Hi,

I have been struggling with telemarketing calls from HDFC Bank for quite some time now. Every day i am getting one or 2 calls for credit card of personal loans and is really disturbing. Today i got another call from [protected]. I have few messages as well in which they have asked me to contact those numbers if i am interested in applying for cards or loans. Please take cation against this.

Though I am DND on Airtel and I don't get marketing calls from anyone but HDFC, I get all the calls possible from HDFC for various products such as Personal Loan, Credit card, Investment etc on a daily basis, one thing is for sure that I would never deal with HDFC anytime in my life however their daily calls are becoming a pain, please address.

    i have a hero honda hunk finance from hdfc bank in nov. 2008 for two years emi.
    i am regularly paying my loan emi by ecs system from state bank of india
    my feb. 2010 emi debit in my account no[protected] from state bank of india to hdfc bank
    but i have recived a call from hdfc bank on feb month 2010 and executive said to me your feb 2010 month emi is bounce
    so that i have paid my emi by cash in safdarjung ecnlave branch but after check in my account emi of feb 2010 also debit to hdfc bank by ecs system from SBI account
    my loan account no. is 14157183 and my mobile no. is [protected]

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I am varun gupta, living in Mandsaur M.P. and i am working in Shriram Fortune Solution Ltd., I having salary a/c in HDFC BANK. (A/c No. [protected]) As on the date of 6 April 2010, at the time of 3:34pm I was withdraw the amount of 6000/- Rs. from that HDFC Bank main branch ATM and rush to deposit that amount in just (100meter) Nearly other bank (Axis), and given that amount for deposit in my Axis bank A/c to the trailer in the summery of note one 500rs note is fake the note is checked by trailer and told me that one note is fake so I took back and fastly rush to the HDFC Bank and complaint to the manager, that I am getting one 500rs. Fake note from your Bank's ATM currently and I having the sms alert from the HDFC BANK, then the manager check their CCTV Camera recording in that ATM and in that recording they get my money withdrawing video and during that withdrawing my uncle is also with me outside of ATM, so I spoke to the Bank Branch Manager please solve this problem and replace this 500rs. Note, but after the finding my video the manager hasn't take any responsibility and said they will not replace that 500rs. Note and bad behave with me.

      So Sir/ Madam Kindly please help me out for my complaint against that Bank,

        I have made a wire transfer to my supplier account on 22nd March 2010 and todate, 6th April they still have not received the money but my banker said the money has been deposited to the account on the day itself. I dont know whether it is appropriate to disclose my supplier's information in this column. Can HDFC Bank contact me for the details needed?

          Hdfc bank has charged me for accessing my card with other ATM machines and that too not once but 5 times. I have two accounts with Hdfc bank and both accounts are linked to same debit card, One is with pune brance and second account is with borivali branch. I had shifted permanaently to mumbai hence I had applied for closing my pune branch's account and kept balance nil. One of them is having balance another is not having any balance since i had applied for closing the account. Still when I access my debit card in ATM machines other then hdfc bank then they charge me and says there is no balance in my account. This is a blunder. One i am not getting the money when i want and two charges that are unnecessary.

            on 5th april 2010 around 7pm,i went to withdraw cash in hdfc bank atm(banaswadi branch).my account no is[protected].when i tried to withdraw an amount of RS 2600 .THE ATM didnot dispense the cash nor the text slip,instead showed that transaction time is over.then i went to an sbi atm.there i checked my balance an saw that Rs.2600 have been debited from my account,so i am facing problem by this inconvenience.Hope my problem will b processed soon.

            Dear Sir/ Madam.

            On 04/09/11 at 20:45 I have withdrawn amount of Rs. 10000/- from tamilnadu mech. Bank tiruvarur.. Due to delay in collection of Money the amount of Rs. 10000/- (Ten thousand only) has been taken back by the ATM machine..

            I have complained by telephone to the customer care regarding to the problem. On 05/09/11. The Complaint Number is 236500.

            I complained and enquired from the tamilnadu mech bank regarding to the same problem, after enquiry of the ATM amount balance, they found the complaint is correct and they suggested me to complaint to the HDFC bank, then only my amount of Rs. 100000/- (Ten thousand only)

            Please verify the problem as soon as possible and do needful. Your kind help and cooperation will be highly appreciated.
            Dear Sir,

            On 12th May 2013 around 9.06 a.m I went to Koyambedu syndicate Bank ATM to withdraw cash for an amount of Rs.3000 from my HDFC Debit card. I had done the complete transaction but no cash or slip received but I received a message saying that I withdrawn Rs. 3000 from my card.

            Please take necessary steps to reverse that amount to my accounts at the earliest.

              Hi Sir/Mam,

              I was just harrassed again by HDFC collection center Phone no.[protected]
              [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. They call by changing their name, Arun calls me every time. Few years back, Somebody stolem my credit card and used it, I lodged a FIR against it, sent a copy to HDFC bank and I was/am ready to help and go everywhere for the enquiry purpose if police or Bank people want, but bank is not cooperating at all, bank did not even bother about enquiry. Bank is trying to put illegal pressure on me and trying to recover that amount from me. Bank has given this case to some collection agency and some very cheap people keeps me calling and harras me. Also they have started calling at my work. I am very much worried about this...Do I have any right to stop and raise my voice against this injustice. Please guide me or I will also have to go illegal to stop that and I don't want that as I have some faith that some rule/rights can help me...Please help

              They harassed me for one year and i want to share my experience with everyone.

              HDFC bank Credit card recovery department is most notorious in the country.

              That is the reason they can show very low Non Performing Assets because they never write off any of the settlements done with the customers.
              They did the same with me for one year. I took the matter with ombudsman, using all the emails that i had sent for one year, the settlement letter scanned copy and the proof of payment that i had done. Now i have received the zero balance confirmation and the write off in cibil.

              They try to get you into accepting expired settlement letter after which you have no rights. Make sure you make the payment within the written time frame of the settlement letter at all cost

              *they sent harassing recovery agents on 'behalf of HDFC Credit card'
              *the agent wanted me to make part payments rather than asking for settlement letter
              *they tried to make me accept the expired settlement letter.
              *they did not honour their written commitment made via their settlement letter for writting off the dues.
              *they kept on refusing on emails and kept asking for more money for writing off in cibil records.
              * I took up the issue with their "Nodal officer" as well but to no use.
              *finally i took all the mails to the ombudsman and got the issue resolved.
              *Till date HDFC credit card department holds that everything that was done is in accordance with bank policies. (only God knows how many inhumane policies do they have in their kitty)
              *they have wasted my whole one year in followups, mental harrasment, and botheration.

              Stay away from HDFC bank for all reasons.

                Iam an account holder of HDFC BANK. And I had been to SBI ATM in Richards Park Road near Frazer Town to withdraw Rs 8500 on 3/4/2010. And i faced a very big problem when i gave a withdrawal option i got a message stating that "UNABLE TO PROCESS" and later i got a message on my mobile phone that the amount Rs 8500/- has debited from my account. Later i checked my balance, i saw the amount is deducted from my account. When i called SBI ATM customer care, one of the agent asked me to contact HDFC BANK as am account holder of that bank. And when i tried calling HDFC Customer care, i heard on call that customer care agents doesn't work on week ends. I had to wait till monday and call to customer care and launch a complaint. After launching the complaint the agent told me to wait for 12 working days. For the problem of bankers why do customers have to suffer?

                And ATM machines of SBI, CANARA BANK'S are useless.

                  I had applied for car loan via Carwale.com, i got a call from HDFC Finance branch, SCB Express building, ITO, New Delhi, the loan for used car loan was approved but not disbursed. in the mean while i got another option of a used car loan by Mahindra first choice. the loan was converted to used car loan the verification/evaluation of the car was done after a week. Even after two weeks of the evaluation and booking of the car for three weeks the loan is still not disbursed. on every call a commitment of disbursal of loan in 2-3 hrs when call is in morning after that the loan disbursal is shifted to next day this is happening since 1 week and i'm getting calls from the dealer for delivery of the car i'm stuck up with this company and have wasted 3 weeks of precious time dont know what to do????

                  some help is requested if the consumer complaints website can provide me some assistance.

                    I had taken a Personal Loan from HDFC bank , around 2 months ago .
                    They did not provided me with any documents initially .They came to my house
                    And took my signatures on many forms and did not let me read it completely
                    As there was a huge bunch of forms and they said that these are simple loan application and I will get all those documents by post .
                    My loan was approved and everything went on smoothly , but now I got a call from
                    Max insurance saying that I had applied for insurance with loan , and with premium of 52000.They confirmed that HDFC even provided them with a signed cheque of 52000.
                    Now if I call HDFC for any clarification , they either hang up my call or promise me call back , which is never done or say that the concerned person is not available.
                    I get call from Max insurance everyday and they are forcing the insurance upon me ,
                    Which I don’t want to take.
                    I don’t know what to do as I don’t get any response from HDFC and people from
                    MAX insurance are harassing me.
                    Please help.

                    there a person named by Mr. Arunjeet arora in delhi.who took loan from Hdfc bank around two years back.the loan amount was 75000rupees.
                    he have'nt paid the loan back to hdfc. he did'nt pay any stallment.he did fraud with the HDFC bank.Now he changed his Job and his Home as well Because of this fraud.he changed his all his contact numbers.now he is residing in same place in another appartment in Mehrauli.his old contact no. was [protected], [protected].

                    i dont think this reponse compensates, your attitude towards us for all this days was very discouraging and unproffesional.i would like to point out that is the levl of service you provide to your client, who trust you and decide to give buisness to you, if it is so, just would like to make you aware that this is very unsatisfactory and unappreciated.
                    I would like to take this matter to Financial Ombudsman Services.
                    Please provide me with your Financial Ombudsman's details as per the RBI rules you are liable to give me those details .

                      Sir,
                      I,Paramjeet Singh working with Mahindra Tractors Ltd, Mohali area office as a Sr.Territory manager ( [protected] ) having a salary account ([protected]) with H.D.F.C bank at Mumbai office.

                      My account has been hold by HDFC Bank mohali office, on 25 march 2010 by unauthorized manner .I came to know from HDFC Sector 35 branch that my account has been debited against credit card payment, but I have never given a request of HDFC credit card nor used it.
                      When i inform this to HDFC Bank head as well as head of credit card department they said that card is issued to me on 25/08/2008. But I have opened my account just one month back. Now they are saying that they will debit the concerned amount from my account on behalf of credit card payment which I have never used nor applied for it.

                      HDFC Bank — Unauthorized transaction from my account

                      I have one NRE account no:[protected] in HDFC bank, Jagadamba junction, Visakhapatnam. One day suddenly my balance in my account becomes 0 Rs and I complained to customer care people and I fought with Branch Manager and finally they agreed about the unauthorised tranzaction and they deposited some money in to my account. And they are not depositing remaining money and no one is giving proper reply about this. I am complaining continously and talking with Branch Manger and finally they told they are not able to help with that. Can you help me in this regard.
                      I had applied for my Debit card some 3 weeks before and i was informed that i will be recieving my card after6 to 7 working days but till now i have not recieved me card yet . May i know the reaseon for this and please see that i will recieve my card as soon as possible as i am in need of it .

                        I was an HDFC card holder 4 years before. Due to my financial problem i couldnt made the payments in time.

                        Later I was approched by one HDFC key official Mr.Manjunathan from Tiruvanmiyur Branch, and he has promised me that if I paid Rs.10,000/- all my debts will be cleared. (my total card value is Rs.15,000/-) I've trusted them and paid the said amount. I was not aware of the NOC letter or any kind of settlement clearance certificate (which was not even informed by the employee) at the time of settlement.

                        Recently I came to knew that my name is included in the defaulters list.

                        I was became victim in this banking trap.

                        I write a mail to HDFC grievances today and waiting for the reply. Hope everything will sort out soon.

                          Hi Sir / Mandan.

                          I am a credit card A/C holder of HDFC bank Cards No: - [protected] where due some unavoidable circumstances was able to make the payment for the month of March 2010. In accordance to which received a call from a Person Name: - Atulya Chopra stating that he is calling from Bank on the[protected] for payment collection as it is due this call lasted for 20 Min. On that call, itself these people harnessed and threaten me even after telling him what my intentions were about the payment and when I will make the payment.
                          Mr. Atulya Chopra called me again and harnessed me, just to add one sentence he use on that call which in Hindi was oye bikhari paisa kab de ga and then starting abusing me and kept on saying kis ko camplaint kare ga .
                          Then on 27/03/2010, another person named Nikhil called at 9:30 AM when I have was at home and my father a retired person ,who is a BP and sugar patient received this call where he has nothing to do with my finances. The person harassed and threaten him with abusive language and one sentence he use on that call which in Hindi was Arre bhudde bikhari bangaye ho kya . tumare khandan main koi paisa dene wala nahi hai . After this call, due to that harassment and metal stress which bank gave to my father he was so much upset that he was not well for 3 days.
                          The things did not stop there, and then on[protected] another person named Mr.Jasbhir call in my absence and spoke to my sister in between 4:20 to 4:25 PM did the same things.
                          When asked from the bank they have told me that all these call which was made to me and family are recorded.

                          I am have filed a case against the bank as they have given threats, harassed me and my family more than that they have given mental distress to my father and released my personal financial information to 3rd party.
                          All the above mention comes under the following RBI acts:
                          • Fair Practices Code for Lenders” in May 2003.
                          • Right to privacy.
                          I escalated the matter to the bank authorities but they have not given me a appropriate response.

                            On March 10, 2010, I had lodged a complaint against a cash deduction of Rs 3000/- from my A/C [protected] of HDFC bank, but I had lodged a complaint to the VimanNagar branck to which I was told that the cash will be refunded to my A/C within 12 working days but I received only Rs 2000/-. I had again lodged a complaint about the remaining amount to which I get a call from the HDFC callcenter saying that the amount of Rs 1000/- was withdrawn by myself. Astonishingly, I was shocked on hearing this and I am unfortunately sorry to say that a bank like HDFC would be so careless about handling the transactions from ATM of any banks.

                            I am totally actless and I do not know how to go with this issue and from whom should I take help, because money is money I cannot think of loosing Rs 1000/- just for their silly mistake. I look forward for a positive consideration towards my issue

                              This is Akash Inderpal & my HDFC two wheeler loan number is 15654622 . last month in march my ECS was reversed due to unsufficient balance but on that point of time I had balance in my account & you have reversed the ECS after that I have call to your customer care & called for executive to collect the payment & 9th of march I have paid the amount of EMI & the RT no[protected] dated -09/03/2010 to HDFC & my bank has been charged me 221/-rs for reversal chaerges but HDFC bank has been again presented my ECS ON 15/03/2010 & MY bank again charged me for reversal on 15/03/2010 even i have already paid the amount on 09/03/2010 & inform to the bank also that i have paid the amount.....

                                This is to inform you that i have saving account at HDFC mehsana branch and i had loker to this branch which i have surrender as on 27th March 2010 with written application to personal banker. But because of irresponsibility of personal banker rent has been charged for period 1st April, 2010 to 31st March,2011. I have talked to personal banker on customer support but she is not taking responsibility for the same. So give suggestion to me .

                                    In brief, I was issued joining fee free of cost credit card in August 2004 but HDFC billed me joining fee. Later on, they reversed the charges but to levy it again, partially. Since the same was disputed from the very beginning and not paid for, HDFC continued to bill me finance charges for non payment of the finance charges of previous months. However, they had been reversing finance charges partially, clearly indicating my strong protest against the same. I had been paying my monthly outstanding in full, in the next month and lastly, closed card in June 2005. However, they are continuing to bill me finance charges till date i.e. Mar 2010 and are showing some Rs 31000+ and have put my name in CIBIL. I have proofs of the same and consequently, my creditability is affected.

                                    Attached herewith is chain of mails and statements. The sequence of events is self explanatory and clearly shows that I never kept any merchant transaction outstanding and paid in full in subsequent month.

                                    Accordingly, I am planning to launch consumer court case for claiming damages resulting from misdeeds of HDFC. Further, I request you to highlight the matter in media and make general public aware what HDFC is doing in name of CIBIL. This is sheer exploitation and needs to be stopped.

                                    I am willing to provide additional evidences of HDFC exploitation, if required.

                                    Dear Bheemaiah,

                                    I have dealing with HDFC on resolution of the issue pertaining to closed card: [protected] for over two years and it seem to be falling on deaf ears. By stating that I have some Rs 31000 odd outstanding does not help. If you continue to bill me for a card closed in 2005 till 2010, you can show lacs as outstanding charges. Your aim is to arm twist to extract some money out of discerning customers. However, I am now going to take HDFC to task. I am going to report matter in a full-fledged manner to media through appropriate channels and further initiate consumer court case for claiming damages for putting my name in CIBIL and thereby affecting my creditability. Now I have copies of CIBIL report and written evidences of its impact on my creditability.

                                    I have attached copy of my previous mail which already provides details as to why nothing is outstanding. However, no sensible explanation has ever been provided except for HDFC statements which continue to bill for finance charges. Now, HDFC needs to explain it in media as well as consumer court, as to how they have arrived at this outstanding and further, I will provide threatening recorded calls by HDFC goons recorded by me with full details of call dates, calling number and time.

                                    To reiterate, I will explain the sequence of events and why no charges are lawfully due, as follows:

                                    1. The card was issued in July/ August 2004 and it was issued free of cost by DSA who got my application filled. If your DSA misrepresent the facts by telling a lie that card is free when it is not, then principal i.e. HDFC is responsible for act of agent as per contract act 1872. Further, subsequent statements clearly indicate dispute pertaining to joining fees .

                                    2. In the statement of Sep 2004, joining fee of Rs 2160 levied is reversed fully, clearly indicating my protest and agreement of HDFC that the card is free card. I had merchant transactions of 1050.50 and paid in full Rs. 4151 towards August charges. This joining charge is root cause of later finance charges and dispute.

                                    3. In the statement of Oct. 2004, surprisingly, HDFC bills me again for membership charges of 2160 but provides credit of Rs. 1350 against the same. This credit does not appear to be any specific % credit and sounds like a very arbitrary amount. On this disputed net amount of Rs. 810, HDFC bills me finance charges in subsequent months !! There is no merchant transaction or any lawful charges on my account, in this month. Accordingly, nothing is lawfully due.

                                    4. In the statement of Nov 2004, I had merchant transactions of Rs. 5947.32. Although, joining fee of Rs 810 was wrongfully billed in Oct 2004 but non payment of the same results in levy of finance charges of 251.23. Accordingly, I was legally supposed to pay Rs 5947.32 only.

                                    5. In the statement of Dec 2004, I had merchant transactions of Rs. 8004. I paid in full merchant transactions of previous month i.e. Rs 5947.32. Futher, there was refund from IRCTC towards cancellation of ticket resulting in extra payment. My total credits were Rs 6779 and accordingly, lawful outstanding after excess credit was Rs. 7172.32. However, HDFC billed me 343.37 towards previous outstanding finance charges.

                                    6. In the statement of Jan 2005, I had merchant transactions of Rs. 32,254.76. I paid full payment of merchant transactions of previous month i.e. Rs 7174. Accordingly, lawful outstanding was Rs. 32,254.76. HDFC did not bill me any finance charges in this statement!

                                    7. In the statement of Feb 2005, I had merchant transactions of Rs. 12789.5. I paid full outstanding of merchant transactions of previous month i.e. Rs 32255. Accordingly , lawful outstanding was Rs. 12789.5. However, HDFC billed me finance charges of Rs. 1550 but reversed previous months’ finance charges partially for Rs. 602.56. This clearly outlines double standards of HDFC. While they accept my dispute of joining fee and consequently, wrongful levy of finance charges and reverses the same but at the same time levy finance charges on outstanding finance charges during the current month for Rs 1550!!

                                    8. In the statement of April 2005, I had merchant transactions of Rs. 3737. I paid full outstanding of merchant transactions of previous month i.e. Rs 12790. Accordingly, lawful outstanding was Rs.3737. In this statement HDFC reverses previously levied finance charges partially to the tune of Rs 799.71 clearly indicating my persistent strong protests and consequently, HDFC agreement to the same.

                                    9. In the statement of May 2005, I had merchant transactions of Rs. 342. I paid full outstanding of merchant transactions of previous month i.e. Rs 3737. Futher, there was refund from Airline cancellation resulting in extra payment for Rs 1441. My net excess payment/ credit was Rs 1101.42 and accordingly, lawful outstanding after excess credit was Rs. 0 (I had to recover Rs. 1101.32). However, HDFC appropriated the excess credit towards the finance charges previously billed!!

                                    10. In the statement of June 2005, I had merchant transactions of Rs. 6507.4. Since there was excess credit already, I was not supposed to make any payment. Accordingly, lawful outstanding after excess credit was Rs. 5405.98. However HDFC billed me finance charges again on previous outstanding finance charges for Rs. 390.2

                                    11. In the statement of July 2005, I had closed my card and submitted application along with payment towards previous months merchant transaction outstanding of Rs. 5405.98 by making payment of Rs. 5409. It was getting too much to handle HDFC dispute month after month. Accordingly, I had paid Rs 3.02 extra. There is no lawful outstanding

                                    12. Post my closure of card, you people continue to bill me for yearly charges and finance charges for non payment of finance charges, thereby accumulating some Rs 31000.

                                    I have spoken to several managers of HDFC and all agree orally to my plea, but state that HDFC management rules prohibit them to make any consideration, even in lawful cases. HDFC believes in the philosophy of extracting money by putting customers’s name in CIBIL, thereby arm-twisting them for clearance of their name from CIBIL.That’s why HDFC has maximum number of consumer complaints. Its the worst bank to deal with.

                                    Now as stated above, I have initiated steps to report this matter in media and also seek damages through consumer court, I would like to have a sensible reply / corrective action of clearing wrongful outstanding and clearing my name from CIBIL

                                    HDFC — Inefficient account management

                                    Done the online transection of Rs700 for Tata Photon(Internet Service) on 28 Dec 2011,due to some technical the transection got failed and the recharge was not successfull,even though the amount got deducted from the HDFC account.After registering so many complaints to both the service providers( HDFC Bank & Tata Photon) the problem is still not resolved. both of them are not willing to accept the fault from their end,resulting in customer harrasment.
                                    where is the loophole no one is willing to accept.Its not a matter of just a pity amount but how they are treating customer.

                                    Need the results on immediate effect.

                                      on 01 april,i used my debit card to check balance.after entering the pin and choosing bal enquiry from the menu,nothing happened and a mesage was displayed that the card was retained .I had entered the right pin.

                                      HDFC Bank — Worse ATM Service in NOIDA

                                      I want all concerned person to pay attention about ATM service provided by HDFC Bank in NOIDA.

                                      Its only pain for a person to have account with HDFC Bank.

                                      ATM service is most required in first 10 days of any month. But HDFC ATM SUCKS ..... when YOU require it MOST !!!!

                                      My nearest ATM is at Kanchanjanga MKT at Sec-51 and near UFLEX, but both remains out of serivce. Some time machine out of service ....some time machine out of cash.....

                                      Most of the ATM center have only one terminal....

                                      I warn every person to think thrice before opening account with HDFC BANK.

                                      I have applied for upgraadation of Gold debit card to Platinum debit card
                                      However I got my new PIN but not the debit card , when I enquired further they said it was returned as my mailing address was not updated properly.. However they did not bother to even inform me the same and now they are saying your current Debit card will also be blocked.....I also failed to understand how is that possible that when I applied for a new credit card it was deliverd to me at the same mailing address a month ago , but incase of debit card the address is not updated.....and noew they say the card will be delivered after i again uipdate my adress and this will take 20 days...till then i cannot use my exisiting debit card as well...I am completely pissed off with such pathetic service of HDFC bank

                                      Still i have not received ATM card then enquires from nearest post office Lohia Nagar (Patna) accourding to post office Staff ATM Card has been delevered on[protected], but i have not received any document from post office. i saw hard copy of proof of delevery found no any signature on receiving.

                                      I was withdrawing money with my HDFC bank debit card from
                                      Pimple Gurav, Pune ATM. But after getting cash my debit card not came out, it
                                      stuck into the ATm

                                      I am continuously trying to contact your customer support
                                      numbers but they are not connecting properly. I have tried almost 15 to 20
                                      times since last night but call gets disconnected or there is no reply.

                                      I have also contacted Sangavi branch near area to that ATM
                                      but they also said to contact branch where your account is. So I was searching
                                      Hinjewadi HDFC bank telephone no. but they are out of service (no existence)

                                      Can you please take this seriously and let me know the
                                      procedure to get my ATM debit card. Please provide me correct contact no. of

                                        I am holding HDFC Bank Credit Card more than 3 years.As per the oral comunication on phone with Mr.Amit Joshi executive of HDFC -Chandivali Division I had done setllement and made the payment.Every time for issuing chq to HDFC Bank for credit card was confirmed for the pending settlement amount with their representative who comes for collection and he has to call Amit Joshi and confirmed that now x amount is outstanding. So i asked for the letter in writing so he assured me that will receive after making final installement of settlement which was given to me on phone. So I have paid the final figures which they are given me on phone.But till today Havn't received any settlement letter and they started calling for further amount.On attemting their office -chandivali personally they told me that your settlement was postponed and now u have to pay all your dues and started calling & harrasing on phones . I was got BP & problems at office.This is nothing but a pure cheating from HDFC to the customers.
