Dear Sir/Madam,

Jay Kay is the BUsiness paertner for Hero Honda Service station at Rajkot.

I gave my bike for service on 02.06.09 (Tuesday), General serice was the priority along with replacement of some faulty parts(head lamp, Oil seal for jumper, & oil seal for engine cover)

When i was return to take my serviced bike at mention time in Job card, They simply deny and said you will get tomorrow, I asked why? He said as we are not having oil seal for jumper.
So i said its ok, I will repair it in next service, Kindly handover my serviced bike (except that part replacement).
I was amaze!!! they simply said, , , we havent started your bike servicing as due to lack of that componet.

I not getting why they peaople are not bother about customers time, They havent take care to atleast call me and ask wether to contineu servicing except that part replacement.They simply hvnt done anything..So i have to took my bike unservices.

So again i gave on 16.06.08(Tuesday),
There was a papar ad from Hero Honda mentioning Pre Monsoon Check up Camp (Some Discount on spare parts, Labour charges etc.) also Big Flex board was deployed on the front main gate of Jay kay service station.

When i back to took my bike ion mention time at 12 o'clock.

they are preparing bill, So I asked have you calculted the scheme discount?

Answwer was fantstic!!! Do u want Discount????I[censored] want discount then you have to told in morning that I require this discount.Then only we will give that scheme discount.

So discount is not for all customer its only for that customer who will ask!!!

They said ok no problem i will give the discount now, , , , , They are making my great favour...

After taht when i go to took my bike, it was not ready, , so they told me to wait and seat (it took approx 1 hour), , , , Why they are not mentioning proper time of delivery.

finally when bike was handed over to me, They havent gave me the BILL (I have observed durining wait, , They are not giving bill to any customer), So i asked for Bill, , , , Again Fantastic Answer!!! Do u really require bill??????

I visited this service station 4 times (During first time, to gave and took bike, , and this time gave and took)

Every time i saw some of the customer are always messing with the staff for not proper service.

During this time one of customer facing big trouble for this sevice station and told me that, , , I want to make compliant but not any authorised person, Not having compliant Box/Book.

Service department of Jay Kay is truly very bad...
I gave my bike for service in morning today. I came to know from that person that i will get that at 3:00 PM today. I reached there exact that time coz i fixed my evening schedule as per that time. But they told me that still service is in process. done... i said ok no problem.. when i will get that? he asked me within 15 minutes... i said ok.

Then after 20 min. i just go inside to see the process of service... there i seen that still my bike is untouched... i ask him that why all saying lie abt this? they say me that if you want good service then you must wait... i really come to anger... then i leave and ask that will come there at 7 PM.

My bike was ready then but not good polished and just dirt on it which my eyes easily can see... i asked him abt that. He then ask one person to remove that dust from there...

He just opened cock of petrol... i feel after two minutes that smell of petrol was coming from my bike... ... around 0.5 ltr petrol was down of fursh from my bike...
what is this yar...???

We need good service... we are paying for that... but they are really careless...

I decide that i will never go to jay kay service center... and i will ask other to not to go there...

bad bad bad... jay kay is bad...
Then suggest a good service center in Rajkot for hero honda's bike.

      I have paid RTO Tax amount Double to RTO because the Honda Activa is in the name of Trust, but Trust has the Licence/Certificate of Registration in BHUJ GOVT. Office, like the Trust is "SARVAJANIK TRUST". So, Please tell me the RTO Tax Amount would be paid to RTO Single or Double or NIL. If Single or NIL then access amount is refundabel or not from RTO Dept.

      Please reply me as soon as possible.

        Dear Sir, I the under signy Parbadiya Vinod B.Resi of Nadiad.This Respect to buy ''HONDA ACTIVA'' today that is 10th, June, 2009.I went to the nearest available HONDA Dealer at my town only.Where i came to know that it is only possible to receive the said vehicle after a Two & Half month waiting period time.
        Kindly persue my request and Is it right that one has to wait for Two & Half month to purchase a ''HONDA'' vehicle.

          SEVERAL PROBLEMS

          I had purchaed a herohonda hunk from an authorized dealer named paraskar motors, akola (MH) at before the first service am fully satisfied by the bike, but after the service the complains are started. Mainly low avrage, gare shifting, body jurking, feel high friction on engine....

          hello sir/mam
          i have purchase a cbz star model in 2004 and after 6 months the bike gives me a problem of pistan kit under warranty my piston kit is changed but after 6 months the piston kit again gives me problem of piston kit and again i spend money from my pocket and change the piston kit.now from 2004 to 2008 i have changed the piston kit 6 times but now there is again and again gives me a problem.ny nechanic says there is a any manufacturing problem in this. then i am call to delhi hero honda office and they gives me a no, of chandigarh head office.they are saying to me we cant do anything in your case.can you tell me sir what can i do.

            I have purchased a Hero Honda Hunk on 27th Oct. 2008 from YUVA MOTORS, FARIDABAD. Since then my bike has been serviced at regular intervals specified in the Service manual.

            But I am facing lots of problems repeatedly.

            During 2nd service, I have reported the following problems:

            1. Disc brake not working properly and producing noise.
            2. Low battery backup
            3. Problem in shocker
            4. Noise from Engine.
            5. Gear problem.

            During 3rd service, I have again reported the same problems like:

            1.Disc brake
            2.Battery down
            3.Noise in engine
            4.problem in shocker with noise
            5.Gear problem
            6.Tyre bubbling/vibration after 75-80 speed

            Some of the above mentioned problems were also faced during the first service.

            My first and second service were done at Yuva motors and third service was done at Sehgal Automobiles as I was not satisfied by the service provided by YUVA MOTORS.

            Still the problem persists. I need your intervention as I am totally unsatisfied with the service provided by both the Hero Honda dealers in Faridabad.

            Please provide the concrete solution.

              Hi,
              i am Mallikarjun and I bought a HONDA Unicorn from sterling Honda Chinchwad Pune on 27th April 2009. The bike was good, from the first day i noticed the problem ie crack observed in tail lamp but due to the covering politheen on the tail lamp we unable to identify whether it is an crak or wrinkle on the poletheen cover, So Being an Engineer I accept a defect can occur in a product while manufacturing the tail lamp and also i am working in tail lamp (4 wheeler) manufacturing company, this is the common defect we use to observe while manufacturing the tail lamps i am pretty sure that this defect has been occurered while manufacturing (8-10% rejection) or else in transit and when i reportd this probel in STERLING HONDA PIMPRI the Manger is not accepting this problem even after explaining this problem with detail and their is no chance to damage at that portion bec that crack obsrerved between the portion of tail lamp bottom face & top portion of rear fender and if you need any photos of the problem i can send you the photographs of the same (still we have not removed the polytheen cover of the same).

              i hope you can understand the problem as mentioned above and i am waiting for your actions to resolve this issue and for this you can ring me on [protected] and mail on [protected]@yahoo.co.in

                Sir,
                The Honda Service Center in Thane owned by Sai Point Company is providing bad service. I have got Honda Activa from Sai Point. For my first service I have been visiting the service center. They asked me to book the scooter for repairing. There was no response to my call. After several tries I was able to book the vehicle for service, these people misbehaved with me. Speaking with bad attitude I did not gave my scooter for service. They have attitude of only collecting the money.
                Kindly do something.
                Even there is no complaint section in Honda Web Site.
                We all know that Honda is doing excellent in Activa Segment, but towards service department they are not paying attention. Appointing Sai Point for thane is really a big mistake.
                Can any one brave to lodge the complaint in Consumer Section and teach them lesson?

                I purchaged my Honda Activa yesterday on dated 14.08.09 from Brajeshar Honda at Kangra (Birta) Distt-Kangra, H.P.
                The person misbehaved with me as I wanted to inquire about the Activa(as I was not knowing anything about the vehicle) and it looks very much insulting as my wife & babies were also with me.It shows total lack of managerial skills and total mismanagement on the part of authorities over there.This was the first Honda dealing, not only by me but in whole of my friend circle which gives me a bitter experience with your establishment.

                I am a officer with the H.P.Govt and I will find it difficult to visit your establishment in future.

                I hope you will initiate some action.

                  I THE UNDERSIGNED HAD PURCHASED A NEW HONDA UNICORN(SPECIAL EDITION) MOTORCYCLE(CBF150R) AS MENTIONED ABOVE FROM YOUR DEALER M/S JHAVERI HONDA(MUMBAI) ON 22/06/2007.
                  THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT I THE UNFORTUNATE OWNER OF YOUR 2 WHEELER HONDA UNICORN (REPSOL) MODEL NO (CBF150R) IS SUFFERING FROM THE TIME I PURCHASED YOUR BIKE. THERE HAS BEEN PROBLEMS FROM THE VERY FIRST MONTH OF PURCHASE. I HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING SINCE THEN BUT IN VAIN. THE COMPANY HAS SHOWN DEAF EARS TO MY COMPLAINTS. I PERSONALLY INFORMED THE DEALER M/S. JHAVERI HONDA (MUMBAI). ABOUT THE FOLLOWING MENTIONED PROBLEMS SINCE THE FIRST SERVICE:
                  1)LEAKAGE OF BATTERY
                  2)RUSTING OF SILENCER
                  3)CORROSION/LIGHTNING OF PAINT ON THE BODY OF THE VEHICLE

                  5)RUSTING OF COLOUR OF ENGINE

                  I WAS GIVEN THE ASSURANCE FROM THE SERVICE MANAGER MR PRASANNA THAT MY PROBLEMS WILL BE CARRIED FORWARD TO THE COMPANY AND ACTION WILL BE TAKEN. BUT ALREADY A YEAR HAS PASSED AND NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN AND NOW MR. PRASANNA IS CLEARLY SAYING “NO”.

                  ON SECOND SERVICE THEY CONVINCED ME AND THE PICTURES OF MY BIKE WAS TAKEN AND SENT TO THE HIGHER AUTHORITIES OF HONDA COMPANY. ON THIRD SERVICE TOO, THEY GAVE ME THE ASSURANCE THAT MY COMPLAINT IS FORWARDED WITH PICTURES TO THE HIGHER AUTHORITY.. THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING AGAIN AND AGAIN.
                  BUT IN OCTOBER I WAS GIVEN A CALL FROM THE COMPANY THAT THEY WILL TAKE MY BIKE AND SOLVE ALL MY PROBLEMS. BUT NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN THE COMPANY IS FORCING ME TO TAKE MY BIKE BACK WITHOUT DOING ANY REPLACEMENTS AND NOT EVEN GIVING ME THE PROPER REASONS AS TO WHY MY COMPLAINTS SHOULD NOT BE HONOURED.
                  SO NOW YOU TELL ME WHERE SHALL I TAKE MY COMPLAINTS TO. I TRUSTED THE BRAND HONDA COMPANY AND PURCHASED THE BIKE FROM MY HARD EARNED MONEY WITHOUT THINKING TWICE. BUT TO MY UTTER SHOCK FROM THE FIRST MONTH OF PURCHASE I STARTED FACING THE ABOVE MENTIONED PROBLEMS. I AM MUCH MORE SHOCKED TO SEE THAT THERE IS “NO” AFTER SALES SERVICE AND INDIAN CUSTOMER IS DUMPED LIKE A GARBAGE. BUT IN EUROPEAN COUNTRIES THE HONDA CUSTOMER IS TREATED WITH DUE RESPECT AND IN SUCH CIRCUMTANCES A BIKE IS COMPLETELY REPLACED FOR A NEW BIKE.
                  YOU ADVERTISEMENT DISPLAYS THE CAPTION “I ENJOY THE QUALITY” WHICH IS NOT REALLY TRUE AS I THE HONDA UNICORN CUSTOMER HAS BEEN SUFFERING FROM THE QUALITY OF THE BIKE WHICH I OWN.
                  SO AS A CUSTOMER OF THE COMPANY I DEEPLY REQUEST YOU NOT TO PLAY WITH MY DREAMS AND HARD EARNED MONEY OF HAVING A HONDA BIKE.

                    My honda shine accident.petrol tank, vaiser, indicater etc. is damaged. In that spot i gave information.. your company staffs told me, we are booking for in your damaged parts, you wait only 15 days. I came after 15 days in your tirur honda company.In that time told me, your petrol tank is not in stock and tank should come with two days, in that time we will call you .. but they are not call till this time. now 15 days over ... please give me result my question. what i can do?.

                      Dear All @ honda,

                      This is regarding to give a complain against your honda Dealer in Cuttack ( ORISSA) that i have booked a honda Active on 5 th of this month as the dealer is out of stock the sales guy asked me to book the vechile to get the delivery ( Mr Dillip ). The sales guy has commited me to give within a day or 2 . But from that day onwards he is not picking up my phone nor i have got any statisfied answer for the dealer point that when i am going to to get it . it gives very much harrashment that daily i have to give a call to the sales guy as well as to the dealer point as i am staying in bhubaneswar it is not poosible to rech the dealer point and get the status.

                      As per me i loves the Honda company due to their Product & services as our family also owned a Honda City & honda Deo also.


                      Requet you to kindly help me to get the Scooter as soon as possible

                      I have booked for a honda activa on 13.8.09 at gugnani motors;bhubaneswar in my wife's name (samanwita sahoo).They have committed to deliver it on/before 14.10.09.But till now I am not getting any phone call from them.They are not picking up the phone.Few people, who have booked the same in a later date to me, have already received it.Such type of customer service is not at all expected from the house of Honda.
                      Hopefully U will give a satisfactory answer.

                      i asked 4 a red activa on 20th of march but the sales incharge told that i would get it after 2 months but one of my frnd just told on 22nd of march and going to get it with in 2 days for paying the sales incharge Rs.1000 extra .Is it fair justify ur policy

Activa was the number one in Indian road and suddenly you have changed the design. The new model Activa is not looks like good and your current and new customers are don’t like that. Most of the customers has changed their mind and gone for Suzuki Access125.

                        So you have to launch that old design Activa as an “Activa Plus” model. Activa plus has a new 4 stroke noise less 110cc engine with highest mileage, good pick-up. Also increase the fuel tank capacity as 7 or 8 Ltr. Design should be same as your old Activa and do not do any changes on that. Hope you will be launch such a new model soon. Otherwise you will lose your new customers.

                        i would like to deliver my thanks to u for the old activa. am using it for the past one year.its really very good model. but my friend bought the new activa. to be frank please stop the new model. the old one is better. i[censored] not consider our requests then u will loose good customers. now my friend is planning to take access its also super.

                          With regards, I would like to bring to your kind attention that I had purchased a honda activa from m/s Parasnath Automobiles, G.T.Road Panipat (HR)132103 & phone number is[protected].
                          I gave my activa for service on 29/5/09 and honda people told that time that they will deliver the same scooter my evtold ening and appx ammont will be Rs-600 after having check in front of my office boy and my office boy also made urgency in front of honda people.
                          But when my office boy went there for delivery they told him to come after an hour and after that when we called them they refused to give the delivery and when we make urgency they told us to call back.
                          But wont get any call from them, and next mmorning I got a call frm honda people they said some problem in your front soccer and then again they call me some more problem in back stapen.

                          so now i want to know how ca they keep my scooter in workshoop after the commected time of delivery and then who will be responsible for the damage that they are saying for front soccer and back stapeny even theh had checked everything in front of my office guy and told him total charges of rs- 600.


                          so kindly look into the matter urgently because now i wont be going into your service station for delivery because your people are on fault and why should a customer ill face all the problem and harresment.
                          I think there is something wrong with the service station they are making fool your valuable customer.

                          This is to inform you that i am the customer of Airtel from last 5 years and with the same no. today i had recieved the bill for my post paid no.amount Rs 3135.29, But by going through the detail sheet i had found that the bill which is generated in that bill it is showing that i had done 460 sms worth Rs 704 in one day but in my knowledge i had not done single sms so kindly go through this and pls take care in this account and revert back immediatly with result and in the mean time i will check my previous bills there might be chances that this is the problem with another bills also.

                              I purchased HERO HONDA BIKE - EXTREME dt.[protected] from 'DEEP MOTORS' from Thane.

                              From that day there was problem in Gears & not work as smoothly. But yesterday dt .27-05-09 on middle of highway at Thane the Gear was not working & the screw thread attach to this Gear has broken.

                              I was luckily survived that day.

                                Hi,

                                I have a Honda Unicorn purchased in Apr 07 from Sterling Honda Chinchwad Pune Showroom. I personally feel the bike is mechanically best than any other in 150cc segment. The grip on road is good, whilst with low engine noise.

                                But on this clean mirror there are few dark spots, I mean we customers are really sick of the service that Honda is providing. Let me highlight this in basically 2 issues (based on personal experieces). Firstly, whenever (including week days) the bike is given for servicing it takes at least 2 days for them to get it done. The only reason that the staff have with them is the heavy load of incoming vehicles. I would like to ask:
                                Is there lack of mangagement by Honda/Service Center
                                Is there lack of efficiency or
                                Is there lack of resources
                                The scenario depicts so...

                                Secondly, I recently got repaired my Unicorn from Sterling Honda after an accident. The date for the bike delivery was after 15 days. I thought its because the bike has to undergo some inspection and other formalities. But to add more on this when I went to get the bike they said its still under process as the tank needs to be painted. I adjusted considering some genuine problems of the staff. The very next day I went there around 6 pm. The scene was not at all different. The tank was still getting painted (as the staff said ). Even the staff complained that they weren't at all happy as Honda is not providing them the exact volume of spare parts, required and asked for. I was not well still I waited there for 3 hours after completing the office to get my bike back travelling approx. 25 kms. Finally the 2 wheeler was handed over to me with some work still pending. Now I have to travel 20 kms again to get that done.

                                Its really high time for the concerned authorities to take appropriate actions to resolve customer grieves. I believe HONDA should take their words back regarding Customer Delight.

                                In a nutshell, I would say Honda's Service Delivery is good but Service Assurance is really poor!

                                Hi,

                                Honda is a reputed-class in automobile sector. Last year I purchased a Honda Unicorn from Sterling Honda Pimpri. I recently shifted to Baner. Wondering whether this low capacity service center would really provide same quality service as other do, I gave my bike at RAHUL AUTO SERVICE (think its owned by Pashankar Auto Pvt. Ltd.).

                                I checked my bike post-servicing at the centre itself. It seemed to be ok. But after 3-5 days I realised the servicing done, was not adequate. The mileage of the bike reduced even after the staff claimed that they have replaced the oil. I asked them to grease all the vechile parts and they did (as they say) but there is still friction noise.

                                Not sure why these things, weren't resolved. I certainly know that HONDA is best among 2 wheelers in India but I have clearly discovered that not all its authorised service centers deliver Quality Service!

                                  ya honda shine is a defective product.i purchased 3 months back ie feb 2009.
                                  i complained to Service center but they say honda shine has a normal and common vibration. which is to them but from my side its a problem.
                                  i complained to Honda company online they also said that the design of honda shine is as per costumer feedback and suggestion.
                                  i could not understand which costumer wants the bike to have a vibration in his bike.
                                  the fault is of honda people and blaming on customer.

                                  now i am just waiting for the reply from them and if no response of my full money refund then going ahead with consumer court.

                                  Problem History: The motorcycle started vibrating from the very first day.

                                  ― On 10th Feb, 2009, I contacted the workshop o[censored]niversal Honda, Lal Darwaja, Ahmedabad and complained about the problem. The motorcycle was taken for repairs (Job Card: 025911)but the problem remained unsolved. The Service Manager assured me that the problem would get solved by the time of First Service

                                  ― On 18th Feb, 2009, I left the motorcycle for First Service at Universal Honda and also mentioned the problem of vibration. Even after the First Service, the problem remained unsolved. (Job card : 42443)

                                  ― On 15th April, 2009, I again left my motorcycle for Second Service (Job Card: 050072). At that time I again complained about the problem to the Service Manager – Mr Mitesh. Mr Mitesh assured me that he would personally pay attention to the service but the bike was returned to me in the same condition – with vibration problem. Adding insult to injury, the mileage of my bike also got reduced. I was already going through an ordeal of mental torture. The reduced mileage put me in additional financial torture.

                                  ― On 27th May, 2009, I again placed my bike at Universal Honda emphasising my existing problem of vibration and newly awarded problem of reduced mileage.(Job Card: 055311). This time also the bike was returned with the same illness – the vibrations continued and mileage lowered.

                                  ― On 26th June, 2009, I again placed my bike for Third Service at another workshop –PUNJAB HONDA situated at 18, 19 Rivera 30 Arcade, Nr.Prahladnagar Garden, 100 Ft. Road Satellite, Ahmedabad. Again I reminded them of the existing complaints. They returned my bike on 27th June, 2009 without any change in existing problems. Here too the problem was not solved.

                                  ― Finally, I took my bike to Universal Honda and persisted on getting the problem solved. Here I got the final shock from the Service Manager that I will have to live with the problem. He pointed out that the bike has Optimax Engine due to which the vibrations will continue and the service department will not be able to solve the problem.

                                  Sir, Why the workshop(s) tortured me for more than 5 months wrongly assuring me that the problem will be put right? Does your esteemed company induct new technologies to create more problems? Why the Sales Department didn’t mention this problem initially when they convinced me to buy this particular model?

                                  I am completely disappointed with the performance of this bike. I have been undergoing mental, physical and financial exploitation since the day I brought this new bike.

                                  I recently boutght a new Honda 750 cc motorcycle from Honer Honda in Salisbury Maryland. I noticed a bad vibration (hammering) in the cycle at speeds above 50 mph. I returned the cycle to the shop and the response was that the vibration was normal. The bike is unsafe at speeds above 55 and I hadly think that is normal. I complained to Honda Inc in California and they are simply stone walling. They want me to take the bike to another dealership for evaluaiton which of cousre will have the same conflict of interes as the first. Apparenlty Honda has a practice of refusing to acknowledge problems much less making adequate repairs. Fortunately in Maryland we have a lemon law and I have filed a complaint with the State Attorney General.

                                  Hi i am sorry to say this " Lakshmi Honda Services is too worst " . Either free service or paid services they are taking minimum 3-4 days to deliver. There is no responsible answer or commitment. Every costumer said the same issue with Lakshmi Honda, Madurai. No body is happy with this, Only there interested to sell the bikes not to do more.

                                  I gave my bike for first service and waited 3 days and finally gone there i seen they not even touched my bike.

                                  The branch manager said 'It happens due to the demand of workers you recommend/provide us some workers '

                                  Totally irresponsible things happening every day.

                                  I hope Honda Higher officials look up this issue and they do't want to loose their costumers in madurai.
                                  1) handle move is not proper 
                                  2)  after my first servicing bike is generating very high sound and vibrating. 
                                  3) I HAVE PURCHASED HONDA SHINE, date -30.01.10, I AM FACING THE PROBLEM OF 4-GEAR SHIFTING
                                  4)  4 gear is very bad.
                                  5) After my first servicing speed the bike is generating very high sound and vibrating. 
                                  Pl. give me the reasons & remedies for this. 

                                  Unavailability of orchid pearl white after booking

                                  I have booked Honda city orchid pearl white from vision Honda Trichur Kerala by paying 51000 and they say that production stopped for this colour you may take taffeta white. Is the right way to deal with customers by giving fake promises

                                    My new PF No. is HR/GGN/25068/3354 and my old PF account is HR/GGN/25001/93
                                    I have submit forms for transfar of my old PF amount to my new PF account.After two months when I ask the status of the same they give me status report which shows that old PF account is settled on dated 26th Feb 2007. But after that I have received two PF slips for F.Y. 2006-07 & F.Y.2007-08 and in both slips that amount is not reflecting and I have also four times visit for the same, but I have not received any solution. I meet there in PF office with Mr. Balraj, Mr. Subodh, Mr. Baljeet and one more person whom name I forget. But all of them fail to provide me any solution.

                                    So Pls provide me solution and transfar my old account to new account also ask to provide me PF revised slip or provide me new PF slip for F.Y. 2008-09 in which my old PF amount should be reflected

                                      My name is Ashu Jain. I bought a scooter HONDA ACTIVA from PIONEER HONDA, SHREE DADU AUTOS PVT LTD. G T ROAD, DHOLEWAL, Ludhiana (Punjab). During purchasing, we have selected one piece after checking its all on 1st may 2009 at 3:00 pm. during delivery at 6:45 pm, we were told that another piece was prepared ready for us as that was already selected by another customer. secondly, dealing of the staff is too high headed. They were feeling very proudy due to good sales.

                                      anyway we have got eh piece what they have given us. for bill and service copy, they told us that they will send it through courier soon. Also some accessories were pending, so they ask to come on some other day to get rest accessories. I visted on Sunday, they asked that today our mechanic are alreadu gone and your bill and service copy is still not ready. pl. come again. again i visted them twice and still i was waiting for my bill as well as my service copy. in the last visit i talked to their G M mr. gandhi and he told me that he will surely send these doc. thro courier on next day. the the next day i was told by the staff that they are going to send it thro couirer. but after 10 days today (19th may 2009), i have not got my doc. again i tried to contact them. this time their Miss Kiran explained me another new excuse that they have not send courier because they need my residence proof. but till date nobody demanded from me about it. on asking she was justifying her excuse that she tried me 3-4 times and my mobile was found out of range (on 5th, 9th and 13th may 2009). but the truth is that after 5th may 2009, i visted them 3 times and nobody asked me for this. Now, i am fed up from such type of service and dealing. they are so high headed that they are not taking it seriously like a govt. deptt.

                                      what should i do now...??????? even one of their staff know that my residence is just near to their MD residence.

                                      how can i get my documents from them. for the same, i had already taken 3 leaves from my office.
