[Resolved] HDFC Bank — card lost but reminders for payments | |
My card no is [protected] which has been lost in Nov.09. I have informed the Bank but no cognigence taken/nor fresh card sent but reminders for payments of balance amount is frequently coming. I have not received bills from Nov.09 onwards though I have advised my new address -2- times. With regard to your credit card, we would like to investigate your complaint further. Request you to send us an email at [protected]@hdfcbank.com, with the id TTU[protected] in the subject line. Please include your credit card number and contact details in the email. Once we receive this information, a bank representative shall contact you.
Additionally, we request you not to post sensitive information such as your credit card number on a public forum such as this, as it may lead to your account being compromised.

I am Praful Kumar. customer of HDFC bank, Credit card Numer: [protected] (Old Credit Card Number)
used HDFC Credit Card, I blocked over mentioned card in July 2009. I made all pending payment in july 2009. I re-apply for the new card in September 2009 last week. Still I didn't get the card but HDFC is sending me Credit Card bill since November 2009 (In august 2009 bill due amount was zero but after two months latter they sends fresh pending bill). I mailed many times to HDFC customer service but never get any positive response. They told HDFC Ergo premium is activated on that card. If I didn't get the credit card yet then how can they activated this service? HDFC bank never answered.
They leaked my personal information to other service provider which is unethical. Now I want full settlement of this issue.
