[Resolved]  Godrej — washing machine

sir/ma'm,
we are 3 in the family, highly frustrated n disappointed wth services of godrej's services, its about a washing machine that we bought 2 months less than 2 yrs ago.in 2 mnths warranty will expire and i think thats what they are waiting for.despite numerous calls and complaints to different people including cust care machine is still nt working.plz help, we are upset.2 complaint # rgd with godrej are (complaint # 922070 done on 22/05/08 and complaint # 921061 done on 09/06/08).we have tried emailing them too.nothing worked in last month and a half...plz help!!!

Hi:

I bought a twin Godrej Washing machine a month ago and within some time the water inflow pipe had a cut and water is leaking. I have complained a week ago and was told the mechanic will visit in 2 days time. I received an sms stating my service call no. 242273 on Aug 5, 2008 at 17.03pm(IST), compalint registered on Aug 4, 2008 at 13.00pm(IST).

Till date I have not had any Godrej person call or visit to do a check. Poor after sales service.

I bought lot of godrej products but i never knew ur after sale service is very poor.
I bought a washing machine in a month of 25 jan'2008 but from one and half month it is not working, i have logged a complain on 6/11/2008 but it is still pending.people are coming and after checking they saying ur wasching machine watch timer and selector have to replace.4 time they visited my house but still they are not able to change.they are always given different different excuse.
My complain no. is 554880.
I m very much disatisfied with the godrej. now i have decied i will not alow any godrej person at my home, i will buy a new washing machine.For further details u can contact me on mobile No.[protected].but dont give me reply on my E-mail Id Because i would be noy able to check my mail id next 1 week.

about our washing machine servicing

i have taken godrej semi autometic washing machine from Sadana Electronic, Latouch Road, Lucknow. U.P. in 22 or 23 June 2021 then till date i.e. 1st Sept 10 its not working properly. in this machine timer & dryer is not working properly. we have complaint so many time then machenic come, after looking the machine he said 'timer part not available in the company, i have to order it will take some time. i am very worried that WHY HAVE I PURCHASED THE GODJEJ WASHING MACHING..WHY NOT ANY LOCAL COMP.

This is to inform you that I am "AANCHAL AGGARWAL" from C-4/15, Sector -11, Rohini, has taken a Fully Automatic washing machine with DEC Technology from your Pitampura, North delhi. I think two month are not complety passed..But the machine was stop woking on 23/9/10. We have booked a complaint no. 443067 on 24/9/10. An engineer come to our house next day & told us that it has some problem in part & same problem will be sort out in next 2 or 3 days. Now u can more than 10 days are passed..but still no action is taken..I talked no. of times in u r customer care..But its still pending..only goof-up are entertain despite of solution...I really fed up with u r worthless services..

I want to purchase your fully automatic washing machine mode GWF 650 FDH but it is very sad when I come to know that this model is not available in the chandigarh region. I belong to the state of Himachal Pardesh.kindly tell me that will this model be available to me with in four or five days through your local dealer of our area or should I go for another brand.

I purchased Godrej Washing machine model number Godrej WM GWS 7002PPC 7.0 KG/RED from Bajaj Electronics on 01st March 2013. From the very first day I am facing a problem.

When ever I am washing clothes, water is leaking from it and at the end of five washing I can see that water goes at drastic level and I can not wash further after 5 washing cycle. I have to fill water again.

I book complaint many times and tech. came but never got satisfactory service. I had a word with senior tech. but never get any proper response. They don't even have courtesy to resolve the matter. I asked them to change washing machine as it is a designing fault which can not be get resolve by tech.

Complaint numbers generate after call to customer care are as follows..

My Godrej washing machine is not working last two month which i have purchased 12-02-12 . I have requested so many time but till date there is no response. So we are facing the problem.Please help me & sort out the problem.
