I HAD COMPLAINED ABOUT NEGLIGIBLE COOLING TO GODREJ CALL CENTRE NO. [protected] IN MAY 2010 AND THEIR TECHNICIAN FROM SHIVAY ELECTRONICS GHAZIABAD VISITED VIDE CALL NO. 899473 ON 14.05.10 TO ATTEND THE PROBLEM. THE CHRONOLOGICAL LIST OF EVENTS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
- The technician informed that compressor needs replacement.
- The compressor was replaced vide bill no. 5145 dt. 18.05.10. We paid Rs. 4075/= for the same.
- The problem remained as it is.
- Again complant was registered.
- Their technician visited and he infromed that the controller is faulty as the defrosting time is too long. So he advised to replace the controller.
- The controller was replaced vide reciept no. 5925 dt. 01.07.10 and we paid Rs. 2000/= for the same.
- The problem remained as it is.
- Then aagain the complaint was registered and their technician visited but he could not do much about the problem.
Noe at end of the day, all our vegetabled and fruits are getting spoiled over night due to the same.
