[Resolved]  Godrej Refrigerator Axis Model — Faulty Gasket fitting and sound problem

Dear Sir,

Please find herewith my genuine complaint and request you to kindly give us proper genuine required service for us.

I have purchased Godrej refrigerator Model Axis from your dealer outlet M/s Jai Malhar Electronics, Bhosari-Alandi Road, Bhosari vide their Tax Invoice No. 3887 dated 25.12.2010. and tax Invoice amount is Rs. 8300/-.

Infact we had earlier refrigerator Godrej Make only having 175 Liters capacity and got this under exchange offer, thinking that we might get good service like earlier.

Our presumption of good service went in vein, as the fridge itself devlivered itself is defective due to its defective gasket problem and lebelled as Tested and OK.

We observed several times and months about new fridge purchased, for performance, and found there is some jerky sound we were getting at different intervals unspecified time, and also found that electricity bill is coming exorbidently almost three times that the earlier.

Upon checking all about other uses, still found that increase of bill continued barring meagre less amount. Upond observing keenly, we found that gasket is defective and lodged complaint with M/s Jai Malhar Electronics on 29.10.2010 on confirming defective delivery of refrigerator.

Since then till today I have made three rounds of visits to Jai Malhar Electronics, and the outcome is only I was made to listen about from your technical staff.

After complaint on 29.10.2010 first time Mr. Vijay contacted us on 3.11.2010, and visited our residence observed fridge and acknowledged that gasket is fautly and will replace within two days. Since then there is no response from him till again we visited M/s jai Malhar Electronics on second time somewhere on 11.11.2010.

We were hered from dealer that since you have not come again we thought problem is solved. Upon making complaint again on 13.11.2010 one Mr. Suresh along along with him another person came and were carrying gasket which is of again wrong size. We were informed that they will contact on Monday and inform about future course of action if gasket is available or not. There was no proper response again when contacted Mr. Suresh, he informed gasket is not available and informed to his higher authority and will replace when it comes and not sure when it will come. (Contact Nos. of technical persons: 1) [protected] 2) [protected]). Since could not get the desired response from them tried another Mobile No. [protected] where in No could not be reachable.)

Again went to dealer M/s Jai Malhar Electronics, same status, he was answering to be cool and he will arrange new fridge if we want.

First of all my staus is that:

1. When fridge is defective and remarked tested and OK and sold to customer.
2. There is no proper response of after sales to customer inspite of 17 days
3. There is no proper service from technical staff
4. There is no seriousness about defective instrument sold eighter from dealer or service department.
5. There is no satisfactory communication inspite of defective instrument sold to us.
6. Dealer contact No. [protected]

We want prompt answer and solution for this, as we are good believer of Godrej make of product. where in earlier fridge was of godrej make, now also, even our washing machine is of Godrej Make.

All these will be nullified if we do not get service of after sales which is the status of now.

With this we feel not even we purchase any godrej make product not even to recommend or influence of other make to prospect customers becasue of this bad service we got from your end.

Godrej Fridge Edge — Gasket Problem

I purchased a Godrej Edge model fridge in the month of April 2009 from Sahu Agencies, Alkapuri, Near Nehru Vatika Aliganj, Lucknow. At the time of purchased i selected a model from the show room but I recieved a open packing fridge with the cover of Axis model, when i complained to agency he told that i chek the appliance first then deliver to custmer. If you open to chek the any applience is it possible of missing of packing matterial?

Secondly front pannel stand cover was not having one of its rubber that is why from that day it is not fixed properly, And no one took pain for that while i complained to agency but he refuged to talk in this regard and behave rudely.

Thirdy I complined for my fridge to the custmer care on 08.10.2009 and my complined No. is 798909 and having the massage of the same on my cell. Till to day no one attended my complined and i am suffering with same problem. On 1st Nov. 09 I shifted to 30, Janki Vihar colony, Janki puram Extention, Lucknow. From today onwards any visit by service technecian should be on this address.
Very poor after sales service by Godrej appliances and very bad behavior of Sahu Agencies, Lucknow.
