[Resolved] Haier Mobile — Not respondinding to warranty terms

Sir, my name is V.RAJA SHEKAR.i live in Hyderabad.im working in icici costomer center.i brought "Haier D1600 fm mobile on[protected].but my mobile is not working from[protected] so im having six months warranty to my mobile.i had given complaint to Haier service center at HYDERGUDA In HYDERABAD at[protected].since three months they are not responding sir.they are saying that the parts of that mobile are not manufactured so we cannot repair it.i asked them to give me now mobile but they are not giving my mobile and not giving new handset.since three months im roaming there but they are not responding for warranty terms.if i made late then my warranty period will be over. what should i do now sir please help me sir.im requesting u to do this for me sir. i have brought Haier mobile on 30/08/07 model no D1200, with in five months it got repaired.i gave the mobile for servicing, they gave delivery order for replacement of new mobile and i got new mobile on 20/02/08.but again the new mobile is not working properly and it failed.i took it to service centre they gave D.O (delivery order ) for new mobile.all these process take more than 2 weeks, these thing make me lot of harrassement and loss of important contacts and time.so i request the haier company to kindly return back the money.instead of giving same useless mobiles.

i have purchase new haier mobile. sinse last week mobile malfunction. every two days mobile instrument have problam.first time speker is not properly working & second day ringer problem.Your authorized delar GOVINDA SERVICES - surat, gujrat. is not responding prperly.
please take proper steps in this regard and if possible please change my hand set with new one.

Hi all,

I know posting about haier mobiles complaints is useless, still i am also one of the victims of Haier cheap degraded, ... Phones which i have purchased from tata indicom. no proper service centre in hyderabad.

So what we could do is atleast suggest others not go for haier mobiles.

i am having a problem in my haier d1000(CDMA).the problem is when i insert a sim & switch on the mobile, it is showing the message like phone locked please contact, actually it is a second hand handset.purchased in abids(hyderabad).so wt should i do to solve my problem, please reply.

i had bought a 'Haier CDMA D1000 Blue' phone set two days ago... written.. ESN: 07351b7E.. i think its very old model...

I had a CDMA SIM of a company when i inserted it always says 'please Insert UIM' even when i have already inserted... It shows SOS and allows emergency call only... two options 'Dial and Reset' are shown in the screen...

I inserted my frend's CDMA SIM of same company, same problem occured but when i inserted next SIM of another company, it runs... what had happened here...is there any onlock code for a SIM and nothing for Another company's SIM?? I can't understand... will u help me please ???
