H P — Non -Delivery of Cylinder From 15 days.

I M. L.Trimukhe consum no.604580 booked the cylinder at Bardekar Gas Agency, Rukhmini nagar on 17/03/2008. I had repetadely reminded for supply of cylinder on Landline & mobile nos.[protected], [protected], [protected])but no response was received.
Sir, the HP 's slogan is take delivery with in 24 hours However due to some reasons the delivery may be delayed a week or might be two week.It is well understood . In this case more than 15 days are over, but no cogniscance was taken nither no proper distribution Nothing could be understand.
You are requested to look in to the matter personelly & do the needful.

Sir, I purchase a HP desktop in June 2007 at Delhi. The cost of theDesktop was costlier tahn similar model but I was promised 1 IFB Microwave Oven, reebok Sunglass, Reebock Bag, Britinica 5 Cd, Creative speaker. My redemption code for Hamper B was P8T15EX1K1 AND WAS AKNOWLEDGE BY m/ INNOVATION INCENTIVE ON 28.06.2008.aFTER NEARLY SIX WEEKS i WAS INFORMED THAT THE MODEL OF dESKTOP IS NOT COVERED UNDER THE SCHME. mY DELAER AGAIN SENT ALL THE PAPERS AND PROMISED THAT IT WILL BE DELIVERED BY SEPTEMBER. tILL nO DELIVERY. i THINK ALL SHOULD JOIN AND FILE COMPLIANT AGIANST HP AND ASK FOR COMPENSATION, FRUAD, MENTAL TURMOIL.
