HDFC AUTO LOAN — My PF

Respected Sir

I am vinit saxena i left the job in HBL Global Pvt Ltd.My employee code is V06934(Auto loan)

My PF Account No. is 91296 my f & f satallment is cleared but i have not received any PF document

kindly help me to get my PF from HBL Global Pvt Ltd .

My auto loan for car is closed from last one month but till I have nor received NOC from Bank authoritys,
My A/c no. is 579009 (MEHSANA BRANCH), Bank people are saying that we have dispatched through post and if you have not received it than you have to give an application for same and its also takes times.Bank peoples are also not responding properly in this matter

my auto loan for car payment still going . due to some personel reason iam unable to pay the amount at exact date, mean while i got a call from hdfc person his mobile no:[protected] (vijay), twice or thrice a day at during the night time also, i fell disturb my enjoyment,

today i make a call for the payment bending amount but he dint give proper response, i done to whom i have to contact and pay the amount, please ask him to call me my mobile no for to collect the my auto loan amount .

i took loan in the year 2005 to purchase a tata indica.initially i have submitted all the required checks which processing through ETS system.which has no meaning of cheque bouncing, but today i received a letter from the Nagpur branch that penalty for cheque bouncing and late payment for the Rs.1059/-.This surprised me.So i request you to kindly go through the details of my account and correct your self, and send me NOC as early as possible please.

I also faced the similar situation with my car loan A/c N962448. Infact HDFC is playing with only regular and honest customer. Simply they are destroying their image. They should think that people are not fool. I have produced certified bank statement showing sufficient fund. I also received call
and letter from HDFC. I am going to file to bank omdusmen and consumer forum if I will not receive my FORM-35. I am a government servant. I wouldn't leave so eisily my hard earned money. HDFC please be alert!

Auto Loan — PF Complaint

Dear Sir/Madam

I am OM ANAND i worked with HBL GLOBAL PVT. LTD. as a Auto Loan Executive my Emp id - O 00042, near about 4 years,i leave the job[protected].

My complaint is still my PF is pending, i have already send you my all documents related to PF withdrawl through overnite express couriers POD no.[protected] Dated[protected], and complaint you lots of time but there is not a single reply to me.

So still i don't know what is going on?

My humblle request to you pleace do the needfull ASAP.
