Godrej micro Oven, model GMT 25A in August 2008 at Raipur, Chattishgarh (Receipt no 19949 dated 11.8. 2008) from godrej Lifespace showroom, Raipur. For my official purpose, I am
                    now stationed at Ranchi for the last two years. Suddenly my oven stopped working. Since my transfer I am unable to get any customer service at Ranchi to make the unit working. In this connection, it
                    is to be mentioned regretfully that I could not elicit any response from the Companys Customer service centre at Ranchi on directly contacting them over phone. I had to contact their toll free number,
                    which has two irritating features. One is, they take their own sweet time to response and once Customer Service Centre people visit my house, they insist to close the complain even the problem is not
                    attended at all. My above mentioned Micro Oven is not working at all. Here, it may be mentioned that at the time of installation of the unit at Raipur, the Company people could not demonstrate the
                    functioning of Steam Unit. I was promised to be guided by the companys experts from Bhopal, which never came of. On their first visit to my residence at Ranchi, the company people advised that the
                    model is discontinued and repairing might not help. Hence, I should go for exchanging the same for which I could expect a maximum exchange value of Rs. 2000/-. Since the unit cost me Rs. 14500/.
                    Just three years back, I could not subscribe to the idea of exchanging it for Rs. 2000/-. Moreover the unit had been used sparsely for obvious reason. The company people were not ready to make any
                    commitment about repairing and therefore was not ready to quote any for the same. On my insistence, that they should replace the unit, if it can not be repaired they have now arranged a quotation, on
                    cost of repairing the unit from a private mechanical shop. The quotation is open ended indicating that actual cost may be more. Obviously, I do not want to take the risk of asking them to undertake the
                    repairing when they were not found to be very confident in attending the job and the quotation for the cost is open ended. I request you to intervene since the company have discontinued the model as
                    the same must failed to survive in the market for some inherent shortcomings in it and the company is unable to extend maintenance service on its products within a period of three years. I want them to
                    repair the product or replace it with a new one.

                      "CHEATING" is the only word I can use with my overall experience. Can anyone expect a modular kitchen without soft landing cabinets after spending 3.3 lacs? Sarada Agencies in Marthahalli can make this happen. You never get what you see in the showroom. On the top, you have to pay the complete amount up front to deliver the stuff because they knew that the customer won't pay anything after seeing the final product. It has been almost six months, my kitchen is not complete. Alignment is horrible. You can open two cabinets by holding one cabinet. They have attended 3-4 times in the last six months to fix these issues and every time they create some "Tamasha" and leave the place saying they need to replace certain hinges and cabinets. I have requested them so many times to fix the things or return my money back - but they always try to pretend like they are committed to fix the issues. Even Godrej area manager also involved in this process but still helpless. If anyone faced similar situation and were able to get your money back, please advise.

                      My experience with Godrej Interio Kitchens has been equally pathetic. I had placed an order for modular kitchens thru Kumar Enterprise at Powai, Mumbai on 25th May 2012 and till date the delivery of the materials has not been done nor has the installation work been completed. Twice the material delivered was faulty and hence it was returned.

                      Inspite of several promises, Mr. Kumar who is the proprietor of the franchisee failed to turn up to inspect the half completed work and has not bothered to update me on when the work is likely to get completed.

                      The workmanship of the person who had come to do the installation was very poor & he drilled holes in all the walls of my kitchen without taking the proper measurements resulting in bad alignment of the cabinets.

                      I would urge all to never spend thrice the amount assuming the Godrej brand will be good as the service has been abyssmal and the service even worse.

                        Bad service,bad behavior...I'll not suggest any one to go for "GODREJ INTERIO PRODUCT."

                        Dear Sir,
                        I purchased one Glass Dining table set with six Chairs long back in September,2010 from Godrej Bangalore Chandra Kiran Building Karturba Road Shop, cash <30000> payment.After purchase they were not responding to our calls neither they were seriously putting some effort to deliver the product.

                        They were just replying the same thing that your product is in mumbai and it will take some time to come here..
                        My question is when in this era you can get your things from abroad in 1 week,why they took one and half month of time from getting the product from Mumbai to Bangalore

                        Again after rigorous followups with them they finally delivered us the product 1 1/2 month after and that too they have not fixed it properly.

                        It's not even the 1 year over from the date of purchase,we logged the complain that the Glass table is not fixed properly,its shaking from one end and any time it can fall down.

                        We are just running behind them calling them there is no response.
                        After long time two guys came from Godrej,took the photograph from the mobile camera saying that we will show it to our office and some one will contact you regarding that.

                        Till now we are waiting for their response.

                        It's really very irritating,annoying and frustrating to deal with such people

                        - They will not give you proper service when in this age people are ready to serve you 24x7.

                        - If you call them they will say I can come only 12 pm to 4 pm.

                        They just behaved very nicely when we paid them the whole 30000 rupees in cash and till now we are suffering.

                        I'll not suggest any one to go for "Godrej interio products" especially from Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Co Ltd dealer.

                        Godrej Interio don't have any customer satisfaction policies....

                        We feel as we we did a big blunder to purchase a branded product from Godrej interio....

                          Sir,
                          I have purchased a GODREG Washing machine vide bill no.[protected] on 25/11/2011 from dealer of Godreg M/s Adishwar India Limited, HRBR Layout, Bangalore 43 and next day it delivered . Delivery man asked a bride of 100 rupees for tea coffee. I readily paid. He opened and shown the machine and its function. The machine was delivered without some accessories, I asked about it and he told that the Godreg company person will come for demonstration and he will deliver the accessories. When nobody was responding for 3-4 days I approached the dealer for the accessories, for my bad time dealer told to come showroom and collect the accessories. To my horror, 1st day I went the showroom was closed, again I went on second day they give me a tube. Which I tried to fit, it was not fixable to the machine. In between some people are calling to my mobile, and asking whether dealer supplied all the accessories and dealer is calling whether company person came. I contacted and tried several times dealer for fixing the machine but no response was there.
                          I am as a customer felt being cheated by company and dealer I paid the cost of machine and still I cannot use it properly. I purchased washing machine for Rs.6700/- but now I have to spend all my money to go to consumer court and also my time. Without machine I am being facing lot of problem in dealing with my cloths. I hope somebody can find a solution for such type of cheating and careless behavior with customer and fix my problem.

                            receipt no 9299, Date of Purchase 15/11/2011. Problem In One Chair wheel So we contact the dealer but they r not respond for my call and they use bad language The talk angrily and they don't send person to fitting Furniture. We contact directly then also they are not respond, so we loss goodwill about the company. and they r not lift my call. and we decide that we are not purchase of your company furniture.

                              I bought Manhatten sofa sets 2-3 years ago, it has gone bad. The skin of the sofa was made of a poor quality and not even last for 2-3 years . I'm extremely dissatisfied with the product and has let down the reputation of Godrej in my case. I had also registered customer complaint call ref[protected] but got an update that they would need Rs.67000 (which is nearly to the new price of the sofa) to fix their bug/defect in their product which is unfair. Please help.. Thanks..

                                It was unfortunate that till date 28.11.11 referred problem remain unresolved .

                                Further, Service call no. - 457384 dated 19.10.11. (raised by Tirthankar Chakraborty of your Park Street Showroom ) was closed abruptly without initiating any action ??

                                I was advised later on to raise one more Service call i.e.459352 dated 12.11.11. and now I understood that it would take one more month to sort this issue .

                                Pls note, inspite of full payment in advance ,even after 2 months , you could not able to supply product to me in proper condition , this has caused a major mental agony and inconvenience to my family and shall approach to Consumer Court and update about it to all others thru FACEBOOK , TWITER .

                                We feel cheated and shall be forced to approach CONSUMER COURT , if the problem is not sorted out properly within a week time .

                                  I am going to share my worst experience with Godrej Applience namely (Godrej inverter). I have bought the following product from Godrej due to the sales Representative's numerous promises.2 Godrej AC,DVD Player,Microwaven,2 Godrej inverter,Freeze etc. But the After sales service and the technician are worst most. Even they come they donot solve the problem and ask for buying new product. Current problem is with a Godrej Inverter (Invoice no :80P/[protected] Invoice date:[protected] ,Item code SIV 97737331/977373bwith 50AH battery TAFE(SIV[protected]. This product is givving numerous problem and everytime we logged the call the Technician come and tell that we can not solve the problem lastly he pointed out that the battery is problematic. Now We asked to log the call route to Battery Distributor and they didnot even didnot help us to logg the defect not even the Godrej Customer care() Now we asked AMCO battery guy in chennai and they don't have any helpline they just given us some mobile no. We cantacted and they told that they will not come if Godrej route this then only we will solve the problem. All the defect logged numbers are:[protected][protected],[protected][protected] and lots more .
                                  Please note that we are ACE customer([protected]) and Godrej sent lots of mails etc and they tell that any problem we are going to provide the onsite warranty. Ultimately the technicians come and no resolution etc. obviously in this situation I will go for any other Home applience but never to Godrej in this situation.

                                      It is a matter of regret that i have registered a complaint on 22.05.2010 no. 913334 for the washing machine. But till date no action has been taken. I have also contacted several times over phone but reply was same that as and when the part will be availble the same will be repaired.

                                      If godrej can not provide the parts of the machine with in 18month then what is use to purchase the branded items. We can go for local items. So you are requested to look into the matter the do the needful at the earliest & Please replace my washing machin

                                        I had booked a Godrej Slimline 3-door Almirah at Godrej Interio showroom, Jayanagar, Bangalore on 9th October 2011 with invoice number 70I/24081578 and customer code 93SR2N. The item was delivered on saturday the 29th October inspite of insisting the vendor to deliver it before wednesday the 26th october 2011. On the same day when the technician arrived to do the assembly, he realized that the "Partition frame" of the almirah had a manufacturing defect. He obtained a signature from me on the complaint form (Complaint number: 574207) regarding the defect which was to be reported to the godown at Nelamangala, Bangalore. The technician also telephoned to the godown supervisor to mention about the same. When we contacted him after 3 days, the supervisor informed that there was no stock of the particular item and mentioned that the consignment has to arrive from Mumbai factory/inventory. Till date the issue has not been addressed either by the dealer nor by the godown supervisor. The purpose of our buying the product is defeated and we are extremely dissatisfied with the kind of service provided by the so-called "reputed company" Godrej. Please Help !!
