well i have been delivered the ups according to the redemption offer .
but i havent received the printer as of yet ...i have been waiting for this gift for about 6 months ...
and finally i get only half of it which is dissappointed me ...

    i bought hp pavillion from saudi arabia on[protected].i gt board complaint on july 26th and i gave it to HP service center.they are not giving me warranty arguing that the board they have doesn't match with my laptop...so kindly reply me

    I have booked my gas cylinder for delivery of gas on M/s Saini Gas Agency at Bilaspur, H.P. 174001 - Ph No. [protected]

    in the month of Feb.2012 on 21.02.2012. The told me the gas has been delivered on 03.03.2012 but not delivered to me. I asked them several times whom they delivered the cylinder but they didn't answered me anything but saying me always the your cylinder will come in one or two days. Almost one month has crossed and I have not got my cylinder. This my new connection and I have first time booked my cylinder on the above stated Consumer No. i.e 29815 in my name. Kindly help me what should I do if Gas Agencies like Saini Gas Agency make harrasement to consumers. They use to deliver the domestic cylinders to the commercial shopkeepers and making harrasment to me.

      I have bought BRAND NEW LATEST MODEL of LAPTOP - HP pavilion DV6 1154 tx - Intel Duo Core which is 64 bit capable processor.
      My problem is I can ONLY see is 3gb memory instead of 4gb memory, whilst you have provided me with Vista Home premium 32 bit OS and 4GB memory(RAM) and 1 GB dedicated graphic Card.

      HP TOLL FREE number says that they can't do anything its bug, and couldn't point me to correct point of person who can handle this issue, shouldn't customer service be helping me to resolve my issue and not make customer go in LOOP which is never ending..

      Also I visited Your SakiNaka service centre on 18th July 2009 with Token number 38 and they could only confirm the physical memory which is 4gb only through BIOS and SYSTEM INFORMATION utility available in VISTA OS. Even service centre agreed and informed that they can’t give support since they only support hardware.

      FOR A NEWLY BOUGHT LAPTOP WHAT SHOULD BE the escalation and Resolution time?
      There is no acknowledgement no definite time frame of resolution of above issue.

      As per microsoft we can't see 4gb memory on Vista 32bit, this indicates this is poor product design.

      Solution is HP should provide 64bit OS instead of 32bit OS and should not fool their customers by giving BUGGY configuration.
      Even Dell understands that and provide VISTA 64bit OS for any system which has memory more than 3gb..

      There is absolutely no problem with your system. Vista 32 bit reserves around 0.8gb of ram for its tasks.. And thus your system does indeed have 4gb ram.. As far as 64 bit os is concerned then hp has already stated it on its catalogues and website that it does not bundle a 64 bit os with this particular model and one cannot bind this on the company. It is entirely at the companys discretion to decide which os it will offer on which models
      I completly agree on Mr. Manpreet Singh's statement. Your dv6 is having 4GB of RAM and is a cool product of Hewelet Packard (HP). Enjoy..

        Dear Sir,
        I have bought a laptop product compaq CQ45-106au & product serial no. CND8350ZFC under gift scheme. We have deposited the cheque amount of Rs. 1299 on dated 5March2009 through cheque no.
        174326 bank name HDFC BANK jaipur. As per company policy and terms & condition they have commited to deliver within 4 to 6 weeks. But i have call his office A-2, Okhla -1, N.D Sex times. Every time we commited to deliver 2 week, 3 week, 2-3 week etc... What a poor services ? Allready they are charging the amount against handling charges and time for deliveing on our door step but we ready to collect from his office. But nobody is taking pain. Kindly Help me out.

        I have also not received the gift from HP Redemption Cell (Solutions Integra Systems Pvt Ltd ). I was entitled to receive Kodak Easy Share C913 Camera on purchase of Compaq Presario CQ60 209TU model. All my claim documents and demand draft of Rs. 1299/- were received by them on 5th March itself. After a week i called up Hp Redemption Cell at their Delhi office to know the status of my gift. I was told that all my documents has been verified and my claim is approved.They informed me that i will receive my gift in 6 weeks. But more than 15 weeks has passed since then and i am still waiting for the gift to arrive.
        I have made several calls at their office in Delhi, sent them several emails but in reply i have only received assurances that the product will be delivered to me soon. This is something unexpected and especially from a company of good rapport.

        Dear Sir,

        I have bought a laptop presario product compaq 145 Tu CQ40, batch no. CND844376R PRODUCT : (1P) FZ737PA option: (30P)ACJ under gift scheme on 11th feb 2009 . I made DD for required amount on 15 April 09 through a nationalized Bank and sent. SID -594870.

        As per company policy and terms & condition I must entitled to get the gift kodak c913 camera. When the DD and slno. Proof sent to A-2 ,first floor Okhla, Phanse-1 New Delhi-20, they returned saying that “documents received after due date of submission.”

        What is the point in sending DD saying some excuse statements for not supplying the promised gift items. Because of the gift items we motivated to buy the HP product even though other brands are easily available in the Indian market.

        I really feel pity for HP people not giving the gifts after purchasing their item which amount to cheat the customer instead of treat the customer as god ,as quoted by our father of nation. For HP people the gift which they are supposed to give to me is very negligible amount but for a customer like it is great loss.

        Like this manner, I don’t know how many customer that HP company cheated by telling some excuse not to supply the gift.

        By the way I want to return above said HP lap top HP company, the purchase price of Rs 39,500/- should be retuned back to me else supply the gift items. HP or this forum or some one could tell me what the procedure to get the gift items and to make a full stop for type of cheating.

        I dont expect HP india to cheat the customer like this by giving some reason not to supply the gift items after purchase of the items.

        I bought a Compaq Presario Cq45-207TU model laptop in January, 2009 from Guwahati with which i got the offer to get a Kodak easy share camera, for which i sent a demand draft of Rs 1299/ to HP Redemption cell...But after nine months of waiting i haven't received it yet...So gentlemen i ask you what the hell is going on there? I feel really pity for your company, so what should i understand, this is nothing but just a fake advertisement or a fake promise you made to your customers... And whenever i call to your redemption cell i always get just one bloody answer " sir, there is no stock available now, you just wait 2 weeks, we will send it to you''. So can you tell me is HP really in such poor condition that they always have no stock...

          i brought a hp laptop, at that time they given an offer that free home theater(dated feb 28, 2009), delivery charges should be held by customer for that we need to send a DD amounting to rupees 1499, i was also send this and a got the confirmation of the receipt from the this redemption cell, but yet not i get this item, when i enquirer about this by e-mail, they inform that they will send this with in few days, but i yet not get this.

          not only me but my friends also not get this, it like they are cheating every one, now they also remove their web site. please take some measure on this.

            Dear,

            This has reference to you email dated 10.08.2009 regarding some stape for juging printer condition / set OK the said printer, but I am sorry to say that the printer has given same result like the ist day of Purchase i.e. only First Draft Print is OK, NORMAL AND BEST prints are blank.

            I have done all your procedure as you written in the last email and also we have attached some picture for your ready reference, such as

            TEST 1. This print page I have taken as per Window Xp Test page Print Procedure also note that, this print also pring only First Draft Option, I am trying another two Option also but, same blank pages are given.

            TEST 2. the printer has print test page after following your first step, please refer attachment of Test 2 for your ready reference.

            TEST 3: as per your 2nd step .i.e.

            (((pleae refer Print another diagnostic page.
            Press the Power button ( ) to turn on the product.
            Press and hold the Power button.
            Raise and lower the product cover four times while holding the Power buttonattachment, this for your ready reference.)))

            after the above procedure, the printer has given print one page, the pages is attached as TEST3 for your reference and your inspection.

            Last of all please note, my printer has given same problem as they started at the 1st day. I have taken all your sugession and follow all your step also note we have formated my windows Xp and again I re-installed Windows XP for getting better performance and trying to set OK my printer, but I faild and your all suggession and step I am tried but my Printer has not given me right result.

            Now I am requesting you to please do not continue the same step by step procedure further, my only request to you please send your Service Engineer for technical Inspection or send Replaced my Printer with a New Tested OK Printer.

            Santanu, we are very close to say that the printer has a hardware defect.
            So before that we need to perform the hardware troubleshooting on the printer.
            I only request you to perform these steps to troubleshoot the hardware and if the problem persists,

            =====Hardware troubleshooting information==
            Step one:
            Run the automatic utility to clean the print cartridges
            Use the following steps to clean the print cartridges with the automatic utility.

            >Load plain paper in the input tray.
            Open HP Solution Center using one of the following methods.
            Windows Vista: On the Windows taskbar, click the Windows icon ( ), click All Programs, point to HP, and then click HP Solution Center .
            Windows XP: On the Windows taskbar, click Start, click All Programs, point to HP, and then click HP Solution Center .
            Click Open Toolbox . The Printer Toolbox dialog box opens.
            Click the Device Services tab.
            Click Clean the Print Cartridge(s) .
            Follow the on-screen instructions.
            Examine the test page that prints.

            >If the print quality of the page is good, the issue is resolved.
            If the quality is still poor, continue to the next step.


            >Step two: Clean the electrical contacts

            >The print cartridge electrical contacts might be clogged with ink and residue. If cleaning the print cartridges using the automatic utility does not resolve the issue, then try cleaning the electrical contacts manually.

            >Use the following steps to clean the electrical contacts.

            >Gather the following materials:

            >Distilled water (tap water might contain contaminants that can damage the print cartridge)
            Cotton swabs or other soft, lint-free material that will not stick to the electrical contacts
            Clean sheet of paper

            >Open the product cover.
            The print cartridge carriage moves to the center of the printer.
            Press down lightly on the end of the print cartridge to release it, and then slide the print cartridge out to remove it. Repeat this step for each print cartridge.
            Place the print cartridges on a sheet of paper with the copper strips facing up.

            CAUTION: Do not leave the print cartridges out of the product for more than 30 minutes.
            Lightly moisten a cotton swab with distilled water and squeeze any excess water from the swab.
            Gently wipe the print cartridge copper contacts with the cotton swab.

            >CAUTION: Do not touch the ink nozzles. Doing so results in clogs, ink failure, and bad electrical connections.
            Repeat this process until no ink residue or debris appears on the swab.
            Lightly moisten another cotton swab with distilled water and squeeze any excess water from the swab.
            Use the swab to clean the contacts in the print carriage, inside the product.
            Either let the cartridge and carriage sit for ten minutes to dry, or use a new swab to dry the cleaned areas.
            Slide the print cartridge into the product at a slight upward angle until you hear a snap indicating the cartridge is positioned correctly.
            Close the cover.
            Print another diagnostic page.
            Press the Power button ( ) to turn on the product.
            Press and hold the Power button.
            Raise and lower the product cover four times while holding the Power button.
            Release the Power button. The diagnostic page prints.
            If the print quality of the page is good, then the issue is resolved.
            If the print quality is poor, continue to the next step.
            Close the product cover.
            Align the print cartridges.
            Make sure plain white paper is loaded in the input tray.
            Open HP Solution Center using one of the following methods.
            Windows Vista: On the Windows taskbar, click the Windows icon ( ), click All Programs, point to HP, and then click HP Solution Center .
            Windows XP: On the Windows taskbar, click Start, click All Programs, point to HP, and then click HP Solution Center .
            Click Open Toolbox . The Printer Toolbox dialog box opens.
            Click Align the Print Cartridges .
            Click Align, and then follow the on-screen instructions.

                  I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO RESTART UNIT BUT ALL EFFORTS IN VAIN.I NEED IMMEDIATE SOLUTION FOR THE SAME FROM YOUR END.
                  Same problem with my Compaq presario V3000 AMD. Screen goes blank, while in working mode. But upon hitting any key restores the screen after 1-2 secs. As this happens intermittently within a gap of 5 -6 Mins, it has really become a pain for me..

                      I gave my laptop at the service center in Pune(Vintech Electronics Private limited) last year, i.e 2008 in the month of May. I was told ther is some hardware issue and i need to leave my laptop there.
                      I left it there, but it was not returened to me even after a month. on continously following up with them, icould get it back after a month. By that time my warranty got expired. After receiving the laptop i found within two days only that the problem have not been rectified. So i again went to the service center, but i was told that now i need to pay charges for the repair as its out of warranty. I took this issue to the higher level but after that also finally i was send a quotation of 25000 for mother board replacement.
                      This entire process took nearly 8 months.

                      To this i got my warranty renewed for Rs 8000 in April 2009 and this too after much trouble. And gave the laptop to service center again in Pune on 11th May, 2009 at simtech Electronics Limited. I had an onsite warranty so the engineer was supposed to bring the required hardware part and get it done.

                      After ariving at my place and on checking the laptop the executive found that he did not get the right part and so took my laptop at the service center. This time also my laptop was kept for 1 month and after receiving it i found within a week that it was still not working. I was told that they have replaced the motherboard.

                      When i again called the service center people and they diagonised it they again found that they need to replace the motherboard again. Thus within 2-3 weeks the same things was done twice.

                      During this entire period of one yr i was not able to use my laptop for even a day at it was not working. and in this entire process the serviced engineers have done so much damage to the body.
                      The screen and the body are full of scraches. even the DVD writer is not fixed properly and is left dangling.

                      It has been almost a month now that i have raised a complaint about this but have not got any response from them.

                      Request You to kindly help me for all the problems i am facing and all the stress i had undergone.

                      i have bought DV4-1131Tx notebook in December 2008, after a month of purchase I'm facing problem with battery backup and sometimes my lap gets shut down automatically even though the battery meter shows battery level greater than critical battery level. i have given my notebook in service center for more than 4 times and yet they fail to rectify the problem.I'm very disappointed with their service and now regret buying HP product and this is worst service i have ever faced with .                           I M.Dinesh bought a Compaq Presario SG3550IL Desktop PC on 12.11.08 from an authorised shop JAIHIND.But unfortunately, I met with a problem in my monitor.even though my pc was switched on the power to the monitor was not there.so i made a compliant to the customer care.according to that complaint a engineer visited my home and found the problem.it was the fault in the power supply board.then he informed us that since the monitor model is w1907, it will be replaced by a new one.then till now the monitored had been replaced by 4 monitors in which all the four had problems of different nature.the one which i received yesterday is now making some abnormal sound.I, hereby, wish to bring this problem to your notice because this type of neglected services to the customer will ruin the reputation of your esteemed company.Also the problem had not been sorted out for last 4 months.so iam in deep frustration.In addition to that i didnt get a genuine replay from any of the officials from the servicing company and above that

                          HP / Compaq — WORST QUALITY & SERVICE

                          Hi myself Anurag Anand,
                          I purchased a loptop of Hp. And the since the day i hav purchased it, i am
                          facing lots of problems. The main problem is that the fan side portion
                          gets heat up wihin 1 hour & after that system goes shut down
                          automatically. Its under warrenty period, but when ever i summit it to the
                          service centre on 23rd may 09 & it took around 10 days to solve the problems. And again on th 1st june i got my system back after solving the same problem, and they assure me that now u will not face the same problem. But when i on my laptop, just after 1hr 30min later its again shut down, again system face the same problem & this time they have given me with a new problem, my head fone is not working with system. And one more thing there was problem in my setting, but when i got my system back the problem is still same.It means they have dignose the system properly. This was my 5th times complain to the service centre for the same problem...but as usual they assure me & again i got the same problem.
                          Just i got tired of moving round to service centre. Plz help me!

                          I hav extend the warrenty period of my system so that i
                          could not have any tention regrding my laptop. But as I see all my money
                          goes wasted bcoz still i am faceing the same problem. Its nothing less
                          then a mental torchur. Just help me!

                                  Im B.Bakkiyalakshmi, D/O.P.Baskaran.Im residing at 18 gopal st, kosappalayam, arni(632301).Thiruvannamalai district, TamilNadu.On 4.4.2009 my dad P.Baskaran and arni local centre dealer Mr.Srithar went to purchase laptop at supreme computers, 18/18 majestic plaza, mount road, chennai, TamilNadu.We purchased hp pavilion dv4, model no:CND 9082687 of about Rs.53, 750.00.At that time i was studiyng in tanjore.So i was unable to use laptop due to my college restriction.So my dad purchased it and kept the laptop charged daily for one month.After that i completed my studies and i came to home and i used it for a week.Then i was in need of NET connection so i approached the BSNL office for NIC card.I used it for a week.After one week i faced the blue screen with error in my notebook.So i went to chennai on 15.6.09 where i purchased.They said to consul the service centre located at peters road, Royapettah. Then i reported in service centre.They verified it and said to comeback after a week and ref.no. of my pc is [protected].I went after a week and problem was solved.Again after a week i had same problem.Then my dad and myself went to chennai on 7.7.09 where we purchased and we scolded them.At that time supreme computer manager sir vivek and sir prabu compromised us and they said to take away to service centre.We too went and complained the problem.there service centre manager Mr. Mahesh and floor manager Mr. Sarankumar had a overlook and they changed RAM and reinstaled windows vista home premium(OS).Then i was using my pc and again i faced Mailid websites problem.i.e., front page (google) was working but cant open yahoo, gmail etc websites.So we consulted the local centres and was not able to get the solution.Again i reported to service centre.He asked us to come again to chennai.As we are located of about 350km away from chennai it is very difficult for me to consul service centre often.Im spending amount 500 for a single person to travel.Till now i spent Rs.3000 and Rs.500 in local centres.I struggle a lot due to travel.No other service centres are located nearby.Regarding these im not satisfied with service and i feel very worst of this company and i add that i have no more time, energy and money to waste on visit to service centre.Please let me know what to do.We had very good opinion about hp company and we purchased it.Moreover when we went along with these problem the supreme computer manager used harsh words for purchasing hp company and no sufficient response was given and more discounts were given for purchasing this notebook .I kindly advice your experienced engineer to attend the complaint in my residence.

                                    At the time of purchasing my lap top I did not expect the key board of a reputed 'hp' company would be wrongly displayed. Hence did not notice the defect. When approached the seller, he said that he also did not notice it. He said he can not do any thing. I am using it by rewriting the standard notation on the wrongly written key board. Functioning of key board is like a standard one, but writings on the top of the keys are non stadard- i.e. @, #, ", & etc. are written on other keys, other than standard places of the key board.
                                    I purchased it in November, 2007. I even e-mailed this fact to "hp" company, but with no response.

                                    I feel sad about such reputed companies not responding to customer complaints!

                                    I hope at least now there will be some response through this channel. Hoping earnestly,

                                      i am devendra singh garg treasury officer district treasury sheopur. i received a message from mr. martin that you have win a mobile draw prize 4, 00, 000 G B P and you send your personal detail of address, bank a/c etc. I send these information to him after he do mail to me that you contact with harry marsel diplomate on mobile no. [protected] which is residing in delhi. I contanct this person on mobile. then he say to me deposite 35800 in A/C no. [protected] of state bank of india named C Zoremsangha, I deposite this amount in said acccount, after it he send me a mail which contained attached 2 certificate one is authority to remit issued by reserve bank of india, india, s central bank no. 6 sansad marg new delhi with RBI Ref. code RBI/AN/PLC-118/WB-NL-014-08, RBI despatch no. BA[protected] DATED 6TH OF JULY 2009, SIGNED AUTHORITY IS Mr G Raghuraj for D Subbarao Governer RBI. and demanded Rs 1, 87800 for cost of tranfer and cost of conversion in local currency.All the money is tranfering in above private A/c .

                                      So plz sir kindly take the necessary action of such type of fraud that some other innocent and poor peaples not suffer.

                                      I am Vinod Shinde, a Project consultant. I received a message from Mr. John Adams that you have transfered donation for Hospital Project under FCRA act to Trust.The donation prize 5, 00, 000 Million Dollers and you send your personal detail of address, bank a/c etc. I send these information to him after he do mail to me that you contact with Robert Smith on Mob No.[protected] which is residing in Mumbai. I contanct this person on mobile. then he say to me deposite 60000 in A/C named Kuldeep Singh or Monika International Account in ICICI Bank in Ghatkopar or Opera House Branch and account Nos are[protected] and[protected], I deposite this amount in said acccount, after it he send me a mail which contained attached 1 certificate one is authority to remit issued by SAN, UK.All the money is tranfering in above private A/c .After that I am contacted to Mr. John Adams Nos [protected], [protected], [protected] but he is not responding me and say for another Rs 200000.00 for damrage charges.

                                      So plz sir kindly take the necessary action of such type of fraud that some other innocent and poor peaples not suffer.

                                      Its true that has happenned with me also but before responding to the mail i checked on net and found this section of complaints. Please take strict actions towards them, they even giving fake address and phone /fax no. using HP logo and defaming the company like this.
                                      Dont let your goodwill reuin by these people who cheating innocent people and making money.

                                      This is a clear case of ignorance and greed on your part to receive easy money. The scammers have simply taken advantage of your greed and looted you. No person or government in the world can help you. Your lesson from this experience would be to learn to make money by working hard for it.
                                      i got mail from reserveindia.in that i depossite 41000inr for it code out of which i able to deposite 350000inr yesterday. they send me today mail from same mail id that i should deposite remaining money 45000inr then only they give me it code .they have send me certificate of money transfer on reserve bank formate. the madam call yesterday by this no.[protected] and mr, anthonny kennedy deplomat of shell gmobiledraw uk always call me by this no[protected] .yesterday also contacted. is this scam? why such people gives dreams to become rich to innocent people of india and stele money of indian people. there is no controll of central govrnment on such sms and mails they how use nameof rbi, logo, authrise sign of g.raghunath official receipt of payment, authorised link of sms .mails is some staff of rbi involved in this csam .so peple get trust the matter is real. kiran bhanushali who lost everithing to whom i complaint my story .they made me begger, .

                                        my laptop showed various problem,

                                        1.its hard disk crashed ...
                                        2.the screen went blank, people says there is fault in graphics chip.
                                        3.the battery did not work

                                        these are problems, which occured when my warranty was lapse, i was 10 days late to claim warranty...so
                                        i met hp support shop, they refused to touch laptop saying we can't when warranty is lapsed ...

                                        they further told me this model has faulty graphic chip from company itself...

                                        i still have laptop, of no use but i learnt one thing NEVER TRUST HP AND COMPAQ PRODUCT,

                                        EVEN MY FRIEND HAVE SAME LAPTOP AND HE TOO IS FACING SAME PROBLEM ...


                                        i switched to DELL ...n gettin the best customer support ...
