I had purchased compaq laptop presario CQ60. In this purchase there was a provision of a gift of a kodak camera. I have registered my laptop on HP redemption cell and my redemption code is W9X7N9DBAY. I have also submitted a demand draft of Rs. 1299/- on dated 23/02/2009 and from HP redemption cell it was comfirmed that it had been reached while the company tell the gift will receive with in 6 weeks.

i bought a hp laptop on 5jan2009 from lucknow.ther is an offer to me that u purchase this laptop
and fulfil the other hp-company's formalities, then u will get 5.1 channel phillips home theater system of Rs 10990.00 with in 6 weeks as a gift.
i calls nd mails many times to hp, hp redemption cell but there is no gift recieved by me till today.
they always say that pls waite i will send with in 10 - 12...

When it comes to making a sale HP has arrangements to reach ones doorstep, i had this agent visit my house and deliver the cartridge that i ordered on phone very convenient. But in these 4-5 years when the time i face an issue with the cartridge i am given an address to go ang get it checked.

They milk the client by making a sale and when it comes to service show them the door or leave them in a lurch to go and get it fixed....

The printer F 2180's power adaptor[protected] fails to switch on when connected and no green light indication. I've been using this printer over a period of almost a year or more but lately the adaptor has been giving trouble. In the past, also it failed to switch on indicating green light but started randomly. This time it just fails to start. Please let me know what I should do....

I bought this laptap HP Compaq Presario CQ40-330TU. Neither the company brochure nor the seller informed me at the time of purchase that this laptop can install only Vista and not XP. In the seller's web site only vista drivers are available. I feel quite cheated and am now left with an expensive piece of paperweight.

I have deposited the Laptop to the HP service centre in kolkata, loudan street. They refuse to change the LCD and ask for Rs27589/- for change of LCD of Laptop. They regect to change on the ground that the lcd is broken. When I ask for Technical Evaluation report that the crack is physical damage or not they cant provide the report.
