I have been using the Honda Activa Scooter that is really very good.

I regret to inform you that the TUBE of this Scooter[protected] is not available in my Katwa town, Burdwan, W.B., India.

I should be grateful to you if you would kindly inform me the name of the Store in Kolkata from where I can collect the parts of my Scooter.

I purchased this vehicle a month and a half ago from AADI MOTORS in Hyderabad . The performace was not satisfactory, I thought after first service it would be fine. But after 12 days from the 1st service my vehicle got jammed in the middle of a busy road. It wasnt moving an inch also . i got a trolley and transported it to the showroom. There they booked it for second service and in the evening they call me up and say that the clutch bell and clutch liners are damaged and have to be replaced which would cost me 1800rs. They are saying its a driving problem. even though ir is so how can a part in a newly purchased vehicle get damaged so quickly. Isnt the vechicle tested for all conditions and released. I want sue them . Please advice . My contact number is [protected].
i want to know the investment i have to pay in order to get repaired the activa parts whose the front handle, margaad and lock system was affected due to accident.so, kindly please access it as soon as possible.

i am using honda activa scooter which is purchased on 17.03.2009 the 4th service is due now and the vechile is gone 4, 715 km. now one of the shockabsorber has been broken and i have complained to shivam automobile puri on 02.01.2010. the parts is not exchanged till date and the showroom is telling me that the part is not available. i will collect the part and give you. but no actions has been taken till date. your intervention is requested. please do needful. i have also informed it to your gurgaon customer service office on 28/.01.2010 telephonically

my activa regi. no GJ 06 EN 7799 insurance calied pending with deler APPLE HONDA VADODARA since last 32 days i.e. fron 10th OCT. 2011 for battery tray wich is not available till today & deler says it is in transit. Now what can i do, it is a long period. Honda company not responding. Deler also not taking sirously.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Ref: Contract No. – AK0108
    Car No. – MH 43 N 3292

    Sub:-Complain for not refunding my clients money.


    This is in reference to complain of my client Mrs. Archanaa shah who owns Honda City –V Tec model car. My client use to send their car to Ichibaan Automobiles (P) Ltd., Metro Est., 178, C.S.T. Road, Kalina, Santacruz (E), Mumbai 400098 for servicing and other repair work who is Authorised Agent for sale and servicing the all Honda cars authorized by the Honda Motors India. Therefore my client was in the bonafied belief that he is dealing with the authorized company nominated by the Honda Motors India. Therefore he signed one service contract with “Ichibaan Automobiles (P) Ltd” for two years wherein he will serve as per the terms of contract and my client paid Rs 22, 500/- vide cheque number 417281, drawn on HDFC Bank Ltd dated 10/4/2007against full and final consideration demanded by him.

    As per terms of contract he suppose to do services due for two years from the period begin 07/04/2007 to 07/02/2009 but in the middle of contract he refused to carry out service of my clients car which contemplated to breach of contract and attract heavy penalty and prosecution to direct and indirect party of it. According to the prevailing law we are dealing with Honda Motors India, since he is using LOGO of Honda Motors and moreover he is claiming to be authorized person of Honda Motors. This is clear cut case of cheating and fraud with the innocent Indian public.

    In this situation I seek your clarification in seven working days from the receipt of this notice. Fail to do the same will attract legal action against all the related parties.

    I am Sangeeta, we had purchase panasonic Flat29FX20CDS3 T.V on 02/03/2009 .I had launch a complaint in the company in the name o[censored]mesh Prasad. Therte is major problem in the T.V from last 4 months and for the same problem we lauch a complaint many time. Still know they did not solve the problem they always visit and they comit us it will not happen again and we facing this problem continously they had given us faulty T.V we also approch panasonic service centre they also comit us and again has problem, we complaint dealer he comit us he will replace our T.V but still he did not replace yet.

      Dear All,
      I Raghavendra having a Honda Shine 125cc, purchased from Silicon Honda, Bangalore. I have registered many times the complain about mileage but no response will be given by the service centre.
      So please solve my queries about this complain.
      am owning a HONDA SHINE bike which is giving less mileage of 40/45 km/lit .Now my bikes third servicing also over till now also it is giving less mileage . I contacted with the concerned department but there is no good response from HONDA DEALERS.

      I totally agree with the comment. I had purchased a Honda Shine bike on[protected] from Pahadiya Honda but its services are poor. My bike never gave average of mileage of more than 35 km/l. Whenever I complained to the dealer, the personnel attending never satisfied me on this issue. As the Honda Motorcycles & Scooter India Limited always claimed the mileage of 65 km/l, which is a false and misleading the general prospective buyer of Honda Motorcycles.

        Hi,

        I have purchased Hero Honda activa on 21st March09 . On the same day I have done the payment of 49000 INR by cheque no 393204. I have been promised that I we will get delivery on 27th March 09.
        On 27th March we have been told that till date PASSING of vehicle is not done & againg revised date of 31st March is given to us . But when today also we got same answer that "PASSING IS NOT DONE"

        This is totaly Mentaly Harrasment & wasting of time is going on though all necessary documents submitted on 21st March 09. Can any one help me on this ?

        I have bought Hero Honda Passion Pro on[protected] and submitted the required documents required for RTO Registration. These Papers were handed over to a private agent by your Local Hero Honda Show Room staff. My vehicle was registered at RTO on[protected]. But till date I am not in receipt of my copy of Registration. This is all because of arrogant behavior of the agent (to whom you have engaged for registration). I told this situation 10 days back to your Billing incharge Shri Srinivas. But there is no response from him. Yesterday only I came to know that my registration copy had been sent through post to my earlier address ( during the transit period I transferred to some other city ). Your Hero Honda staff are getting Registration copies from the agent and they are handed over to the cutomers. Why not this happed in my case. I have not even received Insurance policy. I am a customer for Hero Honda since 1992 . had it been handed over to some other agent on my own I would have got my registration copy one month earlier. AS I HAVE TRUSTED YOU TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING (INSURANCE AND REGISTRATION COPY OF THE VEHICLE)

          I have left my Bike new brand Honda Unicorn for First service at Balaji Honda at Tondaiyarpet on[protected].

          That time there is no external Damage found in my Bike .When I left my Bike that time no issues in my bike.

          But after the service . I fount Noise & Vibration in my Bike I have gone to service section and inform them, they

          Said after few day it will be ok. Next day I have fount more noise and Vibration again I went to service station.

          They found a screw was missing and assembled. Even after I found some noise and Vibration so, That time

          Service man said please left the Bike you will come and collect today evening. That day evening I went to

          Service station they said there is a dent found in the silencer so there is must be the Vibration. They

          Are saying this damage is found now only and not at the time of service, you only responsible for this

          Dent and we will not replace the silencer. I said this is found now only and happened during service.

          I said service station is responsible for this dent. when I left the vehicle for the service there no noise and

          Dent. it has happened during the service only and I asked for replacement. I am realy feeling unhappy

          With people in service station . I want to my bike would be good as when I bought it.

          Please provide solution for this.

          I would like to comment on the malpractice at this particular showroom -City Honda, Kalyannagar, Bangalore.

          1. I give the bike for servicing here and find that the bike servicing has to be done as per Honda jobsheet and prices.
          2. The pricing and job sheet lists the cost of each fix/item/job so no problems with paying for only the job done/item consumed.
          3. The loophole in the system came to light when I asked how much paid servicewould cost (basic)?
          The person said Rs 650/-. I asked for breakup and he rambled on for all that he thought would be covered. Plus he mentioned extra 200 for gearbox leakage. totalling Rs 850/-
          4. Now when I got hold of the service bill. I totalled up the basic cost of service excluding the Rs 200/- but to my surprise it doesn't even cross Rs400/-??
          5. How the hell then did the service rep/incharge say it's Rs650/-??
          6. This means to say that he intentionally decides how much the bill amount should add up to and then asks the mechanics to do their part of crime by achieving somehow the TARGET set by this service-in-charge??
          So folks, beware and ask the service-in-charge exactly how much is just the basic service and why is it not mentioned as per Honda cost sheets?

          i have a unicorn bike, i gone for service in your rishikesh honda service centre, thet told me the problem of my bike i agree n go for service but after a day my bike giving so many population .i go for service centre again nw they told me. your bike engion is not working properly so u hv to go for repaired it, but when i was gone for service my bike have no such problem so i just want you to take immediate action other wise i m free to go consumer court .nw i m very shocked about your rishikesh service centre before this i am totaly faith on honda service centre,
          my bill no.2460 the amount which i paid is 3395.

          Honda Uncorn Bike is Very good these Service center people does't Have common sense.. They Don't Know How to Treate customers... Before taking bike they will call you and talk nicely.. if you perchase then u Have perchased hell of problems with service center people. I have bad experiance with Planet Honda Show room ... i have give my bike for first service and they have taken money for oil changing but thy haven't changed and again for second service they have scrached the dom and talking very harshly with customer.. Buy bike from honda showroom but don't goto service center and don't belive those service center people ...Especially i am talking Planet Honda Service Center

            I have purchused the new Honda city. I had a slight accident and had called Dakshin Honda for the procedures. They told me to come with the Vechile when i reached there I had noted more then 1/2 tank of petrol. I was told that since the Vechile is on lease you will have to get the signatures and the stamp which i was not informed earlier and was promised a drop which they refused to give with such a rude treatment so i had to manage my way home. They did put the ambipure and the documets in the same back by the time is got home it all spilled over the documents it lead me to more frustrations. I get the docuemts stamped and signed from my company to Dakshin honda and Syed tells me these papers will do so but i explained my concerns that it was their fault and finally managed to give the papers focebally. After 3 days when they called me to give the Vechicle back they called my and told me that we are sending the car back its ready after 1 hour thay call me back and confirms that the car will be leaving now. By the time i got the car it was passed 4 hours and i was waiting with frustration. I get the car finally but when i check the tank was almost empty and car was not washed, They charged me for washing> When i called Mr Muneer who is the Relation manager of Dahshin Honda he tells me he cant do anything and you will have to pay the money i told him why should i pay for things you have not done but did not listen.I dont know what relationship manager he is .

            More over i was promised a music system with a bluetooth which was not given

            Also the worst part is that they robbed my Key chain with the honda logo

            I need to get this complain in News channels so that everyone knows about what they did to me
            I think it is quite clear that, the documents do need seal and sign, what money they are askingwas about the service rendered or you had some ohther demand. When the car was driven may be that time it catch up the dust. What was done inother car showroom they don't drop body shop cars, as wants us to see the car and take delviery-fair enough i feel

              i bought a honda activa from mcs honda kanpur. mcs honda service station is quite far from my place so i get my vehicle serviced from axis honda as its service station is near to my place..
              the vehicle till date has been sent to axis honda for the 4th time for the same problem, every time they say that we have rectified the problem . for the forth time i have got my vehicle back to my place after travelling 8-10 kms on ricshaw.every time at starting vehicle get started without any problem but after running some distance the engine stops .
              hope u can just suggest me a service station where i can get my vehicle in running condition

              i have brought honda active in 1997 february Now, it has completed 15, 000 kms. from past 6 months i am experience a problem, while riding at 40Km/hr the vehicle tries to stop or catches immediately and releases immediately.

              kindly please suggest what should be done.

                Dear Sir,
                My sister is using a honda activa which is very good in its performance. Unfortunately my sister met with an accident where she escaped with minor injuries and more damages to the bike. So I took the bike to the authorise honda showroom in

                Honda showroom,
                near kondapur Jn,
                Hyderabad.

                They took the bike and a job sheet was made ready. They gave the insurance guy(Bajaj Alliance) details of damaged parts with out completely opening the covers of the bike, so the insurance guy made the cheque ready. This simple job took them around 25 days. When I have checked the bike and found that they didnt uncover the front dome for inspection, I asked them to immediately do that . Then they found the handle bar and the fork are damaged. Now I requested the insurance guy to do that cheque again. This was all done by phone. But when I visited the bike, I found that the front suspensions were damaged. This time I was completely annoyed because it was around a month past and these fellows are shamelessly not doing their work. After much torture, finally they said the bike was ready(after 1.5 month), again when I checked the bike there are many problems. And after a week which I have given them for rectification, I found there is a rattling sound in the rear part of vehicle. They said that it was the number plate. The number plate was a fibre made and it was like the same before the accident and after the accident. It has nothing to do with that indescent and annoying rattling sound. They fixed some weight to the number plate and they can do nothing. After delivery I have seen that there is black part( chamber) that is being dismantled and was making sound. When I took the bike to the showroom again these fellows said that the bike was perfect with out sound when they delivered to me. UTTER LIE!! They I complained the situation to the branch manager. He said he will take care of that. After three days, they found that the chamber bolt was costly and this time the manager too started the drama to convince me that the problem occurred after the delivery. When I felt that the whole showroom was full o[censored]nfaithfull people, I took the bike out and got repaired by a local mechanic. When I have given the bike, the fuel was tank full and during delivery, the tank got a half litre. When I asked them, they told that the fuel reader is not working. NO THESE FELLOWS ARE DAMN LIERS, ITS PERFECTLY WORKING. I found this at a filling station. Who ever is responsible, its shame on Honda's path. The worst thing is that, if there is no effect on that dealer even after this mail.

                SUCH PROBLEM IS BEING ALSO FACED BY ME TOO FROM PIONEER HONDA (SHREE DADU AUTO PVT. LTD), G T ROAD, DHOLEWAL, LUDHIANA PUNJAB. I BOUGHT 19 DAYS AGO A ACTIVA. THEY TOLD MET HAT THEY WILL SEND ME THE BILL AND SERVICE COPY THROUGH COURIER. AFTER 3 REPEAT VIISTS (BY TAKING SHORT LEAVES AND HALF DAYS), STILL I WAITING FOR MY ACTIVA BILL AND SERVICE COPY. EVEN I HAVE LAUNCHED MY COMPLAINTS TO SHOWROOM G.M. MR. GANDHI TOO FOR THE SAME.

                TODAY MISS KIRAN IS TELLING/ GIVING AN EXCUSE THAT THEY HAVE TRIED MY MOBILE ON 5TH, 9TH MAY 2009 AND THAT WAAS OUT OF RANGE. BUT THE TRUTH IS THAT AFTER 5TH I HAD VISTED THEIR SHOWROOM 3 TIMES.

                EVEN DURING BUYING THE SCOOTER. THE PIECE WHAT WE HAVE SELECTED, WAS ALREADY SOLD WAS TOLD US AFTER 3 HOURS, WHEN WE ARE ON PAYMENT COUNTER. OVERALL DEALING OF THE STAFF IS NOT SO GOOD.

                WHAT I THINK THIS IS DUE TO GOOD SALE OF THE PRODUCT AND WE SHOULD NOT BE SO HIGH HEADED. BECAUSE IT MAY AFFECT OUT SERVICE AS WELL AS MARKET.

                I had given booking amount to HDFC person which connected with you but still iit not responding on this matter Please help me to take my Honda Activa at my home
                spidigo has not bad service for shifting. I have already giving my application abt 10 day's ago but still they are not coming yet for shifting... my connetctions

                  SUB: “HONDA”car: service station in the most hopeless, rude, condition at Vadodara[Gujarat].India

                  sir,
                  here with I would like to forward you some shocking facts about the Aspen Honda ..so called the Authorized Service station and showroom, at Chani road Vadodara .[India].
                  DAY;[protected] Friday..
                  [1] I went with prior appointment for the 75000 kms paid service for my car having registration no :GJ-17-C-8369, on 13-3-09 Friday 10.45 AM..
                  [2] Mr. Harsad took my car for service i.e. Service check sheet SI no :1528, in process of detail discussion with him at the same movements, I informed him about the problems I see/face/predict, in my car which I wanted to get identify and to get it repaired /rectified and if necessary to change the parts too.
                  [3]I left the service station in few minutes with all that instruction/discussion.., , ,

                  Soon after, Mr. Harsad called me in @an hour on my cell phone {+[protected]} informing me with his assessments, that some parts are damaged and need replacements in respects to my complains in Car, and also added that it has to be changed immediately as it’s risky to drive car with those damaged parts, , , so with out taking the time for a second thought, I said yes, go ahead, having total confidence on Brand HONDA service station, , , on that, he verbally game me the approximate estimates for the said reaping work, cost of changing of parts including the labor charges etc…i agreed once again to pay for the such repairing and other cost which will be included in bill on the time of delivery, , …
                  The estimate given to me on phone for such addition work was for which I gave approval to be done was :
                  [a]Axel Oil shil part +labor
                  [b]Main shil part +labor
                  [c]Dampers [Jumper]Bush Part+ Labor
                  [d]Lower Arms and suspensions part+ Labor
                  + + + +….if some thing to be added which course of repairing /Changing of parts, , ,

                  As On that, , Mr, Harsad told me on the phone that this is big job for them, , and so they will not be able to give my Car being repaired /serviced in time one day[ today ], and asked my permission to keep the car for second consecutive day,
                  [that is for 14-03-09 Saturday]…..even on that I said it’s ok, , if the Car is required by the service station for one more day, , I Don’t mind..…and so the car was kept for 2 nd Day, , in spite of delivering me on the same Evening ..

                  I was happily sleeping on Friday night, , with all the great Dreams of my Sunday Drive with Family, , …..

                  But I never visualized or never predicated the storm which is due to struck me on Saturday From ASPEN HONDA, , the so called authorized dealer / Service station

                  The BAD Day:

                  [A] I was just thinking in the morning on this Day :Saturday 14-03-09 that I will get a call from the ASPEN HONDA, , service workshop, , , that my car is ready….

                  No, nothing happened so, till today I was wrong in thinking for the BRAND HONDA…, , and now I come to know the real sense of it.., it was my wrong imagination, , i was having wrong impression about brand HONDA, ,

                  It started giving me jerks, , and has put me in mental trauma and pain, , about possessing a HONDA CITY car…which I can’t forget for my entire life, , which I may pass to my family, friends, relatives, , , to think twice before they go For HONDA, , if such service back up is established, , ,

                  [2] Sir, , it’s not the end of story…pleas go through the lines, , words, , , , , I continue here with to say you more in details, , ,

                  14-03-09 Saturday Afternoon…..
                  [a] : I never received a call from the service station till after noon as per their words….i was waiting for it, , but in vain..

                  [b]:in the afternoon, , I tired to call/talk, , to Mr.Harsad on his cell no :[+[protected], , , which he had given me on the Said Service Check sheet, in his hand writing on the bottom of it, , ., , but he never talked to me, , never answered me, never picked my phone and, never called me again till 5 PM…Saturday 14-03-09…..
                  [c] I kept on calling him on his same Cell phone for more times, , but in vain….
                  [d] I was not having any other contact phone numbers of service station ASPEN HONDA…so I got worried, , , , even though their SERVICE CHECK SHHET does not carry / prints of the LOCAL LAND LINE phone numbers.., just imagine..one can’t talk to the service station and not one calling/replying, him for his beloved CAR, , ,

                  And the end I tired to trace out the LOCAL land line BSNL phones of ASPEN HONDA by calling BSNL helpline, , and in my pain full exercise I got the phone numbers, , but not in the Name of APEN HONDA but on the Name of M/s Tectone Motors Pvt Ltd….thay are :2761821 and 2761822, , , ,

                  So immediate called on that no @3.45, , , and some peon/servant took the phone, and said no one is in the service station and this is front desk, , , and he is not in position to say the status of my Car..

                  I insisted him to transfer the call to service manager, /service department, he denied, , , I kept on requesting him, , & he said call later…
                  So I told him in little harsh words that please I am just holding the line, , go, , walk, , run.. to service station and get any one who can give a clue and satisfactory answer…and no one came, , , but he only said your car is ready come down for delivery at 5.00 PM..

                  And I rushed to the APEN HONDA, , Chani at 5.00 Sharp….

                  I entered to the service Station Lounge, by my surprise, , , . no one was present, , no one at reception, , , no one on cash, , no one in SERVICE mangers’ room, , , no one in entire CUSTOMER lounge, , no lights were put on..the Air-conditions were not working, , , , , , ,
                  I thought this are the NEW STANDERS OF HONDA, brand…, but even though I tried to contact a servant /peon, , and told him to call some one, ,
                  With as usual lazy attitude, , a Man, not in uniform, not with any HONDA logo on his dress, came to me, , and later I came to know that he was MR.FAIZAL MUNSI..senior Service Manager…

                  SIR, , now please concentrate the points I am highlighting you, , it’s most important, , it’s more serious, and, it’s most answerable..

                  [1] : as MR.Faizal Munsi, , the Senior Manager, , , approach to me, , I requested him, , the first thing is to please start Some Air condition/fan and to put on little lights as it’s dark, I can’t sit more here, , as it’s already 15/20 minutes I am here sitting in this condition and i am on MEDICIN with diagnosis of Asthma and chest Congestion…

                  I hope HONDA know well about all this illness, , , and how I must have felt sitting all for so length @15/20 minutes…so it’s the one fact I would like to answer me…

                  [2] Mr. Faizal, , then, , hand over me the bill, , of Rs.9438.00 [Nine thousands four hundred thirty eight only], , and said ..the car is ready and the service is done, , you can pay and drive the car home, , ,
                  Till nothing was told me too about, what is done and what is not done … just Mr. Faizal told me to pay, , that’s all..
                  I asked were is my car, , he said, yet wait for another 30 minutes, , as the 3M interior cleaning is still going on, , ,
                  Ok, , I said, , , ,
                  and now, meanwhile, I got the time for just go through the bill which I am paying, , and I got socked seeing the details of it..

                  The work for which Mr.Harsad had took the approval from me on phone include; Lower Arms and suspensions part+ Labor…
                  I found from the bill that this was not attended…and asked for the reason, , , , Mr. Faizal said :he don’t know the answer..and said let me ask my Superior, , so he took the bill from me and went inside the service area were the cars were parked for serivec, , I was watching him through glass panels, , as he was discussing it with some one ..later I came to know that he was Mr. AJAY JADAV, , , , , the VICE PRESIDENT, , , @10 minutes, later he came back to me and said :

                  “, we could not attended the complain, , we could not repaired your car, , , , we kept the car in service station for no reason for one extra day, , and even though we were in full information that we are not having such parts in stock.., , , , and added, :, ””” you can take the car now, , don’t pay, , , , , it’s our mistake, , , , we never informed you about this, , ””””

                  I said no, I can’t take my car with out paying you, your bill, I want to pay for this bill as its my duty to pay, but I want the explanations on the points ;listed below :please give me all this writing so I can forward it to higher authority to just look in the matter, , ,
                  The points were :
                  [1]for the work not done and for not informing me
                  [2]for not giving me my car back in time ..
                  [3]and the explanation for keeping the car unnecessary for days in service station even though u knew you don’t have such parts,
                  [4]for not peaking up my phone calls, , [mr.Harasd]
                  [5] for all not informing that the service is not don’t till the time you handover the bill to me to pay[Mr.Faizal]
                  [6] for making me wait unattended in your lousy, , dark, , service lounge un attended for length of time….
                  [7] for making me stand for more then an hour in parking bay on bonet of my car…

                  Till no tone or soft words of apologizing from HONDA service people who were present @me including MR. Jadav VP….i saw him passing trough me as I was just thinking what to do next, leaning on my stomach as I was not feeling well was time for me to take rest, , in the outside parking area were my car was moved, ,

                  It was almost @6.45 PM now, , , by this procedure…I was loosing my grips on my words, my language, , my mental status was disturbed, my family called me for so late, , , and still no one was finding the solution, , but in my surprise I observed, that the VP Mr.Jadav ordered for Extra Security around me, , as he may have thought that I may run way with my Car as, , , the award of most BAD HONDA, , VP…goes to Mr .Jadav,

                  Sir, , @7.10 PM..at last I requested Mr.Faizal Munsi what to do next? he said you can talk to Our VP Mr.Jadav, …I told him that he just walked close to me, , why he never cared to talk to me nor said a word to me if so, , and I asked Mr Faizal to call VP in the same parking bay, , were I was sitting since last one hour, with as usual lazy, style, He introduce me him self as a big VICe PRESIDNET, , and tried to put the matter as he knows nothing of it till this time., , just great …

                  Now the scenario started changing, , , what Mr Faizal told me was :to drive the car home with out paying…exactly opposite to what MR .Jadav [Vice president ]told me.. and what MR .Jadav told me was : ..no no ..you don’t ..don’t take the car, it’s risky, , I suggest not to take the car in this condition for drive, , , and also added we have already called the Delhi, , the parts will be flying on Sunday [15-03-09 Morning, , but as Sunday is holiday, , , Monday we may receive the parts, , bla bla bla bla...…bla..till 7.30 pm..bla…and on my request for service car, he added: we don’t have service car to serve you, , etc

                  So I left the showroom /service [protected]@7.45, , with out taking my car, , leaving my beloved HONDA, , , , , , with enger, with a lot pain, , with a lot mantel trauma..having faced bad behavior, , with useless talks full of bla bla, , with no one still saying sorry, , , , , it’s a life time scratch on my heart, , and for which I, consider the most responsible people are [1] Mr.Harsad cell no :+91 [protected] [2]Mr.Faizal Munsi Senior Service Manager [3] Vice President Mr.Ajay Jadav.. [4] and Mr. Krunal Dave .. ..along with HONDA company at the TOP of list…..

                  I came back, @8.00 PM, as I wanted my car back from the grip of ASPEN HONDA, , I paid the entire amount of bill in voice no :802743 [which was generated @6.22.11 PM on 13-03-09, , Saturday, , even the Gate pass given to me on Saturady 14-03-09, , was also generated on Friday 13-03-09].., , , , , , , the Amount I paid was Rs.9438 .00
                  And atlas I got a letter from MR, Faixal Munsi only after paying the bill amount .., , explaining me the reasons, which I am attaching with my latter, , and you can read /observe from that there is still no sense of saying sorry or apologizing ..it’s ok, , [this terms and condition was put by VP Mr Jadav that if only they will give me such letter if I pay the bill or other wise not at all]

                  I know nothing is going to happen, , not a scratch will be developed as it’s big set up..no one cares for such complains, , pains., traumas…THE NEW HONDA PHYLOSHOPY has just changes, , it is like: “just pay what we say, , , we HONDA have monopoly, , were will customer go in future for services?, , , customer don’t have choice, , as customer of HONDA for service, , no space for SOORY and apologizing in HONDA, , , HONDA is always right, customers are grabbed at the time of sell of CAR, , , with hopeless service back up, , , , ,

                  GOD CAN HELP me, , or ONLY HONDA authorities ….

                  Pleas, , please, , now the issues is not ending here, , , , just let me know were I will go for neat Service, , as my confidence is lost with APEN HONDA, , Vadodara, , , or I would like HONDA company to bye back my Car to I can sleep peacefully, , ,

                  Still my mind thinks of this : if I have not checked the bill given by Mr Faizal Munsi on the first time, , , and have draw away the car out of service station, , by keeping the thought in mind that the repairing is done, , , what would happen, , , and why, , why they hide such big thing at the time of issuing the bill, , and only on my asking, , why the work is not done, , , they clarified such a big fuss, , , I think you got the point, , , and now were will I get it done, /repaired?, , , , when?, .., I am afraid now, , what will happen to my car if I run the car with same damaged parts..is HONDA responsible for it or is ASPEN HONDA, M/s Tectone Motors Pvt Ltd, , is responsible, , just give me some hope, , thanks

                    Hi,

                    I have bought Honda Unicorn, in April 2005. Riding the bike was heaven for the first year.
                    After that the troubles have started. When ever we give the bike for paid service we we tell the supervisor of the Honda service center to look into so n so aspects, but as far my experience is concerned they never do anything except the put an engine oil which costs nearly Rs.200 and charge us.

                    Here are list of spare parts I have replaced in the last three years
                    1.Disk brake pads -- two times( very poor durability) --It costs nearly 400-500

                    2.Rear brake shoe -- two time ( worst durability) -- it cost nearly 500

                    3.Chain sproket -- one time --nearly 800 -- I have complained to the supervisor in the before service that the chain is making but inspite of that they have never looked into it and that negligence costed me to change the whole thing during this service

                    4.Front dome's wizer -- two times -- nealy[protected]one time it was an accident, but the first time it was due it's poor durability)

                    5.Indicator lights -- two times -- each costs nearly -- 120 (I have spent nearly 600) on these

                    6. Indicator case of LHS handle -- nearly 500 (poor durability)

                    I have changed few other things also which are trivia.

                    While buying this bike I thought I am buying the best bike in India looking at the brand of Honda.
                    But looking at the maintenance cost during these four years(nearly[protected], I regret my choice.
                    I am not sure why Honda has so much of fame, despite of it's worst customer service and less durable yet costliest parts.

                    I have written this not just as complaint, but I want to help others to make a better choice while buying a 150cc which costs nearly 65K+ now a days.
                    I advice all of you not to opt for Honda bikes, and if you have Honda bike and going for service never opt for Pratul Honda service center, Kondapur, Hyderabad.

                    I have been using a Honda Unicorn since 7 Apr 2007 and the bike has been handled as roughly as it could be. It already has 31500+ km on its odometer. I only have had to change its engine oil at regular intervals and the disk brake pad once. I only faced a problem once when I was forced to have my vehicle serviced from a non Honda person. May be this should be looked at before getting your vehicle serviced only get it done from a Honda Dealer.
                    i don't agree ...
                    u should tight ur chain all 500 Kms or u wil damage ur sprokets...then abt all other parts u hve replaced is due to ur misuse ...so no comments..all bikes get damaged in accidents...
                    Wear n tear is Very normal in the case of brakes n tyres..
                    U better buy some other 150cc bikes n ride it as u ride Unicorn...then post comments...

                    I also purchased Honda Unicorn assuming that it is best Bike in India, But with in 3/4 months it's side covers below seats got cracked. It's ignition switch start giving trouble after 3 years. It's Petrol tank got rusted & start leaking after 4 years which I have to replace for Rs. 4500/-. Most of the parts are very costly with poor quality. The bike has got cold starting trouble right from starting.

                    I feels I made mistake in going for Hond Bike. Also I purchased Eterno Scooter. It's rear wheel came out during driving. It's various switches are giving problems.
                    Am riding Honda Unicorn since Jan 2007. Its a good bike n i literally had no problems till now. Am a rough driver and usually my speed is between 50-70 kmph. I get a milage of around 62 kmpl. The only problem i face is that service of nearly all honda dealers is the worst. My advice, better go to a good reliable mechanic or service your bike yourself.

                    i would like to inform you that, i brought unicorn from your dealership at Karimanagar (Samrat Honda) .ENG NO :KC09E 1063108, CHASSIS NO : ME4KC093E98062115, for my periodic service i gave my bike on 05-08-09 to karimanagar (samarat),.the problem in bike battery is getting discharged with in 15 - 20 days i gave for three times for servicing , still they dint rectify my complaints and all work are pending.i gave my bike at auto fin Honda show room ( himyath nagar ,Hyderabad) supervisor MR. chary and in charge MR.Satish confirmed that battery was dead but they dint replace the battery even they dint give the conformation letter that battery was dead. please take immediate solution for that .

                    i do agree on most of your points. Honda need to understand their dealers more then the customer as these people are more money centric and that is why they have opened the showrooms. Every time you tell them of a problem in your bike, without any thought, either the part need to be changed or they would avoid the complaint itself.

                    I will say Honda Unicorn is worst. Bike is good but ofcourse normal wear and tear will be there in any bikes. But whenever i leave my bike for service in Honda showroom they told to change spare parts and that too, all the spare parts are costlier than other bikes. Honda Dealer Service is the worst. Main problem in getting Honda bikes service outside is, we cannot get the spare parts outside whereas other bikes we can get.Overall Honda Service Stations are worst than anything.
                    I Agree to the Service from honda service it bad to worse i have to add a few exceptions in that case for i had real good service from 1 honda service. the bike i dont have complaints as its purely based on the drivers driving skills. I get 75 KMPL on my unicorn. Spares are difficult to get i agree. pls knw wht is to be serviced before u give it to service & try to see it done under your inspection then these problems can be avoided. I got a mechanic who does it for me as i instruct so its in prime condition.

                    i bought new bike and i given to servicing at Pratul Honda service center, Kondapur, Hyderabad becouse it is less distence to my office.
                    Pratul Honda service center, Kondapur, Hyderabad taken my bike spare parts. i was observed at servicing delivery time about parts are missing. i asked them but they never agreed for that.
                    finally i have 3 hours conversation with them. the conversation like a mini fighting with them. then they given old spare parts from other bikes.

                    this is very bad.
                    so please don't give Honda bikes for servicing at Pratul Honda service center, Kondapur, Hyderabad.

                    today i went to ask the price of front disk pad and the DISK they said the pads coast around 400/- and the disk coast around 1, 600/-...if you go to Yamaha the fz disk pad coast only 150/- and the disk coast only 600/-...and the Honda break pads have less running life compared to Yamaha...is the price charged for the company's name or the parts ...

                    I bought a Honda Unicorn from Kothari Wheels Wakadewadi .Pad itoken amount and Kothri Wheels sold my booked Unicorn to other person & got the delivery after two months which was not committed date. I talked to Honda
                    head office & they inform me, my booked Unicorn was delivered on committed date.But there was no action on it & I got 200 Km running bike as Kothari inform me Red+Black bike no more available as Honda stopped the
                    production. So Kothari requested to Ahmednager dealer for release the Red+Black color bike. So that Kothari person ride in it from Nagar to Pune & because of that bike run 200 Km. So I have accepted the bike Keeping on faith on them
                    & next day I found my bike tell lamp was dead I asked them for replacing that and got a funny answer “Bulbs are not covered in warranty it may dead any time. after 7 days “ . Then suddenly I faced the handle pulling problem its turning on automatically on right or left side. I informed them about the same but they told that it is happening as there might be some accident happened
                    with the bike. When I objected They investigated & check everything & came into conclusion that there is some problem in my bike & replaced the Cone set. This happened for several time and after changing the con set for 5 time still
                    the same problem is persisting.

                    Further problem of my
                    viecle stated below .

                    1) From first day having handle pulling & fork ply problem.

                    2) Replaced battery in warranty period & till heaving a issue the same.

                    3) Having a big sound before pushed leg break.

                    4) CDI problem

                    5) Parts/ Accessories not available in store room but it’s easily available in local market.

                    6) No one noticed during bike in servicing oil is coming out from engine.

                    7) Big noise while changing gear.

                    8) Every time I got the answer service center don’t have time for servicing.

                    9) After servicing if something forgot or new issue arrived got the patent answer we don’t have time now to do stuff; come after 3 / 4 days.

                    10) Last time technician forgot to tight screw at chain end. As I have giving the noise problem in chain box.

                    Most IMP:-- There is no warranty or guarantee for any Honda parts and it’s just faith on dealer or Honda.

                    In my experience if you are replacing genuine parts from Honda they will charge additional.
                    I have face a lot of negligence and false information by Honda for replacement of parts.
                    Example sometimes horn source is cracking which you can adjust by screw driver.
                    Honda Expert comments horn is gone need to replace.
                    Indicator buzzer will stop working if it pour or water droplets go inside which can remove by drying it or through by air. They will suggest directly to replace.
                    I too facing the same issue with unicorn as well as jsp Honda showroom, when ever I give it for they are charging more than 1500. It is very horrible for me to pay that much.

                      Handed over by splendor motor cycle to Hero Honda authorised dealer for paid servicing after servicing when i taken over the bike i found the fuel tank was damaged when i asked it was told the same was damaged by mistake when i approached for replacement i was denied. I written letter to Jaipur Regional office for clarification of few points i did not got the reply after four months also i written reminder also to them but nothing has happened now my case is in consumer forum Jaisalmer.

                        i had bought Honda shine 2-wheeler (TN 10 U 4021). In my bike shock absors are not working well. i informed them in didar motors. they doesnt care of this.. now i suffered heavy back pain. For each service they are water washing the vehicle and delivering it to me. They are doing nothing. please look into this problem.

                        I have shouted many times for worst service, but still continuing the worst service for all 2 wheelers, simple words to says they are plucking the money, nothing else then, useless are working their. A guy in service centre handle roughly the customer, once i screwed him in front of everyone. but stille they all are same. either honda to cancel the dealership or should a own service centre in GREAMS ROAD

                        I have placed an order to purchase Honda DIO (didar -Greams road) on beginning on feb month 2016. They said within 3-4 weeks you will get it. While ordering we preferred customer selection. But now they are saying only one bike is there come and take it otherwise wait one more month. I am not at all happy they way servicing.

                          I have purchased a Honda Shine Vehicle Regiastration # KA-34-U-8252 (INDIA) Bellary.

                          Sir, the complaint is that i have purchased new honda shine on[protected], and vehicle has front disc out due to which sound from front wheel is producing, every day i complaint of problem and visit the technician & service manager says it is ok but i asked them to give me in written that disc is good condition they refuced. now i they are saying that their service manager and he will solve the problem, but others out side mechanic are confirmed that wheel disc is bend. And i left my vehicle is at showroom in bellary, karnataka. And now i am planning to approch to Consumer Court for justice. please help me. And finally i conclude with small information that Bellary Existing Nandi Honda showroom do not have any skilled technical and hope it will effect your brand, please suggest me what to do wheather i approch to consumer court.                             Dear sir,
                            I had purchsed honda Activa in[protected]. The official warranty periond of this vechile is one year and it is valild if we use honda service station for regular service. I had done as per the instruction.
                            But on third free service one mistake had done by their employee they had put a water inside Head lite.
                            While as per company finished vehicle is sealed from headlite so that water can not go inside.
                            Due to this problem the Head lite become Deem and when i was complation to this guys for their mistake they refuse to replace that.Earlier their employee told me that if any mistake happend during service service station is responsible for that and This problem done by us so we will replace the head lite. He told me to come on Monday because when this thing had happend it was a saterday.
                            I agreed on their request. But I am still facing the problem
                            Still my 2 free service is their. I have availeable two Photo available of this complation.

                            So what should i do kindly suggest me .

                              Hi,

                              I am arunkumar From Bangalore. I Bought HH-Hunk on Feb 6th 2009 from SAI Motors Bangalore. So within a month i visited the Sai Service centre nearly 7 or 8 times. Between These days they replaced Baterry, Front Tyre.After that I did my 1st service from them. Next day itself i faced the problem in Gear shifting. I went to the service centre and they did somthing and gave me. But still i got the same problem. Then again i went next day and i met manager vanddan and he told me that there is a problem so you leave the bike and go. SO they took one day to fix and i took it on next day. But still same problem i faced. Again i went to the service centre and told him the problem is still there. He told me that it will be like that only. I told him to ride and see the mew bike and compare this bike. He told me that you can't compare with new bike( But it is just 30 days old bike). He told me Anyway you leave the bike and go. I will get a senior service enginner and fix the problem. So they took 2 days. After that they said it is perfect now and we have changed chain and somemore things. So i was very happy that time. But when i tested i was very much disoppointed. Still same problem with more vibration and less millege. I went again i told them the problem. So took more 1 hr and told me it will be fine now. But still No improvement. Finally i have desided to change the service center itself. So i went to "27 / 7 MOTORS" at hanumanth nagar. They just took 5 hrs time to fix all the problem. Now i am very happy to ride the hunk. It is very smooth, no gear shifting problem, No vibration and good millege. Thank you very much to "27 / 7 MOTORS". So i request all the hunk holders not to go "Sai Motors from Banasankari" for Servicing. They will spoil your bike.I feel that they don't have efficient people to work on Hunk..

                              i agree to wat u hav told... i also had experienced lot of issues with servicing of my cbz xtreme.
                              and i switched on to 24/7 motors at hanumanthnagar... after reading ur compliant... u hav miss typed it as 27/7 motors for 24/7 motors... it'll help other people also to reach the right place... thanks for the guidance... now am happy with my bike's servicing.
                              I too agree on this. I was facing some vibration problem in my hunk. 2 times on servicing i point out the probem but of no use. I think for them servicing means only washing the vehicle. Thanks for guiding to the good service center. I am planning to go there for next servicing.
                              hi i purchased karizma zmr still not runned 70kms and bike is not getting on and they r not ready to change the battery its really very poor service from then almost one week is over my bike is with them still they not solved my problem i wait today otherwise i go to consumer court against them and company

                                Hi,

                                After servicing my bike for the fifth time it had started making sounds in chain box. These sounds are irretating and killing the joy of ride. I took bike to showroom(LB Nagar Ring Road, Hyderabad) to get it fixed. They said that this problem is common in these(Unicorn & Shine) bikes and adjusted chain which did not work. Even after trying for four times in two months problem is still there, I have even serviced bike thinking that it will rectify the problem.

                                I want to know whether the problem is really there in all Unicorn bikes or only in my bike. Can it be fixed and how. Except these sounds this bike is superb in every aspect. Even I am getting decent milage i.e around 58 in city drive.

                                I too agree with the sound that come out from the chain drive, it is not just a sound its an extra horn fitted to my bike, so many times the sound makes me to turn back in panic to what is that, later i used to that noise . I lubricate the chain for every 1000km and also tight it as mentioned in the bike manual, but even then the sound did not stop . The sound is occurring only at low speeds >35km/hr that too in 1st 2nd and 3rd gears.
                                at high speeds it is cool and hot riding. I am also getting some sound in the back brake

                                how to solve this two problems? is there any to help me out.

                                i am facing the same problem. At 1st and 2nd gear at low speeds this knocking sound is heard. This is very irritating. how can i solve this problem???? Can i install a chain drive like apache, avenger or a pulsar 180, 200, or 220 which have open chained drive.???

                                the exact problem exists n my bike too - Unicorn 2009 model.
                                I experience this sound when i'm riding single and immediately after taking a left turn (some times immeidiately after a right turn)

                                I hv not heard of any such problems on Shine though. I checked with a local garage and the conclusion given was that unlike all other bikes wic had 120-125 links in the chain Unicorn has 146 chain links wic is much much higher and thus the chances of such sounds are found most in UNICORN. I also got the magwheel bearings replaced with new ones but ultimately nothings payed for my problem.

                                Yes, I was having Hero Honda Splendor for past 9 years, I did not have any problem such as Chain, Mudguard striking the chain during light loose condition. But in my Honda Shine, after a purchase period of One and half years I received the same chain loose problem which started shearing and rubbing with chain and chain guard and during my crucial travel along with my family to catch train, the vehicle got strucked up and I could not proceed further. then I stopped my vehicle and took Auto rickshaw to reach Railway station. After my return I found my chain got cut into two halves, I was really shocked to see this.

                                This is a very serious problem, which Honda has to take care in rectifying during their subsequent manufacturing product.
                                ALL SEEMS TO FAKE COMMENTS. Using Unicorn from last 6 years. Only prob is spare parts are not available.
                                Same problem in my 2006 honda unicorn... i am frantically searching for a solution, anybody knows the way out of this problem please comment...
                                Chain sprocket wheel is worn out, although you can't see it through naked eyes, it gets worn out by micrometers or millimeters. Change your rear chain sprocket wheel, ask the servicing station for the sprocket wheel and fit them yourselves or a let a mechanic do it. It may cost max. around 900 to 1000 Rs.
                                Same problem in my Honda Unicorn(April-2012), every time mechanic adjust but next week i facing same problem and also front wheel shaking how to solve this problem..
                                Even my CB-Unicorn has the same problem, chain makes tak-tak-tak sound while changing gears to 2 and 3. Honda service center (Narayanguda and Somajiguda) are worthless, whenever I complain them of the problem, they just tight the chain and adjust the rear wheel, the problem crops up again in just days.
                                Even new Unicorn bike have Chain box sound problem.
                                Ask servicemen to check the problem.
                                My friend, who brought new unicorn had this problem.
                                He did what ever he cud do.
                                He visited both Honda trained servicemen & local workshop guys.
                                Nobody was able to give a permanent solution to the problem.
                                Atlast he decided to change chain & spocket.
                                That worked, now everything is fine.
                                He has clocked more than 16000kms after that replacement.
                                Still no problem.

                                SO it is better to change chain spocket.
                                It may sound ridiculous but this works.
                                I[censored] doubt about its success, then as ur mechanic to switch chain & spocket with another Unicorn's Chain & spocket.

                                Even im also facing the same problem for the past 3 months, even after given my bike for service in company outlet (Honda Service) itself. Just they are tightening the chain at the time and giving back. No use in servicing, its only wastage of our money. One more thing i feel sorry and shame to say that my bike has not even completed 1 year still...

                                Even I am experiencing the problem from two three days, my bike is just 4 months old and has completed aroung 4k kms, what should I do to mitigate this problem ?

                                Guys try removing the chain casing and refit it... While fitting the same, use the bolt washers (metal piece that seperate casing and bolt) as inverted. It will resolve the issue.

                                Also befoee refitting the casing, check and confirm that it is not folded or bended and there ia no possibility to get in contact with chain while driving..

                                I too facing the same problem with my Shine. I changed chain joint couple of times. I removed chain caps and tried test ride still I can hear the sound. Seems there is some problem donno how to solve this. Any one help is appreciated.
                                Believe me. I am facing this issue right from when I bought Unicorn 6 years ago. The sound is killing the joy of the ride. But now Iam used to it. Now as some one suggested let me try and change the chain and sprocket.

                                  hello this is magesh from trichy which is my brothers one . while i ride my honda shine TN22 BC 1909 on road i just applied front brake and fell down at the time the handle bar bend. i just ride in to M.A. HONDA showroom and let it to remove bend of handle bar. they also did it. but i cant satisfy with it. so i just go to showroom and request to remove the handle bar and fit it new one. but they told there is no stock of handle bar just wait a week. so i request them to remove the handle bar and give it to me, i remove the bend from my own risk. but they refused to do so, till im riding the bike with the fork shake in that roads... kindly do the needfull.

                                  hai this is mageshwaran from trichy. im having shine that is very economically because very good in mileage more than 60/litre thank you
                                  I just yesterday puchased as honda shine bike. It is very nic. But the handbar is in exact horizantal position. It is some what tilted. I asked the mechanic regarding this matter. But he cooly answer i it is common to all shine bike. I am not able to accept. So please suggest me how to rectify my problem.

                                    I was very proud when i brought my Bike Honda/Unicorn, World Class bike in my Indian Market. Everything smashed into pieces when i left my bike for service, after my first service and second i decided not to go to Honda service station for any more servicing. These guys are keen in only replacing part and to eat out our Wallets not in fixing problem. The problem what i had in my bike are as follows,

                                    1. After 3 month i brought my bike the front disc started rubbing with the shoes, multiple times the brake shoes were changed lot of adjustment i did, even now i could not fix the problem.

                                    2. After an year, the Fuel tank started leaking in multiple place, which starts with a corrosion mark, the quality of metallic inside the tank was very poor, where i could lot of corrosion inside the fuel tank. The only solution from the services is to replace the tanks, which was not a solution?

                                    3. After an year and half all the back bumper and the side scoffs started vibrating and found all the fixing points are broken. Rather providing additional support to the fixing point, services recommended to replace the complete kit which was costing RS. 2200, But i fixed myself with a cost of Rs.20 using fewistick.

                                    My very strong suggestion to the big shot who are taking Franchisee, Please Don't spoil the reputation of big Brand's across the World because of your poor service quality.

                                    we have purchased one unicorn bike on[protected] from Aryabhangy motors, Aluva in kerala, afterwords we found the trip meter of the bike if not working and reported to dealer. The assured us to repair it during 1st service, after the 2nd service also they have not replaced or repaired the faulty meter, then i have returned the bike to them and they have replaced the meter with one old model without matching the colour. Due to small accident i have again given the bike for repairs on 27-06-09, according to their job card no 3603 the bike should return after repairs on[protected], yet now i have not received the bike, when we call them they are not in a position to tell us or the persons are not taking any seriousness to our calls. Please advice what can i do..., i have spend Rs:68000.00 for buying this bike, can i get my bike after repairs in a reasonable time with a new meter
                                    I purchased Honda Unicorn from JSP Automotive, Chennai on 28-July-09 (Tuesday). I hereby would like to bring to your notice with deep concerns that the vehicle was not thoroughly checked before delivering to me.

                                    The issue I faced is that while riding my bike in heavy traffic, all of sudden my Handle bar assembly shifted out of alignment inturn leading my vehicle off-track. I made a narrow escape what would have been a trauma. This leads to the question of Honda’s QA policy and your irresponsible attitude towards your customers. I have also taken a video shot of how the handle bar was mis-aligned as a proof to share with you. Iam not interested in taking this issue with the dealer as I don’t want myself to get compromised with just tightening a bolt or other service procedure. You made my life at stake which is hard to recover from. Hence, Iam taking the issue directly to Honda. There are millions o[censored]ser’s in India trusting your Brand while the consumers are taken lightly with just sales and profit being your motto.

                                    Also, another Issue I noted is that there is starting problem at cold start. As a consumer I noticed 2 problems in one day of delivery and what is that your QA department for and what is the PDI report for?

                                    I would like to get your response from Honda directly and immediately, failing which I will take this matter to the consumer forum.

They said they vl put a special case and send it to co. if they accept it they will return the money.Its almost 3months,they have not given me any report about it and when I asked for the report they refused and said it will take time.
                                    The replaced lock also got jam with in a span of 3months.

                                    If not, lodge a complaint in Honda website, , i think u will sure get a response. I had an issue of getting ugly noise from chain cover, and got it done with service center, which did not solve the issue. then i lodge a complaint in website and next day the service center guys started calling me again and again to bring the bike to service station, then some how after taking it there for more than 7 times, . one person found the issue and fixed it...

                                    My name is dr alkesh agrawal i am working in sahyadri speciality hospital in pune . i have booked honda unicorn black colour on 29/12/09 at kothari wheels wakdewadi.and thye told that they will deliver the bike within 15 days and today they are not not ready to tell when they are going to deliver it. i called 3 times today but with a poor response from the persons working there, and i booked the vehicle with rupees 1000/ in cash and after submitting the dd from central bank on 30/12/09 about asking refund there answer was that u will get the money after your bike is delivered, is this the kind of services honda provides to its customer i want to know that. and please let me know how soon the bike will be delivered and plese consider my application regarding my complaint and some necessary action will be taken i hope so because they are not very keen in selling their bikes i assume that they think it is the necessity of the customer and not the dealer . so i request u to consider my application as early as possible and do the needful.

                                    On Friday 25/02/2011, my Honda Unicorn given for servicing at Pratik Honda service center, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. Service center job card number is 65224. As per the service center information to me I went to collect my bike on Monday 28/02/2011. I found my bike seat which is very good one is changed with old scrap seat. I asked to service center person about seat he told me you pay money (which are service charges 4, 172.00) then they will solve seat change problem. After paying money, they request me that there is mistake happened by them, so please manage with this old seat or buy new seat, but they can’t change to my original seat. I asked about their manager number but they refuse (Answer - They don’t have authority to give the number). And I don’t know why your manager will not available for customer when they have some complaint. They told me already they spoken with manager and manager told that they can’t change seat, only solution is I have to buy new one. After many requests also the answer from them is to buy the new one by myself.

                                    I really not expected this type of service. It means you can change anything to any on your wish and customer has to pay if he want his original one for service center fault, or it may be your management business strategy to increase the sales of so by supporting like these mistakes from your staff.
                                    I want my original seat or new seat and I will not manage with old scrap seat. Let me know about your action about this complaint as soon as possible. And also let me know when you are going to deliver my bike with original seat.

                                    My name is A.Pappu raj. 17.05.2010 i have brought a bike in Sri meenakshi motors (p) Ltd., Tirunelveli.My vehicle no is TN72AE4000.Now a days while i am driving in that bike my left hand arm shoulders are very paining. 14/03/2011 i leave my bike for service until now they did not take my bike for service. they did not give correct answer for me. Due to this problem i have spend lot of money to the hospital. I am sales reb in Air conditioner.14.03.11 to still date my work pending.Pls rectify these problem other wise return my cash back to me.

Recently i met with some accident, so that time some of my bike parts were damaged, so my insurance people send a work order to u r palace honda show room in mysore. so show room people rise purchase order and that po send to company for new parts for my bike, its almost one and half month is over still i did n't receive any of parts from honda company, so daily i am suffering to travel by bus, and consult show room people, they informed us, sir we are helpless, we can n't do any thing, because company people are not sending any of the parts from the company, so what to do. so please kindly provide me the solution, this is recluses.                                     Now i am residing at chennai. I did my bike services(first three services) at Manasarovar Honda in Velachery. I was VERY MUCH depressed with their services. I told a complaint from second service onwards i.e. My bike Engine makes too noise and fuel indicator not working from the date i purchased till NOW. They even didn't take care of it.
                                    Now i give my bike for service(Fourth service) by today(06 th june) to SHREE AARTHEE MOTORS, gerugambakkam, chennai.

                                    Hope they will do my bike service best. please make sure the service as quick as possible and deliver my bike with best service. If i am not satisfied i will surely suggest(In Intranet blog) my friends & colleagues that PLEASE DON'T BUY HONDA BIKES.

                                    I Hope Honda has the good quality of motors.

                                    On 07/07/12 i did my last service in LODHA MOTORS in tambaram, Chennai.i was very much worried with their service.Even they didn't water wash.Now i am facing starting problem.From today morning my unicorn engine not started.i tried in kicker and self starter also.i dnt know what i to do.

                                    LODHA MOTORS very very worst in service.they only money minded.Supervisor also worst in experience.he never gave good explanation.

                                    I had given my honda unicorn bike with the following details of .ENG NO :KC09E 1079751, FRAME NO : ME4KC09 3G98078615 REG NO: KL-42 C 1891, on 10/08/2012 at muthoot honda service center kallor international stadium.but they are citing shootage of spare as a problem.so I request u to recommend the next step I should follow.if timely delivery of the vehicle cannot be ensured from ur part I may have to take some legal action.

                                    I have been servicing my bike (Eng No. KC09E6194120) in the authorized show room which is situated near Dr. Rajkumar Road - Bangalore & Chandra Layout Bangalore. Despite three time my personal request they have not put crash guard into my bike. Whenever i request for any spares they will come out with non acceptable excuses, like out of stock.

                                    Now i am repenting for purchasing Unicorn Bike. Now i came to know that why hero hond is more selling bike in India.
                                    CONSISTANT FAILURE OF THE UNICORN HONDA-CB VEHICLE WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD
                                    I have bought Honda CB Unicorn on the 18th of JULY 2011 from PASHANKAR AUTO PVT LTD(Shivaji Nagar, Pune).I have travelled around 27, 000Kms with my bike till today.I didn't even complete TWO years but I got PROBLEM with the ENGINE within six month from the date of purchase of bike.
                                    I am doing regular services in PASHANKAR AUTO PVT LTD service center(karve road Kedar empire, Pune) and also changing engine oil for every 2, 000kms.From last one & half year I have taken this bike for FOUR times to service center for the only problem which is so major, b'coz its related to safety of the customer's life.
                                    The issue I faced is that while riding my bike on[protected] in traffic, all of sudden gear changing was stopped even after i tried many times every gear position by shifting gear shifter lever up & down.I Understood the situation immediately & I made a narrow escape. what would have been a trauma. Engine remained started with sudden failure of the Transmission.
                                    Likewise I have faced this problem on the road while driving, not only once but 4 times till today. But service center people aren't looking confident yet to resolve this problem.
                                    One imp issue you should notice with my bike is, its exaust valve guide in the cyl. head got broken within one year[protected].They have replaced too many parts after that. Those are as follows
                                    Exaust valve, valve stem, valve guide, chain sprocket, engine main shaft
                                    They are not in a position to identify where is the root cause of the failure exactly.By knowing the proposed accedental incident with me, everyone is saying that its a very serious problem with the bike. I don't know why you people are not identifying the problem.This is the way service is going for my vehicle.Everytime when this problem came, They are changing something else apart from the main problem.If the problem occurs repeatedly with in 2 years, Then there is some manufacturing defect. So they have to replace entire engine . But they are doing alterations and sending me back everytime without resolving main problem and showing me oral assurance that it will not happen again.
                                    I had a good opinion on HONDA vehicles and service centers of HONDA.I was totally irritated with the way the service is going for my vehicle.
                                    If it is the case how people will prefer HONDA 2wheeler vehicles. Since last one & half year you people are not able to find proper solution of the problem. if you people are taking this much carelessness and ignorance then how do people trust and go for a HONDA. I am sorry to say this but i would not recommend anyone to go for HONDA vehicles.

From day one onwards the bike is making various issues like starting issues, petrol missing while riding, unusual noises from engine etc.I am really fed-up contacting Aluva and Angamaly office(s).                                     The headlight assembly is very delicate, the bracket connecting the dome to the handle is broken for the second time in 2 months, please help me with a permanent solution

                                      I don't know if this complaint reaches the concerned authority or not but everyone must know what a big mistake it is to buy a honda bike, not due to operational problems but due to problems faced from the dealer.
                                      I bought a HONDA SHINE BIKE on 13th october 2008 from KRISHNA HONDA CHANDIGARH.My bike suffered an accident on jan14th 2009 in which tank and 2-3 more parts were damaged.Till date the dealer is not able to arrange for the new tank.Every time they say they have placed the order to he head office but they are not sending the required parts.
                                      If th company cannot replace an accessory why did at the first place manufacture he thing.They don't understand how big problem the customer is facing.
                                      If anybody listening kindly take the required action so that i am in position to receive my bike at the earliest

                                      Honda showroom ppls will tell your honda engine under 2 years warranty.
                                      But when it come to service end second service it sel[censored] have to pay!!! for any type of parts replaced by service center. so there is no use with warranty i[censored] shout they only deduct service charges thats alll.

                                        hi i am a cbz xtreme customer. i bought it on 2009, the new version of xteme with red mag wheels. I am getting a mileage of 50, 53 and 56 an average of 50 km. My complaint is that, the bike is producing some noice when it is in 1st or 2nd gear. I think the noice comes from the fuel tank, the sound is just like a screw were dipped into the fuel tank.. I just told to the service center people about this. They done somethin but it is still remaining.

                                        The noise comming from the tank is lever that dips into the petrol. It is this lever that makes your fual guage meter work.Its not a defect in your bike. It mostly comes when you move your bike sideways.
                                        i am in mehasana cbz bike problem is long drive to make a voise in sailencer etc cut cut cut so this is very critical problem? i purchage in 2010
                                        my cbz model 2011 also has the same problem sounds like a screw droped in the tank just vibrating at speeds 55+kmphr.
