[Resolved]  Hero Honda — After sales service

Dear Sir / Mam,

I have purchased a Hero Honda Hunk bike from ARC Motors Okhla Phase 2 in May 2008. I have some problem with this bike after 2 -3 month from the date of purchase. it has skid problem its rear tyre is always bubbling therefore there is no balance, & I have injured two times in road accident because of this.I have lodged complains at Hero Honda Customer care several times but I have not get any proper solution till now, & finally there statement is that they cant do any thing in this case, Because according to them there is not any issue in the bike. I have checked my bike & its rear wheel in CEAT / MRF Showrooms & they found the problem in its rear wheel or tyre. My bike is under warranty. But I am not getting any solution from its manufacturer. Please do needful

i am Ramesh.A in salem here there is no proper service in ashok auto agency Salem, tamilnadu. since i left my brother vehicle for service which they never attented the vehicle properly.i am not satisfied by there service, because they never consider my complaints about the vehicle

my bike is in showroom since three months but they every day that parts are unavilable in the market,

oil licage many times i m going to service center but daily kuch na kuch bahana bana re h , u wii take action vrna hm lenge action .

hi this is ravi naik from mumbai. I have recently purchased a Karizma zmr. from sub dealer sahajanand motors borivili. I regret to tell u that i got a defective piece.Most of its body parts are not perfectly fitted.and graphics are duplicate after 1st service sudenly breakdown on road i visit scan auto pvt ltd, they told me this is a fuel pump problem
I have left my bike for fuel pump problem at scan auto pvt ltd goregaon(e) mumbai at tuesday i.e on 02.08.2011 and have not yet received the vehicle till date, Reason is that they have not got spares since last one week
Please Kindly take proper action for this negligence,

I want to attract your attension towards my complaint.I have splendor+ bike and just at 2500 kms its speedometre stops working.during my 5th free service of my bike i asked this fact to your service centre inspector but it is not being done okey till now.I expect a good action from you.please take some action ASAP.

I have purchased one splendor plus bike from kandhimathi motors. i have problem with my bike in front wheel vopling i said that problem to senior service supervisor in the first service.
But he didn't solve my problem.He said that due to tyre it may comes and use upto 1800 kilometres it will cure.But it doesn't cure i had informed it to him for my problem he said that ur bike center chase should be changed and he told chase is put on order but not yet received.
so plz take my complaints and take some actions towards my problems.My bike number is TN 76 V 5367. I have brought from the Dealer Kandthimathi Motors from tirunelveli. plz reply me for my problems
i purchased hero honda pleasure in 1st may 2009 from VARENYAM MOTORS BHOPAL.On may 2011 battery of it is changed then in october 2011 i need to change the battery again though the battery has 1 year warantee.Also there is problem regarding its service i only get 4 free service instead of 6 my bike wont run much so instead of getting it service in a fixed time period the workers told me to get it service when it covered the mention kms in the book itself, as it wont be able to cover d required kms the free service get lapsed and now they r not accepting all dis watever they told me.As i shifted from bhopal to bangalore it became more problematic for me.pls look over dis problem as soon as possible.

Getting poor mileage

I bought Honda cb unicorn 13.1.2014, am getting very low mileage of only 42-43 kms . I bought unicorn for mileage only comparing with fz. What can I do. Kindly help me
