Sir, My brother ratan kumar, recieved atm card over a month ago.But hehas'nt received his password.so, i kindly request you to look after this matter.

I have my saving accounts in HDFC Kurukshetra (kkr). I have given the debit card pertaining to my savings account to my dad as i dont live in India. 2 months back he lost my debit card and was able to block it and submit the request for the new card the same day. Since then we are waiting for that "beautiful" debit card. It seems HDFC dont want me to withdraw my own money from my account. My dad went to the bank in person to see what bank is up to.

They are not ready to courier the same to my local address in Kuruksetra and want me to be present there to collect my [protected]@#$in debit card. I really dont understand the logic behind it. I have spent so much money just to courier the duly signed request form to the bank from overseas and this is what customer gets...

I request the bank to look into this matter ASAP, else i need to take a step further...

I have applied for Credit card but not yet receieved . Courier person comes at my office address but at that time i was not present, now the person has gone back for 2nd time and the SMS courier servises have sent was deleted by misktake, Now courier company is asking for shipment number . I called to customer ser vices but they said they dont have the number, so what should i do next?
Please advice?

I am an existing customer of HDFC Bank from the last 3 years. I hold 1 credit card and also had a savings account with HDFC. i had some overdues on my credit card and i was not able to make a payment for 1 month. I started getting calls from HDFC Bank regarding the payment. I explained them that i will not be able to make payment for few more days due to some financial issue and i am ready to pay the interest and all the other additional charges. But the guy who is calling me is not understanding. I have even talked to customer service and they say that if i am ready to pay the late fine and other charges applicable on the card due to late payment, it's ok. But the Gentelman from HDFC Bank Collection department keeps on calling me and is using abusive languages, and saying that " i will keep on calling you and bother you and your family till you make a payment. The kind of language he is using is absolutely unacceptable. I called customer service serveral times and they say that i need to give his name and the no. from where he is calling me but the person does not give me his name. He has my other no. also including me house no. and he is calling those no. also and abusing whoever picks up the phone, irrespective who it is whether my mother or brother. I have decided to complain this to police but before this i want someone from the bank itself to take care of this serious issue. This is the kind of service i expected from the bank like HDFC. If this way they treat there customers and if no proper action is taken against the person who is calling me i am sorry that i have to close all my account with this Bank.

Note I have already send more than 4 mails and also a call to the customer care with no response.

First, there has been a deduction towards AQB, even if the bank had mentioned this (as stated by your customer care agent) I have NOT TAKEN COGNIZANT of this issue, as unless there is any discrepancy, I do not bother to read carefully any bank statements.

ICICI bank also had revised their AQB, and I had similar issue with them, but on contacting ICICI customer care, they agreed to reverse the amount (pleasantly so!) this facility is extended to all ICICI bank customers one time during the lifetime of the account. Naturally, after first instance it is the prerogative of the customer to maintain the stated AQB.

I request you to CLOSE MY ACCOUNT, as I do not want to deal with bank with rigid norms, which does not want to take into notice there are many customer friendly banks like ICICI.

Note, I shall be maintaining ZERO BALANCE henceforth, request your to close my bank account with immediate effect.

Please be informed that myself Aman preet singh. i was using HDFC credit card [protected] & i used amount rs.52000 as per your bank guys told me from may 2007 to till feb 2010. But I paid rs.65000 as per your bank statement. But now your guys are asking me to pay more rs.47000.

After all I decided to pay all the amount because I want to close my credit card regarding this first I met Mr. chetan and he told me he will mail to Chennai for my settlement at that time he said me I had sent one mail to Chennai and I am waiting for reply from chennai but after that when I didn’t got any reply from chetan side then I visted your head office branch that time I met Miss neha because cheten was not there & as per neha she is the senior of chetan she told me she will do the settlement in rs.10000 and in the front of me she sent one more mail to Chennai but she requested me to pay rs.2200 at the same time and also she told this money will deduct in your rs.1r0000 amount. after that he took 2 weeks after 2 week I visited again she told me it will take some more time and you have to pay rs.2300 more and I paid. Mean 2 time I paid rs.2200 and rs.2300. But when again I didn’t got any reply then again i visited bank branch that time neha was not the one more new guy mr. manjit was there and same story he told me mean he will send the mail to Chennai but you have to submit rs.5000 . But I rejected that time. I don’t know what this guys are doing only making a fool of the customer.
And after that I dropped one cheque of rs.5000 in my bank they block that amount due to non payment of the credit card. Again one more check of Rs. 27950 they blocked .Regarding this issue I met Mr. abhishek verma ( Holding Deptt. Head.) & he told me he did’t got any mail regarding settlement of 10000 I shocked and he told me according to our bank your settlement should be rs.34400 minimum & before some amount which one I submitted that they will cut in 34400 and total amount I have to pay rs.24900. And I have to pay in 4 EMI which is rs.6246 each month. Again I accepted & also I filled one holding payment form and after 7 days I got the hold payment. But still settlement form is not with me . can you explain me is this & is this real face of HDFC bank. Now please confirm me the exact date to get the settlement letter don’t tell me this week or four five days story.

Now sachin chaudhary, sales manager asks me to leave my job & he is not paying the salary to me for last 4 months. I am seriously very disturbed as i always got applaud from my seniors until last few days as i guess now they are taking it personal on me. I need help.

First transaction dt;04.11.2010 time;18.24, atm id S1AW690, i check my balance Rs.19897.24/-, second transaction at same time i take Rs.10000/-, third transaction i enter Rs.5000/- but the amount was not received, account balance is reduced. i am living in Dasuya, Dist - Hoshiarpur . At 11 PM when i visited your ATM machine in Dasuya for credit card payment and the guard was sleeping inside and did not open the door, i shouted to open the door because it was last day for credit card payment and now credit card cell will charge me huge amount of intrest for late payemnt . Now who is responsible for this customer myself, ur bank or that guard...waiting for ur kind reply...

I am Hanuman Prasad Yadav, Credit Card no [protected] was trying to fill online form of CBCE CTET NEW DEHLI though payment of the cefit Card date 04/5/2011(first entry)

Due to network problem transation was not complected sucessdully but bank has deducted rs 500 plus intercity charges

I have earlier complaint ( Complaint no- [protected]) but till date not resolve the matter.

Hello, My name is Amit, I have applied HDFC credit card two months back but till now i haven't get it and no updates as well. Just took my documents two times. Many times i tried to call but every-time Ur customer care number engaged. Last week i got a message from hdfc having application number so i am mentioning that her: [protected]N1. This is really bad ...So please tell me the status or updates if you are not in the intention to deliver it than i can go for any other bank credit card. Please reply

I m very very disappointed with HDFC saket Branch New Delhi.
I m sitting in hdfc saket branch & nobody is helping out.
I[censored] dnt knw abt cust satisfaction than learn first & deal with cust for better services.
Bank policies are imp for bank but not more than a customer. You made these basted policies just becoz of cust
becoz of custs.. Customers are giving u business so how can u treat a cust in such a behaviour.. You r very useless & i m also going to write ur HDFC CEO as well.

My card no is[protected] .This card was taken in the 2007,It was misused by my friend with out my ignorance.I came to know that my friend has not paid full amount and it was setteled. Due to financial problems i was not able to pay full amount at that time.Now i want to pay the due amount.When i call to the HDFC bank customer care each and every time i call them they are giving different numbers to contact settlement department.No one is picking the call.From past 10 days i keep on dialing the numbers but none responded. Please let me know the due amount in my card and also the process of paying .Please do the need full
