I have a Godrej EON 243lts refrigerator. It was purchased on 05.07.2007.
Now we are encountering a problem. The problem is that there is no cooling in the refrigerator. We had logged a complaint at the Delhi customer care. The representative arrived and served in the the following dates mentioned below.

On the sate 12.05.2012, the following parts were replaced- D.timer, Byo metal. Since then they have not been performing well and the following dates pertain to the maintenance and repair of the same. Yet the problem exists.
We have been facing severe problems due to improper cooling in the refrigerator. We urge you to look in the matter on urgent basis and resolve it at the earliest.
