    when i start the plotter one error massage is come on the display " I/O error, Restart the printer if the problem persists contact HP support". when i restart the printer once again the same massage come.

      THIS NOTEBOOK IS GIVING PROBLEM INTERMITENTLY AND SCREEN IS GOING BLANK EVN THOUGH NOTEBOOK IS IN WORKING MODE.

      I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO RESTART UNIT BUT ALL EFFORTS IN VAIN.I NEED IMMEDIATE SOLUTION FOR THE SAME FROM YOUR END.
      Same problem with my Compaq presario V3000 AMD. Screen goes blank, while in working mode. But upon hitting any key restores the screen after 1-2 secs. As this happens intermittently within a gap of 5 -6 Mins, it has really become a pain for me..

        sir i was a student of a Sinhgad Buisness School, Lonavala.Now i am working with Parle products Pvt.Ltd.College provided us hp530 series laptop.The fees of Laptop was include in college fee.From the date of received of laptop i am facing a lot of problems like battery back-up, adopter problem, automatic shutdown etc.sir i have allready complained in sevice centre in Kolhapur but they told me we r not understanding the proper problems.sir warranty period of laptop is 2 years which will over on 31st july 2009.
        now i am facing the problem of warranty and services both.please provide me a satisfactory solution.

          I gave my laptop at the service center in Pune(Vintech Electronics Private limited) last year, i.e 2008 in the month of May. I was told ther is some hardware issue and i need to leave my laptop there.
          I left it there, but it was not returened to me even after a month. on continously following up with them, icould get it back after a month. By that time my warranty got expired. After receiving the laptop i found within two days only that the problem have not been rectified. So i again went to the service center, but i was told that now i need to pay charges for the repair as its out of warranty. I took this issue to the higher level but after that also finally i was send a quotation of 25000 for mother board replacement.
          This entire process took nearly 8 months.

          To this i got my warranty renewed for Rs 8000 in April 2009 and this too after much trouble. And gave the laptop to service center again in Pune on 11th May, 2009 at simtech Electronics Limited. I had an onsite warranty so the engineer was supposed to bring the required hardware part and get it done.

          After ariving at my place and on checking the laptop the executive found that he did not get the right part and so took my laptop at the service center. This time also my laptop was kept for 1 month and after receiving it i found within a week that it was still not working. I was told that they have replaced the motherboard.

          When i again called the service center people and they diagonised it they again found that they need to replace the motherboard again. Thus within 2-3 weeks the same things was done twice.

          During this entire period of one yr i was not able to use my laptop for even a day at it was not working. and in this entire process the serviced engineers have done so much damage to the body.
          The screen and the body are full of scraches. even the DVD writer is not fixed properly and is left dangling.

          It has been almost a month now that i have raised a complaint about this but have not got any response from them.

          Request You to kindly help me for all the problems i am facing and all the stress i had undergone.

          HP — No proper service is provided

          i have bought DV4-1131Tx notebook in December 2008, after a month of purchase I'm facing problem with battery backup and sometimes my lap gets shut down automatically even though the battery meter shows battery level greater than critical battery level. i have given my notebook in service center for more than 4 times and yet they fail to rectify the problem.I'm very disappointed with their service and now regret buying HP product and this is worst service i have ever faced with . I'm going to suggest every one not to buy Hp products here after

            I have purchased HP pavilion notebook on 22nd Feb 2009 & had a scheme of Phillips home theater home delivery from Delhi office . The DD of Rs. 1499/- was sent to Solution Integrated marketing services pvt.ltd. on 26th Feb 2009 as the courier charges for the home delivery. Its almost 5 months, still we are not getting any response from HP or their service providers. Kindly help us.

              dear sir
              I M.Dinesh bought a Compaq Presario SG3550IL Desktop PC on 12.11.08 from an authorised shop JAIHIND.But unfortunately, I met with a problem in my monitor.even though my pc was switched on the power to the monitor was not there.so i made a compliant to the customer care.according to that complaint a engineer visited my home and found the problem.it was the fault in the power supply board.then he informed us that since the monitor model is w1907, it will be replaced by a new one.then till now the monitored had been replaced by 4 monitors in which all the four had problems of different nature.the one which i received yesterday is now making some abnormal sound.I, hereby, wish to bring this problem to your notice because this type of neglected services to the customer will ruin the reputation of your esteemed company.Also the problem had not been sorted out for last 4 months.so iam in deep frustration.In addition to that i didnt get a genuine replay from any of the officials from the servicing company and above that

              HP / Compaq — WORST QUALITY & SERVICE

              Hi myself Anurag Anand,
              I purchased a loptop of Hp. And the since the day i hav purchased it, i am
              facing lots of problems. The main problem is that the fan side portion
              gets heat up wihin 1 hour & after that system goes shut down
              automatically. Its under warrenty period, but when ever i summit it to the
              service centre on 23rd may 09 & it took around 10 days to solve the problems. And again on th 1st june i got my system back after solving the same problem, and they assure me that now u will not face the same problem. But when i on my laptop, just after 1hr 30min later its again shut down, again system face the same problem & this time they have given me with a new problem, my head fone is not working with system. And one more thing there was problem in my setting, but when i got my system back the problem is still same.It means they have dignose the system properly. This was my 5th times complain to the service centre for the same problem...but as usual they assure me & again i got the same problem.
              Just i got tired of moving round to service centre. Plz help me!

              I hav extend the warrenty period of my system so that i
              could not have any tention regrding my laptop. But as I see all my money
              goes wasted bcoz still i am faceing the same problem. Its nothing less
              then a mental torchur. Just help me!

              And i have already registured a complain on ur site:

              We have purchased on 08.02.2009. last 15 days, we have got problem on monitor, Your delear clloected this & till date i have not get it back.
              As per delear " no stock of monitor at this time. aftergetting it then handover to us.( no date given).

              I purchased a HP desktop computer Pavilion 6440in on 28/04/2008.

              It was told to me that its monitor has 3 years warrenty but when my monitor is not diplaying properly HP customer care is telling that it was only 1-year warrenty .

              HP SERVICE CENTRE IN LUCKNOW IS NOT GIVING THE ASSURANCE OF REPAIRING THE MONITOR .

              I AM VERY MUCH FEDUP WITH THE RESPONSES OF HP.

                      Respected Sir/Madam,

                      Im B.Bakkiyalakshmi, D/O.P.Baskaran.Im residing at 18 gopal st, kosappalayam, arni(632301).Thiruvannamalai district, TamilNadu.On 4.4.2009 my dad P.Baskaran and arni local centre dealer Mr.Srithar went to purchase laptop at supreme computers, 18/18 majestic plaza, mount road, chennai, TamilNadu.We purchased hp pavilion dv4, model no:CND 9082687 of about Rs.53, 750.00.At that time i was studiyng in tanjore.So i was unable to use laptop due to my college restriction.So my dad purchased it and kept the laptop charged daily for one month.After that i completed my studies and i came to home and i used it for a week.Then i was in need of NET connection so i approached the BSNL office for NIC card.I used it for a week.After one week i faced the blue screen with error in my notebook.So i went to chennai on 15.6.09 where i purchased.They said to consul the service centre located at peters road, Royapettah. Then i reported in service centre.They verified it and said to comeback after a week and ref.no. of my pc is [protected].I went after a week and problem was solved.Again after a week i had same problem.Then my dad and myself went to chennai on 7.7.09 where we purchased and we scolded them.At that time supreme computer manager sir vivek and sir prabu compromised us and they said to take away to service centre.We too went and complained the problem.there service centre manager Mr. Mahesh and floor manager Mr. Sarankumar had a overlook and they changed RAM and reinstaled windows vista home premium(OS).Then i was using my pc and again i faced Mailid websites problem.i.e., front page (google) was working but cant open yahoo, gmail etc websites.So we consulted the local centres and was not able to get the solution.Again i reported to service centre.He asked us to come again to chennai.As we are located of about 350km away from chennai it is very difficult for me to consul service centre often.Im spending amount 500 for a single person to travel.Till now i spent Rs.3000 and Rs.500 in local centres.I struggle a lot due to travel.No other service centres are located nearby.Regarding these im not satisfied with service and i feel very worst of this company and i add that i have no more time, energy and money to waste on visit to service centre.Please let me know what to do.We had very good opinion about hp company and we purchased it.Moreover when we went along with these problem the supreme computer manager used harsh words for purchasing hp company and no sufficient response was given and more discounts were given for purchasing this notebook .I kindly advice your experienced engineer to attend the complaint in my residence.

                        At the time of purchasing my lap top I did not expect the key board of a reputed 'hp' company would be wrongly displayed. Hence did not notice the defect. When approached the seller, he said that he also did not notice it. He said he can not do any thing. I am using it by rewriting the standard notation on the wrongly written key board. Functioning of key board is like a standard one, but writings on the top of the keys are non stadard- i.e. @, #, ", & etc. are written on other keys, other than standard places of the key board.
                        I purchased it in November, 2007. I even e-mailed this fact to "hp" company, but with no response.

                        I feel sad about such reputed companies not responding to customer complaints!

                        I hope at least now there will be some response through this channel. Hoping earnestly,

[protected] of state bank of india named C Zoremsangha, I deposite this amount in said acccount, after it he send me a mail which contained attached 2 certificate one is authority to remit issued by reserve bank of india, india, s central bank no. 6 sansad marg new delhi with RBI Ref. code RBI/AN/PLC-118/WB-NL-014-08, RBI despatch no. BA[protected] DATED 6TH OF JULY 2009, SIGNED AUTHORITY IS Mr G Raghuraj for D Subbarao Governer RBI. and demanded Rs 1, 87800 for cost of tranfer and cost of conversion in local currency.All the money is tranfering in above private A/c .

                          So plz sir kindly take the necessary action of such type of fraud that some other innocent and poor peaples not suffer.

I contanct this person on mobile. then he say to me deposite 60000 in A/C named Kuldeep Singh or Monika International Account in ICICI Bank in Ghatkopar or Opera House Branch and account Nos are[protected] and[protected], I deposite this amount in said acccount, after it he send me a mail which contained attached 1 certificate one is authority to remit issued by SAN, UK.All the money is tranfering in above private A/c .After that I am contacted to Mr. John Adams Nos [protected], [protected], [protected] but he is not responding me and say for another Rs 200000.00 for damrage charges.

                          So plz sir kindly take the necessary action of such type of fraud that some other innocent and poor peaples not suffer.

                            my laptop showed various problem,

                            1.its hard disk crashed ...
                            2.the screen went blank, people says there is fault in graphics chip.
                            3.the battery did not work

                            these are problems, which occured when my warranty was lapse, i was 10 days late to claim warranty...so
                            i met hp support shop, they refused to touch laptop saying we can't when warranty is lapsed ...

                            they further told me this model has faulty graphic chip from company itself...

                            i still have laptop, of no use but i learnt one thing NEVER TRUST HP AND COMPAQ PRODUCT,

                            EVEN MY FRIEND HAVE SAME LAPTOP AND HE TOO IS FACING SAME PROBLEM ...

                              I purchased a compaq presario c784tu laptop on 29th july 2008. After 5-6 months my laptop started shutting down at randomely. sometime within half ann hour o[censored]se and sometime after a long hour o[censored]se. On 7th July 2009 I sent my laptop to the authorised HP service center, RT Outsourcing Services ltd., at 1 Dr. U N Brahmachari Street(Loudon St) Kolkata - 700 016. stating the problem. But to my surprise they returned my laptop stating that there is no issue with the laptop. And now the warranty of my laptop is ending on 30th july 2009.

                              i purchased compaq 610 notebook on january 2010, after using it for 2 months firsty it battery stopped working we took it to another city(ludhiana 120 km from residence), then also the problem was not solved then we took it(amritsar 140 km from residence) then they said its motherboard is not working, then after repairing after 1 month its hard disk got damaged, i again took it to(ludhiana), again after 25 days its window got corrupted, now we are tired up enough kindly solve our case or in case we will go to consumer court.

                                Sir/Madam, Two years ago I have purchased printer, Hewlett Packard Colour Laser Jet 3600n (model number is Q5987A and serial number is CNSKD62056). Recently I started facing problem with the printer. On its screen it showed that the printer was ‘calibrating’ and even after long duration it could not proceed to other level due to which no printing work could be done by it. Before this problem, there was too much sound during printing.

                                Hence, I took my printer for repair to your Okhla centre, New Delhi, India. After waiting for more than a week I got estimate for the repairing that was way above than the original price of the printer. I had purchased the printer for Rs.25, 500 which is mentioned in DGS&D Rate Contract No. Computers/IT-1/RC[protected]/0507/81/DA244/1704 (official quote price given by HP). In comparison to this price for repair quoted by your service centre was Rs.53, 561.49.

                                Therefore, in a way the repair price was more than two times the cost of the printer. Unable to bear cost of repair we took our printer back without repair. I am writing this to register my complaint against this. How could repair price be more than the purchase price of printer?

                                  I purchased the Laptop from Nehru Place Delhi in August 2007. Despite having hardly used the Laptop over the last 2 years or so, the Laptop suddenly stopped working - when I swithch on the display does not come on - No display. When I took it to the authorised Service Centre at Mumbai today, I was told that prsumably, the problem is with the Mother Board, which would require replacement & would cost anything from 12-15000 rupees. I read review of the problem on net & realised that many people who purchased the same Laptop around the same time in 2007 are facing the same problem. Unfortunately, the Laptop is covered for only 1 year under warranty. I think HP has dumped some failed products in India without any quality control. Hope they wake up & respond. The response of HP has been pathetic to say. One of my keys on the key board of the same Laptop had broken within 15 days of purchase & when I went to the service centre in Delhi, he closed the issue as "Not a Manufacturing Defect". I had even registered a complaint about this on HP site twice but no one responded even once.

                                  I purchased the Laptop HP Compaq V3000 after 1 year my laptop warranty gone now the problem is laptop is not booting no display i asked same vender's they are say the replacement cost is 8500 or you wont new motherboard it costing 12000 to 15000 but this very costly compare to other laptops motherboard.

                                      i bought a hp laptop on 5jan2009 from lucknow.ther is an offer to me that u purchase this laptop
                                      and fulfil the other hp-company's formalities, then u will get 5.1 channel phillips home theater system of Rs 10990.00 with in 6 weeks as a gift.
                                      i calls nd mails many times to hp, hp redemption cell but there is no gift recieved by me till today.
                                      they always say that pls waite i will send with in 10 - 12 days.
                                      in this condition what can i do against the company????

                                        When it comes to making a sale HP has arrangements to reach ones doorstep, i had this agent visit my house and deliver the cartridge that i ordered on phone very convenient. But in these 4-5 years when the time i face an issue with the cartridge i am given an address to go ang get it checked.

                                        They milk the client by making a sale and when it comes to service show them the door or leave them in a lurch to go and get it fixed.

                                        This cheap attitude to treat the customer might have worked in the past but now i am very clear that i am going to gert my laser jet from any other comapny BUT HP.

                                        I fully agree that buying a Hp product is buying pain.They have the most user unfriendly helplines and technical support, if have lave landed up with a broblem with the HP product u just bought, print cartridges, just forget it dont waste your time with them.I had recently privisioned a spare cartridge 27b for my printer deskjet3550 as the existing one was running low. Today when I opened the new cartridge(sealed one)and installed, it does not print at all inspite of all efferts to align and calibrate. I suspect the cartridge is faulty which indeed would be shocking considering the HP reputation and quality expectation from them.
                                        All trouble shooting steps decribed by them executed but no help, though the old cartidge continues to work, leading to suspician that the new cartridge supplied by them thruogh Dual-a-carttridge is a faulty one.I suspect there is no ink flow though the printing action seems to be normal. Tried my best to get HP help but invain.
