Hi

I gave my car for servicing to Capital Honda in Chennai on June 30th, 2009. After a couple of days of driving the car I noticed that the car was not picking up speed in the second gear occasionally. I sent the car back to them for correction but the problem did not happen during the test drive and they claimed that there is no issue with the car.

Since then I have been facing the issue. Earlier it used to be occassional but now it has become consistent. I sent the car back to Capital honda on August 13th for re-inspection. This time the problem did show up in their test drive. I was in for a shock though when the service advisor told me that he needed three days to inspect the vehicle since the problem occurs occassionaly. Only after test driving my vehicle for 3 days, they will be able to tell what the problem is!

I found that to be very suspicious and asked the service advisor to put me in touch with his manager, which he refused to do stating the manager was on leave.

This is not the first time I have received poor service from capital honda. Earlier once, they asked me to change all the tyres of my car (3years old). I did that. After 6 months, when I sent the car for another service, the service advisor again advised me to change all 4 tyres! When I pointed out that all tyres were just 6 months old and Capital Honda themselves had changed them, he mentioned that it was a mistake on his part and the tyres are good!

I think there is a lot going on behind the scenes at Capital Honda. I used to give my car to them because they were prompt in service and arranged for pickup/drop of the vehicle and hence very convenient. However, the current experiences seem to indicate that the actual servicing of the car is poor quality and they dont have competent technical staff to provide the right opinion and fix issues reasonably.

Honda — They don't listen my problem

I am Nitin Kumar My bike No is DL6SAD1796 STUNNER. I Purchesed this bike on 1 January 2009. I am informing you that I have complents many times but you did not take any respones. problem is that my bike's suspentions are not working properly.They did not listen my bike problems. If some heppens with me due to yours bike
who will be responsible.I think company will be responsible for all those thing.

So kindly request to you Do something for my bike problem.

I have had issues with Capital Honda. They don't listen. I tell them what needs to be fixed and even write it down on the paperwork. They never get it right. I have asked for them to order a new part at least six times and they have yet to get it right. Then they call me for ask if I was happy with my service. I swear the woman does not understand English. She is so annoying.
I have a serious concern with capital honda chennai. they wont listen what we are telling.they are not polite to customers. they are not bothering about our concern. they want the car to sold. they are pressurizing us to get the car. some people over there really sucks.for the begining till now we didnt receive any good response from them. they are shouting to the customer. really disappointed. in this case we dont feel like getting car with them. so we canceled the car which we book in capital honda.

Capital honda customer service is really worst,
One of the FINE Cheaters u find in this business are capital honda guys... Thy jus push u like anything to buy the car, n when u book tada. thy don take calls, dodge us, .. Worst costomer service, attitude of those guys are really worst... Plz go 4 any other dealers bt not capital honda... They really play games when it comes to handle customer, .

    BRAND NEW HONDA CITY PARTS ARE GETTING RUST.


    I purchase Honda-city Car on 17 april 2008, but within six month from the date of purchse i found some of the parts are getting rust.
    I never think of this kind of image from your side. I contacted your dealer. but took photographs & told us to they will contact their Head Office i.e Hondamotors & will solve the problem. I waited for 3 months. But they did not solved the problem. After so many reminders they solved the problem with repainting the parts.

    If required i can sent the photographs of the same once again.

    But within 3 months of solving problem, the parts are getting once against rust. This time some more parts are getting rust.

      sir actually I had purchased a honda shine on the name of my elder brother (md adil khan) at 06/08/2009 at the time i was very happy that we purchased indias good bike in the group of 125cc bikes. The bike is really very good. Your technology is also good not good but the best. But sir the problem is some service centres in bihar such as bhagalpur, arariya etc. Sir we are not getting such parts which we need in our bike such as shoccer . they told us there is no any guarantee on shoccer for any problem actually my shoccer become very loose and we are feeling jerkings very badly. Sir please inform me that they are right or wrong on my mob. no.:- [protected] or on my e-mail id. Sir if they are wrong then take an heavy action against them. Sir please sir.       me last 6th month se paresan hu, muje koi satisfaction mila hi nahi he... meri hondashine bike me wobbling last three service se he par ye problem slow he nahi karete,

      tyre change karne ke liye muje Ahmedabad hi jana padega wo dhi Thu. or Stu. 10.00am to 02.00pm.
      Mene bike Gandhinagar se lihe, par me BARODA me rahetahu or meri job bhi yanhi hai.

      Muje week me Ek hi day off milsakta he, par wo koi Particular day ko nahi hai, to me baroda me hi mera tyer change karasku ye nahi ho sakta...????????

      Kay Gandhinagar se bike Parches ki he vahahi ye kam ho sakta he...???? Baroda se ye kam nahi hu sakta..????

      To asi services ka kay kam.???????

      Agar muje Service nahi de sakte to muje bike nahi use karni ...

        Motor Cycle Passion Pro Regd.no RJ-27 8521 purchased on 09.10.2009 from M/S Royal Motors Panchwati Udaipur([protected] SHABBIR).The buyer's Name is Mrs GIRJESH PUROHIT W/O SH.UMESH CHANDER PUROHIT.By mistake The Insurance Paper are made in The name of MR GIRJESH PUROHIT S/O UMESH CHANDER PUROHIT which is incorrect.We immediately informed the dealer about the mistake.

        The dealer neither listen properly nor making the necessary correction, rather misbehave with my uncle (the costumer).You are requested to look in to the

        matter and help my uncle for getting the proper document in respect of Insurance Paper to avoid unnecessarily hurashment by the Authorities.

            ear Sir/Madam,

            This is to bring to your Kind notice about the problems regading My HONDA AVIATOR.Inspired by the Ad, i purchased the AVIATOR scooter from one of your authorised dealers M/S HAIKU MOTORS PVT LTd, DOMLUR, BANGALORE on JUNE 5th, 2008 under regn no. KA-03-HC-3363. ( Eng no.JF21E0022438, ChASIS NO: ME4JF211E[protected].
            Before stating my complaint I want to tell a few things about me. I was driving all type of Two wheelers from age 14 itself.On Sep 2007, i miraculously survived a train
            accident.But both my legs are severly damaged.approx 7 lakhs was incurred on treatment.Now i can hardly walk just 50 meters.Since i cannot ride a geared vehicle i bought this scooter and was driving at my own life risk.

            Just a month after delivery of the vehicle, my life became more problematic. It got stopped in middle of traffic due to spark plug malfunction. I dragged the scooter
            for one km to reach the nearest Honda service center located at Domlur. I got it repaired and that problem was resolved thereafter.

            But It Given me some long persisting problems like.

            1)Scooters starts only by applying choke.No matter if i try to re start after 30 minutes.
            2)Max mileage it gives was just 32.(even on long drive with out any traffic).
            3)When i apply brake during idling the engine sound was different.

            All the above problems persists even after three servicings and continous speaking to the servicing personnel.

            I has to travel 35-40 km daily.I cannot commute with out scooter to anywhere.

            so please take necessity action and make my life go smooth.

            HONDA AVIATOR — less mileage

            i got my aviator's rpm changed to increase it's mileage from 32 to 45km/l as promised by company from axis honda workshop itself but in vain.what's this?????

            how to solve our problem????

            company is not taking any steps to improve the current aviator...

              Honda Unicorn-Carburetor

              Would like to know after how many years one need to change the Carburetor of Honda Unicorn????
              I was having starting problem with my Honda Unicorn and also it gets stopped after going few meters.
              I called a service station person and asked him to pick the bike from my house.
              After that I got a call from service station and I was told that my bike is serviced as I have told them but they are unable to set the mileage but...

              Dear Sir/Madam,
              My wife purchased new Honda Activa (MH12 FM16) thru'. M/s Aero Wheezs, Pune (who is authorised dealer) last month after doing a bit of survey on it but there are problems since begining
              1) It took more than month and many follow ups to get delivry after paying full amount.
              2) After 1st free service vehicle started giving problems like less pick-up, poor milage, running with slow speed etc.
              Tried to sort out problems with dealer M/s Aero Wheezs, Pune but in vain as they are not have capable.
              Personas working there including managers are not knowledgeble and not willing to sort out problems, they only try to fetch money, I met with many customers with similar problems.
              Please do needful.

              you have a sub dealer in nabha dist patiala punjab but he is not talking properly with custmores not intrested to sale his products properly in nabha city lots of person wants to purchase honda products but due to misbehave of your subdealer they are purchasging suzuki scooter plc change the agency to proper person tnen your sale will be 1000 persent will be improve plc check his behaviour with custmores thanks
              i am agree with deepak .I wanted to purchase honda activa, .because of that behaviour i had to purchased hero honda.thats good.

                Dear Sir

                This is Bapan Deb from tinsukia assam I purchased a Hero honda glamour on January 2009. After one month i found a sound from engine i complaind in first servicing but after few day again i got the same and a new problem found fuel overflow. I had cmplaines for that in 2nd servicing. They charged for curvator washing and again i got same problems now they suggest to change the curvator and I have to pay for that Rs 1500/-. If I have to pay for change the parts within the warranty period than what is meaning of warranty. So I request to your kind self you please look into this matter and do the needful

                  Hi I am Chandan chakraborty from Dhanbad Jharkhand. I have purchased a New unicorn having Engine no:-KCO9E-1076316 Chasis No:-ME4KC093F 98074910 Date of purchase :-06/07/2009 from Gopalka Honda Dhanbad Jharkhand.it is disappointing for me to state that the level of honda post delivery services is really unsatisfactory.i bought a honda unicorn from Gopalka Honda Last months and honda dealer has completely failed to satisfy me with my new bike's issues at first servicing .

                  My complaint is on the first week of purchase itself when i felt pickup is not going over 60 kmh and engine giving humming sound . I told to service supervisior Mr. chandan within 5 days of purchase about the issue and they convinced me that the issue is not a major one and it will be settled on your frist Service. They told me the typied is slidely tight and carburator got some carbon inside .

                  Nothing specially happened in first service and same problem is occuring till date . Really fed up with the kind of service provided By Gopalka Honda. Please think of your customer's Time, Money and Safety.

                  i want know from your side that if this problems are occured in bike after a day of purchase.how the PDI department have paseed this type of vehicle with stamped PDI OK or PDI checked .
                  if the same problem continues with my bike for more than one week from today i have to go consumer forum court for this type of service. they keep postponding the matter to the frustrating level and its the last option left for me to mail to here.
                  expecting responsible response from your end and request yout to do the needful AS soon As possible

                  i am remesh from kerala, trivandrum bought a honda unicorn on 17/04/09 from Marikar motors ltd M G ROAD TVM.I have done three services for my bike.Its main problem is that missing occurs while riding, its very difficult for me to drive long journey.If missing occurs engine should be off and difficult to start after that.At the time of third service i already told the complaint to the supervisor, but the problem still arise.After this problem occurs the ENGINE PICKUP AND MILEAGE SHOULD DECREASE.Before the 2nd service the mileage is around 56kms/litre, now it is around 44kms/litre

I have purchaged the bike from Dealer Subham Honda, Bhubaneswar in 12-Nov-2005.When the bike was new, It was realy performing well having no issues with respect to Pick up, Millage and Maintenance.But now This bike has lots of problem. There is no pick up, No millage, Engine Oil Becomes dry within 700Km and Maintenance becomes high in every month.That doesn't meant that, I have not serveiced the Bike with frequently.
                  Almost All the parts of the Engine have been changed by the Service centre which includes Carburator, Head, Small small parts which i dont know by Name.But still the same problem is happening. When I am asking this to service centre, Then are also not able to give me the satisfectory answer.By Guess they are telling, this might be the problem, That might be the problem.So I lost my faith from the mechanics of Shubham Honda. In the Last Month, I went to Subham service center having the above problem, They spent 2 days in time and Approx. Rs.7000/-.But now the same problem is still there in the bike. So My Request is Please take the proper action to solve these issues.

                    Dear Sir,
                    This is to bring to your kind notice that for my ACTIVA, I had purchased an Exide battery on 12th Aug 08 . The battery was alright for initial 3-4 months but then the self start problem started to occur in ACTIVA . We got the battery checked from the retailer to trace the fault. The battery was declared to be without any fault by the Exide office. The battery worked properly for another one and a half month after being charged by the Company.
                    When the same problem persisted then we approached ESS ELL Motors (your distributor in Dehradun). They checked the battery and told that both the charger and the battery are at fault and both needed to be changed. Thereby we bought a new charger from ESS ELL Motors.[ESS ELL INVOICE NO 09IW00537 dated 18-04-09] . As battery was under the warranty period, we gave it to Exide. The battery was again checked and was certified to be OK.
                    Again the same problem regarding the self start in ACTIVA started. We approached ESS ELL Motors for inspection of problem. They told that there is a Carbon on contacts and cleaned it. After that it worked OK for a few days and then the problem started again. And again on contacting ESS ELL, the ACTIVA was serviced and a certificate was given ensuring that the vehicle is not at fault.[INVOICE NO 09IW07156 DATED 16-07-09]
                    After a few days of servicing the same problem persists even today. Now I am not willing to approach Exide retailer as we are afraid that by this time battery might have got damaged due to non removal of fault .Further, if we replace a new battery, due to negligence on your distributor, the new one may also run out of power.
                    I would be very grateful to you if could kindly look in this matter.

                    I purchased honda activa before 6 months.I m staying in Bhopal .First 1 months my activa was good.But from next I am facing lots of problems related to battery .The Servicing centers are very bad.They never entertain customers.They checked my battery.It was sent for Warrenty.For this they have taken the whole 1 week .After they said battery is OK.Then they checked relay 7 time .It was not working.Then replaced new realy.At that time hardly 15 days activa was good.Then again i facing Self starting problem.Then they pls do servicing.Again after servicing also I am facing the same problem.I m just fed up off this problem.
                    Please make proper servicing centers.

                    Honda Activa — not getting self start from the day of purchase

                      on today my vehicle is not good condition.
                      because of dealer service is not setisfaction.
                      my vehicle stearing problem is not solve
                      by the dealer.he every time say to me that u re problem is solve . i check my vehicle and say ok. but after 2 or 5 day the problem is come back. many complain i do 4 this. but they cant solve forever.
                      i also complain in haryana . they just do formalities but not sure 4 solving a problem,
                      last d 22-07-09. my vehicale run in just 1or 1.5 feet in water of rain. same time and same place my other vehicale is also run in this. but when we cross it shine is not run in any gher. bike is still start but no run.on that place to my home i reach with my bike at list 5 km.
                      next day my home 2 work shop of company at 2 km away from my home.
                      i reached there and saw the problem
                      one mechanic saw it and say the clach wire is tiet and he losse it. then muy bike is ready this day date is[protected].after
                      2 day d:[protected].in early at moring mu bike is stopped again.and my father tell me at evening and i call emergency no of dealer they came and take my bike.
                      d:27/07/09 monday they tell me that clach plate is burning and it will be remove.i ask a qustion to u that in one year clach plate gone?
                      and clach plate is not work then how can bike run on 2 days about 80 km .
                      and always when i show my staring problem a mechanic say ye itna to rahega zayda karege to begadjayega.
                      not only free service but after 2 or 3 days i always come with a problem in bike. on last service he say y're front jumper oil is less and chain cleaning, engine oil also change . i change every thing which he say 2 me.
                      every service i do in authorize dealer workshop.
                      but they not service well any time in last 1.5 year.
                      d:27-07-09 . my bike service bill is 1023 rs.
                      and last service time the bill is about 350RS.
                      SO MY REQUEST TO U THAT PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME.

                      honda/honda shine — bad servicing

                      i have brought HONDA SHINE bike from KRISHNA AUTOMOBILES (HONDA),E-77 PHASE 1, CHANDIGARH on 7th april 2010
                      i had given my bike to KRISHNA HONDA due to a accident for servicing.they gave me estimated time of 2 weeks.the servicing of their parts is too bad.
                      they had nothing done anything in the bike.it's taking very long time to giving estimation to he customer and as well as to all.........
                      and u r customer care service is also too bad............
                      i need a quick response.

                        i buy a activa from sarvpriya auto they charge me rs 600 extra for lamination, they said that we laminate your scooter on each service, when i went to sarvpriya for first service then i have to know that they have no trained staff for service, they appoint the 2 labourman on salry rs 2500 per month for washing those scooters, who have to wash the 80 and above scooters per day, they are not washing the scooter properly, when they give me the key of scooter that the scooter is serviced i am very serprised that the dust is as it is on the scooter wheels as before. I call the manager and show him the serviced scooter he said me sir it is not serviced so that they wash my scooter three time. after that i was not satasfied because they do not laminate my scooter thier service to the consumer is very bad.
                        now i deside that i will not visit again to sarvpriya autos for service or purchase any vehical. all the free services provided by the company are paid for me.
                        company is fail to provide the good service to the customer. The interest of the company is only sale not service.
                        I'm having honda activa 2003 Model (Regd No. PB 67-9058). It has always been serviced by M/s Nanda Motors, Shahkot Distt. Jalandhar (PB). Whenever I've given my activa for service or repair, everytime it came back to me with additional defects. This time my activa had a problem of leakage of engine oil. M/s Nanda Motors changed the Holder Cam Shaft part no.12211KPL900 and charged Rs. 500/- for the same. But they are least bothered about looking at enguine oil. They handed over me the activa without enguine oil. After some days when I noticed that there is some addtional noise from enguine, I came to know that there is no enguine oil. And my enguine has been damaged.
                        I get servicing of my vehicle in the authorised showroom itself thinking that they know the bike well. But it seems that they are into harassing the customer. I had got my bike service in silicon honda show room near basavangudi 6 months back but it had many problem. I approached them but the reply was very bad. This time also I was told that the vehicle has many problem and was charged 3k, within a day i got various problem, when approached the feedback was very very very bad. This is my suggestion to avoid authorised showroom as i and many of my friends have faced lots of problem. They have a bad after sale service and want to push their spare parts sales.

                        I had sent my Honda city for repair post the accident to Ring Road Honda on the 29th Apr10. The very next day the Approval had come from the insurance company. Today i enquired on the staus of the car, to my surprise they had not even started work on the same. The car is with them for last 5 days and they have not even touched the car. No body has the information on what are they doing and how long will it take. Seems like i have lost my car.No customer service at all. You go to their garage and look for people and when you find them they have no answers. I have escalated to their GM, what i get in response is a SMS stating that they have recvd my car. Pathetic service no empathy. If you live in gurgaon do not own a honda car. if you own a honda car, either do not live in gurgaon or get it serviced in Delhi.
                        Dear Sir,
                        My father has brought me a ACTIVA on dtd.21.09.2009 from Gugnani Motors, Bhubaneswar. After all my FREE service coupons I have gone for a normal check up on dtd.18.08.2010. When the service advisor from the said dealer has asked me to change the oil & Gear oil as well as the spark plug,Air filter,oil filter, I have replace all the components they have asked me. Even they have charged me the service charges as per actuals. But from that day i am facing problem with the riding of scooter. I have struggled with the breaking systems of the scooter & even I have heard about some sounds that are coming from the rear part of the scooter with difficulty in riding. So I have again come to the service center of the said dealer for the check up on dtd.25.08.2010. this time as per the advice by the service adviser there is the problem with break shoes & needs to be changed & it will be fine after the change. So I have agreed with the service advisor & carry on the service process.

                        Here is the problem now that even there is the change of all the above components the problem persists even it is more acute that the scooter is not at all running. Even if we are trying for the ride, the rear drum is getting so hot that there comes the smell of some burning enamels.And the scooter is running like some body is pushing back. My home is about 30 Km from the dealers service point & I am busy person working as a Sales head in an MNC. If we are going for a formal service to our scooter & getting such hectic situation then tell me what would be the next step for this. I am totally fade up with the service activity by Gugnani Motors service persons. I think they are not properly investigating the matters/ complaints but just going on for the spare parts changes. If this is the case no way I am sure that tomorrow I go there & they will ask for the changes of the some spare parts but the thing is that my problem is not going to be solved. What is the logic behind the normal check up & to which I am suffering for.

                        This is my polite request to the concern that my problem should be resolved otherwise I will go for consumer forum.

                        Dear Sir/Madam, I am Sandeep Kumar from Karnal. I purchased one second hand Hond Activa from Karnal. I gave it for service to Satya Honda, Sector 14, Karnal. On the name of service they just repaired the other things what I told them and charged Rs 2300 for this. They also broke both mirrors, disabled the speedometer, could not repair the fuel gauze, could not repair the left indicator even it was right as I got it repaired from a local shop and bothered me so many times by saying that leave your bike and come next day. Kept me waiting for 4 hours and then they said come next day and take your bike. When I asked for mirrors they said your mirrors were local ones and ours are company made and are costly, So I have to pay for it. Even their manager convinced me by saying that when I will come for next service then he will repair the mirrors. After paying so much and the damages done to my bike, I am really frustrated at the quality of the service being given to my bike as compared to the money and time I have lost. I humbly request you to take a positive action in this regard. I will be highly thankful to you and oblige.

                        I got my service done from S.D Trading Co.Ambala city.of honda activa on 16th sep 2010.I told the service superviser regarding problems i was facing.When i have given the activa for service the horn was working properly but when i went for collection of activa i was informed that the horn is not working and my remaining problems were not removed but a new problem was created.The supervisor said the horn has to be replaced by a new one.then i went to the market and got checked that the horn was absolutely OK.Unnecessarily they want to replace the serviceable horn.It seems that their intention was to sell their spare parts .I m unsatisfied with the service of such a good brand.

                        I bought an Activa from pickup honda, Faridabad in the month of April. My first service was done on time, whereas the second one got delayed by a month or so(done on Sept 8, 2010) and that too was done after one month of continuous reminders to their works GM - Mr. Mathew for requesting a pick up of the vehicle.These people leave no stone unturned to harrass the customers as well as put the entire blamer of delay on us, NOT AT ALL COOPERATIVE OR CUSTOMER ORIENTED ATTITUDE. Now I got a call on Oct 24, 2010 from puja that the 4th sevice is due on Oct 22, 2010. Upon my request that you are calling on Oct 24, 2010 and that too at 1400 hours and moreover, I being a working lady can send the Activa only on Oct 31, 2010, being a sun, they said I have to get the same serviced by Oct 30, 2010, I requested them for a pick up of the same for which they say they charge Rs. 150/- but last time also charged Rs. 200/- anddecline the pick up on sat / sun. Further on the same issue Mr. Manoj, spoke very rudely with me. IS THIS THE WAY YOU ARE RUNNING THE DEALERSHIPS?

                        Today i took my bike for first service. It as around 8:45 PM. They did not accept my vehicle, bcs its already time and their slots are full which is not acceptable. They suggest me to come at 6:30 Pm in the next morning. This is something crazy where a service center cannot service even 80 bikes per day ?????? Honda needs to take action on this.

                        One bajaj chetak scooter No. UP 32 AH 5360 was booked from Agra Fort to Lucknow on 01.08.2011 through your Parcel Way Bill bearing receipt No. D- 375198 Dt. 01.08.2011. The said scooter/consignment was duly packed/tagged and leveled and after ensuring all formalities of packing the concerned official at Agra Fort Rly Stn accepted the said consignment on aforementioned date for immediate sending it to Lucknow but after lapse of 10 days same was not received so far.
                        I therefore entitled to claim damages from Rly Admn.

                        Honda Activa — Irresponsible Servicing and Illegal Billing

                        Hi,

                        I had left my sccoter for free servicing at Pressana Honda. The engine oil was supposed to be replaced and the prinited invoice for the engine oil change was reading Rs. 229 plus the aqpplicable taxes. The person at the counter then writes additional amounts to the tune of Rs.130 in handwriting mentioning the same as additive oil. When questioned about the same, there is no proper reply and no computerised bill is provided for the same. Feel ashamed to have purchased a Honda product.. :(
                        sir, i have purchased activa on 30,7,12 in koppal, a problem in a vehicle found in meter reading it is shown in advance is this mfg defect? but i go to the service on 27,8.12 in koppal taled honda sales and service. he may or may dealer or sub dealer i don,t no but i purchased the same. he receive the the vehicle for service for first service.after he checking all and returned to me with bill of RS 250-/ for the oil change. i refused to pay the amount because of first service then he try to get back the engine oil from the vehicle then i paid the amount with out any further querry.

                        Iam santhosh from Nilambur, working at kottakkal i have a bike "honda cb twister" i give this for servicing at 14th october and deliver it at 18th october the problem in the vehicle is Tyre change, General service, Oil change, Mirror change, Handle lock problem, Indicator change. but after their service i deliver vehicle at late evening so i cant check it complete properly at the time of delivery the indicators and mirror are not fix in the vehicle and handle is very tight. But today (20/10/2012)they come and fix the indicator ( they call me and tell the work is completed and vehicle is ready to deliver. when i reach their shope for deliver the vehicle they told me the spare are not in stock)now the handle lock is not perfect.
                        i have purchased honda dream yuga bike stop working in 370km some timming issues andcdi problem i want to replace my bike service centre are lazy and not respond properly not intrested to find right problems

                        I have a Honda cb Unicorn being used in Kottayam District, Kerala. It has regular service in between each prescribed period. On 31/12/2012, after a service in PURACKAL HONDA SERVICE CENTRE, Pala, Kottayam district ( Invoice number - 12IWO7835), It Speedo Meter stopped working. The next day I informed this to the same Service Centre people and they offered a free service. On 9/01/2013 I brought my bike there. I had to make a payment of Rs. 181, even though I couldn't find out any cable breakage due to the rust as told by them.

                        On the way back to my home I realized that the Indicator and Head light system is damaged, which was perfect until it was handed over to the Service Centre. I rushed back there but It was closed. I had to arrange a torch light to ride alone 18 kilometres then. Next day, I tried very much in phone to get the service manager, but the phone numbers in the Invoice and bill were not answering and also not working.
                        The time o[censored]sage of my bike is from 5.00 am to 8.00 pm. I had to arrange a taxi since 2 days due to the headlight failure of the bike.

                        Ican't approach the Service Centre in week days. They must give me a home service. Such an irresponsible service and remissed service centre employees will be a curse to Honda, such a highly estabilshed company.

                        I am prepairing a complaint to Customer Court agaist the Service Centre and provider. It will be submitted in the court, Only if I couldn't get a free home service within 12/01/2013.

                        I had purchased the unicorn and when I went for the first service in arya bhangi honda which is in aluva kerala india I told them the job orders to work and finally at the time of delivery the jobs what I had given was not done.
                        The service providing by them is very poor. Please ensure and train them to do better service.

                        I bought the bike because of Honda Brand name, but never expected so poor service.

                        2013, that time I also mention on the form there is the chain problem in bike and also mention the

                        Milage Problam ( Not > 35 KM per Liter ).

                        After 19 April 2013, 4 times to go to your service center and I had complained regarding the chain

                        problem Yesterday 1 service engineer said, when you run( speed ) below 40, than sound the chain.

                        And when you run ( Speed ) above 40, then no sound the chain, this is technical problem in YOUGA

                        Said By Service Engineer.

                        i dn't know whether it will work or not . People uses effective words to make that more attentive. But i will not do that. I wd like to say only that vibha honda service manager(nadeem ahmad) should be retrenched with honest one. I purchased honda aviator from vibha showroom . Till 3rd free service i spend 1100 as a service charge so where is free service. Plz listen
                        no no no! you have to pay rs 300 for vibrating problem, says nadeem ahmad(service manager)of vibha service center lookerganj allahabad. I had already paid rs 400 for same problem in 3rd free service but nothing was done.

                          I booked one Unicon in ARYA BHANGY MOTORS, N H BYE PASS ROAD, ALUVA on 13-07-09, they given the price including Insurance, Reg, Tax is 64850/-. But today I enquirer in MOTHOOT HONDA, ERNAKULAM, they given the price all including Rs.63912/-. Why this like different price for market demand product. Kindly clarify which is correct.

                            There is a interesting story between two:-
                            · One who is paying money to a company to getting trouble.
                            · Second who sitting in AC room and doing experiment on his vehicle.


                            I am having a problem in the AC of my car from 15 days. For solved out this problem I repaired my car from Honda authorized service center i.e. COURTSEY HONDA LALLY AUTOMOBILES PVT. LTD. WAZIR PUR INDUSTRAL AREA DELHI-52 (INDIA). But I don’t think so that my first visit to this authorized service center becomes a big trouble for me and also for my car. I explained each and every thing date by date.


                            Date: 25 May 2009
                            On this day I visited first time to courtesy Honda and I attended by Mr. Abhay Sharma. After checking the car he advised me for complete service of AC and for filling AC gas its all cost about Rs[protected] and to give delivery of car by evening. In evening I took delivery of my car and paid Rs 2672.00/- against invoice no-901407 (includes Rs 245.54 of another part not related to AC).
                            For 2-3 days AC was running ok but after that the AC stops working. After contact to Mr. Abhay Sharma he advised me to rechecked the car in workshop.

                            Date: 28 May 2009
                            I went again to workshop and hand over the car to Mr. Abhay Sharma for solved out the problem and diagnose the car in proper way. In afternoon he contact me and said AC main pipe nut is loose from where gas had been leaked and I tight this nut and I am satisfied now you may take delivery by evening.
                            But after 2-3 days same condition of AC would be there which was on first day. Again I contact him and again he advised to recheck the car.

                            Date: 07 June 2009
                            I dropped my car to workshop on this day. After two hours he reply that Main pipe line is faulty it had to be changed but now we don’t have it in my stock we placed the order to company it may take 3-4 days in meanwhile we filled gas in AC for temporary purpose and sent the car by evening at your door step. But they do not done any job it doesn’t matter.

                            We are suffering from the hot summer on those days but I think this is a part of good service given by an authorized service center to its customer.

                            Date: 20 June 2009
                            They picked the car from my home and send back by evening after changing the main pipe and also send the old pipe as salvage. They charged Rs 2292.00/- against invoice no-902146.
                            But after 3 days the same condition of AC is which was on the first day. Again I contact Mr.Abhay Sharma and he accuse that you don’t have given me enough time to check the car AC. If I don’t give enough time to him so what are they doing with my car by three visits?
                            It means that the main pipe is not faulty they have changed it to make money and tilting the pocket of customer. Lets go

                            Date: 22 JUNE 2009
                            Their driver picked the car from my home on 22nd. They kept the car for 4 days and gave no response to me about my car. When I asked they told me that we are checking your car, don’t disturb us; we are also having a lot of works.
                            When I complaint to HONDA 121 customer care (communication had been recorded with number[protected] on 25th they took action in hurry and changed the two parts of AC (clutch coil 38900-PWJ-Z01 AND 38924-REA-901).
                            Mr. J.R. IYER service head of Courtesy Honda contact me and said I checked the car personally AC is working properly and we sent your car tomorrow i.e. 26th
                            About payment of bill I accused to pay bill after my satisfaction or after one week to check the problem whether it solve out or not.
                            But I don’t need to wait for one week. After two days car AC system again failed its mean they are doing only experiment on car nothing else.
                            After five times, I got hyper and refused to present my car in workshop so they sent a technician to my residence but he failed to judge the real problem. When we again complaint to Honda 121 on 1st July Mr. Iyer requested me to attend the car in workshop for last time and I think a senior man who cross the age of 60 in automobiles they have a lot of experience but I am wrong he have experience only how to make money by changing a correct part.
                            Each and every time they are only thinking to make money not about the satisfaction of customers.

                            Date: 07 JULY 2009
                            I sent my car to workshop for last time but I got wondered when they said there is problem with cooling coil and they are ready to change another parts of my car. After complaint again and again to Honda 121 they contact me and said Honda are sending their engineers for check your car please wait for one day. On 8th July Mr.Iyer called me and said gas was leaking from suction nut we tightened it and also wants to invites you to take test drive at workshop. After test drive when I asked for delivery Mr.Iyer said this a department of Ms.Laxmi and she said first pay the bill and then take the delivery of car. I am not satisfied from their service, works and commitments so I wants to clear their payment after 4-5 days and after driving my car 100 km. But she refused to deliver my car without payment. When I asked to Mr. Iyer why he changed those parts which are not faulty he said THIS IS HONDA COMPANY POLICY AND INSTRUCTION TO CHANGE ALL PARTS ONE BY ONE WHETHER THEY ARE FAULTY OR NOT UNTILL YOU SOLVE OUT THE PROBLEM AND IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE THE ENTIRE SYSTEM OF AC SO YOU CAN BUT DON’T THINK ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AND HIS POCKET. I get shocked when I listen it. I called to Honda 121 about delivery so they said we are not involved physically in company policy about payment. So I had to give payment of Rs 10530.00/- against invoice no-902307 I am ready to forget everything whatever happens in workshop and to be happy, But this happiness only for one week. After one week AC of my car stops working and I complaint at Honda 121 on 16 July. No action is taken on this complaint till I writing this mail to you
                            I want to ask some question after this whole incident.

                            1-IS THIS POLICY IS REALLY YOUR’S WHICH IS SAID BY MR IYER?
                            2-DO YOU NOT NEED ANY TYPE OF CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION?
                            3-DO YOU THINK THAT CUSTOMER WILL USE A HONDA VEHICLE OR RECOMMENDED TO
                            OTHER AFTER THIS WHOLE INCIDENT?
                            4-For which part of my car I had to pay, for main pipe or for clutch coil in your opinion.
                            MY VIEWS:
                            I never used Honda vehicle in future after this whole incident and do not recommend it to other and there is lot customers who are suffering from this type of service given by authorized dealers.

                            You wrote each incidence datewise and pointing out every details, but some points made me feel that there must be something missing in your story or you can say part of the story is fabricated. her are some points which i noted

                            1. You have not mentioned the CAR MANUFACTURING year and model. Its very important before writing any complaint on net because we dont you are you using the new car or having some old car of 6-8 years old.

                            2. You have not mentioned about the ENGINE condition or any other previous problem in your car. You wrote down the 2 page letter but nowher mentioned about the car condition like "my car till date never have any problem with a/c etc"

                            Its seems that you are hiding some basic facts about your car condition and thats the only reason that you have not mentioned in your complaints. A/c system is dependednt on several system which included ENGINE conditions also.

                            I am writing my views as you asked 4 questions:

                            1-IS THIS POLICY IS REALLY YOUR’S WHICH IS SAID BY MR IYER?
                            Honda POLICY is do not repair parts, replaced it. Its not honda policy its a policy of all comapnies even insurance cos, pay for replacement of parts. If your A/c system is too old and not matained by you peoperly than all knowldgable person will say, REPLACE IT.
                            2-DO YOU NOT NEED ANY TYPE OF CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION?
                            Yes we need it, but we should exercise our rights also, Did you mentioned anywhere in your complaint that the part which were changed are OK and not damaged? If they are not damaged then you have fullright to take action.

                            3-DO YOU THINK THAT CUSTOMER WILL USE A HONDA VEHICLE OR RECOMMENDED TO
                            OTHER AFTER THIS WHOLE INCIDENT?
                            Yes, we should, Honda is a good company and these incidence can occur but as a good customer we have to go for solutions.

                            4-For which part of my car I had to pay, for main pipe or for clutch coil in your opinion.

                            Have you checked the PIPE and old clutch oil condition, is it OK, if its ok you can ask for refunbd.

                            in my view if those parts are fualty which are changed by dealer so the problem will be solved but it not so dealer is only making money and harrass the customer
                            if in future honda keeps like this so definately no would to prefer or loves honda

                              I bought the Honda Dio Bike on June 11, 2009. Since from that day am facing problems with tha bike.

                              On 11th June, 2009 i bought the bike from JSP Honda, Kukatpally. On 13th i saw the teflon coating was not done properly on the front part. So i went to JSP and got a reply that it is a small scraps nothing will happen. But i fought and they told me to leave the bike there on 13tha and i can take it on Monday as it was Saturday.

                              On 15th i went there but the parts were not changed. Again quarrel started and then at 8.35pm they changed my bike parts(they were having the parts but saying no stock!!) and gave back.
                              At that night while raiding i felt the handle bar need adjustment as my arms started paining. So i took my bike to JSP again on 16th and they advised me to leave the bike and evening i can took it back. i did the same. evening i took my bike.

                              Again on 18th of June i heard a blasting sound from the silencer nearly 3 to 4 times while raiding and i called the Manager of JSP Honda Mr.Kiran Gupta and he told me that he will be sending the person whom i have to give the bike and then after checking it they will give back the bike to me. I did the same. They finally answered me that bike is good but i have to maintain the same petrol bunk to fill the tank which even now am doing.

                              On 22nd evening i started home from my office and at the signal of S.R.Nagar i switched of my bike. Then after green, i started my bike, oh god...am raising the accelarator till the end but my bike didnt move even a single inch. Then i parked on the side of the road and called Mr.Kiran Gupta. After 45min two persons came, and they opened my seatings and tuned something... later on said that the tuning is not done properly. On that day itself i heard 4 blasting sound from my silencer.

                              Based on this kind of GOOD SERVICE provided by JSP honda, i decided to do my first service with Pratul Honda, Erragadda on 25th of June. They really did a good job.

                              On 28th june one nail pierced my back wheel and the RUFPUF tube is totally gone. So i put a new tube in Neredmet.

                              On 29th of June to 2nd of July i heard the blasting sound more that 15times and got worried and took my bike to JSP again. They hit the same bush by saying that i have to leave my bike there. I did that and next day 03rd of July i went to take my bike back. They replied that this will happen in all the bike, so i shouldnt mind that sound.

                              Again on 8th of July my bike didnt move a single inch after giving a full raise. I took that to JSP, they told it is not tuned properly. I dont know who is tuning my bike in the mean time??? I really got irritated and took my bike from there.

                              On 13th i faced the same problem and also i heard blasting sound more than 5 times. So i checked with the service person of Pratul Honda and they advised me that it wont happen if the silencer is cleared, so i gave the bike to them and they cleared it.

                              On 16th of july My husband met with an accident on the same DIO and the Right part was broken as it was made of fibre. So i took it to JSP, they told me to fill some forms and also advised me that they will callme back that when i can take my bike . But in the mean time i spoke with Mr.Kiran Gupta to give it as soon as they can. He promised me that he will do that. And Mr.Nag Varma in service line also promised me that i can take my bike back on 20th. I called him on 20th and he ask excuses and again promised me that i can take it on 21st. Wen i called him, he is on leave. So i checked with the Service person giving the joibcard number and now they are saying that i can take my bike on 22nd...

                              I really wonder whether there is problem in bike or with the service providers which is JSP.

                              Please kindly take necessary action on this which will give me happiness...

                              Honda Cars India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              I guess problem is not in bike, but problem in you !
                              I have similar exp. in JSP Honda, I bought Activa on 4th Dec 2008, yestrday i have given it for last Free service & mentioned to person writting service card that NO OIL Change,
                              When in evening i collected bill, i was shocked to see they have changed the oil, when clear written instruction was there .

                              Next 30 min supervisor given me many reasons as how thery have done correct thing
                              Oil is black so we change
                              Mechanic was not able to read instruction so he changed
                              Why you are crying for 130 Rs
                              If you dont pay then i/mechanic has to pay
                              You pay this time next time we will give you free oil change



                              Finally they agrred that i will not pay anyting, & ask me to pay 22 Rs misc charges
                              I paid that & insisted on bill mentioning this

                              I renewd my insurance on 3rd Nov 09, lady at the counter was not able to explain brak up afetr lot of efforts she told me to pay Rs 815.

                              I asked why cost of purchase is depriciated by 10 % she had no answer, when i asked rule book it was mentioned that rate of dep. is 15 % & when calculation was done that way Renewal fig changed to Rs 785.
                              This is bad way of treating customers .Service is Poor

                              JSP honda ( Kukutpally ) is most horrible service center.
                              Some one need to take action on them
                              really that bledy service centre is looting the money, Mr. Narasimha (Finance person), will take the application form and tells tha bike will be delivered immidiately, after fiannce approval and paying the downpayement, he will tell that that this he does not know.., he tells that he know only about fiannce but not delivery, then some XXXaamba madam will come into picture, and behaves like she is giving me the bike in free, we should kill these .., and please dont take bikes from them and dont dare to give biked to service, even they are changing good parts like battery and engine parts and replacing with old bike parts...
                              Honda is very worst in service. Not taking action over the web complaints also.. Customer Service department also not bothered about comlaints and not receving the helpline calls also..

BUT ENGINE SOUND IS too bad. and i told many times to your engr but my problem was not solve please solve my problem as soon as possible because it create bad effect of your company Goodwill . if my problem was not solve then i suggest to my friend not to buy Honda Shine because service is poor and the service centre is poor it cant solve ur problem please be with ur cust.

                                  I dr.chandrakant meda working as orthopaedic surgeon in govt. hospital Bidar (KS), visited Ramesh honda show room for 7 times since last 2 months still they have not given me vehicle they are misbehaving with costmers . iwants buy vehicle but not from this show room kindly help me in this connection my contct nos.                                   This seems to be the common problem with all the dealers. I would suggest higher authorities from Honda should look into such matters.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I have booked my Honda Activa on 17Jun09 at Innovative Motors, Ahmedabad. Dealer has informed me that I will get the same only after 50 days. I just want to check, whether the Company is aware that the vehicles are not delivered for upto 50 days of booking? Isnt this too much a delay? Is company in real shortage of delivery or this is a "created" shortage? This forces the consumer to look after other options.

                                    PDN urgently. My booking receipt no. is 3007, and customer no. 73283.

                                    I want to log a complain against Haiku Honda, Domlur, Bangalore(PH:[protected]/847/848). I have booked Honda Activa 109 cc(Grey Colour) scooter on 29th Aug, 2009 and paid Rs.1000 as booking amount. The salesman named as 'Stallin' booked it conveying 45-60 days of wait period to get the delivery. I was told to pay Rs.3750 for accessories, howver one of the dealers in Bangalore (City Honda) charges Rs. 2000 for accessories. I am not sure why Haiku Honda is charging this much.

                                    Already 45 days have passed and yesterday only I called them to check status on delivery. It is conveyed that there will be delay of 15-20 days from mentioned 60 days due to strike at Honda manufacturing centre i.e. around 2.5 months against original delivery commitment of 45-60 days. I hope local dealers are not hoarding its sales.

                                    This is really frustrating to get such a poor service from established company like Honda. I hope Honda should look into this matter and increase the customer confidence in Honda as a brand.
                                    Please help me in getting delivery on time.

                                      I purchased HONDA UNICORN from PACE MOTORS KASARAGOD on[protected].
                                      It have the following problems,
                                      1.Oil and Black smoke coming through silencer
                                      2.Colour faded in some part of the petrol tank
                                      3.We gave at PM HONDA KANNUR for service, evenafter 15days they are irresponsible.
                                      Purchased HONDA UNICORN from SRI KODURI HONDA,
                                      SRI KODURI ENTERPRISES PVT. LTD. EAST GODHAVARI DIST, RAJAHMUNDRY-533103, ANDHRA PRADESH on[protected].
                                      It have the following problems,
                                      1.Different nosies coming to the clutch
                                      2.maillage fully down,
                                      3.We gave at SRI KODURI HONDA for service, evenafter 5days they are irresponsible.
                                      4.Work manager was irresponsible.
                                      5.My job sheet no is 9234 on dated 16-06-09. they expected time 8 hours rectify the complaint but 3 day going he was not retify the my complaint.
                                      6. told the Service manager im not rectify this complaint & i[censored] do any thing.
                                      7. I[censored] not respond this complaint after 15 days, i will take legal action on ur company and service center.
