[Resolved]  Godrej Smart Care — Nobody bothers to attend to the complaints

This is the second time this has happened. Even after registering a complaint, NOBODY ATTENDS TO IT. What's the point in having a non-operational customer care centre?

mahalaxmi electricals — non maintenance charges has been charged....

i am having current account in your indore branch by the name mahalaxmi electricals and a-c no. is [protected]. In the statement of september i have been charged non maintenance charges of rs1654=50. kindly arrange the waiver for the same as i am holding the account from long time and this is for the first time.

I have purchased STABILIZER FOR FROST FREE GODREJ REFRIGERATORE through yourauthorised dealer M/S MIDASSERVCE CHENNAI.on 24-07-09. I find the stabilizer is not working for the past 15 days. I have been trying to reach to your TOLL FREE NO but it ends futile and hence this mail complaint. Please depute your service technician immediatly to set right the complaint.

I look forward for immediate response.

I have a 235L Pentacool C/Red Model: GF24 and had 2 yrs servicing contract with your agents office M/S S.S. Enterprise, 19, Keyatala Road, Kolkata. Tel:[protected] which had expired on[protected].
During its yearly contract validity at several occasions we had showed the visiting technicians that the flwg parts are broken and needs replacement, but no results. I even went to their office personally and informed them, which they even wrote down in their register, but sorry to say that they not even bothered to inform us or try to arrange and deliver our required items.They found to be totally ignorant and informed us that they are not available. kindly confirm what is the solution.

The required items are as follows:
1) 1 Chill Tray
2) 1 Bottom shelve
3) 1 Bottle guard with the door.
Failure on part of attending the complaints. I have Godrej Refrrigerator Model No. GDA 26E S[censored]nit Sr. No.[protected] dt. 15.12.2007 purchased from M/s Mahalaxmi Electronics, Junagadh (Gujarat). This Refrigerator was guaranteed for 10 years Anticorrosive, but on the very next year it started rusted and it was repainted by the Company at Junagadh and again it has rusted within three years from the date of purchase. The Refrigerator defrost system is very faulty and the water drops are falling inside over the foods etc. and the water is accumulated inside at the bottom of the freeze. It does not evaporate automatically, but the water is drained through a tube behind the freeze over the Compressor Tray and then it falls over the electrical connections and it is short circuited.
All the times, the money minded Service Centre persons ask for the Visit charge and no receipts are issued by the Company Authorised Engineers and the complaints are not solved. Pl. now do not advertise for Referizerator as it is totally a failure company and no complaints are attended by any body.
Lastly, if this is not done by you, I shall approach the appropriate legal proceedings against mental torture and cheating with me.

If my complaint submitted on 20.12.2011 is not responded and attended within fortnight, I have to believe that what you are advertising to solve the complaints immediately is totally befooling the public.Pl. also ask your dealers/service engineers first to attend the complaint, get it rectified and then only ask for the visiting charge. do not be professional during the guarantee period, when there is a fault on part of the company manufacturing detect.

The above complaints are still pending and unsolved and creating problems to all o[censored]s. The authorised dealer at Junagadh and local service man ask to approach Court for justice. Is this is the way to solve the problem.No answers to my mail are given by the Company. A very shameful.

Pl show us how many complaints you have been able to solve and give justice to the customers, who are at your kind disposal. Pl. show us the actions taken to resolve the complaints by the company and satisfy the customers' right expectations. It is requested to acknowledge the complaints and actions taken by you through email to the customers so that they can know at what stage their complaints are pending or in due process. Pl help us

I agree with Dr joshi, most pathetic coustomer care...which does not care for the customers...i had lodged a complaint with customer care regarding BRoken handle of my cupboard on 18 october 2012..complaint number 102022
so far no action taken despite my making several calls to the so called customer care..no wonder people think twice brefore buying Godrej products now!!
