I am a resident of Sector 62,Noida. In close proximity of my housing society are DLF building (CSC office), 3C's building (Office of ACCTUNTURE, NOKIA Seimen etc) There are approximately[protected] ppl working and since these office are working 24x7 the cabs are also plying 24x7. The problem is that these cabs are parked on the road making the movement of residents very difficult.
Along with this the construction material being used at the site of NOIDA One (Commercial complex being built) also is deloaded on road hence there is a regular traffic jam.Noida authority does not take any action against the cab service or Constructor @ Noida One. PLEASE HELP.

i have complain so many times in forest agreculture dept at greater noida authority about my problem but anybody is not still taking action


my complain :-

one forest tree is infront of my house due to this tree house in became crackes dovloped in wall , a lot of polution is being done so many germs are there he genrate ich of our body , we can not dry clothe on out side from house, always droping gum on floor & on my house i have done paint my house every six month but due this tree we can able leave in my house so plz immidiate remove this from my house ,

Already three no domestic tree in front of my house they are ok but only one forest tree is problem because of wrong selection tree by greater authority

i have done return complain in 2004 , 2005, 2007 alpha-1 greater

Dear Sir,

I had applied Residential Plot under the Residential Plot Scheme 2004(I). Form No. is 121105

I have received the refund amount of Rs.49,000.00 vide cheque no. 547476 dated 07.12.2005.

I am still waiting for the balance refund amount of Rs.1000.00 from them as I have not allotted any plot under the scheme.

I have done full payment in 2007 to Noida Authority under LIG FLAT 2006-07(H)(02) under which

Noida authority was supposed to handover the flats in 2010 in 3 years but still waiting for any response from them ,Would like you to join & lets ask them to handover our flats till Diwali 2011 or else we will enjoy this diwali at Noida Authority CEO Home.

The indefinite delay had already caused lot of discontent amidst all the allottees. The draw was held on 10th Jan 2011 for flat number and floor details. To make the matter
worse, the authority has asked to deposit approx. 40% excess amount over the original
construction cost (excluding land price) within 90 days or in installment with 13% interest.
The visit to the site clearly indicates, it would not be less than six months for Noida
Authority to make the place livable with reasonable infrastructure.

I am an allottee of LIG in same and paid full amount at once, and bearing interest of it, but till date the possesion has not been given. Even I git information that authority wants to hike price. we all should oppose the hike as this hike is due to delay on behalf of authority and we should also claim the intereston entire amount paid by us, till date @ 15% that authority recover from defaulter.

Dear Sir,

I had invested in the Greater Noida Housing Scheme, and as per them they were going to declare the result in the month of May.
And now it is end of June and till now there is no information regarding this on their website, and no body is picking the phone that they have provided in their website.
So if possible please take some strict action and force the authority to declare the result ASAP.

I am the owner (original) of a NOIDA Authority Flat (MIG FLAT in sector 62, Rajat Vihar Society, NOIDA). I got possession of the flat in 2003. There was no water connection in the flat/whole society at the time of possession. As soon as water supply began in the flats, water leekage, seepage appeared on the walls of the interconnected flats. My flat is on the ground floor. Six months after possession of my flat, the floor of the flat began to sink. I complained to NOIDA Authority to address the water seepage and sunken floor problems of my flat. They did some tinkering job. After getting back to them several times to solve my problem fully, and after there was no response from them, I approached the consumer court in NOIDA. After several years of court battle, I got a paltry amount of RS 25000. Since 2003 (year of possession) I have spent over 2 lacs in repairing the defects but the problem is structural in nature (defect in the basic structure resulting in cracks appearing on the wall and floor sinking despite repairs).

NOIDA Authority must give me another flat in place of this one. I approached the housing section of NOIDA Authority with this request but they have flatly refused to consider this option.

There is another problem with the flat. The electricity wires, meters of the flats (ground floor to 4th floor) in my building have not been properly encased. They are spilling out of the box. They are no longer concealed under the ground but run on the surface of my flat outside wall. This is all a risky arrangement with heavy tension wires running just above my window and main door. Pictures attached.

It is unfortunate that a big organisation like NOIDA Authority is so careless and un-accountable and should be taken to task and I should be given a proper alternate flat.

Stray Dogs
I am residing in E-97 Sector-27, Noida and for the last few months there are many stray dogs in our sector-27,Noida. All the resident are very frightened by the street dogs and many of them has already become a victim Few weeks back they attack childrens and now they are attacking adults also . I also witnessed some time ago when dat dog bite a small child who was passing by that street holding his school bag. He was bleeding...

I am residing in B Block,Sector-30, Noida for the past 2 years.There are many stray dogs in Sector 30, Noida. 2 days back i was attacked by a stray dog leaving on nearby street,luckily i escaped its bite, but it torn my jeans. Its d second time with me only that same dog has attacked on me. Few weeks back my Flat mate was also attacked while he was riding his bike and fell down badly from the bike. I also witnessed some time ago when dat...

I am staying in B-181, Sector-19,Noida. Here dogs are making life misrable for the residents and the dogs are becoming a threat to all passers by. kindly help in removing these dogs.

Dear Sir,

I had applied Residential Plot under the Residential Plot Scheme 2004(I), vide acknowledgement No. G-151224 dt. 16/12/2004.

I have received the refund amount of Rs.49,000.00 vide cheque no.001757 dated 05.12.2005 drawn on HDFC Bank.

I am still waiting for the balance refund amount of Rs.1000.00 from them as I have not alloted any plot under the scheme.

I came to know yesterday only that i have been alloted a flat under BHS-11 Scheme in Sector XU01. Flat no. alloted in favor of me (Ritu Mendiratta w/o Ashok Mendiratta) is 572SF. When i tried to check the status of my application in the draw result over the internet it never showed so i though i didn't get the flat and my money will come back.

Last week, my brother received his money back from Authority for the same type of flat applied for. I also started getting sms from property dealers if i wish to sale my flat i should contact them. Then it clicked me that i should have got the flat otherwise how would the dealers have my no. and trying to contact. When i asked one of the property dealer to confirm if i actually have been alloted a flat and then he confirmed to me that yes i have been alloted.

This is very irresponsible behaviour anyone could expect from NOIDA authority. May i request you to help me in getting my allotment letter because it is mentioned in the prospectus that applicant need to deposit 20% of the cost within 45 days of the allotment. The result was drawn on 22nd July and it is more than 2 months i even didn't know that i have been alloted a flat.

FYI - When i again checked on the internet yesterday now it is showing my allotment details (Flat no. etc.)

Hi ,

I have applied residential plot under RPS/01/09 scheme in the farmer's category. Do anyone has any information when the draw is going to held. General category draw is already done on 29-July , so more than a month passed already.

Please let me know if anybody have updated information. The authority website has no information about the same.

Different circle rate in two schemes in the same Sector (XU III Greater Noida)

Respected Sir,

I would like to inform you that 14 months before, I applied for BHS 09 Scheme. Lucky draw was announced by Greater Noida Authority on 29th May 2008. My name was in that list unfortunatly.

Plot areas for both the schemes are same, but the cost of House has large difference. The authority staff is not providing me the correct information and even they are not responding even though I have visted several times for the same.

In BHS 09 scheme (which I have already applied), I will get a 120 Sq. Mtr. House (with ground floor construction) with the cost of 30 Lacs.

But In the new scheme, you can get a 120 Sq. Mtr. Plot with the cost of 12.6 Lacs in the same Sector XU II.

Note:
The circle rate of that area is Rs. 10, 500 per Sq. Mtr.
You know that the cost of constructing of a single story can not be more then 6 Lacs.

If you compare both the schemes you will see that either they are charging 17.4 Lacs to construct a single story, or charging the double circle rate for the same area.

This is really creating a problem for me. Its look like that my money, my hard work and my time is going to waste on this. So i need not want to join this scheme further.

It's really a ridiculous deal Greater Noida Authority is doing with the applicants of BHS-11 housing scheme
firstly they informed that draw will be in held in may 2009 ( when applying in February )
due to parliament elections they carried forward the draw date without any notice
after long wait draw was finally held on 21.07.2009 & 22.07.2009

now after draw it's already past 1 month
but they have not returned the registration fees to the unsuccessful applicants
on their website it's showing "your refund details are advised to the concerned bank" since one month

they neither pick up phones nor replying mails regarding this issue

they are just earning interest on the registration money collected

can anybody help me out if we can complain against the Authority in consumer court ?

Hi,

I had applied for residential plot (220 mt) in GreaterNoidaAuthority- Residential allotment scheme(RPS-01/09) . My application number was INTERNET/10557 .Yesterday in company official site I had searched status of my application with text (INTERNET/10557) result showed me as below

"The submitted Application Form Number, INTERNET/10557 not found in our RPS01 Scheme Elligibility List."

When I had searched with number 10557, result showing some other name "Megha Gupta" . I am not sure what was search criteria . Can someone suggest ? There was no help in site provided what is search criteria . If this is with number how can two persons have same application number . I couldt understand why my name was not in eligibility list . What was criteria for eligibility ? Yes if it there authority should send letter or contact the person so that error can be rectify . I want to know what was error in my form and why my name was not included in eligibility list.
