[Resolved] HCL Technologies Bpo Services — Violating Labour Laws | |||
Respective Authority, This is to draw your attention towards the violation of the labour laws of our country by one of the renound BPO Company "HCl BPO services". I am an employee of HCL technologies BPO services Noida and working here for last 1 year. The work duration here on the daily basis is 10 hours which is clearly violating the labour laws of the country. They make their employees to work for 10 hours a day inclusive of 1 hour break timings. We are forced to do overtimes for the sixth day without our consensus. This thing is really getting worst day by day and going on openly.Please look into the matter and take necessary step to save the rights of Indian citizen. Regards. This not the case only with HCL Technologies but the same with other IT companies too. TCS also does the same, employees are forced to work for 10 works including 1 hour break. No extra pay too. I hope the Labour department mandatorily issues notice to all IT companies with regard to works of working.
I worked in HCL technologies BPO services Chennai and worked there for 1 year. The work duration in HCL on the daily basis is 10 hours which is violating the labour laws of the country. This thing is really getting worst day by day and going on openly.Government should take legal action on HCLBPO to save the rights of Indian citizen.
I can understand that at HCL employees are made to work for 10hrs inclusive of 1 hr break.. That too you have to sit in AC before computer and work in clean environment..
But i have worked in a manufacturing company in Chennai where they make its employees to work for 12hrs a day excluding the 45min lunch.. And for those 12hrs you have to the work in standing.. Even lunch had to be done in standing.. Under asbestos roofing (i mean no AC and not even fan).. Night Shift, we have to work for 10hrs complete standing with a break for 15min..
when comparing this, i guess HCL is far better..
I understand u r expecting Pizzas but are getting Rotis... But think about people who dont even get that.. I mean u should all be happy with Rotis..

The worst part is people agreeing to work for 10 hours without additional pay.
Hcl gives the lame excuse of recession and push the employee to the limit.
People should raise voice..unless you guys raise voice ..situation in HCL is going to be the same and HCL will continue to exploit the limits.
