Haier / Microwave Oven — Company refused to service my Oven

I have a Microwave oven from Haier company. It is out of warantee now. In November, it's door lock got broken. I tried to get it serviced from local shop first. However, they told me that it is very difficult to get Haier spare parts & therefore, I should contact the company for service.

Accordingly, I raised a complaint in November end for this. Company representative visited my house & checked the problem. He told me that he will come back to me with the lock within 8-10 days.

After that, I have been regularly following with them for last three months, without any results.

Today, I called up the Customer Service again & to my shock, the lady told me that they cannot send the Company person to my place for such a minor problem & that I should get it repaired locally.

I tried to explain her that I agreed to pay for the visit charges & the only reason I am coming to company is because the spares are not available locally.

Even then, she insisted that the person will not visit, neither the spare could be given.

In my opinion, their service & response is very poor & therefore, new buyers should be careful before buying any products from them.

It is regardless to say that I will not buy anything from them here on.

i am using haier d1600cdma tataindicom handset the phone is locked and not working i want the service centre address in thane and ghatkopar please call me [protected], 65591768 please guide me haier is a low quality cheap mobile it service centre people in thane says that haier mobile cannot be repaired they are use and throw china mobile

Even after dialing many time the routes are bussy.

aftre dialing 12524 the auto machine say to dial 9 for customer executive, but the phone automatically get disconnected.

maine apna PF ka form MR HARPAL JI ko bhej diya tha but harpal ji ne mera pf ka form ka miss place kar diya. aab aap se request hai ki aap mera pf ka payment bhejiva dijiye. ap se request hai.

very bad customer service is being offered by haier. From past 2 weeks im trying to purchase the glass plate for my microwave from the service centre. In the first place when i bought this it was not available. hence i tries to purchase it. i was even paying for this. initially when i got in touch with then after 7 days they had sent their executive with the wrong glass plate. The executive then told me he will come back after 2-3 days. In this case also i kept calling the service centre to ensure that they were sending someone with glass plate. With it the oven is not useful for me.
i was told i will receive it in 2 days. now when im trying to call them they are not picking up the phone

VERY PATHETIC SERVICE...ITS BETTER TO BUY SOME OTHER COMPANY'S PRODUCT

Haier — mobile not repair

i had summit a haier cell to its service center aditi service at faridabad on 03 feb 2010 and job sheet no -ha10-f[protected]
till now they cant repair m cell n not giving me the satisfied answer
and that time the cell was in warrenty

I am serving in army from last 12 years and i purchase a mobile of your company (Model Z-702) in the month of Jan 2010 but the said mobile is not properly well from last 03 months. The said mobile i deposited with your service centre, Patiala. After checking the said mobile they replied me that the said mobile is not repairable. So they asked me that they will issue the replacement order for the same but at present no one distributor is available. i have a problem in my C301R mobile set on 25/8/08
so i submit my set for repair in Redington India Ltd service centre in hyderabad on 02/8/10. But i still haven't got any response 4m there. My set is still there. When i making any coll they were not responding too. I have not get my set back since 02/3/10. So pleas take some steps for the matter.

Haier mobiles — regarding your service centers

We are TATA Prepaid distubutor( recently joined) and last 4 months we have sold 150 pieces
of 301R ,Out of that some are having software problems,somes chargers are not working,sound is not proper .
also some are have old model handset for that TATA'S new sim cards are not suitable ,so need to install new software.
and such type compaint we have to carry these mobles around 70-80kms.where we know service centers.

if you give us service centers for my teritory then it is useful to all near to my town.kindly provide me procedure to get service center.

Haier Mobile — problem in hc c300 cdma set

i have given my mobile and after 1 month i get it back but still problem it not solved .tell me how it can be possible

I am very satisfied with the phone set but want to change the cover of my Z 702 model dual sim phone set as it has become very dirty near the screen area.

I have haier set no is c2076 i would like to inform u that there was some problem in the phone the outgoing is not working i went to service center (ug-7d.jaina tower-1 near district center janank puri delhi-110058) he says (Mr prakash) that we will give u after 7-10 days then i says ok u can give me.
But after 10 days when i called to mr prakash then he said to me that u r set is not ok and i said when will it ok he said i donn't know when com. send u r mobile accessery then . After that he misbehave with me i does't know how to talk with custumer, In future i will not give adv to purchase haier prod.
Pls do something because still my cell phone is there otherwise i have to go in the consumer court

i have bought haier c-2076(virginmobile) in august 2010, but after few month it has been dead then i have sent this to the authorisd serice centre namely BALAJI ENTERPRISES at YAMUNA VIHAR DELHI 110053, on 06/12/2010, but i have not collect the same till date, when i call him he said the your phone will be delevered by company on after 2 or some date, since last one month. and recently last week my father go there and he put him a old mobile phone printed different model number. and there is no bill given by him . but we return the same and not accepted. then he said that u can collect ur phone after one week and still 2 week left i could not received the same from ur authorised service station.
so requested to u kindly take the necessary action on him and direct to BALAJI ENTERPRISES ON THIS ISSUE.

i have aproblem in my 2076 mobile set on 06/4/11
so i submit my set for repair in arihant electricals service centre in ahmedabad on 07/4/11. But i still haven't got any response 4m there. My set is still there. When i making any call they were not responding too.When they responding they told me that ur phone went to our delhi office for repairing & they will not reply us so we will not able to rply you. I have not get my set back since 07/4/11. So pleas take some steps for the matter.
