I have purchased LAPTOP S.No.A094AX134481 from Computer Solution, Opp. Radio Station, Jalandhar vide their Inv No.557/RTL dated 31/12/2009 with the Free Gift Scheme i.e. mobile phone and tracksuit but till date I have not received my free gift. As per their e-mail confirmation vide your e-mail dated 9th Jan,2010 that your gift is under process and it will be delivered after 15th Jan, but till date i have not received my free gift now 6 months has been passed.
